The control design, based on self-adaptive PID with genetic algorithms(GA) tuning on-line was investigated, for the temperature control of industrial microwave drying rotary device with the multi-layer(IMDRDWM) and with multivariable nonlinear interaction of microwave and materials. The conventional PID control strategy incorporated with optimization GA was put forward to maintain the optimum drying temperature in order to keep the moisture content below 1%, whose adaptation ability included the cost function of optimization GA according to the output change. Simulations on five different industrial process models and practical temperature process control system for selenium-enriched slag drying intensively by using IMDRDWM were carried out systematically, indicating the reliability and effectiveness of control design. The parameters of proposed control design are all on-line implemented without iterative predictive calculations, and the closed-loop system stability is guaranteed, which makes the developed scheme simpler in its synthesis and application, providing the practical guidelines for the control implementation and the parameter design. 展开更多

Now, there are many positive results in FDD for linear networked control systems (LNCSs), but nonlinear networked control systems (NNCSs) are less involved. Based on the T-S fuzzy-modeling theory, NNCSs are modeled and network random time-delays are changed into the unknown bounded uncertain part without changing its structure. Then a fuzzy state observer is designed and an observer-based fault detection approach for an NNCS is presented. The main results are given and the relative theories are proved in detail. Finally, some simulation results are given and demonstrate the proposed method is effective. 展开更多

To access the objective that the designed robust filter is maximally tolerant to disturbances and sensitive to fault, the robustness and stability properties of the fault diagnosis scheme are established rigorously. Using the residual vector, a fault tolerant controller is established in order to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system, and the controller law can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Then, some relevant sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution are given by applying Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, a simulation example is performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

The NCSs with uncertain time-varying delays are modeled as parameter-uncertain systems by the matrix theory. Based on the model, an observer-based residual generator is constructed and the sufficient condition for the existence of the desired fault detection filter is derived in terms of the linear matrix inequality. Furthermore, a time domain opti- mization approach is proposed to improve the performance of the fault detection system. To prevent the false alarms, a new thresh- old function is established, and the solution of the optimization problem is given by using the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the matrix. Without changing the structure of the system, an Hoo states observer is designed for NCS with short time-delay. Based on the designed states observer, a robust fault detection approach is proposed for NCS. In addition, an optimization method for the selection of the detection threshold is introduced for better tradeoff between the robustness and the sensitivity. Finally, some simulation results demonstrate that the presented states observer is robust and the fault detection for NCS is effective. 展开更多

A great number of pipelines in China are in unsatisfactory condition and faced with problems of corrosion and cracking,but there are very few approaches for underwater pipeline detection.Pipeline detection autonomous underwater vehicle(PDAUV) is hereby designed to solve these problems when working with advanced optical,acoustical and electrical sensors for underwater pipeline detection.PDAUV is a test bed that not only examines the logical rationality of the program,effectiveness of the hardware architecture,accuracy of the software interface protocol as well as the reliability and stability of the control system but also verifies the effectiveness of the control system in tank experiments and sea trials.The motion control system of PDAUV,including both the hardware and software architectures,is introduced in this work.The software module and information flow of the motion control system of PDAUV and a novel neural network-based control(NNC) are also covered.Besides,a real-time identification method based on neural network is used to realize system identification.The tank experiments and sea trials are carried out to verify the feasibility and capability of PDAUV control system to complete underwater pipeline detection task. 展开更多

This paper addresses the problem of fault detection(FD) for networked systems with access constraints and packet dropouts.Two independent Markov chains are used to describe the sequences of channels which are available for communication at an instant and the packet dropout process,respectively.Performance indexes H∞ and H_ are introduced to describe the robustness of residual against external disturbances and sensitivity of residual to faults,respectively.By using a mode-dependent fault detection filter(FDF) as residual generator,the addressed FD problem is converted into an auxiliary filter design problem with the above index constraints.A sufficient condition for the existence of the FDF is derived in terms of certain linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).When these LMIs are feasible,the explicit expression of the desired FDF can also be characterized.A numerical example is exploited to show the usefulness of the proposed results. 展开更多

The fault detection problem for the nonlinear networked control system (NCS) with packet dropout and delay is investigated. A nonlinear stochastic system model is proposed to account for the NCS with random packet dropout and network- induced non-uniformly distributed time-varying delay in both from sensor to controller (S/C) and from controller to actuator (C/A). Based on the obtained NCS model, employing an observer-based fault detection filter as the residual generator, the addressed fault detection problem is converted into an auxiliary nonlinear H∞ control problem. Then, with the help of Lyapunov functional approach, a sufficient condition for the desired fault detection filter is constructed in terms of certain linear matrix inequalities, which depend on not only the delay interval but also the delay interval occurrence rate and successful packet communication rate. Especially, a trade-off phenomenon between the maximum allowable delay bound and successful data packet transmission rate is found, which is typically resulted from the limited bandwidth of communication networks. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a simulation example. 展开更多

This paper considers robust fault detection and diagnosis for input uncertain nonlinear systems. It proposes a multi-objective fault detection criterion so that the fault residual is sensitive to the fault but insensitive to the uncertainty as much as possible. Then the paper solves the proposed criterion by maximizing the smallest singular value of the transformation from faults to fault detection residuals while minimizing the largest singular value of the transformation from input uncertainty to the fault detection residuals. This method is applied to an aircraft which has a fault in the left elevator or rudder. The simulation results show the proposed method can detect the control surface failures rapidly and efficiently. 展开更多

Infrared Image Small Target Detection Based on Bi-orthogonal Wavelet and Morphology

An image multi-scale edge detection method based on anti-symmetrical bi-orthogonal wavelet is given in theory. Convolution operation property and function as a differential operator are analyzed,which anti-symmetrical bi-orthogonal wavelet transform have. An algorithm for wavelet reconstruction in which multi-scale edge can be detected is put forward. Based on it, a detection method for small target in infrared image with sea or sky background based on the anti-symmetrical bi-orthogonal wavelet and morphology is proposed. The small target detection is considered as a process in which structural background is removed, correlative background is suppressed, and noise is restrained. In this approach, the multi-scale edge is extracted by means of the anti-symmetrical bi-orthogonal wavelet decomposition. Then, module maximum chains formed by complicated background of clouds, sea wave and sea-sky-line are removed, and the image background becomes smoother. Finally, the morphology based edge detection method is used to get small target and restrain undulate background and noise. Experiment results show that the approach can suppress clutter background and detect the small target effectively. 展开更多

工业控制系统异常检测面临着数据缺乏标签信息、类不平衡和类重叠的耦合问题,导致现有的分类器难以精准检测异常数据。现有的数据级采样方法在打伪标签、数据平衡或检测重叠区域时存在着打伪标签结果不准确、采样效果稳定性差以及重叠... 工业控制系统异常检测面临着数据缺乏标签信息、类不平衡和类重叠的耦合问题,导致现有的分类器难以精准检测异常数据。现有的数据级采样方法在打伪标签、数据平衡或检测重叠区域时存在着打伪标签结果不准确、采样效果稳定性差以及重叠识别率低等问题。为此,提出一种基于半监督学习的欠采样方法(SSLU-LP)。该方法通过异构集成将标签传播机制和单类分类器结合,补充数据伪标签;利用最小生成树策略构建重叠区域检测模型;采用欠采样策略,通过最近邻搜索有选择性地去除部分多数类样本。最后该方法与四种经典分类器结合,在九个工控数据集上与九种混合算法进行比较。实验结果表明,所提方法可以精准地为无标签数据打伪标签,高效且有效检测出不平衡数据集中的重叠数据,改善了分类器的训练效果,提高了分类器的异常检测性能。 展开更多

基于联邦学习的工控机业务行为分布式安全检测

工业互联网时代,不同厂商希望通过共享本地数据得到更完善的安全检测模型,但接入互联网后本地数据更易遭到窃取,而联邦学习可以通过交换模型参数的方式达到数据隐私保护和共享的目的。现有针对工业计算机的安全检测方法还存在一些缺陷:... 工业互联网时代,不同厂商希望通过共享本地数据得到更完善的安全检测模型,但接入互联网后本地数据更易遭到窃取,而联邦学习可以通过交换模型参数的方式达到数据隐私保护和共享的目的。现有针对工业计算机的安全检测方法还存在一些缺陷:①很少考虑从业务行为方面提取特征模型;②难以解决本地数据被篡改而导致的模型偏移问题;③检测系统前端检测、后端分析的网络结构会增加从后端管理网到前端控制网之间的通信通道,从而给管理网引入新的攻击路径。针对上述问题,提出基于联邦学习的工控机业务行为分布式安全检测方法,包括工控机业务行为特征检测方法、基于信息熵分配权重的联邦学习模型聚合方法、基于转发硬件的数据传输重构方法;能够提高针对工控应用协议的攻击识别准确率,减轻工业控制计算机数据污染导致的模型偏移,防止攻击者利用管理网的分析后台进行远程攻击;实现了原型系统,并在卷接设备控制系统中进行了实验验证,与采用非业务行为建模的相关方法相比,所提方法对中间人攻击和远程攻击检测准确率分别提高了17%和24%;在自有和公开数据集上的验证结果表明,方法比常用的3种聚合算法的准确率提高了0.6%~2.4%,遭到数据毒化攻击后,所提方法准确率下降为0.6%和1.1%,而其他算法下降了1.1%~7.5%和1.5%~4.5%;并能够防止攻击者利用管理网检测后台漏洞发起向控制网的远程攻击,减小攻击面。 展开更多

随着无人机技术的不断发展和低空经济的提出,越来越多的领域开始使用无人机代替人力,以此提高作业效率,降低安全风险。由于无人机电池容量有限,导致其作业时间和作业半径被大大缩短,进而限制了其应用场景。针对现有基于有线充电或换电... 随着无人机技术的不断发展和低空经济的提出,越来越多的领域开始使用无人机代替人力,以此提高作业效率,降低安全风险。由于无人机电池容量有限,导致其作业时间和作业半径被大大缩短,进而限制了其应用场景。针对现有基于有线充电或换电技术的无人机自动机场存在的诸如触点接触不良、机械结构复杂、成本高昂等问题,对基于无线充电技术的无人机停机坪系统进行了研究,主要包括无人机无线充电系统磁场分布与效率分析、无人机无线充电自动控制电路与异物检测功能研究,以及无人机地面站控制流程研究等。在此基础上,搭建了一套基于无线充电技术的无人机停机坪。该停机坪相比现有无人机自动机场,具有容忍一定偏移量的无人机无线充电、识别不同无人机受电端和异物检测等创新功能。经实测,整个系统充电稳定且与有线充电时长近似,停机坪整体质量相比下降50 kg,成本约为现有无人机自动机场的1/3,在多场景下均有应用潜力。 展开更多
