Compared with 3D techniques via multiple observations in elevation, e.g. SAR interferometry(InSAR) and SAR tomography(TomoSAR), holographic SAR can retrieve 3D structure by observations in azimuth. This paper focuses on designing a novel type of orbit to achieve SAR regional all-azimuth observation(AAO) for embedded targets detection and holographic 3D reconstruction. The ground tracks of the AAO orbit separate the earth surface into grids. Target in these grids can be accessed with an azimuth angle span of360°, which is similar to the flight path of airborne circular SAR(CSAR). Inspired from the successive coverage orbits of optical sensors, several optimizations are made in the proposed method to ensure favorable grazing angles, the performance of 3D reconstruction, and long-term supervision for SAR sensors. Simulation experiments show the regional AAO can be completed within five hours. In addition, a second AAO of the same area can be duplicated in two days. Finally, an airborne SAR data process result is presented to illustrate the significance of AAO in 3D reconstruction.展开更多

In order to enhance the dynamic control precision of inertial stabilization platform(ISP),a disturbance sliding mode observer(DSMO)is proposed in this paper suppressing disturbance torques inherent within the system.T...In order to enhance the dynamic control precision of inertial stabilization platform(ISP),a disturbance sliding mode observer(DSMO)is proposed in this paper suppressing disturbance torques inherent within the system.The control accuracy of ISP is fundamentally circumscribed by various disturbance torques in rotating shaft.Therefore,a dynamic model of ISP incorporating composite perturbations is established with regard to the stabilization of axis in the inertial reference frame.Subsequently,an online estimator for control loop uncertainties based on the sliding mode control algorithm is designed to estimate the aggregate disturbances of various parameters uncertainties and other unmodeled disturbances that cannot be accurately calibrated.Finally,the proposed DSMO is integrated into a classical proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control scheme,utilizing feedforward approach to compensate the composite disturbance in the control loop online.The effectiveness of the proposed disturbance observer is validated through simulation and hardware experimentation,demonstrating a significant improvement in the dynamic control performance and robustness of the classical PID controller extensively utilized in the field of engineering.展开更多

This paper presents a combined non-singular fast terminal sliding mode control method, aimed at resolving the frame control problem of roll-pitch seeker tracking high maneu-vering target. The sliding mode surface is structured around the principle of segmentation, which enables the control system’s rapid attainment of the zero point and ensure global fast conver-gence. The system’s state is more swiftly converged to the slid-ing mode surface through an improved adaptive fast dual power reaching law. Utilizing an extended state observer, the overall disturbance is both identified and compensated. The validation of the system’s stability and its convergence within a finite-time is grounded in Lyapunov’s stability criteria. The performance of the introduced control method is confirmed through roll-pitch seeker tracking control simulation. Data analysis reveals that newly proposed control technique significantly outperforms existing sliding mode control methods by rapidly converging the frame to the target angle, reduce the tracking error of the detec-tor for the target, and bolster tracking precision of the roll-pitch seeker huring disturbed conditions.展开更多
This work proposes the application of an iterative learning model predictive control(ILMPC)approach based on an adaptive fault observer(FOBILMPC)for fault-tolerant control and trajectory tracking in air-breathing hype...This work proposes the application of an iterative learning model predictive control(ILMPC)approach based on an adaptive fault observer(FOBILMPC)for fault-tolerant control and trajectory tracking in air-breathing hypersonic vehicles.In order to increase the control amount,this online control legislation makes use of model predictive control(MPC)that is based on the concept of iterative learning control(ILC).By using offline data to decrease the linearized model’s faults,the strategy may effectively increase the robustness of the control system and guarantee that disturbances can be suppressed.An adaptive fault observer is created based on the suggested ILMPC approach in order to enhance overall fault tolerance by estimating and compensating for actuator disturbance and fault degree.During the derivation process,a linearized model of longitudinal dynamics is established.The suggested ILMPC approach is likely to be used in the design of hypersonic vehicle control systems since numerical simulations have demonstrated that it can decrease tracking error and speed up convergence when compared to the offline controller.展开更多
On July 4,2006,a MS5.1 earthquake occurred in Wen'an county of Hebei Province of which the epicenter is near the Beijing city.The six geoelectric field monitoring stations have been in operation for several years ...On July 4,2006,a MS5.1 earthquake occurred in Wen'an county of Hebei Province of which the epicenter is near the Beijing city.The six geoelectric field monitoring stations have been in operation for several years around the Beijing area to examine the relationship between electric field changes and earthquake.This paper firstly explains the principle of the eliminating noise method by using multi-dipole observation system of the geoelectric field.Then the data observed at the stations are studied and a lot of abnormal signals preceding the Wen'an earthquake are selected,of which five abnormal signals of the geoelectric field are finally recognized as the precursory signals.The result shows that 1 there probably exists the precursory signals of the geoelectric field preceding the Wen'an earthquake;2 there are sensitive sites in the spatial distribution of the abnormal variation of the geoelectric field before the quack;3 the anomalous signals do not appear synchronously,and their durations are not same at dif-ferent stations;4 the amplitudes of the abnormal signals recorded at Baodi station are small,but large at Changli station,while the latter is farther from the epicentral area than the former.展开更多

In the paper a simple algorithm is developed for the adjustment computation with quasi observation at first. And then the ability of quasi observation to improve ambiguity search technique is studied in detail. The robustness of the method is also discussed. A method to determine the weight of quasi observation is proposed. The results show that a prior height can be taken as a quasi observation and used together with GPS observations. It can strengthen residual tests, especially in situation where there are fewer satellites in the sky. It also can change structure of incorrect solutions, which will theoretically make less incorrect solutions left in search space. At last the field tests are carried out to show that the proposed method is effective. The success rate of ambiguity resolution in the four field tests is improved significantly.展开更多

The Bernoulli distributed ran-dom variable is employed to describe the phenomenon of intermit-tent observations. According to the cubature sample principle, theestimation error and the error covariance matrix (ECM) of CKFIare derived by Taylor series expansion, respectively. Afterwards, itis theoretically proved that the ECM will be bounded if the obser-vation arrival probability exceeds a critical minimum observationarrival probability. Meanwhile, under proper assumption corre-sponding with real engineering situations, the stochastic stabilityof the estimation error can be guaranteed when the initial estima-tion error and the stochastic noise terms are sufficiently small. Thetheoretical conclusions are verified by numerical simulations fortwo illustrative examples; also by evaluating the tracking perfor-mance of the optical-electric target tracking system implementedby CKFI and unscented Kalman filter with intermittent observa-tions (UKFI) separately, it is demonstrated that the proposed CKFIslightly outperforms the UKFI with respect to tracking accuracy aswell as real time performance.展开更多

Then,the previous time particles were sampled by utilizing the function inversion relationship between observation and system state. Finally,the current time particles were generated on the basis of the previous time particles and the system one-step state transition model. By the above method,sampling particles can make full use of the latest observation information and the priori modeling information,so that they further approximate the true state. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the new algorithm filtering accuracy and real-time outperform obviously the standard particle filter,the extended Kalman particle filter and the unscented particle filter.展开更多

To supplement the research on imaging observation, this paper proposes the task priority model, dynamic scheduling strategy and Heuristic algorithm. At first, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of imaging observation, decomposes the task priority into four parts, including target priority, imaging task priority, track, telemetry & control(TT&C)requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority, summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail, and designs the corresponding priority model. Then, this paper takes the emergency tasks scheduling problem as the background, proposes the dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm. The relative geometry of the UAVs-target will significantly affect the state estimation performance of the target, the cost function based on the Fisher information matrix(FIM) is used to derive the FIM determinant of UAVs' observation in three-dimensional space, and the optimal observation geometric configuration that maximizes the determinant of the FIM is obtained. It is shown that the optimal observation configuration of the UAVs-target is usually not unique, and the optimal observation configuration is proved for two UAVs and three UAVs in three-dimension. The long-range over-the-horizon target tracking is simulated and analyzed based on the analysis of optimal observation configuration for two UAVs. The simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and control algorithm can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of the target. It can provide a helpful reference for the design of over-the-horizon target localization based on UAVs.展开更多

Data analysis reveals that newly proposed control technique significantly outperforms existing sliding mode control methods by rapidly converging the frame to the target angle, reduce the tracking error of the detec-tor for the target, and bolster tracking precision of the roll-pitch seeker huring disturbed conditions.

文摘This work proposes the application of an iterative learning model predictive control(ILMPC)approach based on an adaptive fault observer(FOBILMPC)for fault-tolerant control and trajectory tracking in air-breathing hypersonic vehicles.In order to increase the control amount,this online control legislation makes use of model predictive control(MPC)that is based on the concept of iterative learning control(ILC).By using offline data to decrease the linearized model’s faults,the strategy may effectively increase the robustness of the control system and guarantee that disturbances can be suppressed.An adaptive fault observer is created based on the suggested ILMPC approach in order to enhance overall fault tolerance by estimating and compensating for actuator disturbance and fault degree.During the derivation process,a linearized model of longitudinal dynamics is established.The suggested ILMPC approach is likely to be used in the design of hypersonic vehicle control systems since numerical simulations have demonstrated that it can decrease tracking error and speed up convergence when compared to the offline controller.

文摘On July 4,2006,a MS5.1 earthquake occurred in Wen'an county of Hebei Province of which the epicenter is near the Beijing city.The six geoelectric field monitoring stations have been in operation for several years around the Beijing area to examine the relationship between electric field changes and earthquake.This paper firstly explains the principle of the eliminating noise method by using multi-dipole observation system of the geoelectric field.Then the data observed at the stations are studied and a lot of abnormal signals preceding the Wen'an earthquake are selected,of which five abnormal signals of the geoelectric field are finally recognized as the precursory signals.The result shows that 1 there probably exists the precursory signals of the geoelectric field preceding the Wen'an earthquake;2 there are sensitive sites in the spatial distribution of the abnormal variation of the geoelectric field before the quack;3 the anomalous signals do not appear synchronously,and their durations are not same at dif-ferent stations;4 the amplitudes of the abnormal signals recorded at Baodi station are small,but large at Changli station,while the latter is farther from the epicentral area than the former.
文摘This paper deals with the method of using quasi observation. In the paper a simple algorithm is developed for the adjustment computation with quasi observation at first. And then the ability of quasi observation to improve ambiguity search technique is studied in detail. The robustness of the method is also discussed. A method to determine the weight of quasi observation is proposed. The results show that a prior height can be taken as a quasi observation and used together with GPS observations. It can strengthen residual tests, especially in situation where there are fewer satellites in the sky. It also can change structure of incorrect solutions, which will theoretically make less incorrect solutions left in search space. At last the field tests are carried out to show that the proposed method is effective. The success rate of ambiguity resolution in the four field tests is improved significantly.

The support given by Earth observation data is required by many studies, including those on Earth's limited natural resources, the rapid development of economic and social needs, global change, extreme events, food security, water resources, sustainable economic and urban development, and emergency response. Application operation systems in many ministries and departments in China have entered a stage of sustainable development, and the State Key Project of High-Resolution Earth Observation Systems has been progressing since 2006. Earth observation technology in China has entered a period of rapid development.

文摘The stochastic convergence of the cubature Kalmanfilter with intermittent observations (CKFI) for general nonlinearstochastic systems is investigated. The Bernoulli distributed ran-dom variable is employed to describe the phenomenon of intermit-tent observations. According to the cubature sample principle, theestimation error and the error covariance matrix (ECM) of CKFIare derived by Taylor series expansion, respectively. Afterwards, itis theoretically proved that the ECM will be bounded if the obser-vation arrival probability exceeds a critical minimum observationarrival probability. Meanwhile, under proper assumption corre-sponding with real engineering situations, the stochastic stabilityof the estimation error can be guaranteed when the initial estima-tion error and the stochastic noise terms are sufficiently small. Thetheoretical conclusions are verified by numerical simulations fortwo illustrative examples; also by evaluating the tracking perfor-mance of the optical-electric target tracking system implementedby CKFI and unscented Kalman filter with intermittent observa-tions (UKFI) separately, it is demonstrated that the proposed CKFIslightly outperforms the UKFI with respect to tracking accuracy aswell as real time performance.
文摘During 2012 and 2014, China has two Haiyang(which means ocean in Chinese, referred to as HY) satellites operating normally in space which are HY-1B and HY-2A. HY-1B is an ocean color environment satellite which was launched in April 2007 to observe global ocean color and sea surface temperature, and HY-2A is an ocean dynamic environment satellite which was launched in August 2011 to obtain global marine dynamic environment parameters including sea surface height,significant wave height, ocean wind vectors, etc. Ocean observation data provided by HY-1B and HY-2A have been widely used by both domestic and international users in extensive areas such as ocean environment protection, ocean disaster prevention and reduction, marine environment forecast,ocean resource development and management, ocean investigations and scientific researches, etc.

文摘According to the effective sampling of particles and the particles impoverishment caused by re-sampling in particle filter,an improved particle filtering algorithm based on observation inversion optimal sampling was proposed. Firstly,virtual observations were generated from the latest observation,and two sampling strategies were presented. Then,the previous time particles were sampled by utilizing the function inversion relationship between observation and system state. Finally,the current time particles were generated on the basis of the previous time particles and the system one-step state transition model. By the above method,sampling particles can make full use of the latest observation information and the priori modeling information,so that they further approximate the true state. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the new algorithm filtering accuracy and real-time outperform obviously the standard particle filter,the extended Kalman particle filter and the unscented particle filter.

文摘This study concentrates of the new generation of the agile (AEOS). AEOS is a key study object on management problems earth observation satellite in many countries because of its many advantages over non-agile satellites. Hence, the mission planning and scheduling of AEOS is a popular research problem. This research investigates AEOS characteristics and establishes a mission planning model based on the working principle and constraints of AEOS as per analysis. To solve the scheduling issue of AEOS, several improved algorithms are developed. Simulation results suggest that these algorithms are effective.

文摘China is expanding and sharing its capacity for Earth observation by developing sensors,platforms,and launch capabilities in tandem with growing lunar and deep space exploration.China is considering the Moon as a viable Earth observation platform to provide high-quality,planetary-scale data.The platform would produce consistent spatiotemporal data because of its long operational life and the geological stability of the Moon.China is also quickly improving its capabilities in processing and transforming Earth observation data into useful and practical information.Programs such as the Big Earth Data Science Engineering Program(CASEarth)provide opportunities to integrate data and develop“Big Earth Data”platforms to add value to data through analysis and integration.Such programs can offer products and services independently and in collaboration with international partners for data-driven decision support and policy development.With the rapid digital transformation of societies,and consequently increasing demand for big data and associated products,Digital Earth and the Digital Belt and Road Program(DBAR)allow Chinese experts to collaborate with international partners to integrate valuable Earth observation data in regional and global sustainable development.

文摘In the imaging observation system, imaging task scheduling is an important topic. Most scholars study the imaging task scheduling from the perspective of static priority, and only a few from the perspective of dynamic priority. However,the priority of the imaging task is dynamic in actual engineering. To supplement the research on imaging observation, this paper proposes the task priority model, dynamic scheduling strategy and Heuristic algorithm. At first, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of imaging observation, decomposes the task priority into four parts, including target priority, imaging task priority, track, telemetry & control(TT&C)requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority, summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail, and designs the corresponding priority model. Then, this paper takes the emergency tasks scheduling problem as the background, proposes the dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm. Finally, the task priority model,dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm are verified by experiments.

文摘This article investigates the optimal observation configuration of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) based on angle and range measurements, and generalizes predecessors' researches in two dimensions into three dimensions. The relative geometry of the UAVs-target will significantly affect the state estimation performance of the target, the cost function based on the Fisher information matrix(FIM) is used to derive the FIM determinant of UAVs' observation in three-dimensional space, and the optimal observation geometric configuration that maximizes the determinant of the FIM is obtained. It is shown that the optimal observation configuration of the UAVs-target is usually not unique, and the optimal observation configuration is proved for two UAVs and three UAVs in three-dimension. The long-range over-the-horizon target tracking is simulated and analyzed based on the analysis of optimal observation configuration for two UAVs. The simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and control algorithm can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of the target. It can provide a helpful reference for the design of over-the-horizon target localization based on UAVs.
文摘Considering the flexible attitude maneuver and the narrow field of view of agile Earth observation satellite(AEOS)together,a comprehensive task clustering(CTC)is proposed to improve the observation scheduling problem for AEOS(OSPFAS).Since the observation scheduling problem for AEOS with comprehensive task clustering(OSWCTC)is a dynamic combination optimization problem,two optimization objectives,the loss rate(LR)of the image quality and the energy consumption(EC),are proposed to format OSWCTC as a bi-objective optimization model.Harnessing the power of an adaptive large neighborhood search(ALNS)algorithm with a nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II),a bi-objective optimization algorithm,ALNS+NSGA-II,is developed to solve OSWCTC.Based on the existing instances,the efficiency of ALNS+NSGA-II is analyzed from several aspects,meanwhile,results of extensive computational experiments are presented which disclose that OSPFAS considering CTC produces superior outcomes.

文摘Most existing studies about passive radar systems are based on the already known illuminator of opportunity(IO)states.However,in practice,the receiver generally has little knowledge about the IO states.Little research has studied this problem.This paper analyzes the observability and estimability for passive radar systems with unknown IO states under three typical scenarios.Besides,the directions of high and low estimability with respect to various states are given.Moreover,two types of observations are taken into account.The effects of different observations on both observability and estimability are well analyzed.For the observability test,linear and nonlinear methods are considered,which proves that both tests are applicable to the system.Numerical simulations confirm the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
文摘Chang'E-1,the orbiter circling the moon 200km above the moon surface,is the first Chinese Lunar exploration satellite.The satellite was successfully launched on 24th October 2007.There are 8 kinds of scientific payloads onboard,including the stereo camera,the laser altimeter,the Sagnac-based interferometer image spectrometer,the Gamma ray spectrometer,the X-ray spectrom-eter,the microwave radiometer,the high energy particle detector,the solar wind plasma detector and a supporting payload data management system.Chang'E-1 opened her eyes to look at the moon and took the first batch of lunar pictures after her stereo camera was switched on in 20th November 2007.Henceforth all the instruments are successfully switched on one by one.After a period of parameter adjustment and initial check out,all scientific instruments are now in their normal operating phase.In this paper,the payloads and the initial observation results are introduced.
