To study the anti-explosion protection effect of polyurea coating on reinforced concrete box girder,two segmental girder specimens were made at a scale of 1:3,numbered as G(without polyurea coating)and PCG(with polyurea coating).The failure characteristics and dynamic responses of the specimens were compared through conducting explosion tests.The reliability of the numerical simulation using LS-DYNA software was verified by the test results.The effects of different scaled distances,reinforcement ratios,concrete strengths,coating thicknesses and ranges of polyurea were studied.The results show that the polyurea coating can effectively enhance the anti-explosion performance of the girder.The top plate of middle chamber in specimen G forms an elliptical penetrating hole,while that in specimen PCG only shows a very slight local dent.The peak vertical displacement and residual displacement of PCG decrease by 74.8% and 73.7%,respectively,compared with those of specimen G.For the TNT explosion with small equivalent,the polyurea coating has a more significant protective effect on reducing the size of fracture.With the increase of TNT equivalent,the protective effect of polyurea on reducing girder displacement becomes more significant.The optimal reinforcement ratio,concrete strength,thickness and range of polyurea coating were also drawn. 展开更多

This paper explores the performances of a finite element simulation including four concrete models applied to a full-scale reinforced concrete beam subjected to blast loading. Field test data has been used to compare model results for each case. The numerical modelling has been, carried out using the suitable code LS-DYNA. This code integrates blast load routine(CONWEP) for the explosive description and four different material models for the concrete including: Karagozian & Case Concrete, Winfrith, Continuous Surface Cap Model and Riedel-Hiermaier-Thoma models, with concrete meshing based on 10, 15, and 20 mm. Six full-scale beams were tested: four of them used for the initial calibration of the numerical model and two more tests at lower scaled distances. For calibration, field data obtained employing pressure and accelerometers transducers were compared with the results derived from the numerical simulation. Damage surfaces and the shape of rupture in the beams have been used as references for comparison. Influence of the meshing on accelerations has been put in evidence and for some models the shape and size of the damage in the beams produced maximum differences around 15%. In all cases, the variations between material and mesh models are shown and discussed. 展开更多

When underground cavities are subjected to explosive stress waves,a uniquely damaged zone may appear due to the combined effect of dynamic loading and static pre-load stress.In this study,a rate-dependent two-dimensional rock dynamic constitutive model was established to investigate the dynamic fractures of rocks under different static stress conditions.The effects of the loading rate and peak amplitude of the blasting wave under different confining pressures and the vertical compressive coefficient(K_(0))were considered.The numerical simulated results reproduced the initiation and further propagation of primary radial crack fractures,which were in agreement with the experimental results.The dynamic loading rate,peak amplitude,static vertical compressive coefficient(K_(0))and confining pressure affected the evolution of fractures around the borehole.The heterogeneity parameter(m)plays an important role in the evolution of fractures around the borehole.The crack propagation path became more discontinuous and rougher in a smallerheterogeneity parameter case. 展开更多

A mobile robot developed by Wuhan University for full-path hotline inspection on 220 kV transmission lines was presented. With 4 rotating joints and 2 translational ones, such robot is capable of traveling along non- obstaclestraight-line segment and surmounting straight-line segment obstacles as well as transferring between two spans automatically. Lagrange’s equations were utilized to derive dynamic equations of all the links, including items of inertia, coupling inertia, Coriolis acceleration, centripetal acceleration and gravity. And a dynamic response experiment on elemental motions of robot prototype’s travelling along non-obstacle straight-line segment and surmounting obstacles was performed on 220 kV 1∶1 simulative overhanging transmission-line in laboratory. In addition, dynamic numerical simulation was conducted in the corresponding condition. Comparison and analysis on results of experiment and numerical simulation have validated theoretical model and simulation resolution. As a green environmentally-friendly material,rubberised concrete(Ru C),which has the characteristics of low elastic modulus,large deformation capacity,high damping,good energy dissipation and good crack resistance,has attracted extensive attention and research in the civil engineering discipline.However,most of existing studies are based on experimental tests on Ru C material properties,and there has been no numerical study based on meso-scale modelling of Ru C yet.To more comprehensively investigate the Ru C dynamic material properties without conducting intensive experimental tests,this study developed a high-fidelity meso-scale model considering coarse and fine aggregates and rubber crumbs to numerically investigate the mechanical properties of rubberised concrete under different strain rates.The meso-scale model was verified against both quasi-static compressive testing data and Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)dynamic testing data.Using the verified numerical model,the dynamic properties of rubberised concrete with various rubber content(0%-30%)under different strain rates were studied.The numerical results show that the developed meso-scale model can use to predict the static and dynamic properties of rubberised concrete with high accuracy.The dynamic compressive strength of the rubberised concrete increases with the increment of the strain rate,and the strain rate sensitivity increases with the rubber content ranging from 0 to 30%.Based on intensive numerical simulation data,empirical DIFs is used as a function of strain rate and rubber content to predict the dynamic strength of rubberised concrete. 展开更多

Spectrum characteristics of different types of seismic waves and dynamic response characteristics of super high-rise building structures under long-period ground motions were comparatively analyzed. First, the ground response wave (named LS-R wave) of a soft soil site with deep deposit, taking long-period bedrock seismic record as input, was calculated by wave propagation method. After that, a TOMAKOMAI station long-period seismic record from the Tokachi-Oki earthquake and conventional E1-Centro wave were also chosen. Spectrum characteristics of these waves were analyzed and compared. Then, a series of shaking table tests were performed on a 1:50 scale super high-rise structural model under these seismic waves. Furthermore, numerical simulation of the prototype structure under these excitations was conducted, and structure damages under different intensive ground motions were discussed. The results show that: 1) Spectrum characteristics of ground response wave are significantly influenced by soft soil site with deep deposit, and the predominant period has an increasing trend. 2) The maximum acceleration amplification factor of the structure under the TOM wave is two times that under the E1-Centro wave; while the maximum displacement response of the structure under the TOM wave is 4.4 times that under the E1-Centro wave. Long-period ground motions show greater influences on displacement responses than acceleration responses for super high-rise building structures. 3) Most inelastic damage occurs at the upper 1/3 part of the super high-rise building when subjected to long-period ground motions. 展开更多

As a new type of structure which has never been built, submerged floating tunnel was studied mainly by numerical simulations. To further study the seismic response of a submerged floating tunnel, the first model experiment of submerged floating tunnel (SFT) under the earthquake was carried out on the unique underwater shaking table in China. The experimental results show that vertical excitation induces larger response than horizontal and different inclination degrees of the tether also cause different seismic responses. Subsequently, based on the fluid-structure interaction theory, the corresponding numerical model is established. And comparing the numerical results with the experimental results, those of shaking table test. Numerical model adopted is effective for it is shown that the numerical results are basically identical with dynamic response of SFT. 展开更多

The key is to form the pre-crack seam and predict the effect of the seam. The H-J-C blast model was built in the roof. Based on the theories of dynamic strength and failure criterion of dynamic rock, the rock dynamic damage and the evolution of pre-crack seam were simulated by the tensile damage and shear failure of the model. According to the actual situation of No. 92 ore body test stope at Tongkeng Mine, the formation process of the pre-crack blast seam was simulated by Ansys/Ls-dyna software, the pre-crack seam was inspected by a system of digital panoramic borehole camera. The pre-crack seam was inspected by the system of digital panoramic borehole in the roof. The results of the numerical simulation and inspection show that in the line of centers of pre-hole, the minimum of the tensile stress reaches 20 MPa, which is much larger than 13.7 MPa of the dynamic tensile strength of rock. The minimum particle vibration velocity reaches 50 cm/s, which is greater than 30-40 cm/s of the allowable vibration velocity. It is demonstrated that the rock is destroyed near the center line and the pre-crack is successfully formed by the large diameters and large distances pre-crack holes in the roof. 展开更多

针对车桥等零部件企业难以获取零部件耐久性试验规范的局限,提出一种前桥动力学模型驱动载荷构建方法,为前轴系统级台架试验与寿命验证奠定基础。基于整车动力学模型与实测道路载荷获取前轴寿命,以其过程及结果为参考,进行前桥模型驱动... 针对车桥等零部件企业难以获取零部件耐久性试验规范的局限,提出一种前桥动力学模型驱动载荷构建方法,为前轴系统级台架试验与寿命验证奠定基础。基于整车动力学模型与实测道路载荷获取前轴寿命,以其过程及结果为参考,进行前桥模型驱动信号迭代。首先,对实测轮心六分力进行频带调整;其次,以前轴在各工况下的损伤/寿命与参考值差值最小为目标,结合响应面法与遗传算法对轮心三向力幅值调整系数进行优化,优化后的轮心三向力与其余三向力矩构成了前桥模型驱动信号。仿真结果表明,采用构建的轮心驱动信号进行前桥模型动态载荷模拟,获取的前轴寿命、风险点失效顺序以及各路况对危险点的损伤贡献比等都与参考结果具有较好的一致性,验证了提出方法的有效性,可为系统级台架耐久性试验的驱动信号构建与零部件寿命评估提供参考。最后,经过损伤主导载荷修正后,轴管损伤分布也与参考结果一致。 展开更多

为分析岩石爆破孔壁压力沿炮孔轴向分布的特征,采用理论分析、模型试验和有限元模拟相结合的方法,对不同孔径耦合装药炮孔轴向孔壁压力进行研究。首先基于球面爆轰波理论,建立炮孔内爆轰作用模型;以爆轰波与孔壁的入射角和炮孔直径关系... 为分析岩石爆破孔壁压力沿炮孔轴向分布的特征,采用理论分析、模型试验和有限元模拟相结合的方法,对不同孔径耦合装药炮孔轴向孔壁压力进行研究。首先基于球面爆轰波理论,建立炮孔内爆轰作用模型;以爆轰波与孔壁的入射角和炮孔直径关系为基础,推导出各阶段爆轰作用下的孔壁压力理论计算公式,得到不同孔径的孔壁压力沿炮孔轴向孔壁的变化曲线。为验证理论分析的合理性,进一步利用混凝土厚壁圆筒模型试验,运用高速多路动态应变测试系统对孔壁压力进行监测,同时建立不同炮孔直径的有限元数值模拟,获得不同孔径炮孔孔壁压力沿炮孔轴向分布结果,并将模型试验和数值模拟结果与理论分析结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:耦合装药孔壁压力沿炮孔轴向方向呈现不均匀分布,起爆点近区孔壁压力急剧增大,达到最大压力峰值后开始衰减,最后孔壁压力趋于平稳波动的特征;炮孔直径与孔壁压力存在正相关,最大压力峰值和平稳波动阶段孔壁压力随炮孔直径增大而增大;在d=40 mm炮孔轴向孔壁压力的理论计算值与模型试验、数值模拟结果相对误差均较小,验证了理论分析的合理性。 展开更多

采用室内模型试验和数值模拟的方法,以单幅双墩和双幅四墩的布设形式为研究对象,研究了利用透水护圈对前排桥墩防护时,与水流斜交布设时斜交角度对其余桥墩局部冲刷防护效果的影响及机理。模型试验结果表明:随着角度增加,前排桥墩的局... 采用室内模型试验和数值模拟的方法,以单幅双墩和双幅四墩的布设形式为研究对象,研究了利用透水护圈对前排桥墩防护时,与水流斜交布设时斜交角度对其余桥墩局部冲刷防护效果的影响及机理。模型试验结果表明:随着角度增加,前排桥墩的局部冲刷变化不大,后排桥墩的局部冲刷逐渐增加。当斜交角度较小时,前排桥墩的防护对后排桥墩有明显的遮蔽作用。当斜交角度大于30°时,前排桥墩的防护对后排桥墩的遮蔽作用基本消失,单幅双墩布设时后排桥墩最大冲深大于前排桥墩。双幅四墩布设时,对第2和第3个桥墩局部冲刷有一定的减冲效果,但会加剧第4个桥墩的局部冲刷。因此,建议多桥墩的布设角度不宜超过30°,否则须对最下游的桥墩进行防护。数值模拟结果表明:前排桥墩利用护圈防护后,桥墩两侧绕流流速明显降低,其下游的遮蔽范围明显增大,遮蔽作用显著增加。随着斜交夹角的增加,前后排桥墩的绕流叠加效应导致后排桥墩的墩侧流速和河床切应力增加,使其局部冲刷的加剧。 展开更多

为提升装配式工字梁桥的抗爆防护性能,制作3片跨径150 cm的钢筋混凝土工字试验梁,进行接触爆炸试验,得到试验梁在50、100、200 g爆炸当量下的损伤表征,并与数值模型分析结果对比验证。以中山西环高速公路桥为背景,建立装配式工字梁桥数... 为提升装配式工字梁桥的抗爆防护性能,制作3片跨径150 cm的钢筋混凝土工字试验梁,进行接触爆炸试验,得到试验梁在50、100、200 g爆炸当量下的损伤表征,并与数值模型分析结果对比验证。以中山西环高速公路桥为背景,建立装配式工字梁桥数值分析模型,根据美国联邦紧急措施署(FEMA)标准,分析等效227 kg和454 kg爆炸当量下的装配式工字梁桥受爆力学性能和动力响应。结果表明:工字试验梁在50、100、200 g爆炸当量的接触爆炸试验中表现出局部冲剪破坏模式,顶板破坏特征为由腹板向自由边45°方向的混凝土脱落,并出现纵向裂缝,腹板破坏为显著的冲剪破坏,其冲剪高度随爆炸当量的增加而增大;在爆炸荷载下,装配式工字梁桥结构损伤特征表现为局部冲剪破坏、整体弯曲变形和高频振动;454 kg爆炸当量下,工字梁桥主梁动能峰值显著高于227 kg爆炸当量,到达峰值时间更早,且残余变形明显,导致承载能力下降;装配式工字梁桥设计时应优先增强结构的局部抗冲剪性能,同时加强横向联系及主梁截面高度。 展开更多

地震作用下斜坡段桥梁桩基的动力响应特性及损伤程度演化机理尚值得深入研究。文章开展斜坡桩基离心机振动台试验,获得特定坡度条件下各测点的加速度时程曲线;基于桩-坡动力相互作用模型,对比分析桩-坡系统加速度响应特征,验证计算模型... 地震作用下斜坡段桥梁桩基的动力响应特性及损伤程度演化机理尚值得深入研究。文章开展斜坡桩基离心机振动台试验,获得特定坡度条件下各测点的加速度时程曲线;基于桩-坡动力相互作用模型,对比分析桩-坡系统加速度响应特征,验证计算模型和参数取值的合理性;依托某斜坡桩基,通过IDA时程分析,获得斜坡坡度和桩径对桩基动力响应的影响规律,据此建立斜坡桩基地震易损性曲线。研究表明:桩-坡系统存在加速度放大效应,且越靠近坡顶放大效应越明显;桩身最大水平位移和最大正弯矩均位于桩顶处,而最大负弯矩约发生在土-岩交界面处;随地面峰值加速度PGA增大,桩基易损性增大;当PGA相同时,桩基极易由轻微破坏发展为中等破坏,而由严重破坏发展为完全破坏的概率相对较小;桩径越大,桩身弯矩越大,而桩身水平位移及易损性减小;随斜坡坡度增大,桩身弯矩、水平位移及易损性均随之增大。在实际工程设计中,合理布置桩位和设定桩径可有效提高斜坡桩基的抗震性能。 展开更多

基于趋势突变检验的螺旋桨梢涡空化初生预报方法

梢涡空化是船用螺旋桨上最早发生的空化类型之一,其一旦发生会显著增强舰船水下噪声水平.因此,随着现代舰船对航速和声隐身性的要求不断提高,对于与舰船临界航速密切相关的螺旋桨梢涡空化初生的精准预报需求也变得日益迫切.而现阶段常... 梢涡空化是船用螺旋桨上最早发生的空化类型之一,其一旦发生会显著增强舰船水下噪声水平.因此,随着现代舰船对航速和声隐身性的要求不断提高,对于与舰船临界航速密切相关的螺旋桨梢涡空化初生的精准预报需求也变得日益迫切.而现阶段常用的单相最小压力系数法和两相空化模型法不仅无法充分考虑水中气核效应,还具有明显的网格依赖性,难以对螺旋桨梢涡的初生空化数进行精准预报.为弥补现有预报方法的不足,本研究在考虑气核效应的流场模拟方法基础上,建立了基于趋势突变检验的螺旋桨梢涡初生空化数的预报方法.首先以由螺旋桨桨叶简化而来的椭圆翼为研究对象针对该方法中空化泡判定标准和初始气核数量两个主观因素进行敏感性分析,较为系统验证了该预报方法具有优异的鲁棒性.并在此基础上,初步探究了来流速度对梢涡卷吸捕获气核能力的影响.研究表明,在空化初生工况下,来流速度越大使得气核就越难以被梢涡流场捕获后生长成为空化泡.最后进一步地将该方法应用于螺旋桨的梢涡空化初生的预报研究中.结果表明,相较于传统最小压力系数法,本方法精度能提高80%以上,优势明显. 展开更多

煤矿冲击地压数值物理模拟方法与应用研究

由于冲击地压现场试验危险性高、监测困难、难以控制触发机制等局限,建立有效的物理相似模拟和数值模拟方法是冲击地压机理与防治研究的重要手段。针对冲击地压物理相似模拟,介绍了相似模拟实验材料的研发进展,在静力相似准则基础上发... 由于冲击地压现场试验危险性高、监测困难、难以控制触发机制等局限,建立有效的物理相似模拟和数值模拟方法是冲击地压机理与防治研究的重要手段。针对冲击地压物理相似模拟,介绍了相似模拟实验材料的研发进展,在静力相似准则基础上发展了煤岩体动力相似准则,提出了惯性力相似条件,在此基础上开展材料研发和相似模型设计,研究表明:由高聚物、石英砂等组成的相似材料与煤岩动力破坏过程的强度和破坏模式等均具有较好的相似性;结合冲击地压应力波场物理相似模拟试验台,开展了波场传播诱冲过程相似模拟实验,发现应力波在顶底板间相互干涉、叠加,形成煤层槽波,应变场整体上也逐步汇聚在煤层,形成局部化带,最终导致冲击破坏。针对冲击地压数值模拟,介绍了有限元法等连续介质力学方法、离散元法等不连续变形模拟方法,以及连续介质力学-不连续变形耦合方法在冲击地压数值模拟中的研究进展,分析了非线性有限元与不平衡力理论在研究冲击地压潜在风险中的应用前景,围绕煤岩体弹射的势动能瞬态转换力学机制,分别阐述了弹射前期高弹性能体形成、弹射中期岩体瞬间脆断和块体形成的非平衡条件、弹射后期块体运动的模拟思路。最后,介绍了近场动力学与有限元耦合模拟算法在模拟煤岩冲击地压连续-非连续转换中的初步应用,取得了预期效果。本研究有望为煤矿冲击地压模拟提供新思路,对于煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。 展开更多

为研究高维混合模型在潜水泵叶轮优化设计中的适配性及权重系数对叶轮优化设计的影响,以比转数为87的某型潜水泵为研究对象,基于构建的SVR-HDMR模型和遗传算法进行多目标优化,分析了不同扬程和效率的权重系数对泵内流特性和叶轮出口速... 为研究高维混合模型在潜水泵叶轮优化设计中的适配性及权重系数对叶轮优化设计的影响,以比转数为87的某型潜水泵为研究对象,基于构建的SVR-HDMR模型和遗传算法进行多目标优化,分析了不同扬程和效率的权重系数对泵内流特性和叶轮出口速度的影响,并对计算结果进行试验验证,试验与计算的误差在5%左右.结果表明:3种优化方案均能提升泵性能,其中扬程和效率权重系数均为0.5的方案效果最优,可使泵内流动损失显著降低,有效改善流场紊乱程度,同时提高叶轮出口绝对速度周向分量并降低湍动能,最终实现扬程提升1.20 m、效率提高1.80%的优化效果.研究结果对导叶式离心泵设计具有重要参考价值. 展开更多

盾构隧道纠偏注浆作为一种非开挖隧道变形整治技术得到了工程应用,但纠偏注浆点的布设暂无依据,也缺乏相关分析。为了分析不同纠偏注浆点对隧道变形纠偏效果的影响,在室内模型试验的基础上建立侧部注浆仿真模型,开展了纠偏注浆点的布设... 盾构隧道纠偏注浆作为一种非开挖隧道变形整治技术得到了工程应用,但纠偏注浆点的布设暂无依据,也缺乏相关分析。为了分析不同纠偏注浆点对隧道变形纠偏效果的影响,在室内模型试验的基础上建立侧部注浆仿真模型,开展了纠偏注浆点的布设方式对盾构隧道的影响分析。在已建模型的基础上对侧部单点和多点注浆模式的多种工况进行模拟,读取不同工况下隧道所受单位水平轴力、附加土压力、直径变化以及挠曲变形数据,分析表明:盾构隧道在水平注浆压力作用下会发生竖椭圆变形,且盾构隧道向注浆对侧发生水平挠曲变形;注浆点与隧道的净距离越小,注浆对隧道侧部产生的最大水平土压力越大,但注浆附加土压力的影响范围越小,当纠偏范围较小时,建议采用单点注浆;相同注浆量下,多注浆点均匀注浆既有利于盾构隧道附加土压力的均匀分布,当纠偏范围较大时,建议采用多点同时注浆的模式。 展开更多

抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口布置在水库岸边,是应用最为广泛的进/出水口类型.侧式进/出水口内设分流隔墙为多孔道结构,需满足双向过流要求.每个具体工程的侧式进/出水口都有自己的特点,导致侧式进/出水口双向流动复杂,对侧式进出/水口体... 抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口布置在水库岸边,是应用最为广泛的进/出水口类型.侧式进/出水口内设分流隔墙为多孔道结构,需满足双向过流要求.每个具体工程的侧式进/出水口都有自己的特点,导致侧式进/出水口双向流动复杂,对侧式进出/水口体型要求很高,因此《抽水蓄能电站设计规范》对侧式进/出水口的水力指标做出了严格规定.围绕侧式进/出水口的水力特性、内部流动机理、优化方法等已经开展了大量的模型试验和数值模拟研究.对于具体的抽水蓄能电站工程,主要关注水头损失、拦污栅断面流速、各孔道流量分配、进/出水口漩涡、反坡明渠段流态等水力特性.对于进/出水口内部流动机理,主要关注内部流场演变规律、拦污栅断面脉动流速规律及形成机理等.对于进/出水口体型优化,除传统优化方法外,还开展了结合数值模拟、代理模型和优化算法的智能优化方法方面的研究.本文首先概述侧式进/出水口体型及设计要求,其次从具体工程进/出水口水力学问题、进/出水口内部流动机理、进/出水口优化方法3个方面综述侧式进/出水口的研究进展,最后基于目前研究成果的总结分析提出未来的研究内容.本文成果可为抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口设计和水力学研究提供参考. 展开更多
