澳洲坚果主导品种Own Choice的品种配置研究

为了明确澳洲坚果园主导品种Own Choice(O.C)的最适配置品种,选择HAES863、D、D4、HAES816、HAES906、HAES294、HAES900、A4等8个品种为O.C授粉,统计分析不同授粉处理的着果率、杂交不亲和性程度指数、着果花序率、每果序着果数、落果... 为了明确澳洲坚果园主导品种Own Choice(O.C)的最适配置品种,选择HAES863、D、D4、HAES816、HAES906、HAES294、HAES900、A4等8个品种为O.C授粉,统计分析不同授粉处理的着果率、杂交不亲和性程度指数、着果花序率、每果序着果数、落果率、壳果横径等指标。结果表明,以着果率及着果花序率统计的杂交不亲和性程度指数发现,HAES863、D、D4、HAES816、HAES906与O.C的杂交亲和性高于A4、HAES294、HAES900。供试品种处理的着果率与着果花序率之间存在正相关关系,初步推断可使用着果花序率代替着果率评价O.C与不同品种的杂交不亲和性程度;8个授粉处理的平均着果花序率为40.60%,可以此推断O.C与不同授粉品种的田间杂交不亲和性程度。综合分析推断,澳洲坚果主导品种O.C的最适配置品种为HAES863和D4,根据小气候可选择性搭配种植D、HAES906、HAES816。 展开更多

In recent years,there have been important developments in the joint analysis of the travel behavior based on discrete choice models as well as in the formulation of increasingly flexible closed-form models belonging to the generalized extreme value class.The objective of this work is to describe the simultaneous choice of shopping destination and travel-to-shop mode in downtown area by making use of the cross-nested logit(CNL) structure that allows for potential spatial correlation.The analysis uses data collected in the downtown areas of Maryland-Washington,D.C.region for shopping trips,considering household,individual,land use,and travel-related characteristics.The estimation results show that the dissimilarity parameter in the CNL model is 0.37 and significant at the 95% level,indicating that the alternatives have high spatial correlation for the short shopping distance.The results of analysis reveal detailed significant influences on travel behavior of joint choice shopping destination and travel mode.Moreover,a Monte Carlo simulation for a group of scenarios arising from transportation policies and parking fees in downtown area,was undertaken to examine the impact of a change in car travel cost on the shopping destination and travel mode switching.These findings have important implications for transportation demand management and urban planning. 展开更多

The rapid development of multimodal transportation system prompts travellers to choose multiple transportation modes, such as private vehicles or taxi, transit(subways or buses), or park-and-ride combinations for urban trips. Traffic corridor is a major scenario that supports travellers to commute from suburban residential areas to central working areas. Studying their modal choice behaviour is receiving more and more interests. On one hand, it will guide the travellers to rationally choose their most economic and beneficial mode for urban trips. On the other hand, it will help traffic operators to make more appropriate policies to enhance the share of public transit in order to alleviate the traffic congestion and produce more economic and social benefits. To analyze the travel modal choice, a generalized cost model for three typical modes is first established to evaluate each different travel alternative. Then, random utility theory(RUT) and decision field theory(DFT) are introduced to describe the decision-making process how travellers make their mode choices. Further, some important factors that may influence the modal choice behaviour are discussed as well. To test the feasibility of the proposed model, a field test in Beijing was conducted to collect the real-time data and estimate the model parameters. The improvements in the test results and analysis show new advances in the development of travel mode choice on multimodal transportation networks. 展开更多

It tends to be globalized. Rapid response and technology innovation have become the key factor to the success of manufacture enterprise. At present, internet-based manufacturing develops rapidly. With the development of engineering material and machining techniques, better cutting properties of metal cutting tools are required. The world is paying more attention to the study of indexable carbide inserts with three-dimensional complex grooves which can affect cutting properties directly and chip-controlling. So the variety and specification of indexable insert develop quickly and the application of insert with three-dimensional complex chip-former becomes wider and wider. Because milling is an interrupted cutting, the process of milling is complicated and the failure of the milling inserts is severe. It is important to choose suitable milling inserts groove for particular machining conditions before actual machining, it will extend tool life and raise productivity. Optimization and choice of inserts with complex groove via internet may serve for manufacture enterprises all over the world. The milling inserts with three-dimensional complex grooves are optimized and chosen via Internet in this paper. The face-milling process is studied, with the mathematics models of cutting force for different shape of cutting edges established, the cutting forces predicted and stress-fields of different insert grooves analyzed by FEM, according to the predictable results and the most suitable insert groove for particular machining conditions are optimized and chosen. The complex groove optimization and choice are based on a client/server model, with the client and server being on different machines across the internet. Communication between the client and server uses the TCP/IP. The result of optimization and choice will be sent to the users via Internet. Manufacturers all over the world can get the desired insert groove without paying for expensive experiments. Thus, the cost and lead time of products are reduced. 展开更多

学前教育师范生职业选择是影响其职业发展的重要因素,对学前教师队伍质量与稳定具有重要影响。本研究选择五年制专科院校、三年制专科院校、本科院校各1所共548名学前教育师范生为研究对象,采用《教师职业选择影响因素量表》调查其从教... 学前教育师范生职业选择是影响其职业发展的重要因素,对学前教师队伍质量与稳定具有重要影响。本研究选择五年制专科院校、三年制专科院校、本科院校各1所共548名学前教育师范生为研究对象,采用《教师职业选择影响因素量表》调查其从教动机、职业认识和职业选择满意度,结果发现其职业认识与职业选择满意度的平均值高于整体平均水平,但从教动机的平均值最低,且低于整体平均水平;在从教动机各因素中,社会效用价值因素的动机作用最强,备选职业因素的动机作用最弱,内在价值、个人效用价值、自我效能感因素的动机作用偏弱;学前教育师范生普遍认为教师职业是一种专业要求高、职业压力大、社会地位及工资水平较低的职业;从教动机、职业认识与职业选择满意度显著相关。培养院校应引导学前教育师范生提高对教师职业价值的认识,树立职业信仰,厘清自我职业倾向,建立合理的职业期望,积极应对职业专业化的挑战,同时还应完善教育实习时间及实习指导安排,制定统一的专业培养基准,提升学前教育师范生培养质量。 展开更多

The aim of this work is to explore the impact of regional transit service on tour-based commuter travel behavior by using the Bayesian hierarchical multinomial logit model, accounting for the spatial heterogeneity of the people living in the same area.With two indicators, accessibility and connectivity measured at the zone level, the regional transit service is captured and then related to the travel mode choice behavior. The sample data are selected from Washington-Baltimore Household Travel Survey in 2007,including all the trips from home to workplace in morning hours in Baltimore city. Traditional multinomial logit model using Bayesian approach is also estimated. A comparison of the two different models shows that ignoring the spatial context can lead to a misspecification of the effects of the regional transit service on travel behavior. The results reveal that improving transit service at regional level can be effective in reducing auto use for commuters after controlling for socio-demographics and travel-related factors.This work provides insights for interpreting tour-based commuter travel behavior by using recently developed methodological approaches. The results of this work will be helpful for engineers, urban planners, and transit operators to decide the needs to improve regional transit service and spatial location efficiently. 展开更多

Real-time routing control design for traffic networks with multi-route choices

This work considers those road networks in which there are multi-route choices for bifurcation-destination(or origin-destination) pairs, and designs a real-time variable message sign(VMS)-based routing control strategy in the model predictive control(MPC) framework. The VMS route recommendation provided by the traffic management authority is directly considered as the control variable, and the routing control model is established, in which a multi-dimensional control vector is introduced to describe the influence of route recommendations on flow distribution. In the MPC framework, a system optimum routing strategy with the constraints regarding drivers' acceptability with recommended routes is designed, which can not only meet the traffic management authority's control requirement but also improve drivers' satisfaction with the route guidance system. The simulation carried out shows that the proposed routing control can effectively mitigate traffic congestion, reduces followers' time delay, and improves drivers' satisfaction with routing control in road networks. 展开更多

人工智能的迅猛发展正在重塑教育的面貌,并带来了一系列的机遇与挑战。数字化转型是技术发展演进历程中的必然趋势,亦是智能时代教育事业发展进程中的重要标志,教育必须积极应对时代变革。该文深入探讨了信息技术革命对教育的影响,全面... 人工智能的迅猛发展正在重塑教育的面貌,并带来了一系列的机遇与挑战。数字化转型是技术发展演进历程中的必然趋势,亦是智能时代教育事业发展进程中的重要标志,教育必须积极应对时代变革。该文深入探讨了信息技术革命对教育的影响,全面梳理了我国教育数字化转型的政策导向及发展历程。育人目标决定着教育形态的构成,智能时代促使教育系统在数字化转型背景下形成了新形态,其在五个方面发生了深刻变革,包括学校管理的效率与便捷性显著提升、教育教学变得更显丰富且多样化、学生发展能够更加精准实现个性化、教师发展专业化与需求能够更好匹配以及家校社育人更加紧密生动。然而,新技术的产生往往会引发诸多矛盾的产生,在智能时代教育理想与育人目标的达成存在四个矛盾关系,即工具伦理视角下的数字鸿沟愈发凸显、技术决定论削弱多元育人的要素功能、教师数字素养的提升滞后于技术更新以及应试教育理念抑制智能教育的实施。基于此,该文提出了相应的应对策略,利用智能技术优势助力数字鸿沟的弥合、促进技术刚性标准与人文关怀的融合、实现教师工具应用水平与技术的匹配以及健全基于综合素质的多元化评价体系。科学认识和审视智能时代教育的多维复杂性,确保技术的应用能够促进教育公平、提高教育质量,并培养学生适应未来社会的能力,这不仅是对教育工作者的挑战,也是政策制定者、技术开发者乃至整个社会的共同责任。 展开更多

女性生育选择受同群育儿分工的影响吗?——基于同群参考预期约束的分析 被引量:1

近年来我国出生人口持续下降引起了社会各界的广泛关注,大量研究聚焦女性生育选择的影响因素。随着社会的发展,生育观念也在不断变化,群体内部形成的育儿分工模式为未生育女性带来参考预期,进而影响其未来的生育选择。因此,分析同群育... 近年来我国出生人口持续下降引起了社会各界的广泛关注,大量研究聚焦女性生育选择的影响因素。随着社会的发展,生育观念也在不断变化,群体内部形成的育儿分工模式为未生育女性带来参考预期,进而影响其未来的生育选择。因此,分析同群育儿分工对女性生育选择的影响可以进一步把握影响女性生育选择的因素,并提出更具针对性的政策建议。本文建立女性生育数量的经典线性回归模型和生育选择的二元选择模型,并通过对2018年中国流动人口动态监测调查(CMDS)和2015年中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)数据进行匹配,消除同一来源数据带来的解释变量内生性问题,实证分析同群育儿分工对女性生育的影响。研究结果表明:女性承担更多照顾孩子责任的同群育儿分工模式使女性生育数量减少、二胎生育概率下降,对于不同受教育程度的女性而言,同群育儿分工对其生育选择的影响存在明显差异。相比于受教育程度较低的女性,同群育儿分工对受教育程度较高女性生育选择的负向影响更小。基于零截断计数数据模型和有序Probit模型的检验验证了主要回归结果的稳健性。异质性分析结果表明:对于不同生育观念和养育观念的女性群体而言,同群育儿分工对其生育选择的影响存在明显差异。倾向于女性承担更多的同群育儿分工对主观上认为女性就应该有孩子的女性生育的影响更小,对主观上更要求男女平等的女性生育的负向影响更大。基于调节效应模型的稳健性检验验证了异质性分析结果的稳健性。因此,通过调整群体内部育儿分工规范以提升生育率的措施是可行的。政府部门可以通过加强社会引导和相关政策支持提升男性的育儿责任,降低女性预期育儿负担,提升女性生育意愿,同时对于持保守态度的女性,应提升其改变传统分工约束的信心,从认知的角度改变育儿分工规范,提升生育率。育儿分工的调整不仅可以降低抚养孩子为女性带来的负向影响,进而促进生育,而且有助于低教育程度女性家庭和社会地位的提升,并进一步提升其生育选择的自愿性,促进人口的健康发展。 展开更多

目的:探究老年多重慢性病患者对社区健康管理服务模式的选择偏好及其异质性,为优化服务模式提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样和便利抽样,运用离散选择实验,对江苏省6地360名老年多重慢病患者进行问卷调查,运用混合Logit模型分析... 目的:探究老年多重慢性病患者对社区健康管理服务模式的选择偏好及其异质性,为优化服务模式提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样和便利抽样,运用离散选择实验,对江苏省6地360名老年多重慢病患者进行问卷调查,运用混合Logit模型分析服务选择偏好和支付意愿,并通过潜类别Logit模型探究群体异质性。结果:患者更倾向选择“每月两次、用药+生活方式指导、面对面咨询”的服务模式,支付意愿依次为170.18元、162.90元和112.70元,支付意愿随自付费用增加而下降。异质性分析识别出三类偏好群体,其城乡分布、收入水平及医保类型存在显著差异。结论与建议:用药+生活方式指导是老年多重慢病患者最关注的服务内容,患者基本特征对服务模式偏好产生结构性影响,需针对不同群体优化服务供给。建议提升基层特别是农村地区用药指导能力,加强体医结合发展,提高基层医务人员对患者生活方式指导的精准性与有效性;加强信息化建设,优化服务流程,适度增加面对面服务频次;完善医保与公卫资金整合机制,提高服务可及性与公平性。 展开更多

数字经济促进了新就业形态与新兴产业的兴起,推动了新就业岗位与新产业链条的生成,为高校青年学生职业选择带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。课题组在全国12所高校问卷调查的基础上,以被试人员所处学习阶段、性别、政治面貌、就读高校类别... 数字经济促进了新就业形态与新兴产业的兴起,推动了新就业岗位与新产业链条的生成,为高校青年学生职业选择带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。课题组在全国12所高校问卷调查的基础上,以被试人员所处学习阶段、性别、政治面貌、就读高校类别、所学学科(专业)、具备相关从业经验等作为择业认知状态的考察维度,深入分析数字经济视域下青年学生对新就业形态的接受度;同时,以当下新就业形态的隐患问题作为择业价值取向的考察维度,以新就业形态的来源途径作为择业实现途径的考察维度,旨在探寻影响青年学生选择新就业形态潜在影响因素。基于上述影响因素分析结果,建议高校从提升青年学生对新就业形态价值理念的认知、加快就业指导服务支持体系供给侧改革、加强青年学生数字技能的实践与应用等三个方面,进一步引导青年学生正确看待数字经济带来的新就业形态,提升数字技能,实现高质量充分就业。 展开更多

建立绿色高效的出行服务体系是我国绿色出行行动计划的重要内容,需要考虑居民职住状态和通勤方式在不同等级城市中的异质性。本文基于来自3类城市的1788份有效问卷,构建SEM-MNL(Structural Equation Modeling-Multinomial Logit)模型,... 建立绿色高效的出行服务体系是我国绿色出行行动计划的重要内容,需要考虑居民职住状态和通勤方式在不同等级城市中的异质性。本文基于来自3类城市的1788份有效问卷,构建SEM-MNL(Structural Equation Modeling-Multinomial Logit)模型,量化分析职住状态、通勤属性和个人经济特征对多类别城市通勤方式选择的综合影响。研究发现,潜变量通勤属性是影响出行方式的关键因素,相较于一线和新一线城市,其在普通城市中的约束作用更为明显。职住状态通过通勤属性间接影响通勤方式选择,3类城市路径系数分别为0.83,0.89和0.93。居住类型在一线城市和普通城市对通勤距离和方式选择的作用呈现相反趋势,一线城市高学历者倾向绿色出行,非一线反之。新一线城市短通勤距离居民租房比例最高,且有近半数选择慢行交通。通过调整职住分布提高短距离通勤比例,可以提升绿色出行分担率,随着城市等级下沉,调控反馈灵敏度增高。研究结果为多类城市职住平衡和交通基础设施规划提供了差异化政策建议,有利于促进低碳出行,助推城市交通供需平衡和可持续发展。 展开更多
