The design of a turbofan rotor speed control system, using model reference adaptive control(MRAC) method with input and output measurements, is discussed for the purpose of practical application. The nonlinear compensator based on functional link neural network is used to deal with the engine nonlinearity and the hardware-in-loop simulation is also developed. The results show that the nonlinear MRAC controller has the adequate performance of compensating and adapting nonlinearity arising from the change of engine state or working environment. Such feature demonstrates potential practical applications of MRAC for aeroengine control system. 展开更多

Based on a typical and conventional direct model reference adaptive control scheme,various modifications have been employed to achieve the goal. "C omposite model reference adaptive control"of higher performance is seam-lessly combined with "positive μ-mod",which consequently results in a smooth tracking trajectory despite of the input constraints. In addition,bounded-gain forgetting is utilized to facilitate faster convergence of parameter estimates. The stability of the closed-loop systemcan be guaranteed by using Lyapunov theory.The merits and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated by a numerical example of the longitudinal dynamical systems of a fixed-wing airplane. 展开更多

Future manufacturing systems need to cope with frequent changes and disturbances, therefore their control architectures require constant adaptability, agility, stability, self-organization, intelligence, and robustness. Bio-inspired manufacturing system can well satisfy these requirements. For this purpose, by referencing the biological organization structure and the mechanism, a bio-inspired manufacturing cell is presented from a novel view, and then a bio-inspired self-adaptive manufacturing model is established based on the ultra-short feedback mechanism of the neuro-endocrine system. A hio-inspired self-adaptive manufacturing system coordinated model is also established based on the neuro-endocrine-immunity system (NEIS). Finally, an example based on pheromone communication mechanism indicates that the robustness of the whole manufacturing system is improved by bio-inspired technologies. 展开更多

The model reference adaptive control was combined with the variable structure control to design a model reference variable structure (MRVS) control system whose control structure is simple and can be realized easily. The control strategy of the model travel tracking for the vehicle suspension sys tem is presented based on analyzing the responses of the vehicle suspension tra vel. A fuzzy control system of vehicle suspension is designed, in which the sus pension travel output of the adaptive LQG control system is taken as the tracking objective. The simulation results prove that the suspension travel and vertical acceleration can be tracked simultaneously with the simple fuzzy controller, and the tracking effect of fuzzy control is better than that of the PID controller. 展开更多

The increasing demand on robotic system performance leads to the use of advanced control strategies. A variable structure model-following adaptive control design is presented for the nonlinear robot manipulator systems, when subjected to fast and wide ranges of unknown-but-bounded parameter variations and disturbances. The design does not require any knowledge of a nonlinear robotic system. The system is robust and insensitive to the parameter variation, disturbances, as well as to the unmodeled dynamics. This insensitive property enables the elimination of interactions among the various joints of the robotic manipulator. In the closed loop, the robotic system asymptotically converges to the reference trajectory with a Prescribed transient resPOnse. The problem of chattering is discussed with the introduction of the special approaches: boundary layer, smoothing law, and nonlinear compensation. 展开更多

A continuous-time nonlinear model predictive controller(NMPC) was designed for a boiler-turbine unit.The controller was designed by optimizing a receding-horizon performance index,with the nonlinear system approximated by its Taylor series expansion with a certain order,the magnitude saturation constraints on the inputs satisfied by increasing the predictive time,and the rate saturation conditions on the actuators satisfied by tuning the time constant of the reference trajectories in a reference governor.Simulation results showed that the controller can drive the drum pressure and output power of the nonlinear boiler-turbine unit to follow their respective reference trajectories throughout a varying operation range and keep the water level deviation within tolerances.Comparison of the NMPC scheme with the generic model control(GMC) scheme indicated that the responses are slower and there are more oscillations in the responses of the water level,fuel flow input and feed water flow input in the GMC scheme when the boiler-turbine unit is operating over a wide range. 展开更多

汽车在高速公路上行驶时,有必要降低侧窗区域的风噪声。汽车风噪的低频噪声控制可通过主动噪声控制(active noise control,ANC)实现,因此本文提出一种汽车风噪的主动噪声控制方法(active wind noise cancellation, AWNC),并针对侧窗区... 汽车在高速公路上行驶时,有必要降低侧窗区域的风噪声。汽车风噪的低频噪声控制可通过主动噪声控制(active noise control,ANC)实现,因此本文提出一种汽车风噪的主动噪声控制方法(active wind noise cancellation, AWNC),并针对侧窗区域的输入信号选取合适的参考信号:侧窗振动信号作为参考信号在100~500 Hz频段内与目标噪声的相干性较好。以风洞试验中整车全尺寸油泥模型为研究对象,通过长短期记忆方法(long shortterm memory,LSTM)优化选取风噪声的参考信号,再利用FxLMS算法对优选后的参考信号进行AWNC仿真并完成硬件在环试验验证。结果表明:经过优选的参考信号不仅数量减少节约成本,且优选后的参考信号将风噪峰值频段降低了5~15 dB。 展开更多

[目的]智能船舶在航行过程中由于环境干扰的影响,模型参数的不确定性影响会导致船舶运动控制精度不高,为提高船舶控制算法对干扰的自适应能力,提出一种控制方法。[方法]基于L1自适应控制算法和高斯过程回归(GPR),提出一种欠驱动船舶的航向航迹控制方法,并利用Lyapunov控制函数推导控制律,以证明闭环控制系统一致全局渐近稳定。利用GPR对船舶航行过程中的突发干扰和环境干扰进行建模,并通过与自适应律结合的方式达到快速消除干扰影响的效果。[结果]考虑突发干扰和时变扰动的航向与航迹控制仿真实验结果表明,L1-GPR控制相比传统的L1自适应控制其平均绝对航向误差可减少约9.88%和23.2%,最大绝对航向误差可减少约8.49%和12.1%,能够有效减少环境干扰影响,快速达到稳定状态。[结论]所提航向航迹控制方法能够有效抵抗航行过程中的各种干扰。 展开更多

A new decentralized adaptive control scheme is presented for linear time invariant systems with first order interconnections. The proposed control scheme with “proportional plus integral” terms is used to improve the convergence rate and the ultimate bound of the tracking error. It is important to note that the adaptive scheme uses lower adaptive gains and smaller control inputs to avoid input saturation and oscillatory behavior. Simulation results are illustrated for controlling a dual inverted pendulum and a multivariable turbofan engine using the proposed adaptive scheme. These simulations validate out conclusions. 展开更多

综采工作面风流-煤尘逸散规律及防控技术研究

综采工作面采煤机在截割煤体时会产生明显的湍流风,使得采煤区风速发生变化,诱导煤尘颗粒向人行道区域横向扩散。为探究截割湍流风对截割煤尘横向扩散规律的影响,采用多重参考系(MRF)模型对滚筒旋转割煤进行仿真,对不同割煤状态下综采... 综采工作面采煤机在截割煤体时会产生明显的湍流风,使得采煤区风速发生变化,诱导煤尘颗粒向人行道区域横向扩散。为探究截割湍流风对截割煤尘横向扩散规律的影响,采用多重参考系(MRF)模型对滚筒旋转割煤进行仿真,对不同割煤状态下综采工作面风流-煤尘耦合运移规律进行数值模拟,得到工作面风流分布与煤尘浓度分布的关系。为降低截割湍流风对煤尘横向扩散的影响,提出一种采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统,通过安装在支架顶梁或前探梁上的喷雾装置在采煤机滚筒与人行道间形成雾幕,削弱截割湍流风的扰动作用,阻隔煤尘颗粒横向扩散,实现对滚筒截割尘源的动态跟踪。仿真结果表明,不同割煤状态下滚筒转动产生的截割湍流风使风流向人行道区域发生偏移,当滚筒转速为29.29 r/min、系统风速为1.40 m/s时,其横向偏移分速度可超过0.54 m/s,并使煤尘颗粒向人行道区域扩散,出现浓度超过300 mg/m3的煤尘团,尤其是顺风割煤时煤尘横向扩散更为明显,人行道处煤尘浓度达385.12 mg/m^(3)。现场测试结果表明,采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾降尘技术的降尘率达83.68%,且单个喷洒点的待机能耗低于10 W。 展开更多

This kind of system has the advantage of energy-saving. But, it also has some defects that have to be improved. Microcomputer control of a pump controlled motor electrohydraulic servo system is studied. A PID controller is first adopted on the closed loop control system, and experimental results are obtained. Then, a model reference adaptive controller is designed and realised on the same system applying a single board microcomputer. Experimental results show that the dynamic properties of the adaptive control system is much better than those of the PID system under different inertia load conditions. 展开更多

Based on the adaptive control method, a kind of parameter adjustor was used to control pneumatic rotary actuator to track the expected output. The system uses electropneumatic proportional valve as control device, which adjusts the gas flow of actuator 's two cavities, then changes the pressure of cavity and pushes the piston of actuator to move, so the rotary actuator 's axis can be made to revolve to the required angle at last. According to the characteristic of pneumatic system, the control system was described with a fourth-order mathematic model. The control rule is deduced by model reference adaptive control method. By the result of experiment, it was proved that by using the adaptive control method, the output of rotary actuator could track the expected value timely and accurately. 展开更多

With the DSP computer system, the control signal of each joint of the robot arm can be processed in real time and independently. 针对水肥混合过程中水肥EC值精准控制的问题,设计一个基于模型参考自适应的水肥一体化决策和控制系统。建立母液动态调控模型,并通过该模型设计模型参考自适应控制器。仿真试验结果显示,模型参考自适应控制相较于模糊PID控制,在跟踪试... 针对水肥混合过程中水肥EC值精准控制的问题,设计一个基于模型参考自适应的水肥一体化决策和控制系统。建立母液动态调控模型,并通过该模型设计模型参考自适应控制器。仿真试验结果显示,模型参考自适应控制相较于模糊PID控制,在跟踪试验中超调量降低1.2%,调整时间减少12.6 s,阶跃试验中超调量降低14.4%,调整时间减少超过2 s,抗干扰能力优于模糊PID控制。通过3种方式进行田间试验,对比模糊PID控制和人工灌溉方式,采用模型参考自适应控制能够使番茄株高分别提高15.7%和35.6%,茎粗分别增长11.1%和18.6%,产量分别提升23.3%和48.1%,结果表明,模型参考自适应控制优于模糊PID控制和人工灌溉方式,从而验证模型参考自适应控制的有效性,为精准施肥灌溉提供技术支持。 展开更多
