A stochastic epidemic model with two age groups is established in this study,in which the susceptible(S),the exposed(E),the infected(I),the hospitalized(H)and the recovered(R)are involved within the total population,the aging rates between two age groups are set to be constant.The existence-and-uniqueness of global positive solution is firstly showed.Then,by constructing several appropriate Lyapunov functions and using the high-dimensional Itô’s formula,the sufficient conditions for the stochastic extinction and stochastic persistence of the exposed individuals and the infected individuals are obtained.The stochastic extinction indicator and the stochastic persistence indicator are less-valued expressions compared with the basic reproduction number.Meanwhile,the main results of this study are modified into multi-age groups.Furthermore,by using the surveillance data for Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Fuzhou COVID-19 epidemic is chosen to carry out the numerical simulations,which show that the age group of the population plays the vital role when studying infectious diseases. 展开更多

Herein the use of rare-earth compounds in catalytic reduction systems for the end-group functionalization of carboxyl-terminated low-molecularweight fluoropolymers was explored.Leveraging the high catalytic activity and selectivity of rare-earth compounds along with no residual impact on polymer product's performance,highly efficient catalytic reduction systems containing sodium borohydride(NaBH_(4))and rare-earth chloride(RECl_(3))were specifically designed for a telechelic carboxyl-terminated liquid fluoroeslastomer,aiming to facilitate the conversion of chainend carboxyl groups into hydroxyl groups and improvement in end-group reactivity.To achieve this,lanthanum chloride(LaCl_(3)),cerium chloride(CeCl_(3)),and neodymium chloride(NdCl_(3))were used separately to form catalytic reduction systems with NaBH_(4).The effects of solvent dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time length,and reductant dosage on carboxylic conversion were investigated,and the molecular chain structure,molecular weight,and functional group content of the raw materials and the products were analyzed and characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),proton nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H-NMR),fluorine-19 nuclear magnetic resonance(^(19)F-NMR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and chemical titration.Moreover,the catalytic activity and selectivity of the rare-earth chlorides,as well as the corresponding underlying interactions were discussed.Results indicated that the rare-earth-containing catalytic reduction systems studied in this work could efficiently convert the chain-end carboxyl groups into highly active hydroxyl groups,with a highest conversion up to 87.0%and differing catalytic reduction activities ranked as NaBH_(4)/CeCl_(3)>NaBH_(4)/LaCl_(3)>NaBH_(4)/NdCl_(3).Compared with the conventional lithium aluminum hydride(LiAIH_(4))reduction system,the NaBH_(4)/RECl_(3)systems provide multiple advantages such as mild reaction conditions,high conversion ratio with good selectivity,and environmental innocuity,and are potentially applicable as new reduction-catalysis combinations for the synthesis and functionalization of polymer materials. 展开更多

随着现代计算机技术的进步,内存墙问题越发严重.在此背景下,多级缓存中的末级缓存成为了影响性能的关键资源.近年来各项研究通过拓展尺寸,以及动态资源管理的手段优化末级缓存.路划分技术是缓存资源管理的主要方法,通过将缓存按路为单... 随着现代计算机技术的进步,内存墙问题越发严重.在此背景下,多级缓存中的末级缓存成为了影响性能的关键资源.近年来各项研究通过拓展尺寸,以及动态资源管理的手段优化末级缓存.路划分技术是缓存资源管理的主要方法,通过将缓存按路为单位划分后分配给各个应用使用,实现系统性能优化.然而路划分粒度较粗,要求缓存的所有组(set)都遵循同样的路划分方案.实际上,应用在不同组可能会有不同的空间需求,路划分技术限制了缓存的空间利用,造成资源浪费.GroupUCP是一种按需调节的细粒度缓存资源管理技术,其设计思路是根据每个应用对各缓存组的不同需求,采用动态分组和实时评估的方式,将各个缓存组聚合成组,分组进行按需分配.这一设计允许各个组进行独立的路划分分配,从而提高缓存使用率和整体系统性能.实验证明,相较于传统的UCP方法,GroupUCP利用更少的硬件资源实现了更细粒度资源按需分配,在对缓存资源敏感且需求不均衡的应用组合下获得了更高的系统性能提升. 展开更多

Group cooperative midcourse guidance law design considering time-to-go

To solve the problem of providing the best initial situation for terminal guidance when multiple missiles intercept multiple targets,a group cooperative midcourse guidance law(GCMGL)considering time-to-go is proposed.Firstly,a threedimensional(3D)guidance model is established and a cooperative trajectory shaping guidance law is given.Secondly,for estimating the unknown target maneuvering acceleration,an adaptive disturbance observer(ADO)is designed,combining finitetime theory with a radial basis function(RBF)neural network,and the convergence of the estimation error is proven using Lyapunov stability theory.Then,to ensure time-to-go cooperation among missiles within the same group and across different groups,the group consensus protocols of virtual collision point mean and the inter-group cooperative consensus protocol are designed respectively.Based on the group consensus protocols,the virtual collision point cooperative guidance law is given,and the finite-time convergence is proved by Lyapunov stability theory.Simultaneously,combined with trajectory shaping guidance law,virtual collision point cooperative guidance law and the intergroup cooperative consensus protocol,the design of GCMGL considering time-to-go is given.Finally,numerical simulation results show the effectiveness and the superiority of the proposed GCMGL. 展开更多

Correlation between movement of tectonicblocks and earthquakes in groups 被引量:12

We call earthquakes in groups. ... The Chinese mainland is divided into some tectonic blocks by nearly NE- and EW-orientated faults. Meanwhile strong earthquakes in the Chinese mainland usually cluster in time and space. We call earthquakes in groups. Tectonic blocks separated by faults and earthquakes in groups are prominent features of the tectonics of the Chi-nese mainland. Correlation between movement of tectonic blocks and groups of earthquakes is discussed in this paper. The results show that earthquakes in groups often occurred at one or several block boundary faults. The released elastic strain energy is built up in the same periods and around blocks. It means that strong earthquakes in groups are mainly caused by movement of blocks. Four types of block movement are identified based ongroup earthquakes: movement along a single boundary of a block (or a combined blocks), movement of a single block, movement of multi-blocks, and movement in block interiors. If we consider distribution of all strong earthquakes occurred in the Chinese mainland, the movement along a single boundary of a block is more popular one inducing strong earthquakes. But if we only consider earthquakes in groups rather than single earthquakesthe movement of a block dominates among four modes. Statistics with respect to group earthquakes show that the Taihangshan mountain and the North China block are much active in the eastern part of Chinese mainland, and in western part of Chinese mainland the active blocks are Sichuan-Yunnan and the Kunlun-Songpan ones. 展开更多

A simplified approach is presented for the analysis of the settlement of vertically loaded pile groups. In order to simulate the nonlinear pile-to-pile interaction in pile groups, the soils along the piles are assumed to behave as a series of nonlinear springs subjected to the shaft shear stress at the pile/soil interface. Considering the displacement reduction induced by the pile-to-pile interaction, the shear-deformation method is adopted to approximate the displacement field of the layered soils around the piles, and the equivalent stiffness of the springs is obtained. Furthermore, the load-settlement response of pile groups is deduced by modifying the load-transfer functions to account for the pile-to-pile interaction. The settlements of a laboratory pile groups computed by the presented approach are in a good agreement with measured results. The analysis on Contrastive parameters shows that the settlements of pile group decrease with the increase of the pile space and pile length, and the part of piles exceeding the critical pile length has little contribution to the beating capacity of the pile groups. 展开更多

Organic electrode materials have high capacity,and environmentally friendly advantages for the next generation lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,organic electrode materials face many challenges,such as low reduction potential as cathode materials or high reduction potential as anode materials.Here,the influence of chemical functionalities that are capable of either electron donating or electron withdrawing groups on the reduction potential and charge-discharge performance of anthraquinone(AQ)based system is studied.The cyclic voltammetry results show that the introduction of two-OH groups,two-NO2 groups and one-CH3 group on anthraquinone structure has a little impact on the reduction potential,which is found to be 2.1 V.But when three or four-OH groups are introduced on AQ structure,the reduction potential is increased to about 3.1 V.The charge-discharge tests show that these materials exhibit moderate cycling stability. 展开更多

From the view of the current situation of... The integration of international economy dominated wi th the financial market leads to fierce competition. This requires firms impleme nt modern corporate financial mechanism. From the view of the current situation of financial management in China, we demonstrates the differences in financial m anagement between Chinese enterprises and international companies by describing detailed case studies of typical large enterprises in China. To transform the enterprise management mechanism, the enterprise financial m echanism must be transformed accordingly. The basic ideas for its transformation and establishment include: 1. Changing the managerial ideology, that is, completing the ideological chan ge from the management of goods to the management of capital; 2. Establishing a scientific organizational mechanism for financial managemen t; 3. Establishing a mechanism for scientific management, supervision and assess ment; 4. Training high-level financial management personnel with modern management knowledge; 5. Dividing promotion center, distribution center, cost center and profit cen ter in financial division. In view of the above basic ideas and basic principles for the transformation and establishment of enterprise financial mechanism, we found that: the basic conte nt that needs transformation in the theory of China’s traditional enterprise fin ancial mechanism should include the content of finance main body, the content of financial objectives, the content of financial organizational structure and the content of environment for financial management. At the same time the following theories should be introduced, particularly the theories of capital time value, of risk in finance management and risk management, of the capital cost and capi tal structure, so as to establish a basic theoretical framework for the modern e nterprise financial mechanism. Based on the analyses, this paper discusses the impacts of economic globaliz ation to Chinese large enterprises and their financial management systems. From the current situation of Chinese companies’ financial management, this paper dem onstrates the adaptations to the differences in financial management of Chin ese enterprises with case study. 展开更多

A Framework for Exploring the Dynamics of Autonomous Work Groups in Manufacturing Organizations

Nowadays, new paradigm of enterprise organization i s constantly changing due to the emergence of the global marketplace, the rise of information technology, and the emphasis of the social developments. This re quires a more flexible form of organization that are more adaptable to rapid cha nges in business environment such as autonomous work groups (AWGs) in order to achieve higher productivity and effectiveness. AWGs are work units responsib le for the production of goods and the provision of services. They involve team members in making decisions that are traditionally the responsibility of the sup ervisors and managers (Cohen & Bailey, 1997). Team members of AWGs are allowed t o self-regulate their behavior on jobs such as task assignments, methods for ca rrying out the work, and scheduling of activities etc. (Cohen & Ledford, 1994). For example, Motorola achieved a high organizational performance due to the succ essful implementation of AWGs in quality management (Piczak & Hauser, 1996). Xer ox also reported their operational successes based on the team-oriented work gr oups (Wageman, 1997). In recent years many organizations have replaced the traditional layers of manag ement with autonomous team-based work arrangements. Surveys indicated that the adoption of AWGs has soared in responding to the competitive business challenges . Many enterprises are making a deliberate effort to use AWGs to carry out work and operational processes as an alternative for hierarchical approaches (Lawler et al., 1995). There is a growing body of evidence that AWGs are more effective than traditionally managed groups and they contributes to organizational perform ance, such as improvement in operational performance, productivity, quality, cos t savings, employee attitude and behavior, and employee satisfaction (e.g. Pears on, 1992; Cohen & Ledford, 1994; Seers et al. 1995). Given the complexity and cognitive nature of team-based organizations, the mech anisms that the enterprises use in the development of the increasingly sophistic ated models, which can contribute to the effective functioning of AWGs, are extr emely important. The process of developing effective AWGs enables enterprises to inherent built-in intelligence of the organizations so that they will be more able to accommodate to external pressures and changes. The context of this paper is the construction of a dynamics framework and a stra tegic path for autonomous work groups in the technology-oriented manufacturing organization re-design. The framework is a conceptual one drawn from the litera ture survey. The importance of studying autonomous work groups for today’s manuf acturing organizations is claimed. Based on the General System Theory (GST), the characterization of AWGs is addressed. Three-dimensional domains such as t echnical content, service content, and relationship content are identified. A st rategic path is proposed to guide the organizations how the development of AWGs progresses at different levels of maturity that are associated with organization al effectiveness and performance. The utility of the model for AWGs is expected to provide technology-oriented organizations with a strategic path to achieve h igher organizational performance. 展开更多

Group testing is a method that can be used to estimate the prevalence of rare infectious diseases,which can effectively save time and reduce costs compared to the method of random sampling.However,previous literature only demonstrated the optimality of group testing strategy while estimating prevalence under some strong assumptions.This article weakens the assumption of misclassification rate in the previous literature,considers the misclassification rate of the infected samples as a differentiable function of the pool size,and explores some optimal properties of group testing for estimating prevalence in the presence of differential misclassification conforming to this assumption.This article theoretically demonstrates that the group testing strategy performs better than the sample by sample procedure in estimating disease prevalence when the total number of sample pools is given or the size of the test population is determined.Numerical simulation experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of group tests in estimating prevalence in the presence of dilution effect. 展开更多

Matching consumers and stage-stations on community group buying platforms:An approach with hierarchy algorithms

Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms match consumers with stage-stations(the picking up center under the CGB mode).By altering the fundamental design of the existing hierarchy algorithms,improvements are achieved.It is proven that our method has a faster running speed and greater space efficiency.Our algorithms avoid traversal and compress the time complexities of matching a consumer with a stage-station and updating the storage information to O(logM)and O(MlogG),where M is the number of stage-stations and G is that of the platform’s stock-keeping units.Simulation comparisons of our algorithms with the current methods of CGB platforms show that our approaches can effectively reduce delivery costs.An interesting observation of the simula-tions is worthy of note:Increasing G may incur higher costs since it makes inventories more dispersed and delivery prob-lems more complicated. 展开更多

In the perspective of empowerment theory,the marginalized groups need to be integrated into the society on individual,interpersonal,and political levels. On the individual empowerment level,self-efficacy is to be enhanced in the marginalized groups to promote their self-acceptance;on the interpersonal empowerment level,social resources for the marginalized groups are to be expanded through self-help groups so as to build an extensive social support network; on the political empowerment level,it is advocated to improve the relevant legislation and policy support. Social workers and various social parties should work together to create a good environment for the social integration of marginalized groups. 展开更多

针对现有说话人确认任务基于自然语音条件下并不适用于智能合成语音的问题,提出一种基于Group-Res2Block的智能合成语音说话人确认方法。首先,设计了Group-Res2Block结构,在Res2Block的基础上将当前分组与相邻前后分组进行合并形成新的... 针对现有说话人确认任务基于自然语音条件下并不适用于智能合成语音的问题,提出一种基于Group-Res2Block的智能合成语音说话人确认方法。首先,设计了Group-Res2Block结构,在Res2Block的基础上将当前分组与相邻前后分组进行合并形成新的分组,以增强说话人局部特征的上下文联系;其次,设计了并行结构的多尺度通道注意力特征融合机制,利用不同大小卷积核实现同一层级的特征在通道维度的特征选择,以获取更具表现力的说话人特征,避免信息冗余;最后,设计了串行结构的多尺度层注意力特征融合机制,构建层结构,将深浅层特征整体进行融合并赋予不同权重,以获取最优的特征表达。为验证所提出特征提取网络的有效性,构建了中英文两种智能合成语音数据集进行消融实验和对比实验。结果表明本文方法在该任务的评价指标精确度(accuracy,ACC)、等错误率(equal error rate,EER)和最小检测代价函数(minimum detection cost function,minDCF)上是最优的。此外,通过对模型泛化性能进行测试,验证了本文方法对未知智能语音算法的适用性。 展开更多

列车群组运行控制技术可以有效减小列车间隔、加大行车密度,为解决双线重载铁路运能紧张问题提供了新途径。其中群组计划是列车群组运行模式下铁路运输计划编制的基础,针对多元群组列车与单列混行情况下群组计划优化问题,提出双线重载... 列车群组运行控制技术可以有效减小列车间隔、加大行车密度,为解决双线重载铁路运能紧张问题提供了新途径。其中群组计划是列车群组运行模式下铁路运输计划编制的基础,针对多元群组列车与单列混行情况下群组计划优化问题,提出双线重载铁路多装卸站条件下群组计划的优化方法。首先对列车群组运行技术进行了简要介绍,阐述了群组计划的基本概念及其关键要素,分析了双线重载铁路群组列车在出发、到达、区间运行3种状态下的列车组间追踪过程,以及始发群组列车组群、通发群组列车组群、相同终到站解群和不同终到站解群4种场景下列车在站组群/解群的作业过程,提出了群组计划中各重要参数计算方法。在此基础上,以双线重载铁路全线开行列车数量最大为目标,考虑装车能力、组群/解群作业时间、到发线数量、列车接续等约束,构建群组计划优化模型,并根据模型特点设计了基于改进粒子群优化算法的求解方法。最后,以我国北部某铁路煤运通道为例进行实验,对模型和算法的有效性进行分析,结果表明:在群组运行条件下该线路输送能力提升了32.26%,且能满足各终到站需求。提出的优化方法在解决双线重载铁路群组计划优化问题上具有一定的可行性,能够促进列车群组运行控制技术在重载铁路运输领域的推广应用。 展开更多

为研究取代基对铱磷光配合物光物理性质的影响,以2,4-二(2,4-二取代基苯基)吡啶[2,4-(2,4-2R-phenyl)2py,R=甲基(HL1)、甲氧基(HL2)、氟(HL3)、三氟甲基(HL4)]为主配体,即在主配体上2个苯基的2位和4位同时引入4个相同的甲基、甲氧基、... 为研究取代基对铱磷光配合物光物理性质的影响,以2,4-二(2,4-二取代基苯基)吡啶[2,4-(2,4-2R-phenyl)2py,R=甲基(HL1)、甲氧基(HL2)、氟(HL3)、三氟甲基(HL4)]为主配体,即在主配体上2个苯基的2位和4位同时引入4个相同的甲基、甲氧基、氟或三氟甲基,同时以乙酰丙酮(Hacac)为辅助配体,合成出4个铱磷光配合物(Ln)2Ir(acac)[n=1(Ir1)、2(Ir2)、3(Ir3)、4(Ir4)]。通过元素分析、核磁共振谱(1H NMR和13C NMR)和单晶X射线衍射表征了铱磷光配合物的组成、空间结构和分子堆积。通过溶液和固态光致发光光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光寿命和理论计算对铱磷光配合物的光物理性能进行了深入和系统的研究。结果表明:4个铱磷光配合物均呈稍微扭曲的八面体构型,中心IrⅢ分别与2个主配体的C和N原子配位形成五元螯合环,同时和辅助配体acac-的2个氧原子配位形成稳定的六元螯合环。配合物Ir1、Ir2、Ir3和Ir4在溶液状态下的发射波长分别为537、515、514和553 nm,溶液中量子产率分别为68%、83%、88%和81%,荧光寿命分别为26.75、163.93、64.50和330.39 ns。4个铱磷光配合物具有不同的电子云分布特征,取代基能够调控电子云在苯环上的分布,进一步实现发射波长、发光颜色,荧光寿命和分子堆积的调控。 展开更多

此消彼长还是互惠共生:集团化办学对学生学业成绩的影响 被引量:3

当前集团化办学是地方推进义务教育优质均衡发展的重要途径。但目前对集团化办学是否能促进优质资源共享和薄弱学校学生学业成绩提升尚有争议。因此,有必要对集团化办学的整体成效进行评估。本研究利用2023年华中师范大学课题组4省份调... 当前集团化办学是地方推进义务教育优质均衡发展的重要途径。但目前对集团化办学是否能促进优质资源共享和薄弱学校学生学业成绩提升尚有争议。因此,有必要对集团化办学的整体成效进行评估。本研究利用2023年华中师范大学课题组4省份调研数据,探讨了集团化办学对学生学业成绩的影响。研究发现:第一,集团化办学对受援学校学生的学业成绩有显著促进作用,受援学校学生学业成绩增值主要来源于教师教学质量的改善;第二,集团化办学对不同受援学校的学生群体学业成绩的影响具有异质性,对初中生及弱势家庭学生的学业成绩影响更大;第三,集团化办学不仅可以提升受援学校学生学业成绩,而且对援助学校学生学业成绩也有积极影响,集团化办学的效果是“互惠共生”而不是“此消彼长”。研究建议应坚持集团化办学的政策导向,不断完善相关政策保障机制,建立教师学习发展共同体,促进集团校共同发展。 展开更多
