The hybrid genetic algorithm is utilized to facilitate model parameter estimation.The tri-dimensional compression tests of soil are performed to supply experimental data for identifying nonlinear constitutive model of soil.In order to save computing time during parameter inversion,a new procedure to compute the calculated strains is presented by multi-linear simplification approach instead of finite element method(FEM).The real-coded hybrid genetic algorithm is developed by combining normal genetic algorithm with gradient-based optimization algorithm.The numerical and experimental results for conditioned soil are compared.The forecast strains based on identified nonlinear constitutive model of soil agree well with observed ones.The effectiveness and accuracy of proposed parameter estimation approach are validated. 展开更多

Under the condition of the designated collection ratio and the interfused ratio of mullock, to ensure the least energy consumption, the parameters of collecting head (the feed speed, the axes height of collecting head, and the rotate speed) are chosen as the optimized parameters. According to the force on the cutting pick, the collecting size of the cobalt crust and bedrock and the optimized energy consumption of the collecting head, the optimized design model of collecting head is built. Taking two hundred groups seabed microtopography for grand in the range of depth displacement from 4.5 to 5.5 era, then making use of the improved simulated annealing genetic algorithm (SAGA), the corresponding optimized result can be obtained. At the same time, in order to speed up the controlling of collecting head, the optimization results are analyzed using the regression analysis method, and the conclusion of the second parameter of the seabed microtopography is drawn. 展开更多

The Type-2 generalized Feistel structure is widely used in block cipher design.This work conducts a quantum key recovery attack on TWINE-80,a lightweight block cipher based on the improved Type-2 generalized Feistel structure.By constructing a round function,a new 7-round quantum distinguisher for TWINE-80 is identified.Leveraging the reuse characteristics of round keys in the algorithm,three pairs of repeated round keys are discovered during the 5-round transformation process.Using Grover’s algorithm to search for partial round keys,a 17-round quantum key recovery attack on TWINE-80 is successfully implemented,with a time complexity of 296 and requiring 327 qubits.Compared to similar studies,this work reduces the time complexity by 26 and slightly decreases the required quantum resources by 12 qubits. 展开更多

Accurate modeling and parameter estimation of sea clutter are fundamental for effective sea surface target detection.With the improvement of radar resolution,sea clutter exhibits a pronounced heavy-tailed characteristic,rendering traditional distribution models and parameter estimation methods less effective.To address this,this paper proposes a dual compound-Gaussian model with inverse Gaussian texture(CG-IG)distribution model and combines it with an improved Adam algorithm to introduce a method for parameter correction.This method effectively fits sea clutter with heavy-tailed characteristics.Experiments with real measured sea clutter data show that the dual CGIG distribution model,after parameter correction,accurately describes the heavy-tailed phenomenon in sea clutter amplitude distribution,and the overall mean square error of the distribution is reduced. 展开更多

为了对基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)进行优化设计,提高仪器的分辨率,用Matlab建立双场加速延时引出的直线式TOF MS数学理论模型,列举了离子在空间和速度上可能出现的4种分布。针对鲸鱼优化算法收敛速度慢、精度... 为了对基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)进行优化设计,提高仪器的分辨率,用Matlab建立双场加速延时引出的直线式TOF MS数学理论模型,列举了离子在空间和速度上可能出现的4种分布。针对鲸鱼优化算法收敛速度慢、精度低和易陷入局部最优等缺点,改进收敛因子、惯性权重和位置更新策略,并以分辨率为目标,对仪器参数进行优化计算。经优化分析,分别得到萃取区长度与无场飞行管长度和萃取电压与延时时间对分辨率的影响规律,合理的萃取区长度、加速区长度和无场飞行管长度分别为3 mm、12 mm和0.95 m。对于相对分子质量在2 000~20 000 u范围内的任意离子,选择分布4下相应的萃取电压和延时时间的优化参数组合,可以获得较高的分辨率。 展开更多

The smoothed pseudo Winger-Ville distribution (SPWVD) is used for the parameter estimation of multi-LFM signals, and a method of the SPWVD binarization by a dynamic threshold based on the Otsu algorithm is proposed. The proposed method is effective in the demand for the estimation of different parameters and the unknown signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) circumstance. Aiming at dealing with the difficulty for traditional emergency rescue vehicle(ECV)to enter into limited rescue scenes,the electro-hydraulic steer-by-wire(SBW)system is introduced to achieve the multi-mode steering of the ECV.The overall structure and mathematical model of the SBW system are described at length.The fractional order proportional-integral-derivative(FOPID)controller based on fractional calculus theory is designed to control the steering cylinder’s movement in SBW system.The anti-windup problem is considered in the FOPID controller design to reduce the bad influence of saturation.Five parameters of the FOPID controller are optimized using the genetic algorithm by maximizing the fitness function which involves integral of time by absolute value error(ITAE),peak overshoot,as well as settling time.The time-domain simulations are implemented to identify the performance of the raised FOPID controller.The simulation results indicate the presented FOPID controller possesses more effective control properties than classical proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller on the part of transient response,tracking capability and robustness. 展开更多

A new searching algorithm named the annealing-genetic algorithm(AGA) was proposed by skillfully merging GA with SAA. It draws on merits of both GA and SAA ,and offsets their shortcomings.The difference from GA is that AGA takes objective function as adaptability function directly,so it cuts down some unnecessary time expense because of float-point calculation of function conversion.The difference from SAA is that AGA need not execute a very long Markov chain iteration at each point of temperature, so it speeds up the convergence of solution and makes no assumption on the search space,so it is simple and easy to be implemented.It can be applied to a wide class of problems.The optimizing principle and the implementing steps of AGA were expounded. The example of the parameter optimization of a typical complex electromechanical system named temper mill shows that AGA is effective and superior to the conventional GA and SAA.The control system of temper mill optimized by AGA has the optimal performance in the adjustable ranges of its parameters. 展开更多

In this work, focusing on the demerit of AEA (Alopex-based evolutionary algorithm) algorithm, an improved AEA algorithm (AEA-C) which was fused AEA with clonal selection algorithm was proposed. Considering the irrationality of the method that generated candidate solutions at each iteration of AEA, clonal selection algorithm could be applied to improve the method. The performance of the proposed new algorithm was studied by using 22 benchmark functions and was compared with original AEA given the same conditions. The experimental results show that the AEA-C clearly outperforms the original AEA for almost all the 22 benchmark functions with 10, 30, 50 dimensions in success rates, solution quality and stability. Furthermore, AEA-C was applied to estimate 6 kinetics parameters of the fermentation dynamics models. The standard deviation of the objective function calculated by the AEA-C is 41.46 and is far less than that of other literatures' results, and the fitting curves obtained by AEA-C are more in line with the actual fermentation process curves. 展开更多

It is huge advantage by this method when given areas are nonregula r. Some rules of parameter’s influence to algorithm are pointed out by computer simulation. The first section states the problem and the math model of problem is given out. The second section gives out the solution by genetic algorithm, in cluding description of genetic algorithm and steps of algorithm about proble m of positioning bricks. The third section gives a computer simulation example. The last section is some discussions about this algorithm, including the influen ce of parameter to algorithm and optimizing parameter. 基于仿生优化神经网络的6DOF工业机械手标定

针对六自由度工业机械手标定中的定位精度问题,提出一种基于仿生优化神经网络的机械手标定方法。研究六自由度工业机械手的运动学模型,并给出其D-H参数。通过将关节挠度模型和传统的运动学模型标定技术相结合,来同步识别机械手的运动学... 针对六自由度工业机械手标定中的定位精度问题,提出一种基于仿生优化神经网络的机械手标定方法。研究六自由度工业机械手的运动学模型,并给出其D-H参数。通过将关节挠度模型和传统的运动学模型标定技术相结合,来同步识别机械手的运动学参数和柔度参数,以提高定位精度。然后,构造人工神经网络对未建模误差进行进一步补偿,如摩擦、机械传动误差和热膨胀。此外,采用入侵杂草优化算法对神经网络的权值和偏置进行优化。最后,采用六自由度机械手HX300对所提方法进行了实际测试,验证其可行性。研究结果表明:标定后机械手的定位精度得到了显著提高,平均误差、最大误差和标准差分别为0.345、0.6374、0.1624 mm,均小于其他标定方法;与GA-BP神经网络标定方法相比,所提方法具有更好的收敛能力,平均误差降低了15.92%,适用于高精度的各种工业应用。 展开更多

为研究全断面掘进机(TBM)掘进参数与煤系地层岩体力学参数之间的互馈关系,准确、实时预测巷道围岩强度特征,基于TBM掘进过程中的现场监测,通过岩-机互馈关系分析,确定模型的输入特征参数,并建立了对应的数据库;将梯度提升决策树(GBDT)... 为研究全断面掘进机(TBM)掘进参数与煤系地层岩体力学参数之间的互馈关系,准确、实时预测巷道围岩强度特征,基于TBM掘进过程中的现场监测,通过岩-机互馈关系分析,确定模型的输入特征参数,并建立了对应的数据库;将梯度提升决策树(GBDT)、随机森林(RF)、支持向量回归(SVR)3种机器学习算法作为基学习器,线性回归(LR)算法作为元学习器,提出了一种基于Stacking集成算法的预测模型,并对比分析了Stacking集成算法与单一机器学习算法模型的预测性能。结果表明:二值判别与箱线图可有效对原始数据进行预处理;模型的主要输入特征参数为刀盘推力F、刀盘扭矩T、贯入度FPI、刀盘转速RPM、刀盘振动加速度A;Stacking模型在测试集上的拟合优度可达0.976,而均方误差、平均绝对误差、平均绝对百分误差分别仅有0.031,0.148和0.092,与其他3种模型相比,其拟合优度最高,误差指标数值最小,集成模型具有更高的预测精度,能够有效地预测煤矿TBM掘进巷道围岩点荷载强度。研究验证了Stacking模型的准确性,可为煤矿TBM掘进参数控制和巷道支护参数调整提供科学的参考依据。 展开更多

针对高阶补偿拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统的谐振参数较多且相互关联,从而导致系统设计时各个元件具体参数难以确定的问题,提出了一种适用于一次侧LCC、二次侧LC串联拓扑(LCC-S)的WPT系统参数优化设计方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建WPT... 针对高阶补偿拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统的谐振参数较多且相互关联,从而导致系统设计时各个元件具体参数难以确定的问题,提出了一种适用于一次侧LCC、二次侧LC串联拓扑(LCC-S)的WPT系统参数优化设计方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建WPT系统仿真平台并进行理论分析,评估了谐振参数、耦合系数和等效负载对该系统输出特性的影响,选择影响程度最复杂的变量作为决策变量,构建系统非线性优化模型;以提高WPT系统的传输效率为目标,在遗传算法基础上加入非线性优化策略,并设计新的突变函数,利用改进后的遗传算法(IGA)给出了系统参数的优化设计方案。仿真结果表明:IGA使系统传输效率达到98.34%,相较遗传算法提高了2.52%,且收敛速度显著提高。搭建WPT系统实验平台并进行测试,结果表明:该系统能够以97.98%的传输效率保持300 W的功率输出;当负载电阻处于6~46Ω时,系统传输效率能够维持在90%以上。研究结果可为LCC-S型WPT系统参数设计提供参考。 展开更多

局部放电作为电气设备绝缘劣化与故障发展的重要前兆,其检测与分析技术贯穿电气设备全生命周期,是评价绝缘状态最为关键的参量。近十年来,随着局部放电研究与实践的不断深入以及新兴技术的快速渗透,局部放电检测与分析技术实现了快速发... 局部放电作为电气设备绝缘劣化与故障发展的重要前兆,其检测与分析技术贯穿电气设备全生命周期,是评价绝缘状态最为关键的参量。近十年来,随着局部放电研究与实践的不断深入以及新兴技术的快速渗透,局部放电检测与分析技术实现了快速发展。该文从局部放电检测技术、定位方法与模式识别算法3个方面,系统综述了近十年来的重要研究成果。围绕局部放电检测中的误报漏报问题、现场缺陷模式识别准确性不足、局部放电动态诊断技术缺失、复杂工况下局放理论研究以及新型应用场景下检测与分析需求,深入讨论了当前研究与应用中存在的主要挑战。进一步提出,未来应加快多参量融合检测与新型传感技术的工程化应用,提升人工智能算法在实际现场缺陷识别中的实用性,加强局部放电动态诊断及复杂工况下局放演变机制研究,并拓展局放检测与分析技术在新兴场景下的应用。 展开更多

随着风光并网渗透率的快速增长,电力系统的不确定性急剧增加。针对大规模风光并网给电网规划带来的影响,文中构建了风-光-火-抽蓄-蓄电池联合系统的两阶段鲁棒规划模型,并引入不确定性调节参数降低模型的保守性。一阶段以投资成本和运... 随着风光并网渗透率的快速增长,电力系统的不确定性急剧增加。针对大规模风光并网给电网规划带来的影响,文中构建了风-光-火-抽蓄-蓄电池联合系统的两阶段鲁棒规划模型,并引入不确定性调节参数降低模型的保守性。一阶段以投资成本和运维成本之和最小为目标确定联合系统的容量配置;二阶段在给定容量配置下,通过构建风光出力不确定集合,以环境成本、弃风弃光成本之和最小为目标,确定最优调度方案。针对鲁棒规划模型的特点,采用列和约束生成算法(column-and-constraint generation,C&CG)和强对偶理论,将原问题分解为具有混合整数线性特征的主问题和子问题进行求解,采用改进的IEEE30节点系统分析不同保守程度下规划方案的经济性,并验证所提模型的有效性。 展开更多

针对在不确定性扰动下光电稳定平台高精度控制问题,使用改进自抗扰控制器对系统进行控制。对扩张状态观测器中fal函数进行改进得到MIAfal函数。首先,将稳定平台速度输出变化和速度输出误差信号加入fal函数,根据扰动和误差大小调整增益,... 针对在不确定性扰动下光电稳定平台高精度控制问题,使用改进自抗扰控制器对系统进行控制。对扩张状态观测器中fal函数进行改进得到MIAfal函数。首先,将稳定平台速度输出变化和速度输出误差信号加入fal函数,根据扰动和误差大小调整增益,不增加输出抖振的同时增强了系统抗扰能力;另外,针对不同系统对非线性函数特性要求各不相同,难以用单一特定函数满足系统需求的问题,使用多项式拟合fal函数,保证函数光滑性的同时,调整多项式系数即可满足不同观测器的非线性需求,提升稳定平台抗扰性能。针对改进后fal函数参数较多难以调试的问题,引入并改进浣熊优化算法,分别利用佳点集和Logistic映射优化种群初始化分布和全局寻优。测试函数表明改进后的优化算法收敛速度更快,寻优精度更高。仿真结果表明,在正弦信号输入下,MIAfal函数相较于fal函数对扰动带来的误差和抖振均有所降低。实验结果表明,在不同频率和幅值的正弦扰动下,MIAfal函数相较于fal函数对扰动带来的误差影响可以减少29.6%41.2%。 展开更多
