To detect space gravitational waves in the extremely low-frequency band,the telescope and optic-al platform require high stability and reliability.However,the cantilevered design presents challenges,espe-cially in the glass-metal hetero-bonding process.This study focuses on the analysis and experimental re-search of the bonding layer in the integrated structure.By optimizing the structural configuration and select-ing suitable bonding processes,the reliability of the telescope system is enhanced.The research indicates that using J-133 adhesive achieves the best performance,with a bonding layer thickness of 0.30 mm and a metal substrate surface roughness of Ra 0.8.These findings significantly enhance the reliability of the optical sys-tem while minimizing potential risks. 展开更多

The polarization properties of light are widely applied in imaging,communications,materials analy⁃sis,and life sciences.Various methods have been developed that can measure the polarization information of a target.However,conventional polarization detection systems are often bulky and complex,limiting their poten⁃tial for broader applications.To address the challenges of miniaturization,integrated polarization detectors have been extensively explored in recent years,achieving significant advancements in performance and functionality.In this review,we focus mainly on integrated polarization detectors with innovative features,including infinitely high polarization discrimination,ultrahigh sensitivity to polarization state change,full Stokes parameters measure⁃ment,and simultaneous perception of polarization and other key properties of light.Lastly,we discuss the oppor⁃tunities and challenges for the future development of integrated polarization photodetectors. 展开更多

[Objective]Under the combined impact of climate change and urbanization,urban rainstorm flood disasters occur frequently,seriously restricting urban safety and sustainable development.Relying on traditional grey infrastructure such as pipe networks for urban stormwater management is not enough to deal with urban rainstorm flood disasters under extreme rainfall events.The integration of green,grey and blue systems(GGB-integrated system)is gradually gaining recognition in the field of global flood prevention.It is necessary to further clarify the connotation,technical and engineering implementation strategies of the GGB-integrated system,to provide support for the resilient city construction.[Methods]Through literature retrieval and analysis,the relevant research and progress related to the layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of the GGBintegrated system were systematically reviewed.In response to existing limitations and future engineering application requirements,key supporting technologies including the utilization of overground emergency storage spaces,safety protection of underground important infrastructure and multi-departmental collaboration,were proposed.A layout optimization framework and a joint scheduling framework for the GGB-integrated system were also developed.[Results]Current research on layout optimization predominantly focuses on the integration of green system and grey system,with relatively fewer studies incorporating blue system infrastructure into the optimization process.Moreover,these studies tend to be on a smaller scale with simpler scenarios,which do not fully capture the complexity of real-world systems.Additionally,optimization objective tend to prioritize environmental and economic goals,while social and ecological factors are less frequently considered.Current research on joint scheduling optimization is often limited to small-scale plots,with insufficient attention paid to the entire system.There is a deficiency in method for real-time,automated determination of optimal control strategies for combinations of multiple system facilities based on actual rainfall-runoff processes.Additionally,the application of emergency facilities during extreme conditions is not sufficiently addressed.Furthermore,both layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization lack consideration of the mute feed effect of flood and waterlogging in urban,watershed and regional scales.[Conclusion]Future research needs to improve the theoretical framework for layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of GGB-integrated system.Through the comprehensive application of the Internet of things,artificial intelligence,coupling model development,multi-scale analysis,multi-scenario simulation,and the establishment of multi-departmental collaboration mechanisms,it can enhance the flood resilience of urban areas in response to rainfall events of varying intensities,particularly extreme rainfall events. 展开更多

Recently,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided free-space optical(FSO)communication has attracted widespread attentions.However,most of the existing research focuses on communication performance only.The authors investigate the integrated scheduling of communication,sensing,and control for UAV-aided FSO communication systems.Initially,a sensing-control model is established via the control theory.Moreover,an FSO communication channel model is established by considering the effects of atmospheric loss,atmospheric turbulence,geometrical loss,and angle-of-arrival fluctuation.Then,the relationship between the motion control of the UAV and radial displacement is obtained to link the control aspect and communication aspect.Assuming that the base station has instantaneous channel state information(CSI)or statistical CSI,the thresholds of the sensing-control pattern activation are designed,respectively.Finally,an integrated scheduling scheme for performing communication,sensing,and control is proposed.Numerical results indicate that,compared with conventional time-triggered scheme,the proposed integrated scheduling scheme obtains comparable communication and control performance,but reduces the sensing consumed power by 52.46%. 展开更多

For the longitudinal midcourse guidance problem of a cruise-glide integrated hypersonic vehicle(CGHV),an analytical method based on optimal control theory is proposed.This method constructs a guidance dynamics model for such vehicles,using aerodynamic load as the control variable,and introduces a framework for solving the guidance laws.This framework unifies the design process of guidance laws for both the glide and cruise phases.By decomposing the longitudinal guidance task into position control and velocity control,and minimizing energy consumption as the objective function,the method provides an analytical solution for velocity control load through the calculation of costate variables.This approach requires only the current state and terminal state parameters to determine the guidance law solution.Furthermore,by transforming path constraints into aerodynamic load constraints and solving backwards to obtain the angle of attack,bank angle,and throttle setting,this method ensures a smooth transition from the glide phase to the cruise phase,guaranteeing the successful completion of the guidance task.Finally,the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method are validated through case simulations and analysis. 展开更多

The electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system(EH-IES)enables synergistic operation of electricity,heat,and hydrogen subsystems,supporting renewable energy integration and efficient multi-energy utilization in future low carbon societies.However,uncertainties from renewable energy and load variability threaten system safety and economy.Conventional chance-constrained programming(CCP)ensures reliable operation by limiting risk.However,increasing source-load uncertainties that can render CCP models infeasible and exacerbate operational risks.To address this,this paper proposes a risk-adjustable chance-constrained goal programming(RACCGP)model,integrating CCP and goal programming to balance risk and cost based on system risk assessment.An intelligent nonlinear goal programming method based on the state transition algorithm(STA)is developed,along with an improved discretized step transformation,to handle model nonlinearity and enhance computational efficiency.Experimental results show that the proposed model reduces costs while controlling risk compared to traditional CCP,and the solution method outperforms average sample sampling in efficiency and solution quality. 展开更多

The cold regions are located in high latitudes and cold climates.The local excellent ornamental plant resources are relatively scarce.The plant species that are suitable for both ornamental and productive benefits of landscape of flower sea construction are also even fewer.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce and screen the plant resources suitable for cold regions to create the landscape of flower sea.The rape,an oilseed crop,was used as a research object in order to create a productive flower landscape with both ornamental and economic values in cold regions.Four rape flower varieties,Qingza No.5,7,9,and 11,were introduced from Qinghai Hufeng Agricultural Science and Technology Group Co.,Ltd.They were planted in the experimental practice base of Northeast Agricultural University in three batches.Development characteristics and seed yield of rape flowers on different sowing dates were studied.The fuzzy probability method was used to comprehensively evaluate the varieties.The results showed that the rape flowers grew well in Harbin City during the experimental sowing period,which could form a good landscape of flower sea and had a considerable rapeseed yield.It could be widely used in cold urban and rural areas,such as Harbin City.In view of the experimental results,the strategies of creating a productive landscape of rape flower sea were proposed and the economic benefits were analyzed.It could change the status quo of a uniform landscape of flower sea in cold regions,help the development of rural tourism,and promote local economic income. 展开更多

In this study, the problem of measuring noise pollution distribution by the intertial-based integrated navigation system is effectively suppressed. Based on nonlinear inertial navigation error modeling, a nested dual Kalman filter framework structure is developed. It consists of unscented Kalman filter (UKF)master filter and Kalman filter slave filter. This method uses nonlinear UKF for integrated navigation state estimation. At the same time, the exact noise measurement covariance is estimated by the Kalman filter dependency filter. The algorithm based on dual adaptive UKF (Dual-AUKF) has high accuracy and robustness, especially in the case of measurement information interference. Finally, vehicle-mounted and ship-mounted integrated navigation tests are conducted. Compared with traditional UKF and the Sage-Husa adaptive UKF (SH-AUKF), this method has comparable filtering accuracy and better filtering stability. The integration method of exploding foil initiator system(EFIs) used to be researched to broaden its application range in military and aerospace in the last few decades.In order to lower the firing voltage below 1 kV,an integrated EFIs with enhanced energy efficiency was designed.Corresponding exploding foil initiator chips were fabricated in batch via micro electromechanical systems technology by integrating a unified foil,a flyer layer and a barrel on a glass substrate successively,meanwhile its package of the whole system was proposed at a volume of 2.194 cm^(3).The structural parameters were determined by predicted performance including flyer velocity,impact behavior and conduction property via the proposed theoretical models and the static electric field simulation.As expect,this integrated EFIs exhibited excellent functions,which could accelerate the flyer to a terminal velocity over 4 km/s and preeminently initiate HNS-IV pellet at a circuit of 0.24 μF/0.9 kV.Furthermore,the theoretical design,fabrication and performance test have been all included to validate the feasibility of this integrated EFIs that was beneficial for its commercial development in the future. 展开更多

With the rapid development of cloud manufacturing technology and the new generation of artificial intelligence technology,the new cloud manufacturing system(NCMS)built on the connotation of cloud manufacturing 3.0 presents a new business model of“Internet of everything,intelligent leading,data driving,shared services,cross-border integration,and universal innovation”.The network boundaries are becoming increasingly blurred,NCMS is facing security risks such as equipment unauthorized use,account theft,static and extensive access control policies,unauthorized access,supply chain attacks,sensitive data leaks,and industrial control vulnerability attacks.Traditional security architectures mainly use information security technology,which cannot meet the active security protection requirements of NCMS.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes an integrated cloud-edge-terminal security system architecture of NCMS.It adopts the zero trust concept and effectively integrates multiple security capabilities such as network,equipment,cloud computing environment,application,identity,and data.It adopts a new access control mode of“continuous verification+dynamic authorization”,classified access control mechanisms such as attribute-based access control,rolebased access control,policy-based access control,and a new data security protection system based on blockchain,achieving“trustworthy subject identity,controllable access behavior,and effective protection of subject and object resources”.This architecture provides an active security protection method for NCMS in the digital transformation of large enterprises,and can effectively enhance network security protection capabilities and cope with increasingly severe network security situations. 展开更多

In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown missiles.The threedimensional integrated estimation guidance and control nonlinear model with limited actuator deflection angle is established considering the seeker's FOV constraint.The boundary time-varying integral barrier Lyapunov function(IBLF)is employed in backstepping design to constrain the body line-of-sight(BLOS)in IEGC system to fit a circular FOV.Then,the nonlinear adaptive controller is designed to estimate the changing aerodynamic parameters.The generalized extended state observer(GESO)is designed to estimate the acceleration of the maneuvering targets and the unmatched time-varying disturbances for improving tracking accuracy.Furthermore,the command filters are used to solve the"differential expansion"problem during the backstepping design.The Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability of the overall closed-loop IEGC system.Finally,the simulation results validate the integrated system's effectiveness,achieving high accuracy strikes against maneuvering targets. 展开更多

A medium wave(MW)640×512(25μm)Mercury Cadmium Telluride(HgCdTe)polarimetric focal plane array(FPA)was demonstrated.The micro-polarizer array(MPA)has been carefully designed in terms of line grating structure optimization and crosstalk suppression.A monolithic fabrication process with low damage was explored,which was verified to be compatible well with HgCdTe devices.After monolithic integration of MPA,NETD<9.5 mK was still maintained.Furthermore,to figure out the underlying mechanism that dominat⁃ed the extinction ratio(ER),specialized MPA layouts were designed,and the crosstalk was experimentally vali⁃dated as the major source that impacted ER.By expanding opaque regions at pixel edges to 4μm,crosstalk rates from adjacent pixels could be effectively reduced to approximately 2%,and promising ERs ranging from 17.32 to 27.41 were implemented. 展开更多

To reduce the negative impact of the power amplifier(PA)nonlinear distortion caused by the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)waveform with high peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR)in integrated radar and communication(RadCom)systems is studied,the channel estimation in passive sensing scenarios.Adaptive channel estimation methods are proposed based on different pilot patterns,considering nonlinear distortion and channel sparsity.The proposed methods achieve sparse channel results by manipulating the least squares(LS)frequency-domain channel estimation results to preserve the most significant taps.The decision-aided method is used to optimize the sparse channel results to reduce the effect of nonlinear distortion.Numerical results show that the channel estimation performance of the proposed methods is better than that of the conventional methods under different pilot patterns.In addition,the bit error rate performance in communication and passive radar detection performance show that the proposed methods have good comprehensive performance. 展开更多

随着未来越来越多园区综合能源系统参与合作博弈,对多园区综合能源系统合作收益进行合理、高效的分配具有重要意义。为此,提出一种基于合作博弈与矩阵半张量积的多园区综合能源系统协同优化运行方法。将不同的园区综合能源系统作为参与... 随着未来越来越多园区综合能源系统参与合作博弈,对多园区综合能源系统合作收益进行合理、高效的分配具有重要意义。为此,提出一种基于合作博弈与矩阵半张量积的多园区综合能源系统协同优化运行方法。将不同的园区综合能源系统作为参与者建立多园区综合能源系统的合作博弈模型。在考虑合作可行性分析的基础上,该文运用矩阵半张量积将Shapley值法进行改进,提出基于矩阵半张量积理论改进的利益分配法。最后,通过算例对比分析,对2—6园区综合能源系统进行仿真实验,结果表明,运用该文方法较传统的Shapley值法求解速率分别提高3.912%、12.3967%、24.9259%、27.9451%、35.7561%,验证该文方法可有效提高合作联盟利益分配效率,并且针对未来多园区不断加入合作联盟的情景下运用该文方法具有推广优势。 展开更多

作为大型交通设施项目,铁路综合客运枢纽具有投资力度大、投资周期长及社会效应显著等特点,对枢纽进行合理的物业开发既可减轻政府财政压力,亦可吸引更多社会资本的投入,利于枢纽未来多元化发展。通过分析将铁路综合客运枢纽的物业业态... 作为大型交通设施项目,铁路综合客运枢纽具有投资力度大、投资周期长及社会效应显著等特点,对枢纽进行合理的物业开发既可减轻政府财政压力,亦可吸引更多社会资本的投入,利于枢纽未来多元化发展。通过分析将铁路综合客运枢纽的物业业态分为7类,分别是商业、办公、住宅、酒店、公共休闲服务、文化和绿化业态,根据每种业态的特点及其对应的经济收益和社会效益,基于数据的可获取性和有效性分别制定经济收益和社会效益的测算方法。建立以铁路综合客运枢纽的综合收益最大化为目标的数学模型并设计考虑多方约束的计算方法,通过该模型可以得出铁路综合客运枢纽的物业开发总体量及每种业态的组合配比,为我国铁路综合客运枢纽的物业开发提供借鉴。 展开更多

交通基础设施对城市经济发展具有强大的推动作用,尤其是大型交通基础设施的建设,对土地利用和空间形态产生重大影响。针对城市交通基础设施广义经济效益评估分析需求,本文提出基于城市经济-土地利用-交通整体规划(Urban-Integrated Econ... 交通基础设施对城市经济发展具有强大的推动作用,尤其是大型交通基础设施的建设,对土地利用和空间形态产生重大影响。针对城市交通基础设施广义经济效益评估分析需求,本文提出基于城市经济-土地利用-交通整体规划(Urban-Integrated Economy, Land Use, and Transport, U-IELUT)建模的交通基础设施广义经济效益评估框架和方法。在传统“四阶段”交通规划模型的基础上,加入城市经济和人口预测、社会经济活动空间分配、城市空间开发,以及交通基础设施广义经济效益评估模块,构建面向交通基础设施广义经济效益评估的“PECAS+(Production, Exchange and Consumption Allocation System)”广义经济效益评估模型。以武汉地铁2号线为例,基于武汉“PECAS+”广义经济效益评估模型测算其直接经济效益和广义经济效益。结果表明,地铁2号线在2027年的直接经济效益约为10.43亿元;广义经济效益中,动态集聚效益约为2.64亿元,约为直接经济效益的25.3%,说明广义经济效益尤其是集聚效益等带来的经济效益不可忽略。同时,还探明交通基础设施建设对不同小区的影响差异,即广义经济效益的空间分布,可为交通基础设施投资建设提供多维度决策支持。 展开更多

为保障国家粮食安全、实现区域协调发展,中央持续增加对粮食主产区的纵向利益补偿力度,并探索构建粮食产销区省际横向利益补偿机制。基于2004—2022年各省份粮食净调量和TFE-SFA测算的要素产出弹性,采用机会成本法测算2004—2022年全国3... 为保障国家粮食安全、实现区域协调发展,中央持续增加对粮食主产区的纵向利益补偿力度,并探索构建粮食产销区省际横向利益补偿机制。基于2004—2022年各省份粮食净调量和TFE-SFA测算的要素产出弹性,采用机会成本法测算2004—2022年全国30个省份的粮食产销区省际横向利益补偿。研究得到主要结论是:第一,粮食产销区分担的粮食生产责任极不平衡,仅有黑龙江、内蒙古、吉林、河南和新疆等少数省份可以常年净调出粮食;第二,在户籍人口口径下,2022年当年和5年平均方案的受偿总额分别为1664.38亿元、1654.95亿元,在常住人口口径下,2022年当年和5年平均方案的受偿总额则分别为1811.57亿元、1819.69亿元,黑龙江、内蒙古和吉林的受偿金额约占受偿总额的90%。为更好地保障国家粮食安全和协调区域发展,需要构建产销区间合作发展机制,建立健全粮食产销区省际横向利益补偿制度安排,并完善粮食流通统计制度,建立粮食跨区域数据共享平台。 展开更多
