In order to improve the detection accuracy of Doppler asymmetric spatial heterodyne(DASH)interferometer in harsh temperatures,an opto-mechanical-thermal integration analysis is carried out.Firstly,the correlation between the interference phase and temperature is established according to the working principle and the phase algorithm of the interferometer.Secondly,the optical mechanical thermal analysis model and thermal deformation data acquisition model are designed.The deformation data of the interference module and the imaging optical system at different temperatures are given by temperature load simulation analysis,and the phase error caused by thermal deformation is obtained by fitting.Finally,based on the wind speed error caused by thermal deformation of each component,a reasonable temperature control scheme is proposed.The results show that the interference module occupies the main cause,the temperature must be controlled within(20±0.05)℃,and the temperature control should be carried out for the temperature sensitive parts,and the wind speed error caused by the part is 3.8 m/s.The thermal drift between the magnification of the imaging optical system and the thermal drift of the relative position between the imaging optical system and the detector should occupy the secondary cause,which should be controlled within(20±2)℃,and the wind speed error caused by the part is 3.05 m/s.In summary,the wind measurement error caused by interference module,imaging optical system,and the relative position between the imaging optical system and the detector can be controlled within 6.85 m/s.The analysis and temperature control schemes presented in this paper can provide theoretical basis for DASH interferometer engineering applications. 展开更多

A hierarchical structural decomposition analysis(SDA) model has been developed based on process-level input-output(I-O) tables to analyze the drivers of energy consumption changes in an integrated steel plant during 2011-2013. By combining the principle of hierarchical decomposition into D&L method, a hierarchical decomposition model for multilevel SDA is obtained. The developed hierarchical IO-SDA model would provide consistent results and need less computation effort compared with the traditional SDA model. The decomposition results of the steel plant suggest that the technology improvement and reduced steel final demand are two major reasons for declined total energy consumption. The technical improvements of blast furnaces, basic oxygen furnaces, the power plant and the by-products utilization level have contributed mostly in reducing energy consumption. A major retrofit of ancillary process units and solving fuel substitution problem in the sinter plant and blast furnace are important for further energy saving. Besides the empirical results, this work also discussed that why and how hierarchical SDA can be applied in a process-level decomposition analysis of aggregated indicators. 展开更多

The larger process capability index implies the higher process yield, a nd the larger process capability index also indicates the lower process expected loss. Chen et al. (2001) has applied indices C pu, C pl, and C pk for evaluating the process capability for a multi-process product wi th smaller-the-better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best specificati ons respectively. However, C pk cannot reasonably reflect the process expected loss. In this paper, index C pn is selected to replace C pk. Indices C pu, C pl, and C pn are used to evalu ate the entire process capability for a multi-process product with smaller-the -better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best specifications respectivel y. An integrated process capability index for a multi-process product is propo sed. The relationship between process capability index and the process yield is introduced. A multi-process capability analysis chart (MPCAC), reasonably rev ealing the status of process capability for the entire product, is constructed f or practical application. With the dramatic development of renewable energy all over the world,and for purpose of adjusting energy structure,the Ministry of Construction of China plans to promote the large scale application of renewable energy in buildings. In order to ensure the validity of policy-making,this work firstly exerts a method to do cost-benefit analysis for three kinds of technologies such as building-integrated solar hot water (BISHW) system,building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) technology and ground water heat pump (GWHP). Through selecting a representative city of every climate region,the analysis comes into different results for different climate regions in China and respectively different suggestion for policy-making. On the analysis basis,the Ministry of Construction (MOC) and the Ministry of Finance of China (MOF) united to start-up Building-integrated Renewable Energy Demonstration Projects (BIREDP) in 2006. In the demonstration projects,renewable energy takes place of traditional energy to supply the domestic hot water,electricity,air-conditioning and heating. Through carrying out the demonstration projects,renewable energy related market has been expanded. More and more relative companies and local governments take the opportunity to promote the large scale application of renewable energy in buildings. 展开更多

Several new MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU) sensor products have been released recently with improved performance,which have the potential to support much higher precision applications.New MEMS IMUs include the NavChip from InterSense,the Nav440 from Crossbow,the Landmark30/40 from GTI,the SDI500 from Systron Donner.Since they are new in the market,currently there is limited information about their error characterization which however is important for the construction of proper error models for their integration with other sensors such as GPS.This paper will investigate the error characterization of two new MEMS IMU sensors,namely the NavChip and Nav440,using Allan variance technique.In addition to identifying different error terms,different stochastic error modeling methods,such as Gauss-Markov(GM) and Autoregressive(AR) processes,will also be investigated to assess the MEMS IMU sensor biases.Investigation to integrate new MEMS IMU sensors with Precise Point Positioning(PPP) will also be conducted to address the re-convergence issues. 展开更多

It is necessary to use the integrated stainless steel pipe having two fitting bodies without welds while train travelling at high speed. In order to form this type of integrated stainless steel pipe, the method of preforming combined finish forming process is developed. The preforming process is characterized by flaring combined upsetting for left fitting body which is like a flange, and is characterized by tube axial compressive process under die constraint for right fitting body which is like a double-wall pipe. The finite element simulations of the processes are carried out by software package DEFORM, and the results indicate that: 1) left or right fitting body can be formed by a two-step forming process without folding and under-filling defects; 2) by using two-step forming, strain and stress in left fitting body are larger than those in right fitting body, and deformation in right fitting body is more homogenous than the deformation in left fitting body; 3) two or more preforming steps may be needed for left fitting body considering the distributions of strain and stress. 展开更多

Efficiency analysis of trilateral-cycle power systems for waste heat recovery-to-power generation

Numerous innovative heat recovery-to-power technologies have been resourcefully and technologically exploited to bridge the growing gap between energy needs and its sustainable and affordable supply.Among them,the proposed trilateral-cycle(TLC) power system exhibits high thermodynamic efficiency during heat recovery-to-power from low-to-medium temperature heat sources.The TLCs are proposed and analysed using n-pentane as working fluid for waste heat recovery-to-power generation from low-grade heat source to evaluate the thermodynamic efficiency of the cycles.Four different single stage TLC configurations with distinct working principles are modelled thermodynamically using engineering equation solver.Based on the thermodynamic framework,thermodynamic performance simulation and efficiency analysis of the cycles as well as the exergy efficiencies of the heating and condensing processes are carried out and compared in their efficiency.The results show that the simple TLC,recuperated TLC,reheat TLC and regenerative TLC operating at subcritical conditions with cycle high temperature of 473 K can attain thermal efficiencies of 21.97%,23.91%,22.07% and 22.9%,respectively.The recuperated TLC attains the highest thermodynamic efficiency at the cycle high temperature because of its lowest exergy destruction rates in the heat exchanger and condenser.The efficiency analysis carried out would assist in guiding thermodynamic process development and thermal integration of the proposed cycles. 展开更多

数实融合能否助推工业减污降碳协同增效?——基于信息产业与工业的前后向关联考察 被引量:6

推进减污降碳协同增效是我国经济高质量发展和生态文明建设的必由之路,数字经济与实体经济深度融合发展为助推工业减污降碳协同增效带来机会窗口,以数实融合驱动工业实现绿色化、低碳化转型成为构筑中国式现代化的物质技术基础。基于200... 推进减污降碳协同增效是我国经济高质量发展和生态文明建设的必由之路,数字经济与实体经济深度融合发展为助推工业减污降碳协同增效带来机会窗口,以数实融合驱动工业实现绿色化、低碳化转型成为构筑中国式现代化的物质技术基础。基于2007—2020年时间序列投入产出数据,利用面板回归模型和中介效应模型,从产业前后向关联视角出发检验信息产业与工业的关联融合对23个工业细分行业减污降碳协同增效的影响效应及其作用机制。研究表明:(1)信息产业与工业的前后向关联融合能够发挥显著的“推-拉”作用,促进工业实现减污降碳协同增效,即存在“供给推动、需求拉动”效应。(2)数实前向关联融合推动的行业技术升级、产业链整合以及成本管控是驱动减污降碳协同增效的主要作用路径;后向关联融合则通过规模效应、稳定供需关系和供应质量提升三种潜在的影响渠道助推减污降碳协同增效,实现环境-气候-经济效益等多重目标。(3)异质性检验发现,数实融合驱动的减污降碳协同增效效应在信息技术应用、污染密集型、高技术密集型以及高关联融合型行业中更强。环境规制和行业竞争度强化了数实融合的减污降碳协同增效效应,而融资约束则削弱了这一效应。该研究不仅拓展和深化了数实融合驱动工业减污降碳协同增效的机制路径,而且对于抓住信息产业发展带来的战略机遇,缩小行业间的“数字鸿沟”,稳步推进新型工业化具有重要的政策启示。 展开更多

随着计算机技术的发展,各行各业累积和存储了丰富的数据。这些数据往往具有来源差异性、高维性特点,基于这些特征的多源数据建模是统计学的热点问题。针对多源异质数据,本文提出深度神经网络整合分析模型(IADNN)。该模型建立了L_(1)-CMC... 随着计算机技术的发展,各行各业累积和存储了丰富的数据。这些数据往往具有来源差异性、高维性特点,基于这些特征的多源数据建模是统计学的热点问题。针对多源异质数据,本文提出深度神经网络整合分析模型(IADNN)。该模型建立了L_(1)-CMCP惩罚,以识别重要特征以及处理数据的异质性,其中外层MCP识别对多源数据集整体显著的特征;中层MCP识别特征在数据集层面的异质性;内层Lasso识别DNN节点的异质性。这种嵌套设计旨在促进数据集间的信息共享。本文对L_(1)-CMCP进行局部线性近似,再采用近端梯度下降算法进行模型估计。模拟分析表明,IADNN在特征选择和分类预测方面均有良好表现。当多源数据部分异质时,所提方法的F_(1)分数、FPR等评估指标均优于各数据集独立建模和合并建模的方法;在多源数据完全异质或完全同质时,所提方法取得了与理论最佳模型相近的效果。最后,将IADNN应用于不同经济发展水平地区的信用违约数据,发现该模型在风险指标选择和违约预测方面具备有效性。 展开更多

以日产3000t熟料的水泥干法生产设备为研究对象,采用AspenPlus软件建立了水泥生产系统富氧燃烧改造的工艺流程模型,研究了采用富氧煤粉燃烧方式生产水泥熟料的系统能量效率和CO_(2)捕集成本。结果表明:在相同的水泥熟料生产条件下,当烟... 以日产3000t熟料的水泥干法生产设备为研究对象,采用AspenPlus软件建立了水泥生产系统富氧燃烧改造的工艺流程模型,研究了采用富氧煤粉燃烧方式生产水泥熟料的系统能量效率和CO_(2)捕集成本。结果表明:在相同的水泥熟料生产条件下,当烟气再循环率为51%时,富氧燃烧气氛下系统沿程温度分布与空气气氛下相匹配,此时富氧燃烧整体氧气体积分数为26.4%。富氧燃烧方式需要配置的空气分离装置和CO_(2)纯化压缩装置将导致系统能量效率比传统生产方式下降18.9%,并且采用该方式生产1t水泥熟料需花费532.1元。但在CO_(2)捕集成本方面,采用富氧煤粉燃烧技术生产水泥熟料的系统CO_(2)捕集成本为227.3元/t,比传统的燃烧后CO_(2)捕集成本降低了58%。因此,对水泥熟料采用富氧燃烧技术生产,可以保证熟料的产量和品质,同时CO_(2)捕集成本也比燃烧后CO_(2)捕集成本更低,具有显著优势。 展开更多

基于FAST-OrcaFlex风机时域一体化计算模型,开展中浅水深15 MW半潜漂浮式风机系泊系统连续失效数值模拟研究,分析正常发电和停机工况下系泊系统失效过程对漂浮式风机动力响应特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:在水深h=50 m,有效波高Hs=8.30... 基于FAST-OrcaFlex风机时域一体化计算模型,开展中浅水深15 MW半潜漂浮式风机系泊系统连续失效数值模拟研究,分析正常发电和停机工况下系泊系统失效过程对漂浮式风机动力响应特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:在水深h=50 m,有效波高Hs=8.30 m,谱峰周期Tp=12.05 s,湍流风平均风速为16 m/s时,当与风浪同向单根锚链在导缆孔处破断时,同向剩余两根锚链在导缆孔处张力会显著增大,风机基础不会发生较大偏移;当多根锚链在导缆孔处连续破断时,半潜式基础纵荡和横荡平均漂移距离最大可达152.64和6.72 m,导致剩余锚链悬空段减小,导缆孔张力降低;海流的作用显著增大系泊系统破断后漂浮式风机的漂移距离;极端停机工况下,半潜式基础纵荡和横荡平均漂移距离最大可达452.46和2.13 m。此外,动态海缆在漂浮式风机产生较大偏移后,弯曲曲率会超过其限值,极易发生破断失效,导致风机停机。 展开更多
