The roll contour pattern and variety of work and backup rolls in service and its effect on profile and flatness control performance in 1 700 mm hot strip mill at Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corporation were tested and...The roll contour pattern and variety of work and backup rolls in service and its effect on profile and flatness control performance in 1 700 mm hot strip mill at Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corporation were tested and analyzed by the developed finite element models of different typical roll contours configurations.A rather smooth local work roll contour near strip edges and an increase in rolled length can be obtained by application of long stroke work roll shifting system with conventional work roll contours that is incapable of the crown control.In comparison with the conventional backup and work roll contours configuration,the crown control range by the roll bending force enhances by 12.79% and the roll gap stiffness increases by 25.26% with the developed asymmetry self-compensating work rolls(ASR) and varying contact backup rolls(VCR).A better strip profile and flatness quality,an increase in coil numbers within the rolling campaign and a significant alleviated effect of severe work roll wear contours on performance of edge drop control are achieved by the application of ASR with crown control and wear control ability in downstream stand F5 and VCR in all stands of 1 700 mm hot strip mill.展开更多
Heavy oil will play an important role in future resources exploitation.Factors such as reservoir heterogeneity and adverse oil/steam mobility ratio have led to severe steam channeling and fingering,thereby reduced con...Heavy oil will play an important role in future resources exploitation.Factors such as reservoir heterogeneity and adverse oil/steam mobility ratio have led to severe steam channeling and fingering,thereby reduced conformance efficiency and affected de-velopment response.Therefore,the research on profile control and water shut-off agents becomes increasingly important for thermal recovery wells.The requirements on the performances of profile control and water shut-off agents are discussed in conjunction with the physical properties of heavy oil reservoirs and the technical conditions of steam injection in China.Based on the mechanism of action,research progress and application status,5 agents are summarized including polymer gel,solid particles plugging agent,foam,water-in-oil emulsion and salt precipitation.Problems in each agent are mentioned,and optimization solutions are put for-ward.At last,the development trend of future profile control and water shut-off agents is put forward,i.e.synthesizing agents of low cost and high-temperature resistance,intensifying mechanism research,developing composite system,and researching on new technologies that are less harmful and environmental friendly.展开更多
为了解决油田开采后期储层平剖面矛盾加剧、水流优势通道发育导致注入水低效无效循环、注采不平衡等问题,以疏水缔合聚合物为主剂,以无机盐铝和氧氯化锆为原料制得的有机铝锆交联剂为主交联剂,以木质素磺酸钠热稳定剂为助剂,制得了一种...为了解决油田开采后期储层平剖面矛盾加剧、水流优势通道发育导致注入水低效无效循环、注采不平衡等问题,以疏水缔合聚合物为主剂,以无机盐铝和氧氯化锆为原料制得的有机铝锆交联剂为主交联剂,以木质素磺酸钠热稳定剂为助剂,制得了一种耐温耐盐冻胶调剖体系,研究了其成胶性能、抗稀释性能、抗剪切性能、运移封堵性能及耐冲刷性能。该调剖体系的优选配方为:0.4%疏水缔合聚合物+0.3%~0.35%有机铝锆交联剂+0.2%热稳定剂。研究结果表明,优选体系的基液黏度为88.3~95.8 m Pa·s,低黏度基液赋予体系较好的泵入性,可保证施工安全。在温度为200℃、矿化度为27123.5 mg/L的条件下,体系的成胶黏度(90 d)可保持在6000 m Pa·s以上,黏度保留率在80%以上;当用60%的地层水对优选体系稀释后,成胶黏度仍能达到4000 m Pa·s,且成胶后稀释对体系成胶黏度影响更小。该体系在渗透率分别为500×10^(-3)、1000×10^(-3)、2000×10^(-3)μm^(2)的岩心均具有良好的运移能力,在距离岩心注入端≥50 cm处压力逐渐趋于平稳,且封堵率均达80%以上,随着大量注入水的驱替,注入调剖体系的岩心渗透率基本不变,具有良好的耐冲刷性能。展开更多
