In recent years,railway construction in China has developed vigorously.With continuous improvements in the highspeed railway network,the focus is gradually shifting from large-scale construction to large-scale operations.However,several challenges have emerged within the high-speed railway dispatching and command system,including the heavy workload faced by dispatchers,the difficulty of quantifying subjective expertise,and the need for effective training of professionals.Amid the growing application of artificial intelligence technologies in railway systems,this study leverages Large Language Model(LLM)technology.LLMs bring enhanced intelligence,predictive capabilities,robust memory,and adaptability to diverse real-world scenarios.This study proposes a human-computer interactive intelligent scheduling auxiliary training system built on LLM technology.The system offers capabilities including natural dialogue,knowledge reasoning,and human feedback learning.With broad applicability,the system is suitable for vocational education,guided inquiry,knowledge-based Q&A,and other training scenarios.Validation results demonstrate its effectiveness in auxiliary training,providing substantial support for educators,students,and dispatching personnel in colleges and professional settings. 展开更多

In this paper, a new control system based on forearm electromyogram (EMG) is proposed for computer peripheral control and artificial prosthesis control. This control system intends to realize the commands of six pre-defined hand poses: up, down, left, right, yes, and no. In order to research the possibility of using a unified amplifier for both electroencephalogram (EEG) and EMG, the surface forearm EMG data is acquired by a 4-channel EEG measurement system. The Bayesian classifier is used to classify the power spectral density (PSD) of the signal. The experiment result verifies that this control system can supply a high command recognition rate (average 48%) even the EMG data is collected with an EEG system just with single electrode measurement. 展开更多

Real-time train rescheduling plays a vital role in railway transportation as it is crucial for maintaining punctuality and reliability in rail operations.In this paper,we propose a rescheduling model that incorporates constraints and objectives generated through human-computer interaction.This approach ensures that the model is aligned with practical requirements and daily operational tasks while facilitating iterative train rescheduling.The dispatcher’s empirical knowledge is integrated into the train rescheduling process using a human-computer interaction framework.We introduce six interfaces to dynamically construct constraints and objectives that capture human intentions.By summarizing rescheduling rules,we devise a rule-based conflict detection-resolution heuristic algorithm to effectively solve the formulated model.A series of numerical experiments are presented,demonstrating strong performance across the entire system.Furthermore,theflexibility of rescheduling is enhanced through secondary analysis-driven solutions derived from the outcomes of humancomputer interactions in the previous step.This proposed interaction method complements existing literature on rescheduling methods involving human-computer interactions.It serves as a tool to aid dispatchers in identifying more feasible solutions in accordance with their empirical rescheduling strategies. 展开更多

Molecular dynamics simulations on the interactions between nucleic acids and a phospholipid bilayer

Recently,lipid nanoparticles(LNPs)have been extensively investigated as non-viral carriers of nucleic acid vaccines due to their high transport efficiency,safety,and straightforward production and scalability.However,the molecular mechanism underlying the interactions between nucleic acids and phospholipid bilayers within LNPs remains elusive.In this study,we employed the all-atom molecular dynamics simulation to investigate the interactions between single-stranded nucleic acids and a phospholipid bilayer.Our findings revealed that hydrophilic bases,specifically G in single-stranded RNA(ssRNA)and single-stranded DNA(ssDNA),displayed a higher propensity to form hydrogen bonds with phospholipid head groups.Notably,ssRNA exhibited stronger binding energy than ssDNA.Furthermore,divalent ions,particularly Ca2+,facilitated the binding of ssRNA to phospholipids due to their higher binding energy and lower dissociation rate from phospholipids.Overall,our study provides valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying nucleic acidphospholipid interactions,with potential implications for the nucleic acids in biotherapies,particularly in the context of lipid carriers. 展开更多

Transition metal sulfides have high theoretical capacities and are considered as potential anode materials for sodium-ion batteries.However,due to low inherent conductivity and significant volume expansion,the electrochemical performance is greatly limited.In this study,a nickel/manganese sulfide material(Ni_(0.96)S_(x)/MnS_(y)-NC)with adjustable sulfur vacancies and heterogeneous hollow spheres was prepared using a simple method.The introduction of a concentration-adjustable sulfur vacancy enables the generation of a heterogeneous interface between bimetallic sulfide and sulfur vacancies.This interface collectively creates an internal electric field,improving the mobility of electrons and ions,increasing the number of electrochemically active sites,and further optimizing the performance of Na~+storage.The direction of electron flow is confirmed by Density functional theory(DFT)calculations.The hollow nano-spherical material provides a buffer for expansion,facilitating rapid transfer kinetics.Our innovative discovery involves the interaction between the ether-based electrolyte and copper foil,leading to the formation of Cu_9S_5,which grafts the active material and copper current collector,reinforcing mechanical supporting.This results in a new heterostructure of Cu_9S_5 with Ni_(0.96)S_(x)/MnS_(y),contributing to the stabilization of structural integrity for long-cycle performance.Therefore,Ni_(0.96)S_(x)/MnS_(y)-NC exhibits excellent electrochemical properties following our modification route.Regarding stability performance,Ni0_(.96)S_(x)/MnS_(y)-NC demonstrates an average decay rate of 0.00944%after 10,000 cycles at an extremely high current density of 10000 mA g^(-1),A full cell with a high capacity of 304.2 mA h g^(-1)was also successfully assembled by using Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C as the cathode.This study explores a novel strategy for interface/vacancy co-modification in the fabrication of high-performance sodium-ion batteries electrode. 展开更多

The dependences of spin wave resonance(SWR)frequency on the surface anisotropy field,interface exchange coupling,symmetry,biquadratic exchange(BQE)interaction,film thickness,and the external magnetic field in bilayer ferromagnetic films are theoretically analyzed by employing the linear spin wave approximation and Green’s function method.A remarkable increase of SWR frequency,except for energetically lower two modes,can be obtained in our model that takes the BQE interaction into account.Again,the effect of the external magnetic field on SWR frequency can be increased by increasing the biquadratic to interlayer exchange ratio.It has been identified that the BQE interaction is of utmost importance in improving the SWR frequency of the bilayer ferromagnetic films.In addition,for bilayer ferromagnetic films,the frequency gap between the energetically highest mode and lowest mode is found to increase by increasing the biquadratic to interlayer exchange ratio and film thickness and destroying the symmetry of the system.These results can be used to improve the understanding of magnetic properties in bilayer ferromagnetic films and thus may have prominent implications for future magnetic devices. 展开更多

Due to the fact that ballastless tracks in highspeed railways are not only subjected to repeated train–track dynamic interaction loads,but also suffer from complex environmental loads,the fundamental understanding of mechanical performance of ballastless tracks under sophisticated service conditions is an increasingly demanding and challenging issue in high-speed railway networks.This work aims to reveal the effect of train–track interaction and environment loads on the mechanical characteristic variation of ballastless tracks in high-speed railways,particularly focusing on the typical interface damage evolution between track layers.To this end,a finite element model of a double-block ballastless track involving the cohesive zone model for the track interface is first established to analyze the mechanical properties of the track interface under the loading–unloading processes of the negative temperature gradient load(TGL)followed by the same cycle of the positive TGL.Subsequently,the effect of wheel–rail longitudinal interactions on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the track interface is investigated by using a vehicle-slab track vertical-longitudinal coupled dynamics model.Finally,the influence of dynamic water pressure induced by vehicle dynamic load on the mechanical characteristics and damage evolution of the track interface is elucidated using a fluid–solid coupling method.Results show that the loading history of the positive and negative TGLs has a great impact on the nonlinear development and distribution of the track interface stress and damage;the interface damage could be induced by the wheel–rail longitudinal vibrations at a high vehicle running speed owing to the dynamic amplification effect caused by short wave irregularities;the vehicle dynamic load could produce considerable water pressure that presents nonlinear spatial–temporal characteristics at the track interface,which would lead to the interface failure under a certain condition due to the coupled dynamic effect of vehicle load and water pressure. 展开更多

The membrane method based on adaptive wettability shows great advantages in oil-water separation.At present,researches focus on the excellent application performance of the membrane material,while the quantitative analysis of interactions in oil-water separation is rarely recognized.Herein,we constructed an adaptable wettability membrane with multiple polymer networks by polydopamine(PDA)and mussel-inspired amphiphilic polymer.Based on the Owens three-probe liquid method,the surface energy of the modified membrane was verified to meet the adaptive wettability conditions,with surface energies(γ-8)of 147.6 mJ m^(−2)(superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic)and 49.87 mJ m^(−2)(superhydrophobic/superoleophobic),respectively.The adhesion or repulsion of the membrane to the oil phase under different conditions during the separation process was quantified by the chemical probe AFM technique.In addition,the oil-water selective separation mechanism was further analyzed in a simplified membrane microchannel model.The results show that the different wetting produces capillary additional pressure in opposite directions,resulting in different energies to be overcome when the oil or water passes through the microchannels,thus achieving selective separation. 展开更多

为提高铝锂合金(Al-Li)的稳定性,分别使用自制多羟基聚酯(PL)和聚多巴胺对其进行表面包覆处理,制得Al-Li@PL和Al-Li@PDA;利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱仪对其形貌结构进行表征,并对界面作用机理进行了探讨。通过干燥... 为提高铝锂合金(Al-Li)的稳定性,分别使用自制多羟基聚酯(PL)和聚多巴胺对其进行表面包覆处理,制得Al-Li@PL和Al-Li@PDA;利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱仪对其形貌结构进行表征,并对界面作用机理进行了探讨。通过干燥器平衡法考察了Al-Li@PL和Al-Li@PDA的湿热稳定性;使用氧弹量热法和热重-差式扫描量热法对样品进行了热分析测试,并采用非等温热分解动力学法评价了样品与1,2,4-丁三醇硝酸酯(BTTN)的相容性。结果表明,良好的粘附效果与官能团(羟基、羧基、氨基)是形成稳定包覆层的关键因素,Al-Li、Al-Li@PL和Al-Li@PDA的燃烧热值分别为30957、30852和30589J/g,包覆后热值损耗率低于1%,氧化放热模式基本未发生改变,最高氧化放热峰分别后移13℃与2℃;Al-Li@PL和Al-Li@PDA均不与80℃水发生剧烈反应,75%湿度下30天吸湿增重率由177.42%分别降至5.32%和2.58%,与BTTN的相容性从5级提升至1级。 展开更多

为了提升人机交互界面的布局合理性,增强用户满意度,研究基于视觉传达技术的人机交互界面优化设计方法。利用三维空间重建方法,从人机交互界面视觉传达图像的中心点出发,依据视觉传达图像平行曲线的中心以及局部脊线,三维重建视觉传达... 为了提升人机交互界面的布局合理性,增强用户满意度,研究基于视觉传达技术的人机交互界面优化设计方法。利用三维空间重建方法,从人机交互界面视觉传达图像的中心点出发,依据视觉传达图像平行曲线的中心以及局部脊线,三维重建视觉传达图像。计算视觉传达图像三维重建结果中各视觉感知元素的视觉传达指数。以人机交互界面的视觉传达指数最大为目标,构建人机交互界面优化模型。选取粒子群算法求解人机交互界面优化模型,引入动态惯性权重改进粒子群算法,输出人机交互界面的优化设计方案。实验结果表明,该方法能够实现人机交互界面中视觉感知元素的高效布局,人机交互界面优化设计后的峰值信噪比高于30 dB。 展开更多

Attributable to the complex distribution of tactile vesicles under the skin and the ability of the brain to process specific tactile parameters(shape,hardness,and surface texture),human skin can have the capacity for tactile spatial reconstruction and visualization of complex object geometry and surface texture.However,current haptic sensor technologies are predominantly point sensors,which do not have an interlaced distribution structure similar to that of haptic vesicles,limiting their potential in human-computer interaction applications.Here,we report an optical microfiber array skin(OMAS)imitating tactile vesicle interlaced structures for tactile visualization and object reconstruction sensing.This device is characterized by high sensitivity(−0.83 N/V)and fast response time(38 ms).We demonstrate that combining the signals collected by the OMAS with appropriate artificial intelligence algorithms enables the recognition of objects with different hardnesses and shapes with 100%accuracy.It also allows for the classification of fabrics with different surface textures with 98.5%accuracy and Braille patterns with 99%accuracy.As a proof-of-concept,we integrated OMAS into a robot arm to select mahjong among six common objects and successfully recognize its suits by touch,which provides a new solution for tactile sensory processing for human-computer interaction. 展开更多
