In the improved model, a kind of nonlinear fuzzy membership function is presented to get over the limitation of original model, which can not track weak maneuvering target precisely. At last, simulation experiments prove the efficient of the novel algorithm compared to interacting multiple model and hierarchical interacting multiple model based original "current" statistical model in tracking precision.展开更多

Firstly, the testability network topo- logy of complex equipment is built by using the hierarchical hybrid testability modeling method. Secondly, the prior conditional prob- ability distribution between network nodes is determined through expert experience. Then the Bayesian method is used to update the conditional probability distribution, according to history test information, virtual simulation information and similar product in- formation. Finally, the learned hierarchical hybrid testability model (HHTM) is used to estimate the testability of equipment. Compared with the results of other modeling methods, the relative deviation of the HHTM is only 0.52%, and the evaluation result is the most accu rate.展开更多

The generalized form of IFS is interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS), whose components are intervals rather than exact numbers. IFSs and IVIFSs have been found to be very useful to describe vagueness and uncertainty. However, it seems that little attention has been focused on the clustering analysis of IFSs and IVIFSs. An intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchical algorithm is introduced for clustering IFSs, which is based on the traditional hierarchical clustering procedure, the intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator, and the basic distance measures between IFSs: the Hamming distance, normalized Hamming, weighted Hamming, the Euclidean distance, the normalized Euclidean distance, and the weighted Euclidean distance. A novel hierarchical app...Recently the integrated modular avionics (IMA) architecture which introduces the concept of resource partitioning becomes popular as an alternative to the traditional federated architecture. A novel hierarchical approach is proposed to solve the resource allocation problem for IMA systems in distributed environments. Firstly, the worst case response time of tasks with arbitrary deadlines is analyzed for the two-level scheduler. Then, the hierarchical resource allocation approach is presented in two levels. At the platform level, a task assignment algorithm based on genetic simulated annealing (GSA) is proposed to assign a set of pre-defined tasks to different processing nodes in the form of task groups, so that resources can be allocated as partitions and mapped to task groups. While yielding to all the resource con- straints, the algorithm tries to find an optimal task assignment with minimized communication costs and balanced work load. At the node level, partition parameters are optimized, so that the computational resource can be allocated further. An example is shown to illustrate the hierarchal resource allocation approach and manifest the validity. Simulation results comparing the performance of the proposed GSA with that of traditional genetic algorithms are presented in the context of task assignment in IMA systems.展开更多

The estimators the authors derive can be applied in more extensive practical scenarios since they are only dependent on the first two moments of prior parameter rather than on specific prior distribution. This paper considers the problem of generating a flight trajectory for a single fixed-wing unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) performing an air-to-surface multi-target attack (A/SMTA) mission using satellite-gu...This paper considers the problem of generating a flight trajectory for a single fixed-wing unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) performing an air-to-surface multi-target attack (A/SMTA) mission using satellite-guided bombs. First, this problem is formulated as a variant of the traveling salesman problem (TSP), called the dynamic-constrained TSP with neighborhoods (DCT- SPN). Then, a hierarchical hybrid approach, which partitions the planning algorithm into a roadmap planning layer and an optimal control layer, is proposed to solve the DCTSPN. In the roadmap planning layer, a novel algorithm based on an updatable proba- bilistic roadmap (PRM) is presented, which operates by randomly sampling a finite set of vehicle states from continuous state space in order to reduce the complicated trajectory planning problem to planning on a finite directed graph. In the optimal control layer, a collision-free state-to-state trajectory planner based on the Gauss pseudospectral method is developed, which can generate both dynamically feasible and optimal flight trajectories. The entire process of solving a DCTSPN consists of two phases. First, in the offline preprocessing phase, the algorithm constructs a PRM, and then converts the original problem into a standard asymmet- ric TSP (ATSP). Second, in the online querying phase, the costs of directed edges in PRM are updated first, and a fast heuristic searching algorithm is then used to solve the ATSP. Numerical experiments indicate that the algorithm proposed in this paper can generate both feasible and near-optimal solutions quickly for online purposes.展开更多

In this paper,we consider a multi-UAV surveillance scenario where a team of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)synchronously covers an area for monitoring the ground conditions.In this scenario,we adopt the leader-follower...In this paper,we consider a multi-UAV surveillance scenario where a team of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)synchronously covers an area for monitoring the ground conditions.In this scenario,we adopt the leader-follower control mode and propose a modified Lyapunov guidance vector field(LGVF)approach for improving the precision of surveillance trajectory tracking.Then,in order to adopt to poor communication conditions,we propose a prediction-based synchronization method for keeping the formation consistently.Moreover,in order to adapt the multi-UAV system to dynamic and uncertain environment,this paper proposes a hierarchical dynamic task scheduling architecture.In this architecture,we firstly classify all the algorithms that perform tasks according to their functions,and then modularize the algorithms based on plugin technology.Afterwards,integrating the behavior model and plugin technique,this paper designs a three-layer control flow,which can efficiently achieve dynamic task scheduling.In order to verify the effectiveness of our architecture,we consider a multi-UAV traffic monitoring scenario and design several cases to demonstrate the online adjustment from three levels,respectively.展开更多

In order to pursue good crushing load uniformity and enchance energy absorption efficiency of conventional honeycombs, a kind of bio-inspired hierarchical honeycomb model is proposed by mimicking the arched crab shell...In order to pursue good crushing load uniformity and enchance energy absorption efficiency of conventional honeycombs, a kind of bio-inspired hierarchical honeycomb model is proposed by mimicking the arched crab shell structures. Three bio-inspired hierarchical honeycombs(BHHs) with different topologies are designed by replacing each vertex of square honeycombs with smaller arc-shaped structures. The effects of hierarchical topologies and multi-material layout on in-plane dynamic crushings and absorbed-energy capacities of the BHHs are explored based on the explicit finite element(FE) analysis.Different deformation modes can be observed from the BHHs, which mainly depend upon hierarchical topologies and impact velocities. According to energy efficiency method and one-dimensional(1D) shock theory, calculation formulas of densification strains and plateau stresses for the BHHs are derived to characterize the dynamic bearing capacity, which is consistent well with FE results. Compared with conventional honeycombs, the crushing load efficiency and energy absorption capacity of the BHHs can be improved by changing the proper hierarchical topology and multi-material layout. These researches will provide theoretical guidance for innovative design and dynamic response performance controllability of honeycombs.展开更多

Photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)has been considered as one of most effective ways to solve the current energy crisis and environmental problems.However,the practical application of photocatal...Photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)has been considered as one of most effective ways to solve the current energy crisis and environmental problems.However,the practical application of photocatalytic CO_(2)RR is largely hindered by lock of efficient catalyst.Here,hierarchical titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))nanostructures with a highly active{001}surface were successfully synthesized by a facile approach from metal Ti powders.The obtained hierarchical TiO_(2)nanostructures were composed of TiO_(2)nanorods,which have a diameter about 5–10 nm and a length of several micrometers.It is found that these nanorods have exposed{001}facets.On the other hand,these hierarchical TiO_(2)nanostructures have a good light-harvesting efficiency with the help of TiO_(2)nanorods component and large specific surface area.Therefore,these hierarchical TiO_(2)nanostructures exhibit a much better activity for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction than that of commercial TiO_(2)(P25).This high activity can be attributed to the synergistic effects of active surface,efficient charge transfer along nanorods and good light harvesting in the nanorod-hierarchical nanostructures.展开更多
Online accurate recognition of target tactical intention in beyond-visual-range (BVR) air combat is an important basis for deep situational awareness and autonomous air combat decision-making, which can create pre-emp...Online accurate recognition of target tactical intention in beyond-visual-range (BVR) air combat is an important basis for deep situational awareness and autonomous air combat decision-making, which can create pre-emptive tactical opportunities for the fighter to gain air superiority. The existing methods to solve this problem have some defects such as dependence on empirical knowledge, difficulty in interpreting the recognition results, and inability to meet the requirements of actual air combat. So an online hierarchical recognition method for target tactical intention in BVR air combat based on cascaded support vector machine (CSVM) is proposed in this study. Through the mechanism analysis of BVR air combat, the instantaneous and cumulative feature information of target trajectory and relative situation information are introduced successively using online automatic decomposition of target trajectory and hierarchical progression. Then the hierarchical recognition model from target maneuver element, tactical maneuver to tactical intention is constructed. The CSVM algorithm is designed for solving this model, and the computational complexity is decomposed by the cascaded structure to overcome the problems of convergence and timeliness when the dimensions and number of training samples are large. Meanwhile, the recognition result of each layer can be used to support the composition analysis and interpretation of target tactical intention. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively realize multi-dimensional online accurate recognition of target tactical intention in BVR air combat.展开更多

文摘As to oppositional, multi-objective and hierarchical characteristic of air formation to ground attackdefends campaign, and using dynamic space state model of military campaign, this article establishes a principal and subordinate hierarchical interactive decision-making way, the Nash-Stackelberg-Nash model, to solve the problems in military operation, and find out the associated best strategy in hierarchical dynamic decision-making. The simulating result indicate that when applying the model to air formation to ground attack-defends decision-making system, it can solve the problems of two hierarchies, dynamic oppositional decision-making favorably, and reach preferable effect in battle. It proves that the model can provide an effective way for analyzing a battle,

文摘In this paper,we consider a multi-UAV surveillance scenario where a team of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)synchronously covers an area for monitoring the ground conditions.In this scenario,we adopt the leader-follower control mode and propose a modified Lyapunov guidance vector field(LGVF)approach for improving the precision of surveillance trajectory tracking.Then,in order to adopt to poor communication conditions,we propose a prediction-based synchronization method for keeping the formation consistently.Moreover,in order to adapt the multi-UAV system to dynamic and uncertain environment,this paper proposes a hierarchical dynamic task scheduling architecture.In this architecture,we firstly classify all the algorithms that perform tasks according to their functions,and then modularize the algorithms based on plugin technology.Afterwards,integrating the behavior model and plugin technique,this paper designs a three-layer control flow,which can efficiently achieve dynamic task scheduling.In order to verify the effectiveness of our architecture,we consider a multi-UAV traffic monitoring scenario and design several cases to demonstrate the online adjustment from three levels,respectively.
文摘For the problem of large network load generated by the Gnutella resource-searching model in Peer to Peer (P2P) network, a improved model to decrease the network expense is proposed, which establishes a duster in P2P network, auto-organizes logical layers, and applies a hybrid mechanism of directional searching and flooding. The performance analysis and simulation results show that the proposed hierarchical searching model has availably reduced the generated message load and that its searching-response time performance is as fairly good as that of the Gnutella model.

文摘In order to pursue good crushing load uniformity and enchance energy absorption efficiency of conventional honeycombs, a kind of bio-inspired hierarchical honeycomb model is proposed by mimicking the arched crab shell structures. Three bio-inspired hierarchical honeycombs(BHHs) with different topologies are designed by replacing each vertex of square honeycombs with smaller arc-shaped structures. The effects of hierarchical topologies and multi-material layout on in-plane dynamic crushings and absorbed-energy capacities of the BHHs are explored based on the explicit finite element(FE) analysis.Different deformation modes can be observed from the BHHs, which mainly depend upon hierarchical topologies and impact velocities. According to energy efficiency method and one-dimensional(1D) shock theory, calculation formulas of densification strains and plateau stresses for the BHHs are derived to characterize the dynamic bearing capacity, which is consistent well with FE results. Compared with conventional honeycombs, the crushing load efficiency and energy absorption capacity of the BHHs can be improved by changing the proper hierarchical topology and multi-material layout. These researches will provide theoretical guidance for innovative design and dynamic response performance controllability of honeycombs.

文摘With the development of automation in smart grids,network reconfiguration is becoming a feasible approach for improving the operation of distribution systems.A novel reconfiguration strategy was presented to get the optimal configuration of improving economy of the system,and then identifying the important nodes.In this strategy,the objectives increase the node importance degree and decrease the active power loss subjected to operational constraints.A compound objective function with weight coefficients is formulated to balance the conflict of the objectives.Then a novel quantum particle swarm optimization based on loop switches hierarchical encoded was employed to address the compound objective reconfiguration problem.Its main contribution is the presentation of the hierarchical encoded scheme which is used to generate the population swarm particles of representing only radial connected solutions.Because the candidate solutions are feasible,the search efficiency would improve dramatically during the optimization process without tedious topology verification.To validate the proposed strategy,simulations are carried out on the test systems.The results are compared with other techniques in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.

文摘Aimed at the uncertain characteristics of discrete logistics network design,an interval hierarchical triangular uncertain OD demand model based on interval demand and network flow is presented.Under consideration of the system profit,the uncertain demand of logistics network is measured by interval variables and interval parameters,and an interval planning model of discrete logistics network is established.The risk coefficient and maximum constrained deviation are defined to realize the certain transformation of the model.By integrating interval algorithm and genetic algorithm,an interval hierarchical optimal genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.It is shown by a tested example that in the same scenario condition an interval solution[3275.3,3 603.7]can be obtained by the model and algorithm which is obviously better than the single precise optimal solution by stochastic or fuzzy algorithm,so it can be reflected that the model and algorithm have more stronger operability and the solution result has superiority to scenario decision.

文摘Photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)has been considered as one of most effective ways to solve the current energy crisis and environmental problems.However,the practical application of photocatalytic CO_(2)RR is largely hindered by lock of efficient catalyst.Here,hierarchical titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))nanostructures with a highly active{001}surface were successfully synthesized by a facile approach from metal Ti powders.The obtained hierarchical TiO_(2)nanostructures were composed of TiO_(2)nanorods,which have a diameter about 5–10 nm and a length of several micrometers.It is found that these nanorods have exposed{001}facets.On the other hand,these hierarchical TiO_(2)nanostructures have a good light-harvesting efficiency with the help of TiO_(2)nanorods component and large specific surface area.Therefore,these hierarchical TiO_(2)nanostructures exhibit a much better activity for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction than that of commercial TiO_(2)(P25).This high activity can be attributed to the synergistic effects of active surface,efficient charge transfer along nanorods and good light harvesting in the nanorod-hierarchical nanostructures.

文摘Online accurate recognition of target tactical intention in beyond-visual-range (BVR) air combat is an important basis for deep situational awareness and autonomous air combat decision-making, which can create pre-emptive tactical opportunities for the fighter to gain air superiority. The existing methods to solve this problem have some defects such as dependence on empirical knowledge, difficulty in interpreting the recognition results, and inability to meet the requirements of actual air combat. So an online hierarchical recognition method for target tactical intention in BVR air combat based on cascaded support vector machine (CSVM) is proposed in this study. Through the mechanism analysis of BVR air combat, the instantaneous and cumulative feature information of target trajectory and relative situation information are introduced successively using online automatic decomposition of target trajectory and hierarchical progression. Then the hierarchical recognition model from target maneuver element, tactical maneuver to tactical intention is constructed. The CSVM algorithm is designed for solving this model, and the computational complexity is decomposed by the cascaded structure to overcome the problems of convergence and timeliness when the dimensions and number of training samples are large. Meanwhile, the recognition result of each layer can be used to support the composition analysis and interpretation of target tactical intention. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively realize multi-dimensional online accurate recognition of target tactical intention in BVR air combat.

文摘The guidance strategy is an extremely critical factor in determining the striking effect of the missile operation.A novel guidance law is presented by exploiting the deep reinforcement learning(DRL)with the hierarchical deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG)algorithm.The reward functions are constructed to minimize the line-of-sight(LOS)angle rate and avoid the threat caused by the opposed obstacles.To attenuate the chattering of the acceleration,a hierarchical reinforcement learning structure and an improved reward function with action penalty are put forward.The simulation results validate that the missile under the proposed method can hit the target successfully and keep away from the threatened areas effectively.
