However, due to the temper-ature sensitivity of optical devices, the influence of environmen-tal temperature causes errors in FOG, thereby greatly limiting their output accuracy. This work researches on machine-learn-ing based temperature error compensation techniques for FOG. Specifically, it focuses on compensating for the bias errors gen-erated in the fiber ring due to the Shupe effect. This work pro-poses a composite model based on k-means clustering, sup-port vector regression, and particle swarm optimization algo-rithms. And it significantly reduced redundancy within the sam-ples by adopting the interval sequence sample. Moreover, met-rics such as root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), bias stability, and Allan variance, are selected to evaluate the model’s performance and compensation effective-ness. This work effectively enhances the consistency between data and models across different temperature ranges and tem-perature gradients, improving the bias stability of the FOG from 0.022 °/h to 0.006 °/h. Compared to the existing methods utiliz-ing a single machine learning model, the proposed method increases the bias stability of the compensated FOG from 57.11% to 71.98%, and enhances the suppression of rate ramp noise coefficient from 2.29% to 14.83%. This work improves the accuracy of FOG after compensation, providing theoretical guid-ance and technical references for sensors error compensation work in other fields.展开更多

Movable cellular automaton method is used for modeling the mechanical behaviors of such different heterogeneous materials. The method is based on particle approach and may be considered as a kind of discrete element method. The main feature of the method is the use of many-body forces of inter-element interaction within the formalism of simply deformable element approximation. It was shown that the strength of reinforcing particles and the width of particle-binder interphase boundaries had determining influence on the service characteristics of metaleceramic composite. In particular, the increasing of strength of carbide inclusions may lead to significant increase in the strength and ultimate strain of composite material. On the example of porous zirconia ceramics it was shown that the change in the mechanical properties of pore surface leads to the corresponding change in effective elastic modulus and strength limit of the ceramic sample. The less is the pore size, the more is this effect. The increase in the elastic properties of pore surface of ceramics may reduce its fracture energy.展开更多

The microcracks and multi-scale second phase particles were assumed to distribute homogeneously. A nonlinear quantitative relationship between tensile ductility and volume fraction of SiC_p was established based on the model. The tensile ductility values of 2xxx SiC_p/Al and 6xxx SiC_p/Al composites predicted by the model are in good agreement with the experimental values. The analysis of effects of multi-scale second phases on the ductility of the composites indicates that the ductility decreases with the increase of the volume fraction of SiC_p and precipitates in Al matrix and is almost independent of constituents and dispersoids.展开更多

Two different project cases with and without high-rise building adjacent to pile foundation were compared. The relationships of slope pile bending moment, earth pressure, pile top displacement and complex settlement with respect to time were obtained. 1) When there is no adjacent building, the displacement of supporting system caused by excavation is mainly in the horizontal direction; while when the adjacent building exists, the displacement of supporting system will be vertical. 2) When the excavation depth is less than or equal to the adjacent building's composite foundation depth, the force of supporting structure is uniform and has small value, at the same time, the pile strength is in fully use and the foundation is stable; while when the excavation depth is greater than the depth of adjacent building's composite foundation, the results will be opposite. 3) During the excavation process, the adjustment of the composite ground loads on the supporting structure is carried out downward and the force of the supporting structure is reduced through the deformation of the bearing layer.展开更多

With the help of the structures, crash kinetic-energy can be completely absorbed or dissipated for the aim of safety. Two composite structures(circumscribed circle structure and inscribed circle structure) were constructed. In addition, comparison and optimization of the crashworthy characteristic of the two structures were carried out based on the method of explicit finite element analysis(FEA) and Kriging surrogate model. According to the result of Kriging surrogate model, conclusions can be safely drawn that the specific energy absorption(SEA) and ratio of specific energy absorption to initial peak force(REAF) of circumscribed circle structure are lager than those of inscribed circle structure under the same design parameters. In other words, circumscribed circle structure has better performances with higher energy-absorbing ability and lower initial peak force. Besides, error analysis was adopted and the result of which indicates that the Kriging surrogate model has high nonlinear fitting precision. What is more, the SEA and REAF optimum values of the two structures have been obtained through analysis, and the crushing results have been illustrated when the two structures reach optimum SEA and REAF.展开更多

文摘Carrying on a series of compression and shear tests by a large number of specimens, reliabilities of T300/QY8911 laminated composite were studied when dispersibility models were described. The results show that the stress is linearly dependent on the strain and the damage modes of specimens are brittle fracture for both kinds of tests. Dispersibility models of compression and shear strength are expressed as Re-N(415.39, 6 586.36) and Rs-ln(5.071 8, 0.155 3), respectively. When normal and lognormal distributions were used to describe the dispersibility models of compression and shear strength, and the compression or shear load follows the normal distribution, the almost same failure probability can be obtained from different reliability analysis methods.

文摘This article investigates the characteristics of shock wave overpressure generated by multi-layer composite charge under different detonation modes.Combining dimensional analysis and the explosion mechanism of the charge,a peak overpressure prediction model for the composite charge under singlepoint detonation and simultaneous detonation was established. The effects of the charge structure and initiation method on the overpressure field characteristics were investigated in AUTODYN simulation. The accuracy of the prediction model and the reliability of the numerical simulation method were subsequently verified in a series of static explosion experiments. The results reveal that the mass of the inner charge was the key factor determining the peak overpressure of the composite charge under single-point detonation. The peak overpressure in the radial direction improved apparently with an increase in the aspect ratio of the charge. The overpressure curves in the axial direction exhibited a multi-peak phenomenon, and the secondary peak overpressure even exceeded the primary peak at distances of 30D and 40D(where D is the charge diameter). The difference in peak overpressure among azimuth angles of 0-90°gradually decreased with an increase in the propagation distance of the shock wave. The coupled effect of the detonation energy of the inner and outer charge under simultaneous detonation improved the overpressure in both radial and axial directions. The difference in peak overpressure obtained from model prediction and experimental measurements was less than 16.4%.

文摘For the safety protection of passengers when train crashes occur, special structures are crucially needed as a kind of indispensable energy absorbing device. What is more, the SEA and REAF optimum values of the two structures have been obtained through analysis, and the crushing results have been illustrated when the two structures reach optimum SEA and REAF.

文摘Faulted gas reservoirs are very common in reality, where some linear leaky faults divide the gas reservoir into several reservoir regions with distinct physical properties. This kind of gas reservoirs is also known as linear composite(LC)gas reservoirs.Although some analytical/semi-analytical models have been proposed to investigate pressure behaviors of producing wells in LC reservoirs based on the linear composite ideas, almost all of them focus on vertical wells and studies on multiple fractured horizontal wells are rare. After the pressure wave arrives at the leaky fault, pressure behaviors of multiple fractured horizontal wells will be affected by the leaky faults.Understanding the effect of leaky faults on pressure behaviors of multiple fractured horizontal wells is critical to the development design. Therefore,a semi-analytical model of finite-conductivity multiple fractured horizontal(FCMFH)wells in LC gas reservoirs is established based on Laplace-space superposition principle and fracture discrete method. The proposed model is validated against commercial numerical simulator.Type curves are obtained to study pressure characteristics and identify flow regimes. The effects of some parameters on type curves are discussed. The proposed model will have a profound effect on developing analytical/semi-analytical models for other complex well types in LC gas reservoirs.

文摘Nano magnetic composite is a kind of heterogeneous material. Scientists found the symmetrical and dual symmetrical phenomena in its structure previously and we find the generalized dual symmetry mechanical performance in Nano Magnetic Composite and further establish the theory. The applicable nano magnetic composite structure is analyzed thoroughly and systematically. Such phenomena as serration and step dispersing distribution of bending stress and mirror reflection of interlaminar stress are thus found. Therefore, starting from the physical features of materials, Nano Magnetic Composite are analyzed on the basis of the understanding and application of the generalized dual symmetry mechanical performance. In addition, the design parameter is optimized to attain the goal of maximizing the use of materials, which is quite meaningful.
