Risk adjustable optimal operation for electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system based on chance constrained goal programming

The electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system(EH-IES)enables synergistic operation of electricity,heat,and hydrogen subsystems,supporting renewable energy integration and efficient multi-energy utilization in future low carbon societies.However,uncertainties from renewable energy and load variability threaten system safety and economy.Conventional chance-constrained programming(CCP)ensures reliable operation by limiting risk.However,increasing source-load uncertainties that can render CCP models infeasible and exacerbate operational risks.To address this,this paper proposes a risk-adjustable chance-constrained goal programming(RACCGP)model,integrating CCP and goal programming to balance risk and cost based on system risk assessment.An intelligent nonlinear goal programming method based on the state transition algorithm(STA)is developed,along with an improved discretized step transformation,to handle model nonlinearity and enhance computational efficiency.Experimental results show that the proposed model reduces costs while controlling risk compared to traditional CCP,and the solution method outperforms average sample sampling in efficiency and solution quality. 展开更多

Iron and steel industry is an important sector of Iran's economy.Choghart iron ore mine is an important iron ore producer of Iran steel industry.Phosphorous contained in the iron ore concentrates of Choghart mine has a detrimental effect on the steel making process,whereby this causes cracks to form in the refractory lining of blast furnaces.In the past,about 1.43 Mt of low-grade and 4.53 Mt of high-phosphorous materials had been transported to low grade and high phosphorous stockpiles,respectively,for future beneficiation.As a result of the progressive depletion of high-grade ore and establishment of beneficiation plant in Choghart,exploitation of these two stockpiles in this mine became an important issue.In this work,a linear goal programming(GP) model was developed in order to determine the optimum iron ore blend in terms of quality from low grade and high phosphorous stockpiles of Choghart mine.The model was solved by the SOLVER V.9 program.Results show that feeding with acceptable quality(w(Fe)≥50% and w(P)≤1.2%,mass fraction) materials can be blended from stockpiles that satisfy the needs of the Choghart processing line. 展开更多

The operational laws of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced, and the score function and accuracy function are presented to compare the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IFOWA) operator which is an extension of the well-known ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator is investigated to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information. In order to determine the weights of intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, a linear goal programming procedure is proposed for learning the weights from data. Finally, an example is illustrated to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the developed method. 展开更多

Longhole caving method was used to mine gently inclined thick orebody step by step in a test stope of tin mine under complex filling body. The problem that the complex filling body around the stope affects the stability of roof thickness, chamber and spacer pillar in actual mining was investigated; meanwhile, the formed goaf during mining is so vulnerable that surrounding rock collapses early. Based on this point, elasticity mechanics and limit span theory were used to study separately the roof thickness and the span limit of goaf formed in mining, and then a reasonable roof thickness of 8 m and goaf span of 14 m are proposed. In addition, the stability of roof thickness, chamber and spacer pillar were investigated and analyzed by using numerical analysis method; meanwhile, the field monitoring on the displacement of caving chamber was conducted. The results show that the maximum compressive stress of surrounding rock is 20 MPa, and the maximum tensile stress is 1.2 MPa, which is less than the ultimate tensile strength of 2.4 MPa. Moreover, plastic zone has little influence on stope stability. In addition, the displacement of 11 mm is also smaller. The displacement monitoring results are consistent with the numerical results. Thus, the roof thickness and span of goaf proposed are safe. 展开更多

对中国科学院大气物理研究所大气科学和地球流体力学数值模拟国家重点实验室的全球海-陆-气耦合气候系统模式(GOALS/LASG)的大气分量进行了发展,主要是提高模式的分辨率。水平分辨率由原来的菱形15波截断(R15)提高到菱形42波截断(R42);... 对中国科学院大气物理研究所大气科学和地球流体力学数值模拟国家重点实验室的全球海-陆-气耦合气候系统模式(GOALS/LASG)的大气分量进行了发展,主要是提高模式的分辨率。水平分辨率由原来的菱形15波截断(R15)提高到菱形42波截断(R42);并用实际的海温、海冰为外强迫积分模式10年,将积分结果与观测资料比较以检验模式的气候模拟性能,重点是检验全球季节变化和年际变化的模拟能力。从检验结果看,分辨率增加后模式能成功地模拟出全球气候的主要特征,多种要素场的季节变化与观测也一致;对ElNi?o的响应特征也有很好的反映。但与其它气候模式一样,也存在一些误差。对结果的分析表明,云、辐射方案影响模式的能量平衡,进而影响陆面系统的模拟及降水的分布;对流参数化方案对模拟结果也有很大影响。 展开更多

华北地区未来30年气候变化趋势模拟研究 被引量:26

利用中国科学院大气物理研究所LASG研发的全球海洋-大气-陆面系统模式(GOALS 4.0),引入了大气中真实的温室气体浓度变化,对华北地区的气候变化进行了模拟研究。为了检验GOALS 4.0模式对于未来30年华北地区气候变化趋势模拟结果的可信度... 利用中国科学院大气物理研究所LASG研发的全球海洋-大气-陆面系统模式(GOALS 4.0),引入了大气中真实的温室气体浓度变化,对华北地区的气候变化进行了模拟研究。为了检验GOALS 4.0模式对于未来30年华北地区气候变化趋势模拟结果的可信度,分析评估了GOALS 4.0模式对当代气候变化的模拟能力。模拟结果基本再现了20世纪60—70年代末的全球和北半球温度偏低以及80年代开始的增温现象,也较好地模拟了华北地区近50年来的两个重要气候冷(1950—1976年)、暖(1977—2000年)时期,模拟结果与实际观测相关为0.34(达到了0.05信度),华北地区的冬季温度变化幅度介于中国大陆东、西部之间。模式对华北地区夏季降水在20世纪80年代前后经历的丰枯时期转变模拟也比较理想。在此基础上,根据IPCC提供的大气温室气体未来排放情景,进一步模拟预估了华北地区未来30年的气候变化趋势。结果发现,在未来的30年中,中国大陆冬季温度将会呈现出不断上升趋势,华北是中国大陆增温最显著、增温幅度最大的地区,到2030年华北地区冬季的增温幅度相对多年平均(1961—1990年)上升2.5℃左右。未来30年的夏季,由于华北地区处于明显的水汽辐合区,偏南气流较强,大气中的可降水量增加,使得中国大陆的降水格局也会发生相应变化,呈现出南少北多的分布型态,华北地区夏季降水会明显增多,南方地区降水则有所减少。 展开更多

In real-time strategy(RTS)games,the ability of recognizing other players’goals is important for creating artifical intelligence(AI)players.However,most current goal recognition methods do not take the player’s deceptive behavior into account which often occurs in RTS game scenarios,resulting in poor recognition results.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes goal recognition for deceptive agent,which is an extended goal recognition method applying the deductive reason method(from general to special)to model the deceptive agent’s behavioral strategy.First of all,the general deceptive behavior model is proposed to abstract features of deception,and then these features are applied to construct a behavior strategy that best matches the deceiver’s historical behavior data by the inverse reinforcement learning(IRL)method.Final,to interfere with the deceptive behavior implementation,we construct a game model to describe the confrontation scenario and the most effective interference measures. 展开更多

Congestion pricing is an important component of urban intelligent transport system.The efficiency,equity and the environmental impacts associated with road pricing schemes are key issues that should be considered before such schemes are implemented.This paper focuses on the cordon-based pricing with distance tolls,where the tolls are determined by a nonlinear function of a vehicles' travel distance within a cordon,termed as toll charge function.The optimal tolls can give rise to:1) higher total social benefits,2) better levels of equity,and 3) reduced environmental impacts(e.g.,less emission).Firstly,a deterministic equilibrium(DUE) model with elastic demand is presented to evaluate any given toll charge function.The distance tolls are non-additive,thus a modified path-based gradient projection algorithm is developed to solve the DUE model.Then,to quantitatively measure the equity level of each toll charge function,the Gini coefficient is adopted to measure the equity level of the flows in the entire transport network based on equilibrium flows.The total emission level is used to reflect the impacts of distance tolls on the environment.With these two indexes/measurements for the efficiency,equity and environmental issues as well as the DUE model,a multi-objective bi-level programming model is then developed to determine optimal distance tolls.The multi-objective model is converted to a single level model using the goal programming.A genetic algorithm(GA) is adopted to determine solutions.Finally,a numerical example is presented to verify the methodology. 展开更多
