An uncertain multi-objective programming problem is a special type of mathematical multi-objective programming involving uncertain variables. This type of problem is important because there are several uncertain variables in real-world problems.Therefore, research on the uncertain multi-objective programming problem is highly relevant, particularly those problems whose objective functions are correlated. In this paper, an approach that solves an uncertain multi-objective programming problem under the expected-variance value criterion is proposed. First, we define the basic framework of the approach and review concepts such as a Pareto efficient solution and expected-variance value criterion using an order relation between various uncertain variables.Second, the uncertain multi-objective problem is converted into an uncertain single-objective programming problem via a linear weighted method or ideal point method. Then the problem is transformed into a deterministic single objective programming problem under the expected-variance value criterion. Third, four lemmas and two theorems are proved to illustrate that the optimal solution of the deterministic single-objective programming problem is an efficient solution to the original uncertainty problem. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

The multiple attribute decision making problems are studied, in which the information about attribute weights is partly known and the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The operational laws of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced, and the score function and accuracy function are presented to compare the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IFOWA) operator which is an extension of the well-known ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator is investigated to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information. In order to determine the weights of intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, a linear goal programming procedure is proposed for learning the weights from data. Finally, an example is illustrated to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the developed method. 展开更多

A fuzzy particle swarm optimization (PSO) on the basis of elite archiving is proposed for solving multi-objective optimization problems. First, a new perturbation operator is designed, and the concepts of fuzzy global best and fuzzy personal best are given on basis of the new operator. After that, particle updating equations are revised on the basis of the two new concepts to discourage the premature convergence and enlarge the potential search space; second, the elite archiving technique is used during the process of evolution, namely, the elite particles are introduced into the swarm, whereas the inferior particles are deleted. Therefore, the quality of the swarm is ensured. Finally, the convergence of this swarm is proved. The experimental results show that the nondominated solutions found by the proposed algorithm are uniformly distributed and widely spread along the Pareto front. 展开更多

Giving the value of deviation degree in each constraint, the 6-fuzzy optimal solution of the FFLP problem can be obtained by solving this LP problem. An algorithm is also proposed to find a balance-fuzzy optimal solution between two goals in conflict: to improve the values of the objective function and to decrease the values of the deviation degrees. This research develops a comprehensive method to solve a combinatorial problem consisting of distribution system reconfiguration, capacitor allocation, and renewable energy resources sizing and siting simultaneously and to improve power system's accountability and system performance parameters. Due to finding solution which is closer to realistic characteristics, load forecasting, market price errors and the uncertainties related to the variable output power of wind based DG units are put in consideration. This work employs NSGA-II accompanied by the fuzzy set theory to solve the aforementioned multi-objective problem. The proposed scheme finally leads to a solution with a minimum voltage deviation, a maximum voltage stability, lower amount of pollutant and lower cost. The cost includes the installation costs of new equipment, reconfiguration costs, power loss cost, reliability cost, cost of energy purchased from power market, upgrade costs of lines and operation and maintenance costs of DGs. Therefore, the proposed methodology improves power quality, reliability and security in lower costs besides its preserve, with the operational indices of power distribution networks in acceptable level. To validate the proposed methodology's usefulness, it was applied on the IEEE 33-bus distribution system then the outcomes were compared with initial configuration. 展开更多

CBFuzzer:基于执行上下文导向及保护突破的程序缺陷模糊检测

大量的应用实践证明了模糊测试用于检测程序脆弱性的有效性.现有的模糊测试方法缺少针对具体测试任务表现的差异性进行分析并适当地调整测试策略,更多的是采取统一流程导致测试结果差强人意.有必要根据测试过程中的具体信息对策略进行... 大量的应用实践证明了模糊测试用于检测程序脆弱性的有效性.现有的模糊测试方法缺少针对具体测试任务表现的差异性进行分析并适当地调整测试策略,更多的是采取统一流程导致测试结果差强人意.有必要根据测试过程中的具体信息对策略进行修正以达到更好的测试表现,提出了一种新的基于执行上下文导向的程序缺陷模糊测试方法,并能突破保护机制,通过捕获并分析受检程序对输入测试用例实际处理过程中的具体上下文信息,快速探索程序结构特征,对样本突变策略进行优化.同时,在相关算法的基础上实现了基于执行上下文导向的程序缺陷模糊检测原型工具CBFuzzer.实验结果表明,CBFuzzer能有效地实现对程序内部结构的快速探索(包括对保护机制的突破)、非常规程序状态转换的模拟以及更高效的脆弱点暴露.与对照方法相比,CBFuzzer在脆弱点暴露能力方面有6.8%~36.76%不同程度的提升,实际脆弱点的检出数量提升率最高达到66.67%.在可接受范围内的少量额外测试资源的投入下,CBFuzzer不仅在常规漏洞类型的检出效果上得到提高,并且对于隐匿性强的漏洞类型有更高的检测能力.截至2023年8月10日,通过CBFuzzer在13个测试任务中共发现了126个新的漏洞(已报告给软件开发者,并提交给CVE?组织). 展开更多

将震后伤员后送过程分为多个周期,通过救护车与直升机联运的方式运送伤员.考虑到不同周期伤员生存概率和心理成本变化,采用三角模糊数描述伤员数量的不确定性,以伤员生存概率最大化和心理成本最小化为目标,建立应急医疗设施选址-多周期... 将震后伤员后送过程分为多个周期,通过救护车与直升机联运的方式运送伤员.考虑到不同周期伤员生存概率和心理成本变化,采用三角模糊数描述伤员数量的不确定性,以伤员生存概率最大化和心理成本最小化为目标,建立应急医疗设施选址-多周期伤员后送模糊规划模型.以汶川地震时都江堰市为例,采用Cplex求解并进行敏感性分析.结果表明:在灾害前期优先运送重伤员,中后期优先运送轻伤员,可以更好地提高伤员生存概率并降低心理成本;用于紧急救治的运送车辆容量比后期治疗的转运车辆容量对伤员生存率的影响更大;临时医院容量过小会造成轻伤员后送人数减少,而后方医院容量过小会造成重伤员后送人数减少;过多的医疗资源不再对伤员生存率和心理成本产生影响. 展开更多

共享储能因具备提升新能源消纳水平和储能设备利用率的能力而备受关注,然而,其在优化配置过程中仍存在调用资源单一和面临多重不确定性因素影响等问题。因此,该文对多重不确定性环境下广义共享储能的优化配置展开研究。首先,综合考虑多... 共享储能因具备提升新能源消纳水平和储能设备利用率的能力而备受关注,然而,其在优化配置过程中仍存在调用资源单一和面临多重不确定性因素影响等问题。因此,该文对多重不确定性环境下广义共享储能的优化配置展开研究。首先,综合考虑多种储能资源运行特性,分别对5G基站储能等资源进行广义储能建模,充分挖掘不同储能资源的可调用潜力,为广义共享储能资源配置奠定基础;然后,设计了基于纳什议价理论的广义共享储能优化配置模型,在租赁分布式广义储能的基础上优化配置集中式储能,以实现共享储能运营商和用户效益共赢;最后,基于模糊机会约束规划理论量化用户群源荷出力和虚拟储能参数不确定性对广义共享储能资源配置带来的风险,提出考虑多重不确定性的广义共享储能优化配置方法,以提高广义储能资源配置效率。算例结果表明,通过租赁闲置广义储能可有效地降低集中式储能的配置量。此外,多重不确定性因素将导致储能配置量和投资成本的增加,而模糊置信度下的配置模型可使决策结果兼顾经济性与可靠性。 展开更多
