Three...A new method of extracting chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae, and treating the materials with enzyme before being extracted by ethanol is developed, and the optimum conditions are also investigated in detail. Three important factors, enzyme dosage, treatment time and treatment temperature are adapted to optimize the extraction process. The experimental results show that the extract yield of flos lonicerae and chlorogenic acid can be obviously increased by the cellulase treatment, 61.5 mg chlorogenic acid is obtained from 1.00 g flos lonicerae at most. The optimal temperature of enzymatic treatment is 40 50 ℃. Compared with the use of single cellulase, the combined treatment of cellulase and pectinase increase the extract yield obviously but fail to improve that of chlorogenic acid.展开更多
A novel method using ethanol and ultrasound to extract oil from cream obtained from enzyme-assisted aqueous extraction of soybean oil was developed.To evaluate the relationships between operating variables and free oi...A novel method using ethanol and ultrasound to extract oil from cream obtained from enzyme-assisted aqueous extraction of soybean oil was developed.To evaluate the relationships between operating variables and free oil yield and to maximize the free oil yield,response surface methodology was introduced in this work.The developed regression model was fitted with R2=0.9591.Optimized variables were:ethanol concentration of73%,ethanol addition volume of 0.55 L/kg,ultrasound power of 427 W,ultrasound time of 47 s,and ultrasound temperature of 53℃.The free oil yield from the cream under the above conditions was 92.6±3.4%.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to evaluate the effect of ultrasonic treatment on ethanoltreated cream,and the SEM images clearly showed that the ultrasound treatment affected dispersing and fracturing of the microstructure of ethanol-treated cream.展开更多
As a dynamic projection to latent structures(PLS)method with a good output prediction ability,dynamic inner PLS(DiPLS)is widely used in the prediction of key performance indi-cators.However,due to the oblique decompos...As a dynamic projection to latent structures(PLS)method with a good output prediction ability,dynamic inner PLS(DiPLS)is widely used in the prediction of key performance indi-cators.However,due to the oblique decomposition of the input space by DiPLS,there are false alarms in the actual industrial process during fault detection.To address the above problems,a dynamic modeling method based on autoregressive-dynamic inner total PLS(AR-DiTPLS)is proposed.The method first uses the regression relation matrix to decompose the input space orthogonally,which reduces useless information for the predic-tion output in the quality-related dynamic subspace.Then,a vector autoregressive model(VAR)is constructed for the predic-tion score to separate dynamic information and static informa-tion.Based on the VAR model,appropriate statistical indicators are further constructed for online monitoring,which reduces the occurrence of false alarms.The effectiveness of the method is verified by a Tennessee-Eastman industrial simulation process and a three-phase flow system.展开更多

In this paper,PWD is used to extract these features. First,the feature of pseudocode is extracted using the amplitude output of PWD and the correlation filter technology. Then the feature of frequency modulation is extracted by way of PWD analysis on the signal processed by anti-phase operation according to the extracted feature of pseudo code,i.e. position information of changed abruptly point of phase. The simulation result shows that both the features of frequency modulation and phase change position caused by the pseudocode phase modulation can be extracted effectively for SNR=3 dB.展开更多
