To investigate the frost-heave properties of silty clay under the combination action of seasonal freezing and artificial freezing, and verify the feasibility of combined freezing, eight combined freezing experiments were performed on silty clay with water content (mass fraction) of 23.5% and 28.0%, through developed frost-heave test apparatus, in closed or open system. Two sorts of freezing temperature models, namely, constant and sine models, were applied to artificial freezing. The experimental results indicate that the frost-heave degree in seasonal freezing stage accounts for over 90% of the total in open system and it is up to 95% in closed system; the change of artificial sine-freezing temperature has no influence on the frost-heave degree in closed system, however, slight influence in open system. It is found that the variation of temperature gradient of sine-freezing specimen lags behind that of sine-freezing temperature with half phase; sine-freezing temperature model can reduce frost-heave degree of soil. Brand new technology is proposed for the application of artificial ground freezing and new study field of artificial freezing is created. 展开更多

Winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) cultivars Dongnongdongmai 1 with strong cold/freezing tolerance and Jimai 22 with weak cold/freezing tolerance were used for investigating the difference of microstructure and ultrastructure between leaves of two cultivars under low temperature stress (5℃ and -15 ℃) using optical and electron microscope. The results showed that there was no obvious difference between leaves of Dongnongdongmai 1 and Jimai 22 in microstructure. However, the difference between those leaves was distinct in ultrastructure. The grana lamella and stroma lamella were stacked regularly and arranged parallelly along the long axis of chloroplasts in cv. Dongnongdongmai 1, while the arrangement directions of thylakoids in Jimai 22's leaves were so irregular as to form various angles with the long axis of chloroplasts. At -15℃, the mitochondrias were swelled to be round and the structure of cristaes became blurry in both cultivars' leaves, while some cristaes of Jimai 22 disappeared. A novel vacuum ice slurry producing system with jet-pumps was proposed to deal with the problems of high energy consumption and ice blockage.In this novel system,one steam driven by a jet-pump was used to create vacuum in a hermetic vessel where water was sprayed through a nozzle to produce ice slurry,while the other steam was used to provide enough cold energy to make the left vapor in the hermetic vessel condense.Mathematical models of this novel system were established and theoretical simulation on the performance characteristics was also implemented based on the MATLAB program.Results show that the novel system is feasible and practicable,and the system performance is affected by many factors,such as the temperature of the generators,condensing temperature,evaporation temperature,and the cooling load of the refrigerator sub-system.The findings are helpful to improve the performance of ice slurry producing system. 展开更多

A two-dimensional model for freezing and thawing phase change heat transfer in biological tissue embedded with two cryoprobes was established.In this model,the blood vessels were considered as tree-like branched fractal network,and the effective flow rate and effective thermal conductivity of blood were obtained by fractal method.The temperature distribution and ice crystal growth process in biological tissue embedded with two cryoprobes during freezing-thawing process were numerically simulated.The results show that the growth velocity of ice crystal in freezing process from 200 to 400 s is more rapid than that from 400 to 600 s. Thawing process of frozen tissue occurs in the regions around cryoprobes tips and tissue boundary simultaneously,and the phase interfaces are close to each other until ice crystal melts completely.The distance of two cryoprobes has a more profound effect on the temperature distribution in freezing process at 400 s than at 800 s. 展开更多

In order to prolong semen preservation and improve pregnancy rate, semen freezing was studied with German shepherd dogs for experimental animals. The semen of four dogs was collected 40 times in four dilution frozen into two formulations, according to the sperm motility to compare the advantages and disadvantages. The result indicated that the sperm motility of the pellet frozen semen in dilute 2 was significantly higher than that in dilution 1, 3, and 4 (P0.01). The sperm motility of dogs semen with fried smoked method was notablely higher than that of frozen semen of program method (P0.01). The dilution which contained yolk-Tris mainly was the best; the pellet semen frozen with fried smoked method was superior to tuble semen frozen with program freezing method; sperm motility of pellet semen was higher than that of tuble semen in the same dilution. The conception rate and litter size of the natural matting were higher than AI. 展开更多

As one of the major projects of GAME (GEWEX Asian Monsoon Experiment), the GAME\|Tibet aimed to mainly examine the energy and water cycle in Tibetan Plateau and its effects on Asian monsoon. In this paper, based on the in\|situ high\|resolution observation data of GAME\|Tibet, the soil energy\|moisture distribution and the melting\|freezing progresses and their effects on seasonal shift were preliminarily discussed.The soil energy\|water distribution and freezing\|melting processes varied at different sites in northern part of Tibetan Plateau. The temporal and spatial variation of the soil moisture content is more complex than that of temperature. The soil moisture content increased with depth in certain layers but decreased in other layers. The freezing and melting processes and the temperature distribution were largely influenced by the existence of higher soil moisture content layer. During summer monsoon, the soil moisture at 10cm at all sites is relatively high, but the spatial difference existed. Generally speaking, the shallow layers start to freeze in October and to melt from April at all sites, with about 6 months frozen period. However, the beginning time of freezing\|melting and frozen period varied at different sites. 展开更多

Probiotics which can provide potential health benefits for consumers and prevent disease, is the most important research field for functional food in the future. It is the key point that how much the count of bacteria and how long it can preserve. Freeze-drying skill is one of the best preservation methods, but it's defect that damage to biological systems can be attributed to changes in the physical state of membrane lipids or/and changes in the structure of sensitive proteins and the decreased survival rate. This work used pretreatment methods-cold shock and hot shock to reduce the damage to bacteria during freeze-drying. Using unpretreated samples as control, aspects of cold shock or heat shock. The response of Enterococcous faecalis A31 was investigated during lag phase, the middle of exponential growth phase and the terminal of exponential growth phase. The results suggested that when cold shock, the shock protein concentration produced by treated sample within 2 h during the middle of exponential growth phase was higher than 4, 8, 24 h, The concentration of shock protein produced by treated sample at 10 ℃ was higher than 20℃, The concentration of sample protein at the middle of exponential growth phase was higher than that at the terminal of exponential growth phase. After one-month storage, the survival rate at 10℃ was better than 20 ℃ and 4 ℃comparatively. The survival rate at (6 h) 4 ℃/24 h (lag period) was higher than (10 h) 4 ℃/24 h (the middle of exponential growth phase), and the effect of 10℃/8 h shock treatments was best during the middle of exponential growth phase, when hot shock, The concentration of heat shock proteins produced was not obvious, and survival rate was higher at 45 ℃, 30 min than at 45 ℃, 60 min. 展开更多

The iron concentrations of snows,semi-melting snows,snowmelts,and ditch waters were observed in four typical microhabitats,Carex lasiocarpa marsh(Ⅰ), Calamagrostis angustifolia wet meadow(Ⅱ),dry land (Ⅲ)and paddy field(Ⅳ),of Sanjiang Plain Wetland, Northeast China.Each sample was collected from three sites of one microhabitat,mixed together, filtrated with 0.45μm membrane,and tested using atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)for iron measurement.The iron concentrations of soil solutions were investigated as well.Each soil solution was in-situ extracted by negative pressure,filtrated with 0.45μm membrane,and tested using AAS,too. 大量现场调研与文献调研发现,寒区公路隧道冻害问题比较突出,并影响隧道结构与运营安全。文章通过探讨寒区隧道冻害现象及成因,总结其设计理念及思路,并围绕隧道防冻设防长度确定方法、冻胀力计算方法、防冻措施应用现状及实施效果等进... 大量现场调研与文献调研发现,寒区公路隧道冻害问题比较突出,并影响隧道结构与运营安全。文章通过探讨寒区隧道冻害现象及成因,总结其设计理念及思路,并围绕隧道防冻设防长度确定方法、冻胀力计算方法、防冻措施应用现状及实施效果等进行综合分析,得出:1)寒区隧道应遵循“以防为主、以抗为辅、防抗结合”的防冻设防设计理念;2)针对地下水发育的寒区公路隧道,宜根据最冷月平均气温进行分级设防防冻;3)采用经验分析法初步确定寒区隧道防冻设防长度具备一定的可行性,但还应根据现场温度实测数据对防冻设防长度进行修正;4)寒区隧道冻胀力现有计算模型在实际应用中尚存在不足,考虑冻结圈围岩非均匀冻胀的计算方法相对较为符合工程实际;5)寒区隧道防冻设计应重点妥善处理“温度”和“地下水”这2个要素,主要从保(升)温措施及排水系统防冻措施2个方面开展,指出寒区隧道保(升)温措施的局限性及下一步的研究方向,并提出不同防冻设防等级下隧道排水系统防冻措施的设置原则。在此基础上,提出下一步可以针对基于多因素影响的温度场分布规律、冻害机制、防冻保温材料、新型主动保温措施等方面开展深入研究,以解决寒区隧道建设面临的技术问题。 展开更多

利用全国2374个站点的逐日气温和降水资料、NCEP/NCAR大气环流再分析资料和Hadley中心的海温资料,研究了2024年2月华东和华中大范围低温雨雪冰冻灾害成因和可预报性。结果表明:2024年2月上旬和下旬这两次大范围低温雨雪冰冻天气过程,发... 利用全国2374个站点的逐日气温和降水资料、NCEP/NCAR大气环流再分析资料和Hadley中心的海温资料,研究了2024年2月华东和华中大范围低温雨雪冰冻灾害成因和可预报性。结果表明:2024年2月上旬和下旬这两次大范围低温雨雪冰冻天气过程,发生地区重叠度高,冰雪灾害严重;影响两次过程的副热带和中高纬环流系统配置较为一致,西北太平洋副热带高压(以下简称副高)稳定偏强和偏西,西伯利亚高压、南支槽和西北太平洋反气旋阶段性同步偏强,形成较强的协同作用,西伯利亚高压增强导致冷空气南下,副高、南支槽和西北太平洋反气旋同步增强则为华东和华中提供了充沛的水汽条件;2023年5月至2024年4月赤道中东太平洋地区发生了一次中等强度的El Nino事件,冬季热带印度洋和热带北大西洋海温异常偏暖,三大洋海温异常共同导致了副高持续偏强,也有利于西北太平洋反气旋的阶段性发展和增强,为2月的两次过程提供了充沛的水汽条件;次季节模式对两次过程的预报时效在1~2周左右,起报时间在2周以上时,目前模式无法准确预测欧亚中高纬环流系统的异常特征,导致对两次过程的预测能力较低。 展开更多

为提升寒区露天矿滑坡等地质灾害防控能力,依托某寒区露天矿高陡边坡工程,在30次冻融循环试验(温度范围为-30~20℃)的基础上,开展不同裂隙倾角(0、25、50、75°)边坡潜滑区岩体的单轴变上限循环加卸载试验及同步声发射监测试验,从宏... 为提升寒区露天矿滑坡等地质灾害防控能力,依托某寒区露天矿高陡边坡工程,在30次冻融循环试验(温度范围为-30~20℃)的基础上,开展不同裂隙倾角(0、25、50、75°)边坡潜滑区岩体的单轴变上限循环加卸载试验及同步声发射监测试验,从宏/细观尺度探究边坡岩体在冻-动(冻融循环与循环加卸载)联合作用下的损伤劣化特性与力学演化特征,并进一步研究裂隙岩体裂纹起裂、扩展以及破坏模式。结果表明:随裂隙倾角增大,裂隙岩体冻融损伤作用逐渐降低,但抗压强度和弹性模量呈线性趋势增长,疲劳抗性的最大变形为0.5583%(75°);相较于普通单轴加载,循环加卸载条件下裂隙岩体抗压强度最大降低5.6 MPa;不同岩样费利西蒂比(Felicity比)随加载循环等级增加而减小,在最终破坏阶段均低于0.7;随加载循环等级增加,累计耗散能的增幅随倾角增大而减小;岩样以张拉破坏为主,但倾角超过25°时,张拉和混合破坏有向剪切破坏转变的趋势。 展开更多

以4种不同长度(3,6,9和12 mm)的短切玄武岩纤维掺入混凝土中,固定纤维的掺杂量,研究了短切玄武岩纤维的长度对混凝土力学性能、微观形貌、孔结构和抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,短切纤维对混凝土流动性的阻碍作用较小,长度超过6 mm的纤维... 以4种不同长度(3,6,9和12 mm)的短切玄武岩纤维掺入混凝土中,固定纤维的掺杂量,研究了短切玄武岩纤维的长度对混凝土力学性能、微观形貌、孔结构和抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,短切纤维对混凝土流动性的阻碍作用较小,长度超过6 mm的纤维在混凝土中易发生团聚形成纤维束,从而降低混凝土的流动度,削弱纤维对混凝土的增韧效果。6 mm纤维掺杂的混凝土试样的抗压强度和抗折强度达到了最大值,分别为46.8和8.8 MPa,具有更大的延性和韧性。当快速冻融循环次数达到100次时,6 mm纤维掺杂的混凝土的质量损失率最低仅0.29%,相对动弹性模量高达86.94%。通过CT扫描分析得出,6 mm纤维掺杂的混凝土的孔隙率最低仅0.62%,孔隙平均体积最小为0.332 mm^(3)。综合可知,6 mm长度的玄武岩纤维对混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性能提升效果最大。 展开更多

为探究内蒙古盐碱区建构筑物遭受冻融循环的侵蚀特点,以风积沙混凝土(ASC)作为基准组,以复掺一定比例碳酸钙晶须和聚丙烯纤维的风积沙混凝土(HF4)作为试验组,采用不同质量浓度的氯盐溶液作为侵蚀溶液,利用快冻法模拟野外服役环境,借助... 为探究内蒙古盐碱区建构筑物遭受冻融循环的侵蚀特点,以风积沙混凝土(ASC)作为基准组,以复掺一定比例碳酸钙晶须和聚丙烯纤维的风积沙混凝土(HF4)作为试验组,采用不同质量浓度的氯盐溶液作为侵蚀溶液,利用快冻法模拟野外服役环境,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对冻融后试件的微观形貌进行观测,运用核磁共振(NMR)探究孔隙结构变化,最后采用Weibull函数建立耐久性退化模型预测试件寿命.结果表明:随着冻融循环的持续进行,混凝土表面浆体逐渐剥落,质量和相对动弹性模量损失严重,无害孔和少害孔演变为有害孔和多害孔,加速混凝土的冻胀破坏.混掺纤维有助于改善混凝土内部微观结构,显著提高ASC抗冻性.通过Weibull函数建立混凝土在冻融作用下寿命预测模型,计算得出HF4在同种环境下安全服役期较ASC最大可提高36.8%. 展开更多

利用河南1991—2020年冬半年观测资料,通过数理统计确定低温阈值,明确低温雨雪冰冻过程及持续时间,计算各个站气象指数并进行等级划分。对分级结果进行时空特征统计及典型个例分析,结果表明:豫西山区为低温雨雪冰冻高发区,豫西南盆地和... 利用河南1991—2020年冬半年观测资料,通过数理统计确定低温阈值,明确低温雨雪冰冻过程及持续时间,计算各个站气象指数并进行等级划分。对分级结果进行时空特征统计及典型个例分析,结果表明:豫西山区为低温雨雪冰冻高发区,豫西南盆地和豫西北为低发区;所有站点从轻度到特重等级多年平均频次均为依次递减趋势;纬度高低与低温雨雪冰冻发生频次和等级并不是正相关关系,低纬度站点发生特重等级的频次甚至多于高纬度和山区站点。2001年低温雨雪冰冻站次最多且强度大,2007年站次最少且均为轻度,2018年低温雨雪冰冻较严重;1月累计发生低温雨雪冰冻站次为各月之首,其次是2月。气温和降水是影响低温雨雪冰冻的关键因子,气温低、降水量大有利于低温雨雪冰冻天气发生,温度是影响高海拔地区冰冻等级的主要因子,累计降水量是影响平原地区冰冻等级的主要因子。天气系统位置、强度及移动速度决定着低温雨雪冰冻发生区域、等级和持续时长。 展开更多

盐渍冻土与混凝土接触界面的力学特性对寒旱区道路工程结构的稳定性和耐久性有重要的影响。为了揭示多因素作用下盐渍冻土-混凝土接触面力学特性,通过室内试验和数学模型探究了接触面剪切应力-位移关系和剪切强度变化规律。开展了补水... 盐渍冻土与混凝土接触界面的力学特性对寒旱区道路工程结构的稳定性和耐久性有重要的影响。为了揭示多因素作用下盐渍冻土-混凝土接触面力学特性,通过室内试验和数学模型探究了接触面剪切应力-位移关系和剪切强度变化规律。开展了补水和不补水、冻融循环方式(单向和整体冻融循环)、冻融循环次数(0次、5次、10次、20次)、含盐量(0、0.5%、1%、2%、3%、4%)、含盐类型(NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4))、剪切温度(-2℃、-5℃、-10℃)等条件下的盐渍冻土-混凝土接触面直剪试验。基于龚帕兹模型拟合了接触面的剪应力-剪切位移关系。并运用灰色相关理论分析了各影响因素与接触面剪切强度关联性。研究结果表明:冻融循环方式对接触面抗剪强度的影响差异不明显,但随着冻融循环次数增加,接触面抗剪强度均逐渐降低。接触面抗剪强度随着盐含量的增加而降低,当含盐量超过2%时,硫酸钠和氯化钠冻土接触面抗剪强度呈现相反变化规律,其中硫酸钠冻土接触面强度增大。当温度降至-5℃及更低温度后,补水条件对接触面抗剪强度起增强作用。龚帕兹模型与盐渍冻土-混凝土接触面的应力位移关系吻合较好,可用于评价寒旱盐渍土区土-混凝土接触面剪切特性。由灰色关联分析得出各影响因素的显著性排序为:含水率>剪切温度>冻融循环次数>氯化钠含盐量>硫酸钠含盐量。 展开更多

为研究超大直径盾构隧道联络通道冻结法施工中的交界面温度场,以及冻结管非循环段长度等因素对土体与管片交界面冻结壁厚度的影响,以北京东六环超大直径盾构隧道盾构段联络通道冻结施工为背景,采用现场实测和数值模拟的方法,对土体与管... 为研究超大直径盾构隧道联络通道冻结法施工中的交界面温度场,以及冻结管非循环段长度等因素对土体与管片交界面冻结壁厚度的影响,以北京东六环超大直径盾构隧道盾构段联络通道冻结施工为背景,采用现场实测和数值模拟的方法,对土体与管片交界面温度场及交界面冻结壁厚度等进行分析。结果表明:1)冻结过程中冻结管前部的非循环段长度会显著影响交界面处的冻结效果,交界面冻结壁厚度随非循环段长度增加而减小;在北京东六环工况下,冻结管间距为1 m时,非循环段长度达到450 mm冻结壁无法在56 d内闭合。2)单排管叠加冻结能显著提高交界面的冻结壁厚度及冻结管容许最大非循环段长度,而等管距的环形单圈冻结同直线单排管冻结无明显差距。3)冻结交界面为弧形时,交界面冻结壁厚度较管片为平面时有显著增加;非循环段长度为300 mm时,上壁厚度比平面管片增加了15%,下壁和侧壁则增加了35%,可以认为管片弧度对交界面冻结有利。4)冻结壁与隧道管片交界面是冻结壁的薄弱位置,在冻结施工中应尽量减小非循环段长度,并重点关注交界面处的温度变化,积极冻结及开挖过程中应对交界面位置做好保温,防止施工过程中交界面位置化冻引起地下水击穿冻结壁,造成涌水涌砂事故。 展开更多

传统的速冻与解冻方式效果差、速度慢,严重降低产品质量,为探究不同速冻-解冻方式对无核荔枝品质的影响,该研究采用干冰喷射速冻与常规速冻2种速冻方式,结合室温解冻、水浴解冻、微波解冻和冷藏解冻4种解冻方式,设计了一套干冰喷射速冻... 传统的速冻与解冻方式效果差、速度慢,严重降低产品质量,为探究不同速冻-解冻方式对无核荔枝品质的影响,该研究采用干冰喷射速冻与常规速冻2种速冻方式,结合室温解冻、水浴解冻、微波解冻和冷藏解冻4种解冻方式,设计了一套干冰喷射速冻无核荔枝的试验系统。通过对比速冻时间、解冻时间、维生素C含量、液滴流失率、pH值、可滴定酸含量、质构特性(硬度、弹性、咀嚼性)、总酚含量及可溶性固形物含量等指标,综合评价不同速冻-解冻方式对无核荔枝品质的影响。结果表明,干冰喷射速冻结合微波解冻在所有指标中均表现最佳,其速冻时间为181 s,解冻时间为2.86 min;解冻后果实的液滴流失率为4.87%,维生素C流失量为0.42×10^(-2)mg/g,pH值为3.83,可滴定酸含量为0.66%;其弹性、硬度和咀嚼度分别为2.38 mm、8.37 N和10.13 MJ;可溶性固形物含量为17.86°Bx,总酚含量为0.94 mg/g;外观、质地、香气、口感和风味的感官评分分别为8.7、8.5、8.8、8.6和8.7。综上所述,干冰喷射速冻结合微波解冻不仅在速冻与解冻效率上具有显著优势,更在营养保留、质构维持及感官质量方面表现突出,可有效保持无核荔枝的品质。该研究的结论为无核荔枝的贮藏与运输提供了一定的理论依据,也为其他果蔬类产品的冷链处理工艺优化提供了参考路径。 展开更多
