展中互动对企业参展绩效影响的实证研究

基于上海、天津两地的258份参展企业调查问卷,以参展绩效为因变量和展中互动为自变量进行回归分析.结果表明:发生于参展商与买家之间的典型互动,对销售和非销售绩效的影响均强于发生在参展商与非买家之间的非典型互动;非典型互动对销售... 基于上海、天津两地的258份参展企业调查问卷,以参展绩效为因变量和展中互动为自变量进行回归分析.结果表明:发生于参展商与买家之间的典型互动,对销售和非销售绩效的影响均强于发生在参展商与非买家之间的非典型互动;非典型互动对销售和非销售绩效的影响皆为正向,此结论与现有的理论观点和实践认知相左,甚至是相悖;参展产品类型的不同,既会影响参展商对参展绩效不同维度的关注程度,也会影响展中互动的发生频率. 展开更多
