In order to optionally regulate embedding capacity and embedding transparency according to user's requirements in voice-over-IP(VoIP) steganography,a dynamic matrix encoding strategy(DMES) was presented.Differing from the traditional matrix encoding strategy,DMES dynamically chose the size of each message group in a given set of adoptable message sizes.The appearance possibilities of all adoptable sizes were set in accordance with the desired embedding performance(embedding rate or bit-change rate).Accordingly,a searching algorithm that could provide an optimal combination of appearance possibilities was proposed.Furthermore,the roulette wheel algorithm was employed to determine the size of each message group according to the optimal combination of appearance possibilities.The effectiveness of DMES was evaluated in StegVoIP,which is a typical covert communication system based on VoIP.The experimental results demonstrate that DMES can adjust embedding capacity and embedding transparency effectively and flexibly,and achieve the desired embedding performance in any case.For the desired embedding rate,the average errors are not more than 0.000 8,and the standard deviations are not more than 0.002 0;for the desired bit-change rate,the average errors are not more than 0.001 4,and the standard deviations are not more than 0.002 6. 展开更多

Testing is the premise and foundation of realizing equipment health management (EHM). To address the problem that the static periodic test strategy may cause deficient test or excessive test, a dynamic sequential test strategy (DSTS) for EHM is presented. Considering the situation that equipment health state is not completely observable in reality, a DSTS optimization method based on partially observable semi-Markov decision pro- cess (POSMDP) is proposed. Firstly, an equipment health state degradation model is constructed by Markov process, and the control limit maintenance policy is also introduced. Secondly, POSMDP is formulated in great detail. And then, POSMDP is converted to completely observable belief semi-Markov decision process (BSMDP) through belief state. The optimal equation and the corresponding optimal DSTS, which minimize the long-run ex- pected average cost per unit time, are obtained with BSMDP. The results of application in complex equipment show that the proposed DSTS is feasible and effective. 展开更多

Enhancing reliability assessment of curved low-stiffness track-viaducts with an adaptive surrogate-based approach emphasizing track dynamic geometric state

Traditional track dynamic geometric state(TDGS)simulation incurs substantial computational burdens,posing challenges for developing reliability assessment approach that accounts for TDGS.To overcome these,firstly,a simulation-based TDGS model is established,and a surrogate-based model,grid search algorithm-particle swarm optimization-genetic algorithm-multi-output least squares support vector regression,is established.Among them,hyperparameter optimization algorithm’s effectiveness is confirmed through test functions.Subsequently,an adaptive surrogate-based probability density evolution method(PDEM)considering random track geometry irregularity(TGI)is developed.Finally,taking curved train-steel spring floating slab track-U beam as case study,the surrogate-based model trained on simulation datasets not only shows accuracy in both time and frequency domains,but also surpasses existing models.Additionally,the adaptive surrogate-based PDEM shows high accuracy and efficiency,outperforming Monte Carlo simulation and simulation-based PDEM.The reliability assessment shows that the TDGS part peak management indexes,left/right vertical dynamic irregularity,right alignment dynamic irregularity,and track twist,have reliability values of 0.9648,0.9918,0.9978,and 0.9901,respectively.The TDGS mean management index,i.e.,track quality index,has reliability value of 0.9950.These findings show that the proposed framework can accurately and efficiently assess the reliability of curved low-stiffness track-viaducts,providing a theoretical basis for the TGI maintenance. 展开更多

When performing tasks,unmanned clusters often face a variety of strategy choices.One of the key issues in unmanned cluster tasks is the method through which to design autonomous collaboration and cooperative evolution mechanisms that allow for unmanned clusters to maximize their overall task effective-ness under the condition of strategic diversity.This paper ana-lyzes these task requirements from three perspectives:the diver-sity of the decision space,information network construction,and the autonomous collaboration mechanism.Then,this paper pro-poses a method for solving the problem of strategy selection diversity under two network structures.Next,this paper presents a Moran-rule-based evolution dynamics model for unmanned cluster strategies and a vision-driven-mechanism-based evolu-tion dynamics model for unmanned cluster strategy in the con-text of strategy selection diversity according to various unmanned cluster application scenarios.Finally,this paper pro-vides a simulation analysis of the effects of relevant parameters such as the payoff factor and cluster size on cooperative evolu-tion in autonomous cluster collaboration for the two types of models.On this basis,this paper presents advice for effectively addressing diverse choices in unmanned cluster tasks,thereby providing decision support for practical applications of unmanned cluster tasks. 展开更多

Path planning and formation structure forming are two of the most important problems for autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs) to collaborate with each other.In this work,a dynamic formation model was proposed,in which several algorithms were developed for the complex underwater environment.Dimension changeable particle swarm algorithm was used to find an optimized path by dynamically adjusting the number and the distribution of the path nodes.Position relationship based obstacle avoidance algorithm was designed to detour along the edges of obstacles.Virtual potential point based formation-keeping algorithm was employed by incorporating dynamic strategies which were decided by the current states of the formation.The virtual potential point was used to keep the formation structure when the AUV or the formation was deviated.Simulation results show that an optimal path can be dynamically planned with fewer path nodes and smaller fitness,even with a concave obstacle.It has been also proven that different formation-keeping strategies can be adaptively selected and the formation can change its structure in a narrow area and restore back after passing the obstacle. 展开更多

To investigate drivers' lane-changing behavior under different information feedback strategies,a microscopic traffic simulation based on the cellular automaton model was made on the typical freeway with a regular lane and a high-occupancy one. A new dynamic tolling scheme in terms of the real-time traffic condition on the high-occupancy lane was further designed to enhance the whole freeway's flow throughput. The results show that the mean velocity feedback strategy is generally more efficient than the travel time feedback strategy in correctly guiding drivers' lane choice behavior. Specifically,the toll level,lane-changing rate and freeway's throughput and congestion coefficient induced by the travel time feedback strategy oscillate with larger amplitude and longer period. In addition,the dynamic tolling scheme can make the high-occupancy lane less congested and maximize the freeway's throughput when the regular-lane inflow rate is larger than 0.45. 展开更多

Luffing mechanism is a key component of the construction machinery.This paper proposes a two degree of freedom(2-DOF)luffing mechanism,which has one more pair of driving cylinders than the single DOF luffing mechanism,to improve the performance of the machinery.To establish the dynamic model of the 2-DOF luffing mechanism,firstly,we develop a hierarchical method to deduce the Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix for obtaining the kinematics equations.Subsequently,we divide the luffing mechanism into six bodies considering actuators,and deduce the kinetic equations of each body by the Newton-Euler method.Based on the dynamic model,we simulate the luffing process.Finally,a prototype is built on a pile driver to validate the model.Simulations and experiments show that the dynamic model can reflect the dynamic properties of the proposed luffing mechanism.And the control strategy that the front cylinders retract first shows better mechanical behavior than the other two control strategies.This research provides a reference for the design and application of 2-DOF luffing mechanism on construction machinery.The modeling approach can also be applied to similar mechanism with serial closed kinematic chains,which allows to calculate the dynamic parameters easily and exactly. 展开更多

The simulating result indicate that when applying the model to air formation to ground attack-defends decision-making system, it can solve the problems of two hierarchies, dynamic oppositional decision-making favorably, and reach preferable effect in battle. 随着电动汽车爆发式发展,充电负荷的冲击性与电网支撑能力的矛盾突出.为此,提出一种基于供需双方博弈视角的电动汽车充放电(vehicletogrid,V2G)优化策略.首先,结合用户充放电行为特性,构建使电动汽车充放电与基础负荷互洽的电能价格分... 随着电动汽车爆发式发展,充电负荷的冲击性与电网支撑能力的矛盾突出.为此,提出一种基于供需双方博弈视角的电动汽车充放电(vehicletogrid,V2G)优化策略.首先,结合用户充放电行为特性,构建使电动汽车充放电与基础负荷互洽的电能价格分享机制;然后,针对聚合商电能定价与电动汽车用户充放电行为选择过程中的领导-追随者博弈关系,建立优化模型,领导者层面以聚合商收益最大化为目标,追随者层面以电动汽车用户用电成本最小化为目标;最后,利用搜寻者优化算法分别求解双方的优化目标,进行博弈循环直到均衡,从而得到最优的电能定价策略和电动汽车充放电策略.仿真结果表明:所提出的充放电策略能使电动汽车充放电负荷对基础负荷曲线起到削峰填谷作用,使基础负荷曲线方差减小56.6%,峰谷差减少28.0%,同时,电动汽车用户的充放电成本减少40.4%,而聚合商收益增加约40.1%. 展开更多

化工园区内存有大量危化品并具有复杂的工艺装置,一旦发生火灾爆炸事故,极易影响邻近单元而引发多米诺效应,导致更为严重的后果。为了探究火灾多米诺效应的动态演变过程以及协同效应对多米诺事故升级的影响,对多米诺效应进行定量评估,... 化工园区内存有大量危化品并具有复杂的工艺装置,一旦发生火灾爆炸事故,极易影响邻近单元而引发多米诺效应,导致更为严重的后果。为了探究火灾多米诺效应的动态演变过程以及协同效应对多米诺事故升级的影响,对多米诺效应进行定量评估,基于储罐的热响应机理,综合考量热辐射影响下的罐体材料失效及罐内压力上升的双向作用,并融合多重火灾热辐射的时空演变和协同效应等因素,构建了储罐的失效时间与升级概率的瞬态响应模型。以某储罐区为研究对象进行仿真,设定初始事故并对场景内多米诺效应进行动态建模分析。结果表明,多重火灾之间的协同效应会提高储罐温度上升速率,从而显著缩短储罐的失效时间,加快多米诺效应升级;研究建立的动态多米诺效应模型能够预测储罐的失效时间和概率,进而确定多米诺效应的升级路径,同时依据结果分析得出针对性的断链策略阻断事故传播,为化工园区内的安全防护分配和应急措施制订提供理论依据。 展开更多

为应对新型电力系统中现有调频资源调频能力不足、灵活性不够的问题,亟需挖掘灵活的调频资源。规模化的电动汽车同时具备调频资源所需的灵活性和快速性,但其出力具有强不确定性。针对上述问题,提出了考虑用户意愿下大规模电动汽车(elect... 为应对新型电力系统中现有调频资源调频能力不足、灵活性不够的问题,亟需挖掘灵活的调频资源。规模化的电动汽车同时具备调频资源所需的灵活性和快速性,但其出力具有强不确定性。针对上述问题,提出了考虑用户意愿下大规模电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)集群动态参与调频服务的两阶段优化调度策略。首先,基于用户意愿数据和蛇优化下的支持向量机-随机森林算法构建用户意愿分类预测模型。进一步,综合用户意愿和调频能力,对电动汽车划分集群,并建立集群动态调频出力模型,对调频集群的调频潜力进行评估。然后,提出了以剩余调频功率需求波动性最小为目标的日前-日内两阶段优化调度模型,在日前阶段求解全局最优调度计划,而在日内阶段采用滚动优化方法对调度计划进行局部优化和修正。最后,在现有调频市场结算方式下提出停车费分摊策略,并对调频参与者进行收益评估。通过仿真算例验证所提调度策略能够提高电动汽车聚合商调度下的电动汽车集群参与调频服务的可控性,并提高了电动汽车聚合商和用户的经济性。 展开更多

为进一步提升白鲸优化算法(BWO)的寻优能力和收敛速度,提出一种融合多策略改进的白鲸优化算法(multi-strategy improved beluga whale optimization,MIBWO)。针对算法初期因随机生成个体的遍历性较差使得算法易陷入局部的劣势,利用PWLC... 为进一步提升白鲸优化算法(BWO)的寻优能力和收敛速度,提出一种融合多策略改进的白鲸优化算法(multi-strategy improved beluga whale optimization,MIBWO)。针对算法初期因随机生成个体的遍历性较差使得算法易陷入局部的劣势,利用PWLCM混沌映射增加种群多样性以及准反向学习生成的反向解增强初始解的质量,为算法寻优性能奠定基础;构造一种动态限制局部扰动搜索机制,引入非线性收敛因子扰动个体增加求解精度与速度,为避免收敛因子在迭代后期过快收敛,利用动态平衡搜索策略以避免陷入局部最优;提出一种差异性种群进化策略对鲸鱼坠落阶段进行最优值位置扰动更新,有效提升收敛精度。理论分析和数值实验证明MIBWO算法具有较强的寻优性能,MIBWO算法在PV辨识问题体现了良好的寻优性能、收敛速度及鲁棒性并具有一定的实际工程应用前景。 展开更多

针对原始麻雀搜索算法全局搜索能力差、局部开发能力弱、易陷入局部最优等问题,提出一种基于自适应t分布的麻雀搜索算法(ATSSA).首先,通过Tent混沌映射初始化种群,增加初始种群的多样性;其次,利用自适应t分布变异算子对个体位置进行扰动... 针对原始麻雀搜索算法全局搜索能力差、局部开发能力弱、易陷入局部最优等问题,提出一种基于自适应t分布的麻雀搜索算法(ATSSA).首先,通过Tent混沌映射初始化种群,增加初始种群的多样性;其次,利用自适应t分布变异算子对个体位置进行扰动,提高算法的全局搜索能力,同时结合动态选择概率来调节引入的t分布变异算子,平衡算法的全局搜索能力;最后,融合精英反向学习策略,在产生最优解的位置进行扰动,产生新解,促使算法跳出局部最优.仿真实验利用10个基准测试函数进行测试,结果表明ATSSA相较于SSA具有更好的寻优能力.将改进后的算法与深度极限学习机构建预测模型,选用辛烷值数据集进行实验,模型预测精度从87.31%提高到99.32%,验证了改进后的算法具有良好的工程应用前景. 展开更多

针对本文提出的电动重卡双动力单元构型,缺乏一种平衡车辆经济性和舒适性的能量管理策略.当使用动态规划算法时,存在计算效率慢、难以在线应用、插值泄露等问题.本文提出了一种利用缩减状态空间可行域和挡位保持函数来优化动态规划算法... 针对本文提出的电动重卡双动力单元构型,缺乏一种平衡车辆经济性和舒适性的能量管理策略.当使用动态规划算法时,存在计算效率慢、难以在线应用、插值泄露等问题.本文提出了一种利用缩减状态空间可行域和挡位保持函数来优化动态规划算法的方法.首先制定了面向经济性的策略,然后利用提取的规则对动态规划的状态空间可行域进行缩减,摒弃了选取电池充放电状态(SOC)作为状态变量的方法,并通过在代价函数中加入挡位保持函数,得到了一种较为完善的能量管理策略.结果表明,本策略以多消耗极少的能量为代价,使变速器挡位切换和电机启停次数大幅减少,有效地平衡了车辆的经济性与舒适性. 展开更多

为了便于装配式建筑项目的进度分析与管理,提出基于系统动力学的进度分析方法.根据装配式建造的特点,改进装配式建筑项目的双代号网络计划,并引入基于结构矩阵求解双代号网络计划的改进算法(SM-A1).通过确定系统变量、构建因果关系回路... 为了便于装配式建筑项目的进度分析与管理,提出基于系统动力学的进度分析方法.根据装配式建造的特点,改进装配式建筑项目的双代号网络计划,并引入基于结构矩阵求解双代号网络计划的改进算法(SM-A1).通过确定系统变量、构建因果关系回路图和混合图、确定变量间的数学关系等过程,建立适用于装配式建筑项目的单项作业进度模拟系统动力学模型(S-SD),并验证S-SD的有效性与可靠性.将SM-A1与S-SD相结合,构建装配式建筑项目进度分析系统(PCPSAS)框架,设计系统的数据格式、核心模块及界面,生成可执行程序,并通过实例验证PCPSAS的有效性.结果表明,PCPSAS可快速准确地计算装配式建筑项目的双代号网络计划的时间参数和识别关键工作,且能有效地分析不同纠偏策略对项目进度和成本的影响. 展开更多

融合改进YOLOv11与动态分拣策略的食品自动化分拣系统研究

[目的]解决现有食品分拣系统缺陷漏检率高和分拣效率低等问题。[方法]基于视觉检测的食品自动化分拣系统,提出一种融合改进YOLOv11和动态分拣策略用于食品自动化分拣系统。通过改进YOLOv11目标检测模型优化食品缺陷识别和定位能力,结合动态分拣策略实现机器人动态目标分拣。改进模型引入轻量级跨尺度特征融合模块,通过简化结构、强化信息交互来提升网络效率,引入C3k2_Faster_EMA模块的替换C3k2模块,在保持高精度的同时显著提升计算效率,引入Inner_DIoU损失替换CIoU损失,提升检测和定位精度。通过试验对其优越性进行验证。[结果]试验方法能够更快速、准确地检测出食品缺陷,实现更优的分拣成功率和效率,能够精准、高效地将不同缺陷食品分拣至对应位置。改进模型在食品缺陷检测中平均精度均值达99.67%,较原始模型提升7.93%,系统推理速度达120帧/s。在输送速度为100~200 mm/s时,试验方法的分拣成功率>99.00%,平均分拣时间<0.75 s。[结论]通过融合深度学习和动态分拣策略,可以显著提升食品分拣的智能化水平与生产效益。 展开更多
