The structure, design and functions of the system are discussed, and the problems occurring in designing and making the system are also studied. 目的梳理近10年基于知识图谱的临床决策支持系统构建研究的热点及未来发展趋势,为临床医务工作者应用信息化技术助力临床工作提供参考。方法采用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库中相关文献进行分析,包含年发文量、国家、...目的梳理近10年基于知识图谱的临床决策支持系统构建研究的热点及未来发展趋势,为临床医务工作者应用信息化技术助力临床工作提供参考。方法采用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库中相关文献进行分析,包含年发文量、国家、机构、共被引期刊以及关键词聚类等。结果最终纳入了114篇英文文献,中国发文量最多(52篇,占45.61%)。3个研究热点分别为知识图谱的构建数据基础、构建技术与方法和实际应用,未来研究主要围绕本体、疾病、精准医疗、机器学习、数据库和知识表示。结论越来越多的学者投入至基于知识图谱的临床决策支持系统构建研究中,为医院管理者推动医院信息化提供了参考价值。展开更多
