Wastewater electrolysis cells(WECs)for decentralized wastewater treatment/reuse coupled with H_(2) production can reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation of water,waste,and energy carrier.This study reports Ir-doped NiFe_(2)O_(4)(NFI,~5 at%Ir)spinel layer with TiO_(2) overlayer(NFI/TiO_(2)),as a scalable heterojunction anode for direct electrolysis of wastewater with circumneutral pH in a single-compartment cell.In dilute(0.1 M)NaCl solutions,the NFI/TiO_(2) marks superior activity and selectivity for chlorine evolution reaction,outperforming the benchmark IrO_(2).Robust operation in near-neutral pH was confirmed.Electroanalyses including operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy unveiled crucial roles of TiO_(2) which serves both as the primary site for Cl−chemisorption and a protective layer for NFI as an ohmic contact.Galvanostatic electrolysis of NH4+-laden synthetic wastewater demonstrated that NFI/TiO_(2)not only achieves quasi-stoichiometric NH_(4)^(+)-to-N_(2)conversion,but also enhances H_(2)generation efficiency with minimal competing reactions such as reduction of dissolved oxygen and reactive chlorine.The scaled-up WEC with NFI/TiO_(2)was demonstrated for electrolysis of toilet wastewater. 展开更多

This article investigates the issue of finite-time state estimation in coupled neural networks under random mixed cyberattacks,in which the Markov process is used to model the mixed cyberattacks.To optimize the utilization of channel resources,a decentralized event-triggered mechanism is adopted during the information transmission.By establishing the augmentation system and constructing the Lyapunov function,sufficient conditions are obtained for the system to be finite-time bounded and satisfy the H_(∞ )performance index.Then,under these conditions,a suitable state estimator gain is obtained.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by a given illustrative example. 展开更多

The proposed control scheme with “proportional plus integral” terms is used to improve the convergence rate and the ultimate bound of the tracking error. It is important to note that the adaptive scheme uses lower adaptive gains and smaller control inputs to avoid input saturation and oscillatory behavior. Simulation results are illustrated for controlling a dual inverted pendulum and a multivariable turbofan engine using the proposed adaptive scheme. These simulations validate out conclusions. 展开更多

Prediction market can help to trade the outcome of events,which is very useful for risk hedging,especially when people are making business ventures.However,the traditional prediction market is centralized,which means the platform is completely controlled by just one person or team.This centralization has bad influence on the platform to obtaining trust from massive users.So it is important for the prediction market industry to decentralize the traditional platform into a decentralized one,and get its control from few person and give it back to a lot of people in the prediction market community.Blockchain is a very promising technology to make it true as it is a popular decentralizing technology.However,existing blockchain technologies like Bitcoin or Ethernum bring about new problems like high energy consumption,expensive fee,and very low system capacity,which is not suitable for the current prediction market.To solve these problems,we propose to combine masternode technology together with blockchain to serve as a decentralized node,and each masternode is deployed and running on an edge server in mobile edge network.The network of masternodes serves together as the decentralized prediction market platform.As we know,it is not easy to run a masternode.So the number of masternodes is much less than the number of complete nodes of the blockchain.As a result,it is easier to reach the consensus among these masternodes.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that our proposed method is useful. 展开更多

Development of an Inexpensive Decentralized Autonomous Aquatic Craft Swarm System for Ocean Exploration

Swarm robotics in maritime engineering is a promising approach characterized by large numbers of relatively small and inexpensive autonomous aquatic crafts (AACs) to monitor marine environments. Compared with a single, large aquatic manned or unmanned surface vehicle, a highly distributed aquatic swarm system with several AACs features advantages in numerous real-world maritime missions, and its natural potential is qualified for new classes of tasks that uniformly feature low cost and high efficiency through time. This article develops an inexpensive AAC based on an embedded-systemcompanion computer and open-source autopilot, providing a verification platform for education and research on swarm algorithm on water surfaces. A topology communication network, including an inner communication network to exchange information among AACs and an external communication network for monitoring the state of the AAC Swarm System (AACSS), was designed based on the topology built into the Xbee units for the AACSS. In the emergence control network, the transmitter and receiver were coupled to distribute or recover the AAC. The swarm motion behaviors in AAC were resolved into the capabilities of go-to-waypoint and path following, which can be accomplished by two uncoupled controllers: speed controller and heading controller. The good performance of velocity and heading controllers in go-to-waypoint was proven in a series of simulations. Path following was achieved by tracking a set of ordered waypoints in the go-to-waypoint. Finally, a sea trial conducted at the China National Deep Sea Center successfully demonstrated the motion capability of the AAC. The sea trial results showed that the AAC is suited to carry out environmental monitoring tasks by efficiently covering the desired path, allowing for redundancy in the data collection process and tolerating the individual AACs’ path-following offset caused by winds and waves. 展开更多

A decentralized control law is proposed which combines the approximation method of neural network with sliding mode control. The decentralized controller consists of an equivalent controller and an adaptive sliding mode controller. The sliding mode controller is a robust controller used to reduce the track error of the control system. The neural networks are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, meanwhile the approximation errors of the neural networks are applied to the weight value updated law to improve performance of the system. In order to address the issue of sensor configuration redundancy in intelligent driving,this paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model that considers cost,coverage ability,and perception performance.And then,combining a specific set of parameters,the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective model established in this paper,and a Pareto front containing 24 typical configuration schemes is extracted after considering empirical constraints.Finally,using the decision preference method proposed in this paper that combines subjective and objective factors,decision scores are calculated and ranked for various configuration schemes from both cost and performance preferences.The research results indicate that the multi-objective optimization model established in this paper can screen and optimize various configuration schemes from the optimal principle of the vehicle,and the optimized configuration schemes can be quantitatively ranked to obtain the decision results for the vehicle under different preference tendencies. 展开更多

With the development of unmanned driving technology,intelligent robots and drones,high-precision localization,navigation and state estimation technologies have also made great progress.Traditional global navigation satellite system/inertial navigation system(GNSS/INS)integrated navigation systems can provide high-precision navigation information continuously.However,when this system is applied to indoor or GNSS-denied environments,such as outdoor substations with strong electromagnetic interference and complex dense spaces,it is often unable to obtain high-precision GNSS positioning data.The positioning and orientation errors will diverge and accumulate rapidly,which cannot meet the high-precision localization requirements in large-scale and long-distance navigation scenarios.This paper proposes a method of high-precision state estimation with fusion of GNSS/INS/Vision using a nonlinear optimizer factor graph optimization as the basis for multi-source optimization.Through the collected experimental data and simulation results,this system shows good performance in the indoor environment and the environment with partial GNSS signal loss. 展开更多

High-precision urban rail map construction based on multi-sensor fusion

The construction of high-precision urban rail maps is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of railway transportation systems.However,the repetitive features and sparse textures in urban rail environments pose challenges for map construction with high-precision.Motivated by this,this paper proposes a high-precision urban rail map construction algorithm based on multi-sensor fusion.The algorithm integrates laser radar and Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU)data to construct the geometric structure map of the urban rail.It utilizes image point-line features and color information to improve map accuracy by minimizing photometric errors and incorporating color information,thus generating high-precision maps.Experimental results on a real urban rail dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves root mean square errors of 0.345 and 1.033m for ground and tunnel scenes,respectively,representing a 19.31%and 56.80%improvement compared to state-ofthe-art methods. 展开更多

This paper describes a multi-sensor fusion system, which is model-based and used for rotating mechanical failure diagnosis. In the data fusion process, the fuzzy neural network is selected and used for the data fusion at report level. 国有资本授权经营改革是新时代创新国有资产监管方式、优化国有企业治理结构、推动国有资本市场化运作的重大举措,其改革成效的检验是深化推进国资国企改革的重要前提和实践基础。本文手工整理出纳入国有资本授权经营改革试点范围的央... 国有资本授权经营改革是新时代创新国有资产监管方式、优化国有企业治理结构、推动国有资本市场化运作的重大举措,其改革成效的检验是深化推进国资国企改革的重要前提和实践基础。本文手工整理出纳入国有资本授权经营改革试点范围的央企控股上市公司样本,采用双重差分方法检验了国有资本授权经营对央企绩效的影响。研究发现:国有资本授权经营显著提升了央企绩效;机制检验表明国有资本授权经营能够通过降低政府行政干预来改善央企绩效,其中高管选聘方面的授权放权发挥了重要作用,但是国有资本授权经营未能对内部人控制问题发挥有效的治理作用。国有资本授权经营的实际影响还体现为央企劳动生产率、资本生产率以及技术生产率的提升。本文研究丰富了国有资本授权经营经济后果的研究,对于提升央企绩效以及促进国有企业高质量发展具有一定的启发意义。 展开更多

为了解决区块链各个领域之间相互孤立,无法实现多业务融合的问题,基于专为物联网设计的IOTA区块链设计了一个融合多领域、面向大规模分布式物联网的全新区块链架构。将区块链分为不同的应用链和分布式身份认证链(Decentralized Identifi... 为了解决区块链各个领域之间相互孤立,无法实现多业务融合的问题,基于专为物联网设计的IOTA区块链设计了一个融合多领域、面向大规模分布式物联网的全新区块链架构。将区块链分为不同的应用链和分布式身份认证链(Decentralized Identifier Chain,DIDC),为不同的应用链之间的交互设计了新的通信协议,实现了区块链的多业务融合。采用随机演算理论计算一跳传输的时延,推导出了共识时间、吞吐量、安全性能,以及不同应用链之间交互效率等闭合表达式,完成了区块链的性能分析。提出了以定向传播的方法代替IOTA谣言算法,降低了通信开销。仿真和分析结果表明,所提架构在共识时间和安全性能相差不大的情况下,吞吐量提高为原来的4倍,通信开销降为原来的15%。 展开更多

针对共享储能存在隐私暴露、数据安全及监管、开销大等问题,文章提出基于区块链和IPFS的共享储能安全交易系统。利用区块链实现去中心化储能交易,保证交易匿名性及交易记录不可篡改。首先采用BF-IBE算法加密交易记录,解决信息暴露的问... 针对共享储能存在隐私暴露、数据安全及监管、开销大等问题,文章提出基于区块链和IPFS的共享储能安全交易系统。利用区块链实现去中心化储能交易,保证交易匿名性及交易记录不可篡改。首先采用BF-IBE算法加密交易记录,解决信息暴露的问题。引入IPFS分布式存储加密订单,提高存储查询效率。其次基于智能合约和区块链,进行去中心化可追溯监管,解决监管开销问题,确保交易金额完整,防止恶意竞争。再次结合智能合约和数字签名技术进行身份认证,确保合法用户修改储能输送状态信息,保证数据完整。最后进行安全性证明、系统实现与实验测试,分析链下、链上计算效率和资源消耗,实验结果表明系统安全高效。 展开更多
