The key idea is to establish an automatic design system which can transform the user’s language needs into the product features in real-time. A rifle was taken as a research instance and soldiers were chosen as evaluation customers. The theory of fuzzy set and semantic difference are adopted to evaluate the relationship between user’s needs and product features as well as their alternatives. FAHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) is utilized to judge the user’s satisfactory forms. This method can also be applied to other product form designs.展开更多

From th i...Networked customization had gradually become one of t he import manufacturing and marketing patterns in the information age. Product d escription had an important effect on realizing networked customization. From th is point of view, this paper firstly analyzed four requirements of adaptability, stability, conciseness and definitude that product description methods for netw orked customization must satisfy. According to these requirements, the paper com mented on current methods of product description, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. As none of current methods could satisfy the four requirement s simultaneously, they were not fully applicable to networked customization. The n a plug-in based product description method was brought forward and discussed in detail. In this method, product description for networked customization w as abstracted as three component parts of basic description, basic feature and c ustomization feature. These parts had different characteristics. Basic descripti on was applicable to all products types. Basic feature was stable as concerning specific product type. Variants of certain product type all possessed identi cal basic features. Customization features were variable. Different combinations of customization features would give birth to different product variants. Apply ing object-oriented method, three standard product description plug-ins could be got by encapsulating these component parts. As "basic feature" and "customiza tion feature" plug-in had similar structures, they could be further abstracted as "feature" plug-in. When describing a type of product, a "basic description" plug-in would be instantiated firstly. Then according to product’s specific ch aracteristics, necessary number of "basic feature" and "customization feature" p lug-ins would be instantiated and appended, such as "color", "material", etc. E ach "basic feature" plug-in related to an instantiated "feature value" plug-in , while each "customization feature" plug-in related to one or multiple instant iated "feature value" plug-ins. Finally, "associate" and "exclude" relation ship should be specified among associated "customization feature" plug-ins. Thr ough appending and combining various plug-ins, this method was capable of descr ibing any type of product while meeting the four requirements simultaneously. Th is paper also gave an example to clarify the application of plug-in based produ ct description method. This example firstly described a kind of customizable TV provided by certain company. Then it showed how to describe an individual co nfiguration of this customizable TV in XML. Furthermore, suppose a consumer want ed to search for relevant information of a TV with game function, this example explained how to utilize XML query language to benefit consumer’s searching for product information. From analysis, we could draw the conclusion that plug -in based product description method was superior to current description method s and fully adapted to networked customization environment.展开更多

The advent of parametric design has resulted in a marked increase in the complexity of building.Unfortunately,traditional construction methods make it difficult to meet the needs.Therefore,construction robots have bec...The advent of parametric design has resulted in a marked increase in the complexity of building.Unfortunately,traditional construction methods make it difficult to meet the needs.Therefore,construction robots have become a pivotal production tool in this context.Since the arm span of a single robot usually does not exceed 3 meters,it is not competent for producing large-scale building components.Accordingly,the extension of the robot,s working range is often achieved by external axes.Nevertheless,the coupling control of external axes and robots and their kinematic solution have become key challenges.The primary technical difficulties include customized construction robots,automatic solutions for external axes,fixed axis joints,and specific motion mode control.This paper proposes solutions to these difficulties,introduces the relevant basic concepts and algorithms in detail,and encapsulates these robotics principles and algorithm processes into the Grasshopper plug-in commonly used by architects to form the FURobot software platform.This platform effectively solves the above problems,lowers the threshold for architects,and improves production efficiency.The effectiveness of the algorithm and software in this paper is verified through simulation experiments.展开更多

Rating the final importance of customer requirements (CRs) is really a very es- sential starting point in the implementation of QFD, since it largely affects the target setting value of design requirements. This pa- per aims to propose a novel method to deal with the relative importance ratings (RIRs) of CRs problem considering customers' diversified requirements and unknown information on customers' weights, which is an indispensable process for determining the final importance ratings of CRs. First, a new concept of customer's assessment structure is proposed according to the basic idea of grey relational analysis (GRA), and then a constrained nonlinear optimization model is constructed to describe the assessment information aggregation factors of CRs considering customers' personalized and diversified requirements. Furthermore, an im- mune particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm is designed to solve the model, and the weight vector of customers is obtained. Finally, a car door design example is introduced to illustrate the novel hybrid GRA-IPSO method's potential application in deter- mining the RIRs of CRs.展开更多

A fuzzy linear programming model (FLP) is proposed. On the basis of the inherent fuzziness of QFD system, triangular fuzzy numbers are used to represent all the relationships and correlations, and then, the functional relationships between the customer needs and engineering characteristics and the functional correlations among the engineering characteristics are determined with the information in the house of quality (HoQ) fully used. The fuzzy linear programming (FLP) model aims to find the optimal target values of the engineering characteristics to maximize the customer satisfaction. In order to improve the infrared detection and discrimination ability of the smart munition to the dynamic armor target under the complex background,the multi-line array infrared detection system is established based ...In order to improve the infrared detection and discrimination ability of the smart munition to the dynamic armor target under the complex background,the multi-line array infrared detection system is established based on the combination of the single unit infrared detector.The surface dimension features of ground armored targets are identified by size calculating solution algorithm.The signal response value and the value of size calculating are identified by the method of fuzzy recognition to make the fuzzy classification judgment for armored target.According to the characteristics of the target signal,a custom threshold de-noising function is proposed to solve the problem of signal preprocessing.The multi-line array infrared detection can complete the scanning detection in a large area in a short time with the characteristics of smart munition in the steady-state scanning stage.The method solves the disadvantages of wide scanning interval and low detection probability of single unit infrared detection.By reducing the scanning interval,the number of random rendezvous in the infrared feature area of the upper surface is increased,the accuracy of the size calculating is guaranteed.The experiments results show that in the fuzzy recognition method,the size calculating is introduced as the feature operator,which can improve the recognition ability of the ground armor target with different shape size.展开更多

A company that provides the solution should have knowledge of the customer needs in the purpose of sailing strategy or upgrade policy. The needs are also directly connected to the user satisfaction. However, the users have respective points of view in the needs as well as they may not identify the requirements to improve the solution. SERVQUAL can be an appropriate method to define and measure the customer satisfaction for the information technology solutions. As a case study of the customer satisfaction, the modified SERVQUAL items and scoring method are applied to a cyber-infrastructure system named CyberL ab in Korea. The measurement results of user satisfaction for CyberL ab are provided to confirm that our proposed method performs as we intended. From the results, we can score the satisfaction level of users and identify their needs in the various aspects. The total user satisfaction level for CyberL ab is scored by 88.3.展开更多

As a typical industrial Internet of things(IIOT)service,demand response(DR)is becoming a promising enabler for intelligent energy management in 6 G-enabled smart grid systems,to achieve quick response for supply-deman...As a typical industrial Internet of things(IIOT)service,demand response(DR)is becoming a promising enabler for intelligent energy management in 6 G-enabled smart grid systems,to achieve quick response for supply-demand mismatches.How-ever,existing literatures try to adjust customers’load profiles optimally,instead of electricity overhead,energy consumption patterns of residential appliances,customer satisfaction levels,and energy consumption habits.In this paper,a novel DR method is investigated by mixing the aforementioned factors,where the residential customer cluster is proposed to enhance the performance.Clustering approaches are leveraged to study the electricity consumption habits of various customers by extracting their features and characteristics from historical data.Based on the extracted information,the residential appliances can be scheduled effectively and flexibly.Moreover,we propose and study an efficient optimization framework to obtain the optimal scheduling solution by using clustering and deep learning methods.Extensive simulation experiments are conducted with real-world traces.Numerical results show that the proposed DR method and optimization framework outperform other baseline schemes in terms of the system overhead and peak-to-average ratio(PAR).The impact of various factors on the system utility is further analyzed,which provides useful insights on improving the efficiency of the DR strategy.With the achievement of efficient and intelligent energy management,the proposed method also promotes the realization of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.展开更多

文摘In order to improve the infrared detection and discrimination ability of the smart munition to the dynamic armor target under the complex background,the multi-line array infrared detection system is established based on the combination of the single unit infrared detector.The surface dimension features of ground armored targets are identified by size calculating solution algorithm.The signal response value and the value of size calculating are identified by the method of fuzzy recognition to make the fuzzy classification judgment for armored target.According to the characteristics of the target signal,a custom threshold de-noising function is proposed to solve the problem of signal preprocessing.The multi-line array infrared detection can complete the scanning detection in a large area in a short time with the characteristics of smart munition in the steady-state scanning stage.The method solves the disadvantages of wide scanning interval and low detection probability of single unit infrared detection.By reducing the scanning interval,the number of random rendezvous in the infrared feature area of the upper surface is increased,the accuracy of the size calculating is guaranteed.The experiments results show that in the fuzzy recognition method,the size calculating is introduced as the feature operator,which can improve the recognition ability of the ground armor target with different shape size.

文摘There are numerous information technology solutions including hardware and software. A company that provides the solution should have knowledge of the customer needs in the purpose of sailing strategy or upgrade policy. The needs are also directly connected to the user satisfaction. However, the users have respective points of view in the needs as well as they may not identify the requirements to improve the solution. SERVQUAL can be an appropriate method to define and measure the customer satisfaction for the information technology solutions. As a case study of the customer satisfaction, the modified SERVQUAL items and scoring method are applied to a cyber-infrastructure system named CyberL ab in Korea. The measurement results of user satisfaction for CyberL ab are provided to confirm that our proposed method performs as we intended. From the results, we can score the satisfaction level of users and identify their needs in the various aspects. The total user satisfaction level for CyberL ab is scored by 88.3.

文摘As a typical industrial Internet of things(IIOT)service,demand response(DR)is becoming a promising enabler for intelligent energy management in 6 G-enabled smart grid systems,to achieve quick response for supply-demand mismatches.How-ever,existing literatures try to adjust customers’load profiles optimally,instead of electricity overhead,energy consumption patterns of residential appliances,customer satisfaction levels,and energy consumption habits.In this paper,a novel DR method is investigated by mixing the aforementioned factors,where the residential customer cluster is proposed to enhance the performance.Clustering approaches are leveraged to study the electricity consumption habits of various customers by extracting their features and characteristics from historical data.Based on the extracted information,the residential appliances can be scheduled effectively and flexibly.Moreover,we propose and study an efficient optimization framework to obtain the optimal scheduling solution by using clustering and deep learning methods.Extensive simulation experiments are conducted with real-world traces.Numerical results show that the proposed DR method and optimization framework outperform other baseline schemes in terms of the system overhead and peak-to-average ratio(PAR).The impact of various factors on the system utility is further analyzed,which provides useful insights on improving the efficiency of the DR strategy.With the achievement of efficient and intelligent energy management,the proposed method also promotes the realization of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
