Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) are vulnerable to various security threats because of their special infrastructure and communication mode, wherein insider attacks are the most challenging issue. To address this problem and protect innocent users from malicious attacks, it is important to encourage cooperation and deter malicious behaviors. Reputation systems constitute a major category of techniques used for managing trust in distributed networks, and they are effective in characterizing and quantifying a node's behavior for WMNs. However, conventional layered reputation mechanisms ignore several key factors of reputation in other layers; therefore, they cannot provide optimal performance and accurate malicious node identification and isolation for WMNs. In this paper, we propose a novel dynamic reputation mechanism, SLCRM, which couples reputation systems with a cross-layer design and node-security-rating classification techniques to dynamically detect and restrict insider attacks. Simulation results show that in terms of network throughput, packet delivery ratio, malicious nodes' identification, and success rates, SI_CRM imple- ments security protection against insider attacks in a more dynamic, effective, and efficient manner than the subjective logic and uncertainty-based reputation model and the familiarity-based reputation model. 展开更多

To improve the robustness of the Low Earth Orbit(LEO) satellites networks and realise load balancing, a Cross-layer design and Ant-colony optimization based Load-balancing routing algorithm for LEO Satellite Networks(CAL-LSN) is proposed in this paper. In CALLSN, mobile agents are used to gather routing information actively. CAL-LSN can utilise the information of the physical layer to make routing decision during the route construction phase. In order to achieve load balancing, CALLSN makes use of a multi-objective optimization model. Meanwhile, how to take the value of some key parameters is discussed while designing the algorithm so as to improve the reliability. The performance is measured by the packet delivery rate, the end-to-end delay, the link utilization and delay jitter. Simulation results show that CAL-LSN performs well in balancing traffic load and increasing the packet delivery rate. Meanwhile, the end-to-end delay and delay jitter performance can meet the requirement of video transmission. 展开更多

The performance of uplink distributed massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)systems with crosslayer design(CLD) is investigated over Rayleigh fading channel, which combines the discrete rate adaptive modulation with truncated automatic repeat request. By means of the performance analysis, the closed-form expressions of average packet error rate(APER)and overall average spectral efficiency(ASE)of distributed massive MIMO systems with CLD are derived based on the conditional probability density function of each user’s approximate effective signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the switching thresholds under the target packet loss rate(PLR)constraint.With these results,using the approximation of complementary error functions,the approximate APER and overall ASE are also deduced. Simulation results illustrate that the obtained theoretical ASE and APER can match the corresponding simulations well. Besides,the target PLR requirement is satisfied,and the distributed massive MIMO systems offer an obvious performance gain over the co-located massive MIMO systems. 展开更多

This paper introduces an ant colony routing and wavelength assignment algorithm based on cross-layer design(CL-ACRWA),which can overcome the adverse effects of Doppler wavelength shift on data transmission in optical satellite networks. Firstly, a cross-layer optimization model is built, which considers the Doppler wavelength shift, the transmission delay as well as wavelength-continuity constraint. Then an ant colony algorithm is utilized to solve the cross-layer optimization model, resulting in finding an optimal light path satisfying the above constraints for every connection request. The performance of CL-ACRWA is measured by the communication success probability, the convergence property and the transmission delay. Simulation results show that CL-ACRWA performs well in communication success probability and has good global search ability as well as fast convergence speed. Meanwhile, the transmission delay can meet the basic requirement of real-time transmission of business. 展开更多

With correlating with human perception, quality of experience(Qo E) is also an important measurement in evaluation of video quality in addition to quality of service(Qo S). A cross-layer scheme based on Lyapunov optimization framework for H.264/AVC video streaming over wireless Ad hoc networks is proposed, with increasing both Qo E and Qo S performances. Different from existing works, this scheme routes and schedules video packets according to the statuses of the frame buffers at the destination nodes to reduce buffer underflows and to increase video playout continuity. The waiting time of head-ofline packets of data queues are considered in routing and scheduling to reduce the average end-to-end delay of video sessions. Different types of packets are allocated with different priorities according to their generated rates under H.264/AVC. To reduce the computational complexity, a distributed media access control policy and a power control algorithm cooperating with the media access policy are proposed. Simulation results show that, compared with existing schemes, this scheme can improve both the Qo S and Qo E performances. The average peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) of the received video streams is also increased. 展开更多

Triaxial fracturing modeling experiments were carried out on whole diameter shale cores from different layers of Shahejie Formation in the Dongpu sag,Bohai Bay Basin to find out the vertical propagation shapes of hydraulic fractures in different reservoirs.A numerical simulation method of inserting global cohesive elements was adopted to build a pseudo-three-dimension fracture propagation model for multiple shale oil reservoirs considering interface strength,perforation location,and pump rate to research the features of hydraulic fracture(HF)penetrating through layers.The hydraulic fracture propagates in a cross pattern in tight sandstone layers,in a straight line in sandstone layers with natural fractures,forms ladder fracture in shale layers with beddings.The hydraulic fracture propagates in a stripe shape vertically in both sandstone and shale layers,but it spreads in the plane in shale layers after connecting beddings.Restricted by beddings,the hydraulic fractures in shale layers are smaller in height than those in sandstone layers.When a sandstone layer and a shale layer are fractured at the same time,the fracture extends the most in height after the two layers are connected.Perforating at positions where the sandstone-shale interface is higher in strength and increasing the pumping rate can enhance the fracture height,thus achieving the goal of increasing the production by cross-layer fracturing in multiple shale oil layers. 展开更多

A cross-layer design(CLD)scheme with combination of power allocation,adaptive modulation(AM)and automatic repeat request(ARQ)is presented for space-time coded MIMO system under imperfect feedback,and the corresponding system performance is investigated in a Rayleigh fading channel.Based on imperfect feedback information,a suboptimal power allocation(PA)scheme is derived to maximize the average spectral efficiency(SE)of the system.The scheme is based on a so-called compressed SNR criterion,and has a closed-form expression for positive power allocation,thus being computationally efficient.Moreover,it can improve SE of the presented CLD.Besides,due to better approximation,it obtains the performance close to the existing optimal approach which requires numerical search.Simulation results show that the proposed CLD with PA can achieve higher SE than the conventional CLD with equal power allocation scheme,and has almost the same performance as CLD with optimal PA.However,it has lower calculation complexity. 展开更多

In this paper, a novel idea for rate allocation combining both vertical coupling and horizontal coupling constraints is proposed, and a unified utility function to balance two paradoxical issues: efficiency and fairness, revenue and cost is elaborated in WCDMA networks. Then, the optimal rate allocation problem is formulated as a network utility maximization(NUM) model based on cross-layer design and end-to-end congestion control, aiming at exploring the impacts of wired networks and the characteristics of radio access networks(RANs) on rate allocation. Furthermore, a distributed algorithm is derived, which can effectively match load states between RANs and wired networks, followed by a detailed illustration of the practical implementations. Numerical results demonstrate a signifi cant performance improvement in the end-to-end throughput. 展开更多

Based on the cross-layer design, the power-optimization problem of Macro-Femto Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets) has been formulated. The constraints of power and re-source block allocation in the physical layer, delay and target data rate in the medium ac-cess control layer, urgent queue length in the network layer, and packet error rate in the transport layer, have been considered. The original problem is non-deterministic polyno-mial time hard, which cannot be solved practi-cally. After the restrictions of upper layers are translated into constraints with physical layer parameters, and the integer restrictions are relaxed, the original problem can be decom- posed into convex optimization subproblems. The optimal solutions of resource block allo-cation and power allocation can be obtained by using the Lagrangian optimization. Simula-tion results show that the proposed scheme is better than both the round robin algorithm and the max-rain one in terms of energy efficiency, throughput and service fairness. The round robin algorithm and the max-min one only focus on the user fairness rather than quality of service fairness. Compared to the round robin scheme (the max-min one), the proposed scheme improves the energy efficiency 58.85% (62.41%), the throughput 19.09% (25.25%), the service fairness 57.69% (35.48%). 展开更多

Fast resources discovery and high Quality of Service(QoS) guarantee are the key determinants for efficient Mobile P2P(MP2P) video sharing.In this paper,we propose a CrossLayer and One-Hop Neighbour-Assisted Video Sharing(CNVS) solution in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks(MANETs).By making use of crosslayer approaches to bridge the overlay and the MAC layer and with the help of dissemination assisted by one-hop neighbours,CNVS intelligently builds the resource-centric self-organization node cluster group.In order to meet the QoS requirement,by making use of video resources access cost model,each peer can disconnect a less efficient connection with the original supplier and choose a peer that provides a low access cost as the new supplier.Simulation results also show how CNVS achieves lower average end-to-end delay,less average number of hops for video data delivery,lower routing overhead and packet loss rate,and higher network throughput than another state-of-the-art solution. 展开更多

In this paper,we study cross-layer scheduling scheme on multimedia application which considers both streaming traffic and data traffic over cognitive ad hoc networks.A cross-layer design is proposed to optimize SU's utility,which is used as an approach to balance the transmission efficiency and heterogeneous traffic in cognitive ad hoc networks.A framework is provided for utility-based optimal subcarrier assignment,power allocation strategy and corresponding modulation scheme,subject to the interference threshold to primary user(PU) and total transmit power constraint.Bayesian learning is adopted in subcarrier allocation strategy to avoid collision and alleviate the burden of information exchange on limited common control channel(CCC).In addition,the M/G/l queuing model is also introduced to analyze the expected delay of streaming traffic.Numerical results are given to demonstrate that the proposed scheme significantly reduces the blocking probability and outperforms the mentioned single-channel dynamic resource scheduling by almost 8%in term of system utility. 展开更多

Due to the fading characteristics of wireless channels and the burstiness of data traffic,how to deal with congestion in Ad-hoc networks with effective algorithms is still open and challenging.In this paper,we focus on enabling congestion control to minimize network transmission delays through flexible power control.To effectively solve the congestion problem,we propose a distributed cross-layer scheduling algorithm,which is empowered by graph-based multi-agent deep reinforcement learning.The transmit power is adaptively adjusted in real-time by our algorithm based only on local information(i.e.,channel state information and queue length)and local communication(i.e.,information exchanged with neighbors).Moreover,the training complexity of the algorithm is low due to the regional cooperation based on the graph attention network.In the evaluation,we show that our algorithm can reduce the transmission delay of data flow under severe signal interference and drastically changing channel states,and demonstrate the adaptability and stability in different topologies.The method is general and can be extended to various types of topologies. 展开更多

Existing systems use key performance indicators(KPIs)as metrics for physical layer(PHY)optimization,which suffers from the problem of overoptimization,because some unnecessary PHY enhancements are imperceptible to terminal users and thus induce additional cost and energy waste.Therefore,it is necessary to utilize directly the quality of experience(QoE)of user as a metric of optimization,which can achieve the global optimum of QoE under cost and energy constraints.However,QoE is still a metric of application layer that cannot be easily used to design and optimize the PHY.To address this problem,we in this paper propose a novel end-to-end QoE(E2E-QoE)based optimization architecture at the user-side for the first time.Specifically,a cross-layer parameterized model is proposed to establish the relationship between PHY and E2E-QoE.Based on this,an E2E-QoE oriented PHY anomaly diagnosis method is further designed to locate the time and root cause of anomalies.Finally,we investigate to optimize the PHY algorithm directly based on the E2E-QoE.The proposed frameworks and algorithms are all validated using the data from real fifth-generation(5G)mobile system,which show that using E2E-QoE as the metric of PHY optimization is feasible and can outperform existing schemes. 展开更多

煤岩斜巷穿层掘进长短锚索协同支护及围岩控制机理研究

为解决浅埋多煤层斜巷穿层掘进过程中软硬复合顶板变形大、易离层、支护难等问题,以淖尔壕煤矿2-3煤辅运斜巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的研究方法,通过对比分析无支护和现有支护条件下巷道围岩塑性区及软硬复... 为解决浅埋多煤层斜巷穿层掘进过程中软硬复合顶板变形大、易离层、支护难等问题,以淖尔壕煤矿2-3煤辅运斜巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的研究方法,通过对比分析无支护和现有支护条件下巷道围岩塑性区及软硬复合顶板易离层区特征,发现现有支护参数下仍不能有效预防局部冒顶发生,为此提出了长短锚索协同支护优化设计方案。结果表明:煤岩斜巷穿层掘进中,当距离软硬复合顶板较近时,巷道受剪切破坏与张拉破坏共同作用,导致围岩塑性区探入顶板离层区内,极易引发冒顶。另外,按照等长锚索布置时,虽可提高支护效果,但塑性破坏区范围未完全处于锚杆、锚索的锚固范围内,仍存有冒顶事故发生可能。根据斜巷掘进层位与局部冒顶易发区的复合顶板特征将现有支护的等长锚索布置方式变为长、短锚索相间布置后,顶板下沉量进一步减小至40 mm,塑性区范围处于锚杆、锚索支护范围内。长短锚索协同支护优势在于长锚索锚固端若处不稳定岩层,则以短锚索补强,确保始终存在锚固与稳定岩层中的锚索。从而有效控制围岩,防止冒顶事故的发生。结合现场监测分析结果,巷道围岩变形明显减小,稳定性升高,可以有效地提高巷道的稳定性和安全性。研究结果将为巷道围岩稳定性分析及巷道穿层支护设计提供参考依据。 展开更多

针对三维堆叠集成电路(Three-Dimensional Stacked Integrated Circuits,3D-SIC)中测试面积开销和测试数据存储量大的问题,对于n层3D-SIC,提出了一种基于可跨层重构线性反馈移位寄存器(Cross-Layer Reconfigurable Linear Feedback Shif... 针对三维堆叠集成电路(Three-Dimensional Stacked Integrated Circuits,3D-SIC)中测试面积开销和测试数据存储量大的问题,对于n层3D-SIC,提出了一种基于可跨层重构线性反馈移位寄存器(Cross-Layer Reconfigurable Linear Feedback Shift Register,CLR-LFSR)的内建自测试(Built-In Self-Test,BIST)结构。在键合中和键合后测试阶段,可以任意组合键合前测试阶段中的LFSR,连接构成级数更大的LFSR结构,以提高包含确定位更多的测试向量的编码成功率。同时,还提出了一种设置阈值的相容压缩和最优分级重播种结合的测试数据压缩方法。通过在测试向量图着色相容时设置相容阈值,然后将相容后的测试向量按照包含的确定位个数分成2^(n)−1组,重播种生成长度不定的种子集,从而减少了测试数据存储量。在ISCAS'89电路上的实验结果表明,相对于不可重构的BIST方法,方案能够减少三维芯片43.8%的面积开销,测试数据存储量减少98.52%。 展开更多

矿井煤炭开采面与地面距离较长,需要通过运煤皮带进行长距离运输,在运输过程中,存在大块矸石、锚杆等异物损坏皮带、堵塞落煤口的问题,易引发安全问题,因此,运煤皮带运输异物分类具有重要意义。为克服井下环境光照强度弱、识别精度低、... 矿井煤炭开采面与地面距离较长,需要通过运煤皮带进行长距离运输,在运输过程中,存在大块矸石、锚杆等异物损坏皮带、堵塞落煤口的问题,易引发安全问题,因此,运煤皮带运输异物分类具有重要意义。为克服井下环境光照强度弱、识别精度低、模型参数量大的问题,提出一种结合低光照图像增强的XDNet-CFF轻量化网络。首先,采用预训练的自校准光照图像增强模型对井下运煤皮带图像进行低光照图像增强,有效提高图像质量;其次,设计一种基于Xcpetion-DenseNet121和跨层特征融合的深度网络,在提高特征提取能力的同时,将底层细节特征与上层语义特征相结合,减少信息丢失,丰富特征表示;然后,通过全连接层和softmax完成运煤皮带异物识别;最后,为实现移动端部署和识别预警,应用剪枝方法对模型进行压缩,大幅减少模型参数量,降低开销。结果表明,所提模型在运煤皮带异物数据集上准确率、精度、召回率、F1分数分别达到0.9467、0.9512、0.9416、0.9464,均优于主流模型,同时,参数量仅8.98 M,满足实际生产部署需求。 展开更多

为提升弹载成像制导中运动模糊图像目标检测的精确性与效率,提出一种轻量化且高效的运动模糊图像目标检测(Lighter and More Effective Motion-blurred Image Object Detection,LEMBD)网络。通过深入分析运动模糊图像的成因,基于成像机... 为提升弹载成像制导中运动模糊图像目标检测的精确性与效率,提出一种轻量化且高效的运动模糊图像目标检测(Lighter and More Effective Motion-blurred Image Object Detection,LEMBD)网络。通过深入分析运动模糊图像的成因,基于成像机理构建了专用的运动模糊图像数据集。在不增加网络参数的前提下,采用共享权重的孪生网络设计,并引入先验知识,将清晰图像的特征学习用于模糊图像的特征提取,以同时实现对清晰与模糊图像的精准检测。此外,设计了部分深度可分离卷积替代普通卷积,显著减少了网络的参数量与计算量,并提升了学习性能。为进一步优化特征融合质量,提出跨层路径聚合特征金字塔网络,有效利用低级特征的细节信息和高级特征的语义信息。实验结果表明,所提LEMBD网络在运动模糊图像目标检测任务中的性能优于传统目标检测方法和主流运动模糊检测算法,能够为精确制导任务提供更精准的目标相对位置信息。 展开更多

压力和缝隙对正交胶合木胶层和层间剪切性能的影响

采用真空加压和气囊加压制备欧洲云杉(Picea abies)正交胶合木(cross laminated timber,CLT),先采用层板侧面施胶工艺,分析真空加压方式和气囊加压方式以及不同压力(0.4、0.6和0.8 MPa)对CLT胶层剪切性能的影响;再采用层板侧面不施胶工... 采用真空加压和气囊加压制备欧洲云杉(Picea abies)正交胶合木(cross laminated timber,CLT),先采用层板侧面施胶工艺,分析真空加压方式和气囊加压方式以及不同压力(0.4、0.6和0.8 MPa)对CLT胶层剪切性能的影响;再采用层板侧面不施胶工艺,探究相邻层板缝隙宽度(2、4和6 mm)对层间剪切性能的影响规律,基于声发射信号特征判断CLT层间剪切损伤类型及动态演变特征。研究结果表明:真空与气囊加压压力对CLT胶层剪切强度和浸渍剥离存在显著影响;CLT胶层剪切木材破坏模式主要有靠近胶层木材剪切破坏,中间层沿木射线方向呈不连续破坏,以及早晚材轮界面剪切破坏;当气囊加压压力为0.8 MPa,CLT常温浸渍、煮沸浸渍和真空加压浸渍剥离合格率均达到90%以上。层板缝隙宽度对CLT层间剪切强度存在显著影响,当表层和横向层层板缝隙宽度增加至6 mm时,层间剪切强度相对层板侧面施胶(缝隙宽度0 mm)降低了43.7%,横向层从滚动剪切破坏转变为层板滑移和缝隙处裂纹延展到胶层开裂破坏。声发射(acoustic emission,AE)能量变化能够准确地反映CLT层间剪切损伤演化过程:在形变阶段,AE能量信号较少,木材纤维束发生屈曲,张拉型微裂纹开始萌生;在裂纹扩展阶段,AE累计能量呈现直线上升,高RA(rise time/amplitude)值、低AF(average frequency)值的剪切型裂纹信号增多;在破坏阶段:AE能量信号形成局部峰值,高RA值、低AF值的剪切型裂纹信号占比达到22.31%,CLT破裂形式由张拉型破坏向拉剪复合破坏转变。 展开更多
