Cultural conflict causes cross-cultural prejudices and opposition,which lead to cultural adaptation barriers; therefore cross-cultural exchanges must adhere to civilization dialogue on the basis of cultural awareness and self-confidence. 目的:对以人为中心照护的实践清单—工作人员版(the Person-Centered Practice Inventory-Staff,PCPI-S)量表进行跨文化调适,以全面评估我国养老实践“以人为中心照护”服务质量。方法:根据美国矫形外科医师学会循证医学委员会推荐指南...目的:对以人为中心照护的实践清单—工作人员版(the Person-Centered Practice Inventory-Staff,PCPI-S)量表进行跨文化调适,以全面评估我国养老实践“以人为中心照护”服务质量。方法:根据美国矫形外科医师学会循证医学委员会推荐指南,对源量表进行正译-综合-回译-专家委员会等价性评价-预调查,形成PCPI-S测试版。2022年11月至2023年3月,采用便利抽样法对410位符合纳入和排除标准的养老机构工作人员进行问卷调查,以验证量表的信度和效度。结果:中文版PCPI-S量表包括先决条件、护理环境、护理过程3个分量表,15个维度和59个条目;内容效度指数为0.915,探索性因子分析3个分量表累计方差贡献率分别为60.431%、68.564%、73.298%;量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.948,重测信度为0.952。结论:经跨文化调适,中文版PCPI-S量表具有较高的信度和效度,可用来评价养老机构“以人为中心照护”的服务质量。展开更多
