Resource management must attach importance to effective resource deployment.Aiming at the research of resource deployment system,firstly,as an important factor of resource deployment system,corporate technological inn...Resource management must attach importance to effective resource deployment.Aiming at the research of resource deployment system,firstly,as an important factor of resource deployment system,corporate technological innovation social responsibility(CISR)is analyzed.Based on this,this paper constructs a system dynamics model to analyze the changes in resource deployment system affected by CISR.The simulation model is developed using Venism personal learning edition(PLE).The results show that CISR,acted as a new factor affecting the resource deployment system,has a positive effect on resource deployment system performance.Moreover,when CISR exceeds the threshold value,the resource deployment system performance increases significantly faster,reflecting that the resource deployment system becomes more efficient.The results show that the method proposed in this paper is feasible and efficient.This research provides theoretical and practical implications for resource deployment system research.展开更多

The corporate intranet is connected with Internet, which constitutes the hardware of the system. The s ystem adopts modern voice-identification technology for user authentication to enable secure access to key databases and thus enhance the security of system da tabases. The software system consists of four modules: 1. Corporate website and advertisement information system, intending for updatin g online advertisement, collecting and analyzing market research information. 2. Employee technology training and assessment system, including a variety of co urses containing technology, technique and management and so on. Login the training system, employees are able to study courses of technology or technique or others. The training system adopts modern multimedia E-Learning te chnology and in fact it is an innovative education method, which includes self- study, tutorship and lecture. It is able to help employees enjoy their learning. Employees can take simulative exams, and managers can test employees onlin e periodically. 3. Corporate decision-making management system, calculating and analyzing the o peration, predicting future development, facilitating communication between mana gers and employees. It provides valuable foundation for decisions, which enables managers to make strategic decisions and scientific management. 4. This study analyses all A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to empirically examine the impact of inquiry supervision on corporate value and the moderating influence of corporate social responsibility(CSR)on thi...This study analyses all A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to empirically examine the impact of inquiry supervision on corporate value and the moderating influence of corporate social responsibility(CSR)on this relationship.Research has shown that inquiry supervision significantly reduces corporate value,and the corporate social responsibility previously performed by companies can weaken this negative impact.Furthermore,the heterogeneity test based on internal and external controls shows that the reputation protection effect of CSR is more significant for companies with a higher proportion of independent directors,companies with a higher proportion of institutional investors investing in stocks,regions with a higher degree of marketization,and regions with a higher level of rule of law.The research in this article validates the effectiveness of reputation protection and verifies that reputation protection,as an informal mechanism,is easier to fulfil a role in areas where formal mechanisms are perfect.In other words,formal and informal mechanisms appear to complement each other.These findings provide empirical insights into the governance of CSR.展开更多
