With the increase of international trade activities and the gradual melting of the polar ice cap,the importance of the Arctic route for marine transportation has been emphasized.Prediction of the polar navigation window period is crucial for navigating in the Arctic route,which is of great significance to the selection of the route and the optimization of navigation.This paper introduces the establishment of a risk index system,determination of risk index weight,establishment of a risk evaluation model,and prediction algorithm for the window period.In addition,data sources of both environmental factors and ship factors are introducted,and their shortcomings are analyzed,followed by introduction of various methods involved in window prediction and analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.The quantitative risk evaluation and window period algorithm can provide a reference for the research of polar navigation window period prediction. 展开更多

To cope with multi-directional transmission coupling,spreading, amplification, and chain reaction of risks during multiproject parallel construction of warships, a risk transmission evaluation method is proposed, which integrates an intuitionistic cloud model with a fuzzy cognitive map. By virtue of expectancy Ex, entropy En, and hyper entropy He, the risk fuzziness and randomness of the knowledge of experts are organically combined to develop a method for converting bi-linguistic variable decision-making information into the quantitative information of the intuitionistic normal cloud(INC) model. Subsequently, the threshold function and weighted summation operation in the traditional fuzzy cognitive map is converted into the INC ordered weighted averaging operator to create the risk transmission model based on the intuitionistic fuzzy cognitive map(IFCM) and the algorithm for solving it. Subsequently, the risk influence sequencing method based on INC and the risk rating method based on nearness are proposed on the basis of Monte Carlo simulation in order to realize the mutual conversion of the qualitative and quantitative information in the risk evaluation results.Example analysis is presented to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the methods. 展开更多

Entropy weight coefficient model and its application in evaluation of groundwater vulnerability of the Sanjiang Plain 被引量:4

Useful reference to protect, e... The research of groundwater vulnerability is the basic work to protect the groundwater. For utilizing groundwater resource continuably, groundwater vulnerability evaluation is necessary. Useful reference to protect, exploit and utilize on groundwater resource are provided rationally. According to the real condition of Sanjiang Plain, the indexes system is established based on the traditional DRASTIC model. The new system includes the following seven indexes: Depth of Water, Net Recharge, Aquifer Media, Soil Media, Conductivity of the Aquifer, Land Utilizing Ratio and Populace Density. The related analysis appears that the system is rather reasonable. Because traditional methods, such as analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory, can't be avoided human interference in selection of weights, they could lead to an imprecise result. In order to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability reasonably, entropy weight coefficient method is applied for the first time, which provides a new way to groundwater vulnerability evaluation. The method is a model whose weights are insured by the calculation process, so the artificial disturb can be avoided. It has been used to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability in Sanjiang Plain. The satisfied result is acquired. Comparably, the same result is acquired by the other method named projection pursuit evaluation based on real-coded accelerating genetic algorithm. It shows that entropy weight coefficient method is applicable on groundwater vulnerability evaluation. The evaluation result can provide reference on the decision-making departments. 展开更多

The present building facility management status in China resulted in many problems such as high energy consumption,failure of automation control,services failure and poor indoor air quality.Based on questionnaires and interviews to professional engineers and building users,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established on facility management of high-rise office buildings.A Fuzzy AHP based upon hierarchy criteria system was established.A Fuzzy AHP Evaluation Model on Facility Management System was set up;α-cut analysis was introduced and incorporated with expert knowledge together,which made up the optimism index λ.The fuzzy optimum crisp weight of each criterion was resulted from data-mining.Case investigations were processed in high-rise office buildings in Shenyang.The results illustrated that indoor air quality,thermal comfort and life cycle cost were the most important indexes in the evaluation of Facility Management System of high rise office buildings.Residents in high-rise buildings in Shenyang pay less attention to maintenance management and environment protection.By comparison with the analysis result of Export Choice,Fuzzy AHP-based evaluation model could act as a scientific reference for the establishment of governmental standards in facility management area in building. 展开更多

On the basis of analyzing the typical waste collection and transportation mode,the evaluation index system for performance of the waste collection and transportation system was proposed with three grades,which related to six factors,such as economic evaluation,high efficient evaluation,environmental impact assessment,resource evaluation,evaluation of security and emergency,evaluation of management and society. With the performance evaluation theory,the performance evaluation model of waste collection and transportation system was constructed,which quantified the grading standard of index and determined the index weight in analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After evaluating the waste collection and transportation system of the main districts of Chongqing city,the results show that the it has an excellent performance evaluation grade with very high performance level of three indices involving evaluation of management and society,environmental impact assessment,evaluation of security and emergency and quite low performance level of two indices that include high efficient evaluation and economic evaluation. 展开更多

The evaluation index of camouflage patterns is important in the field of military application.It is the goal that researchers have always pursued to make the computable evaluation indicators more in line with the human visual mechanism.In order to make the evaluation method more computationally intelligent,a Multi-Feature Camouflage Fused Index(MF-CFI)is proposed based on the comparison of grayscale,color and texture features between the target and the background.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed index,eye movement experiments are conducted to compare the proposed index with existing indexes including Universal Image Quality Index(UIQI),Camouflage Similarity Index(CSI)and Structural Similarity(SSIM).Twenty-four different simulated targets are designed in a grassland background,28 observers participate in the experiment and record the eye movement data during the observation process.The results show that the highest Pearson correlation coefficient is observed between MF-CFI and the eye movement data,both in the designed digital camouflage patterns and largespot camouflage patterns.Since MF-CFI is more in line with the detection law of camouflage targets in human visual perception,the proposed index can be used for the comparison and parameter optimization of camouflage design algorithms. 展开更多

The cracking behavior of lightweight aggregate concrete(LWAC) was investigated by mechanical analysis, SEM and cracking-resistant test where a shrinkage-restrained ring with a clapboard was used. The relationship between the ceramsite type and the cracking resistance of LWAC was built up and compared with that of normal-weight coarse aggregate concrete(NWAC). A new method was proposed to evaluate the cracking resistance of concrete, where the concepts of cracking coefficient ζt(t) and the evaluation index Acr(t) were proposed, and the development of micro-cracks and damage accumulation were recognized. For the concrete with an ascending cracking coefficient curve, the larger Acr(t) is, the lower cracking resistance of concrete is. For the concrete with a descending cracking coefficient curve, the larger Acr(t) is, the stronger the cracking resistance of concrete is. The evaluation results show that in the case of that all the three types of coarse aggregates in concrete are pre-soaked for 24 h, NWAC has the lowest cracking resistance, followed by the LWAC with lower water absorption capacity ceramsite and the LWAC with higher water absorption capacity ceramsite has the strongest cracking resistance. The proposed method has obvious advantages over the cracking age method, because it can evaluate the cracking behavior of concrete even if the concrete has not an observable crack. 展开更多

In order to estimate the fracture toughness of ductile metals, the fracture mechanics theory, materials plastic deformation theory and materials constructive relationships are employed here. A series of formulae and a theoretical approach are presented to calculate fracture toughness values of different materials in the plane stress and plane strain conditions. 基于数据驱动的模型已广泛应用于大坝运行状态建模与短期变形预测等领域中,而监测数据中存在的异常值会削弱甚至破坏数据驱动模型的可信度和鲁棒性。针对上述问题,提出一种耦合DWT-IFLOF的大坝监测数据异常检测算法。首先,采用小波降噪... 基于数据驱动的模型已广泛应用于大坝运行状态建模与短期变形预测等领域中,而监测数据中存在的异常值会削弱甚至破坏数据驱动模型的可信度和鲁棒性。针对上述问题,提出一种耦合DWT-IFLOF的大坝监测数据异常检测算法。首先,采用小波降噪技术减少监测数据集中采集噪声对模型建模的负面干扰。其次设计一种耦合孤立森林(iForest)异常检测算法与归一化局部离群因子值(LOF_(nor))的全新监测数据异常度量化表达式。最后通过引入拉伊达准则,依据计算得到的异常分数,对异常值进行定性筛查。试验结果表明,相较于热门异常检测算法,在查全率层面提升18.32%以上;查准率提升20.14%以上;准确率提升0.71%以上。可针对大坝安全监测数据中的异常值进行有效检测。 展开更多

In this paper, the practice of the past 30 years of reform and open policy was analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was established and some empirical analyses (data from 1978-2006) on the rural construction were made based on this model. It is concluded that the rural construction has achieved the great success since carring on the reform and open policy. The rural construction during this period could be divided into two stages. At the first stage, achievements were mainly due to the construction of agricultural development and rural harmony-driven. And at the second stage, achievements were mainly due to the improvement of the quality at present. Consequently, the efforts to improve the rural construction must be intensified for a long time. Moreover, it is necessary to grasp the key points to make up the lack of rural construction. 展开更多

针对高精度运动平台中柔性系统负载改变而导致的固有频率和阻尼比双参数共同变化下输入整形器不敏感性优化问题,提出一种改进双股峰EI(two-hump extra-insensitive,THEI)输入整形器的设计方法,实现在相同滞后时间的前提下改善THEI输入... 针对高精度运动平台中柔性系统负载改变而导致的固有频率和阻尼比双参数共同变化下输入整形器不敏感性优化问题,提出一种改进双股峰EI(two-hump extra-insensitive,THEI)输入整形器的设计方法,实现在相同滞后时间的前提下改善THEI输入整形器的不敏感性。该改进THEI整形器在正向设计传统THEI输入整形器的基础上,加入对双参数不敏感性的反向优化。首先,利用三维灵敏度曲线推导了用于量化THEI输入整形器双参数不敏感性的评价指标。其次,建立了以幅值调节因子为设计变量的优化脉冲约束下THEI输入整形器双参数不敏感性优化模型;基于蚁群优化(ant colony optimization,ACO)算法求解设计变量,并更新改进THEI输入整形器的脉冲幅值,实现不敏感性最优。最后,数值仿真和试验结果共同验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

[研究目的]在人工智能蓬勃发展的时代,开展人工智能风险体系构建及其对应的模块化评价指标研究,以全面反映AI发展所带来的潜在风险,为不同领域的研究者提供决策依据。[研究方法]首先,基于扎根理论和专家调查法,系统地抽取和设计模块化人工智能风险评价指标;其次,采用层次分析法,对各指标权重进行测算,形成量化后的得分表,并对风险等级进行划分;最后,借助问卷调查法和专家调查法,对该体系进行应用实证研究,以验证其科学性及可行性。[研究结果/结论]人工智能风险体系包含由9个一级指标和41个二级指标组成的模块化评价指标。该体系涵盖技术、伦理、法律和社会等多个维度。基于此体系可以针对某一人工智能事件或功能,使用主观评价的方法对每一个风险子项进行打分,并最终得出总分。模块化指标可以灵活拆分,以量化测度不同领域的AI风险,兼顾全维度与具象维度的AI风险测度问题。 展开更多

为完善港口综合评价体系,突破“唯吞吐量论”单一评价模式,对世界一流港口综合评价指标体系展开研究。首先,本研究采用“主题-目标-路径-服务”分析框架对世界一流港口内涵特征进行剖析,提出以加权吞吐量、船舶服务效率、连通度、经济... 为完善港口综合评价体系,突破“唯吞吐量论”单一评价模式,对世界一流港口综合评价指标体系展开研究。首先,本研究采用“主题-目标-路径-服务”分析框架对世界一流港口内涵特征进行剖析,提出以加权吞吐量、船舶服务效率、连通度、经济贡献、绿色安全水平等为核心的综合评价指标体系。然后,采用层次分析法确定各项指标权重,构建世界一流港口的模糊综合评价模型,并从全球选取34个样本港口进行综合评价,结果显示:新加坡港、上海港综合得分排名前两位,处于世界领先方阵;鹿特丹港、宁波舟山港、釜山港、青岛港等九个港口综合得分都超过80分,位居世界前列方阵。最后,从建立评价标准、加强船舶自动识别系统(AIS)应用等方面提出开展世界一流港口综合评价工作的建议。 展开更多

目的从医院等级评审员的角度出发,建立医院医疗技术临床应用评价指标体系,旨在为医疗技术的规范化管理和持续改进提供参考依据。方法综合运用文献分析法、德尔菲专家咨询法等方法建立评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对各评价指标权重进行确... 目的从医院等级评审员的角度出发,建立医院医疗技术临床应用评价指标体系,旨在为医疗技术的规范化管理和持续改进提供参考依据。方法综合运用文献分析法、德尔菲专家咨询法等方法建立评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对各评价指标权重进行确定,并应用该评价指标体系对3家医院医疗技术临床应用相关数据进行评价,采用TOPSIS法分析评价效果。结果医疗技术临床应用评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、6个二级指标、31个三级指标。一级指标包括支持与保障、组织与实施、质控与管理,其权重分别为0.163、0.297、0.540,一致性指标=0.005。TOPSIS法结果显示:医疗技术临床应用效果排序为医院C>医院A>医院B。结论构建的医疗技术临床应用评价指标体系具有较高的科学性,专家的积极性、权威性和一致性程度较高。可为医疗技术规范化管理和持续改进提供科学依据,同时也为医院等级评审员在评审过程中提供明确的评估标准。 展开更多

为丰富野生葱属(Allium L.)植物耐旱种质资源研究,探究内蒙古常见葱属植物种间耐旱能力差异,明确葱属植物应对干旱环境的生理响应机制,本研究以蒙古韭(Allium mongolicum Regel)、碱韭(Allium polyrhizum Turcz.ex Regel)、细叶韭(Alliu... 为丰富野生葱属(Allium L.)植物耐旱种质资源研究,探究内蒙古常见葱属植物种间耐旱能力差异,明确葱属植物应对干旱环境的生理响应机制,本研究以蒙古韭(Allium mongolicum Regel)、碱韭(Allium polyrhizum Turcz.ex Regel)、细叶韭(Allium tenuissimum L.)3种葱属植物野生成年植株为研究对象,采用PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,设置对照组(0%)和4个不同程度干旱胁迫实验组(15%,30%,45%和60%),分别于第7,14,21,28天测定生理和光合特性等指标。结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度增加和胁迫时间延长,3种植物生理指标变化存在差异。在受到胁迫后游离脯氨酸(Proline,Pro)和叶绿素(Chlorophyl,Chl)含量在细叶韭叶内含量最高、丙二醛(Malondialde⁃hyde,MDA)含量在碱韭内含量最高,过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)在碱韭和蒙古韭叶内均具有较高活性。通过主成分分析及隶属函数分析方法综合评价3种葱属植物的耐旱能力,耐旱能力最强的是细叶韭,蒙古韭在15%和30%较低浓度干旱胁迫下抗旱能力强于碱韭,而碱韭在45%和60%较高浓度干旱胁迫下抗旱能力强于蒙古韭。本研究结果可为葱属植物耐旱性育种和栽培提供理论依据。 展开更多

农业农村现代化是当前社会主义现代化建设的重大任务。在这一背景下,把握农业农村现代化进度、弥补农业农村现代化短板具有重要意义。首先构建农业农村现代化评价指标体系并确定2035年目标值,在此基础上,以2011—2021年为研究区间,运用... 农业农村现代化是当前社会主义现代化建设的重大任务。在这一背景下,把握农业农村现代化进度、弥补农业农村现代化短板具有重要意义。首先构建农业农村现代化评价指标体系并确定2035年目标值,在此基础上,以2011—2021年为研究区间,运用线性加权综合模型及障碍度模型,从全国、区域及省域三个层面分析中国农业农村现代化发展水平并识别主要障碍因子。研究结果表明,在发展水平方面:首先,全国农业农村现代化发展水平持续提升,农业现代化水平高于农村现代化水平,但发展速度慢于后者;其次,东部地区农业农村现代化水平始终较高,已进入转型跨越阶段,四大经济区域在各子系统层与准则层间存在发展水平与发展速度差异;最后,省域间农业农村现代化水平差距较大,11省份农业农村现代化处于发展阶段,16省份农业农村现代化进入提升阶段,江苏、天津、上海、北京四地农业农村现代化已进入转型跨越阶段。在障碍因子方面:首先,农业保险深度、农村燃气普及率、农村生活污水处理率及村庄绿地率始终是全国农业农村现代化发展的主要障碍,2021年,农产品加工业产值与农业总产值之比替代农村生活污水处理率成为阻碍全国农业农村现代化推进的最大障碍;其次,农业保险深度、村庄绿地率及农产品加工业产值与农业总产值之比是各区域农业农村现代化发展的共同主要障碍,东部地区主要障碍因子逐渐向农业现代化子系统内部转移,东北、中部及西部地区则与全国层面障碍因子情况较为一致;最后,在障碍度大于等于5%的指标中,农业保险深度、农村燃气普及率、农村居民人均生活用电量、农村生活污水处理率、村庄绿地率及农产品加工业产值与农业总产值之比六项指标对各省份农业农村现代化发展具有普遍制约作用。本文对明确农业农村现代化进程与短板、分层面制定农业农村现代化规划具有借鉴意义。 展开更多

目的:构建游泳项目基础体能的评价指标体系与评分标准,为我国游泳运动员开展基础体能训练提供参考。方法:采用德尔菲法构建我国中短距离游泳运动员基础体能评价指标体系,并计算各指标权重;采用测试法收集我国国家游泳队运动员相关指标数... 目的:构建游泳项目基础体能的评价指标体系与评分标准,为我国游泳运动员开展基础体能训练提供参考。方法:采用德尔菲法构建我国中短距离游泳运动员基础体能评价指标体系,并计算各指标权重;采用测试法收集我国国家游泳队运动员相关指标数据,应用百分位数法与累进计分法建立我国优秀中短距离游泳运动员的基础体能测试评价标准;并绘制ROC曲线探究基础体能评价标准总评分与运动员效率状态的关联性。结果:(1)基于国家游泳队现实基础及相关专家意见,构建了符合我国优秀中短距离游泳运动员现状的基础体能评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标、10个二级指标、10个三级指标。(2)根据对47名国家游泳队运动员进行为期近一年的体能测试,结合不同专项,制定了各单项指标评分标准及综合等级评分标准,评价标准经回代检验结果客观有效。(3)ROC曲线下面积为0.792(95%CI 0.609~0.916,P=0.001),表明该评价标准模型具有一定的预测能力。结论:我国优秀中短距离游泳运动员的基础体能评价指标体系具有可操作性和实用性,评价标准为我国优秀中短距离游泳运动员基础体能训练提供了重要的导向和参考价值。同时,评价标准模型对于优秀中短距离游泳运动员的竞技表现,显示出一定的预测价值。 展开更多
