Facing the s evere challenge about quality, all the developed industry countries attach impor tance to the research and education about quality project. With the deepening of the reform of China and it’s joining to WTO, many industries and enterprises wi ll be confronted with severe challenge while being offered the opportunity to wa lk up to the world. The arrival of knowledge economy and web time has provided t he space for the innovation on enterprise management. It has also provided new m ethod and model for enterprise management, that is online management based on th e internet. The online management use an enterprise model including the goal of the enterprise and the scheme to carry out it to represent the whole operational of all the work. The online management is constructed on the integration of exp ert system, database, software and other technical models. How to scientifically manage the entire system of product, precisely master the condition of quantity and quality and analyze the rules of the change of produc t quality in order to carry out the overall control of quality, guarantee the go od condition of product as well as improve product quality and prolong it’s se rvice life was discussed in this thesis. Based on the above research the thesis also discussed how to develop the study on product quality information and const ruct it’s decision making support system. The concrete measures to improve peopl e’s concept of quality are also raised. Based on the type analysis, scientific management of product quality information should start from dynamic information of quality, instruction information as we ll as the information about the use, maintain, management and conservation of pr oduct, and induce them and further propose a design scheme of feedback system on product quality information, and then set up the blueprint of the information s ystem of product quality. A combination of theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ), morp...A hybrid conceptual design approach was introduced in this study to develop a conceptual design of oil palm polymer composite automotive crash box(ACB). A combination of theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ), morphological charts and biomimetics was applied where the foremost requirements in terms of the material characteristics, function specifications, force identification, root cause analysis, geometry profile and design selection criteria were considered. The strategy was to use creations of nature to inspire five innovative conceptual designs of the ACB structure and the AHP method was applied to perform the pairwise analysis of selecting the best ACB conceptual design. A new conceptual design for a composite ACB was conceived bearing in mind the properties of natural fibre, unlike those of conventional materials such as steel alloys and aluminium alloys. The design with the highest ranking(26.6 %) was chosen as the final conceptual design, which was the one with a honeycomb structure for the outermost profile, reinforced with a spider web structure inside the part, supported by fibre foam structure extracted from the woodpecker sponge tissue at the centre to maximize the energy absorption capability. The new design could solve the problem of bending collapse which is a major cause of failure to absorb maximum impact energy for ACB during collision. However, the final conceptual design will still need several modifications for production and assembly purposes, which will be completed in a further study.展开更多
The theoretical formulations of Coulomb and Rankine still remain as the fundamental approaches to the analysis of most gravity-type retaining wall,with the assumption that sufficient lateral yield will occur to mobili...The theoretical formulations of Coulomb and Rankine still remain as the fundamental approaches to the analysis of most gravity-type retaining wall,with the assumption that sufficient lateral yield will occur to mobilize fully limited conditions behind the wall.The effects of the magnitude of wall movements and different wall-movement modes are not taken into consideration.The disturbance of backfill is considered to be related to the wall movement under translation mode.On the basis of disturbed state concept(DSC),a general disturbance function was proposed which ranged from-1 to 1.The disturbance variables could be determined from the measured wall movements.A novel approach that related to disturbed degree and the mobilized internal frictional angle of the backfill was also derived.A calculation method benefited from Rankine's theory and the proposed approach was established to predict the magnitude and distribution of earth pressure from the cohesionless backfill under translation mode.The predicted results,including the magnitude and distribution of earth pressure,show good agreement with those of the model test and the finite element method.In addition,the disturbance parameter b was also discussed.展开更多

The rapid developments in the fields of telecommunication, sensor data, financial applications, analyzing of data streams, and so on, increase the rate of data arrival, among which the data mining technique is conside...The rapid developments in the fields of telecommunication, sensor data, financial applications, analyzing of data streams, and so on, increase the rate of data arrival, among which the data mining technique is considered a vital process. The data analysis process consists of different tasks, among which the data stream classification approaches face more challenges than the other commonly used techniques. Even though the classification is a continuous process, it requires a design that can adapt the classification model so as to adjust the concept change or the boundary change between the classes. Hence, we design a novel fuzzy classifier known as THRFuzzy to classify new incoming data streams. Rough set theory along with tangential holoentropy function helps in the designing the dynamic classification model. The classification approach uses kernel fuzzy c-means(FCM) clustering for the generation of the rules and tangential holoentropy function to update the membership function. The performance of the proposed THRFuzzy method is verified using three datasets, namely skin segmentation, localization, and breast cancer datasets, and the evaluated metrics, accuracy and time, comparing its performance with HRFuzzy and adaptive k-NN classifiers. The experimental results conclude that THRFuzzy classifier shows better classification results providing a maximum accuracy consuming a minimal time than the existing classifiers.展开更多

Experimental matrix was designed for ...High-performance bismaleimdes (BMI) matrix composites reinforced by graphite fibers were prepared and toughened with a thermoplastic component (PAEK) by using the Ex-situ concept. Experimental matrix was designed for overall toughening of the base resin, periodically interleaving thermoplastic films into each plies (Ex-situ concept) and for varying the film compositions. The highest impact damage resistance characterized by compression after impact (CAI) was obtained for the laminates toughened on the Ex-situ concept, especially, when two-component cast films of a special ration of PAEK/BMI 60∶40 were interleaved though the thermoplastic concentration for the overall toughening, interleaving the pure thermoplastic films and the two-component films was comparable. There were two peaks found in the DSC trace of the laminates toughened implying a phase separation process occurred. The glass transition temperature of the laminates toughened was slightly reduced due to the low-temperature PAEK. Morphological study revealed a typical granular structure just in the interplay region as a result of spinodal decomposition and coarsening process. This was in agreement of the result of DSC investigation.展开更多

Gypsum rocks are highly susceptible to mechanical deterioration under the coupled effects of wet-dry(W-D)cycles and flow rates,which significantly influence the stability of underground excavations.Despite extensive r...Gypsum rocks are highly susceptible to mechanical deterioration under the coupled effects of wet-dry(W-D)cycles and flow rates,which significantly influence the stability of underground excavations.Despite extensive research on the effects of W-D cycles,the coupling influence of flow rates and W-D cycles on gypsum rocks remains poorly understood.This study investigates the mechanical behavior and deterioration mechanisms of gypsum rocks subjected to varying W-D cycles and flow rate conditions.Axial compression tests,along with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques,were employed to analyze the stress-strain response and microstructural changes.Based on the disturbed state concept(DSC)theory,a W-D deterioration model and a DSC-based constitutive model were developed to describe the degradation trends and mechanical responses of gypsum rocks under different conditions.The results demonstrate that key mechanical indices,elastic modulus,cohesion,uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),and internal friction angle,exhibit logarithmic declines with increasing W-D cycles,with higher flow rates accelerating the deterioration process.The theoretical models accurately capture the nonlinear compaction behavior,peak stress,and post-peak response of gypsum specimens.This study provides valuable insights for predicting the mechanical behavior of gypsum rocks and improving the stability assessments of underground structures under complex environmental conditions.展开更多

On the basis of inheriting Marxist thought of the inner prescriptions of "people's democracy",they fur-ther expanded the connotation and extension of "rule by the people",developed the contents of the electoral democ-racy and consultative democracy in China.,enriched the concrete requirements of the democratic realization condi-tions from the aspects of economic foundation,intellectual support and the guarantee of the rule of law,and a new ex-ploration is made on the development of China's democratic political system from the aspects of Party's leadership and operation supervision.

文摘High-performance bismaleimdes (BMI) matrix composites reinforced by graphite fibers were prepared and toughened with a thermoplastic component (PAEK) by using the Ex-situ concept. Experimental matrix was designed for overall toughening of the base resin, periodically interleaving thermoplastic films into each plies (Ex-situ concept) and for varying the film compositions. The highest impact damage resistance characterized by compression after impact (CAI) was obtained for the laminates toughened on the Ex-situ concept, especially, when two-component cast films of a special ration of PAEK/BMI 60∶40 were interleaved though the thermoplastic concentration for the overall toughening, interleaving the pure thermoplastic films and the two-component films was comparable. There were two peaks found in the DSC trace of the laminates toughened implying a phase separation process occurred. The glass transition temperature of the laminates toughened was slightly reduced due to the low-temperature PAEK. Morphological study revealed a typical granular structure just in the interplay region as a result of spinodal decomposition and coarsening process. This was in agreement of the result of DSC investigation.

文摘The purpose of this paper is to study the construction of concept lattice from variable formal contexts.Composition and decomposition theories are proposed for the unraveling of concept lattice from contexts with variable attribute set in the process of information updating.The relationship between the extension sets of the original context and that of its sub-context is analyzed.The composition and decomposition theories are then generalized to the situation involving more than two sub-contexts and the situation with variable attribute set and object set.
文摘分析了描述逻辑循环术语集的研究现状和存在的问题,在F.Baader工作的基础上进一步研究了描述逻辑εL混合循环术语集的LCS(least common subsumer)和MSC(most specific concept)推理问题.给出了εL混合循环术语集的语法和语义.针对εL混合循环术语集LCS和MSC推理的需要,提出了TBox-完全的概念,并重新定义了描述图.使用描述图和TBox-完全给出了最大不动点语义下εL混合循环术语集LCS和MSC的推理算法,证明了推理算法的正确性,并证明了推理算法是多项式时间复杂的.该推理算法为εL混合循环术语集的LCS和MSC推理提供了理论基础.

文摘Gypsum rocks are highly susceptible to mechanical deterioration under the coupled effects of wet-dry(W-D)cycles and flow rates,which significantly influence the stability of underground excavations.Despite extensive research on the effects of W-D cycles,the coupling influence of flow rates and W-D cycles on gypsum rocks remains poorly understood.This study investigates the mechanical behavior and deterioration mechanisms of gypsum rocks subjected to varying W-D cycles and flow rate conditions.Axial compression tests,along with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques,were employed to analyze the stress-strain response and microstructural changes.Based on the disturbed state concept(DSC)theory,a W-D deterioration model and a DSC-based constitutive model were developed to describe the degradation trends and mechanical responses of gypsum rocks under different conditions.The results demonstrate that key mechanical indices,elastic modulus,cohesion,uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),and internal friction angle,exhibit logarithmic declines with increasing W-D cycles,with higher flow rates accelerating the deterioration process.The theoretical models accurately capture the nonlinear compaction behavior,peak stress,and post-peak response of gypsum specimens.This study provides valuable insights for predicting the mechanical behavior of gypsum rocks and improving the stability assessments of underground structures under complex environmental conditions.
