The influences of hot stamping parameters such as heating temperature,soaking time,deformation temperature and cooling medium on the phase transformation,microstructure and mechanical properties of 30MnB5 and 22MnB5 are investigated and analyzed in this work.The quenching experiment,tensile testing,hardness measurement and microstructure observation were conducted to obtain the mechanical and microstructural data.The results indicate that 30MnB5 possesses a higher tensile strength but a lower elongation than 22MnB5,if hot stamped at the same process parameter.The tensile strength and hardness of the hot stamped specimens decrease under inappropriate heating conditions for two reasons,insufficient austenitization or coarse austenite grains.The austenitic forming rate of 30MnB5 is higher than that of 22MnB5,because more cementite leads to higher nucleation rate and diffusion coefficient of carbon atom.More amount of fine martensite forms under the higher deformation temperature or the quicker cooling rate. 展开更多

Large-scale field shear tests on ten specimens of the red-sandstone embankment at a highway in Hunan,China,were performed to examine mechanical characteristics and parameters of red-sandstone.The curves of thrust-displacement,failure mode,and shear strength parameters for red-sandstone with different water contents,different compactions,and different grain size distributions were obtained from the tests.A practical procedure of in-situ test for red-sandstone embankment was proposed to normalize the test equipment and test steps.Based on three-dimensional thrust-sliding limit equilibrium method,the formulas for calculating strength parameters of red-sandstone considering three-dimensional sliding surface were inferred.The results show that red-sandstone has typical complete curves of stress-strain,strain softening,which are caused by the special structure of red-sandstone;water content and compaction are important factors for strength and failure mode of red-sandstone;The average value of cohesion and internal friction angle of the specimens calculated by three-dimensional technique are 21.56 kPa and 29.29°,respectively,and those by traditional two-dimensional method are 25.52 kPa and 33.76°,respectively. 展开更多

High-performance thermoplastic composites have been developed as significant structural materials for cutting-edge equipment in the aerospace and defence fields.However,the internal mechanism of processing parameters on mechanical properties in the manufacturing process of thermoplastic composite structures is still a serious challenge.The purpose of this study is to investigate the process/crystallization/property relationships for continuous carbon fiber(CF)reinforced polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK)composites.The composite laminates are fabricated according to orthogonal experiments via the thermoforming method.The mechanical performance is investigated in terms of crystallization properties and fracture morphology characterizations.Experimental results show that the mechanical performance and crystallization properties of thermoplastic composites are significantly affected by the coupling of processing parameters.The increased molding temperature,pressure,and holding time improve the degree of fiber/matrix infiltration and affect the crystallinity and crystalline morphology of the matrix,which further influences the mechanical properties of the composites.This is reflected in the test results that crystallinity has an approximately linear effect on mode-I interlaminar fracture toughness and transverse flexural modulus.As well as the higher molding temperature can destroy the pre-existent crystals to improve the toughness of the matrix,and the well-defined crystalline structures can be observed when fabricated at higher temperatures and longer periods of holding time. 展开更多

Parameter identification of inertially stabilized platforms using current command design 被引量:2

Accurate parameter identification is essential when designing controllers for inertially stabilized platforms (lSPs). But traditional identification methods suffer from observation measurement noise and operating restrictions of ISPs. To address this issue, a novel identification method based on current command design and multilevel coordinate search (MCS) algorithm without any higher order measurement differentiations was proposed. The designed current commands were adopted to obtain parameter decoupled models with the platform operating under allowable conditions. MCS algorithm was employed to estimate the parameters based on parameter decoupled models. A comparison experiment between the proposed method and non-linear least square method was carried out and most of the relative errors of identified parameters obtained by the proposed method were below 10%. Simulation and experiment based on identified parameters were conducted. A velocity control structure was also developed with disturbance observer (DOB) for application in disturbance compensation control system of an ISR Experimental results show that the control scheme based on the identified parameters with DOB has the best disturbance rejection performance. It reduces the peak to peak value (PPV) of velocity error integral to 0.8 mrad which is much smaller than the value (10 mrad) obtained by the single velocity controller without DOB. Compared with the control scheme based on sweep model with DOB compensation, the proposed control scheme improves the PPV of velocity error integral by 1.625 times. 展开更多

A new searching algorithm named the annealing-genetic algorithm(AGA) was proposed by skillfully merging GA with SAA. It draws on merits of both GA and SAA ,and offsets their shortcomings.The difference from GA is that AGA takes objective function as adaptability function directly,so it cuts down some unnecessary time expense because of float-point calculation of function conversion.The difference from SAA is that AGA need not execute a very long Markov chain iteration at each point of temperature, so it speeds up the convergence of solution and makes no assumption on the search space,so it is simple and easy to be implemented.It can be applied to a wide class of problems.The optimizing principle and the implementing steps of AGA were expounded. The example of the parameter optimization of a typical complex electromechanical system named temper mill shows that AGA is effective and superior to the conventional GA and SAA.The control system of temper mill optimized by AGA has the optimal performance in the adjustable ranges of its parameters. 展开更多

Then, the matrix analysis theory is used to study the modeling mechanism of GM (1,1), which decomposes the modeling data matrix into raw data transformation matrix, accumulated generating operation matrix and background value selection matrix. The changes of these three matrices are the essential reasons affecting the modeling and the accuracy of GM (1,1). Finally, the paper proposes a generalization grey model GGM (1,1), which is a extended form of GM (1,1) and also a unified form of model GM (1,1), model GM (1,1,α), stage grey model, hopping grey model, generalized accumulated model, strengthening operator model, weakening operator model and unequal interval model. A novel maglev transportation system was proposed for large travel range ultra precision motion.The system consists of a levitation subsystem and a propulsion subsystem.During the propulsion subsystem driving the moving platform along the guideway,the levitation subsystem uses six pairs of electromagnets to steadily suspend the moving platform over the guideway.The model of the levitation system,which is a typical nonlinear multi-input multi-output coupling system and has many inner nonlinear coupling characteristics,was deduced.For testifying the model,the levitation mechanism was firstly controlled by proportional-integral-differential(PID) control,and then a lot of input-output data were collected for model parameter identification.The least-square parameter identification method was used.The identification results prove that the model is feasible and suitable for the real system. 展开更多

The kineto-elastodynamic(KED) model of a hose cutting mechanism used in the aluminum electrolytic capacitor(AEC) casing machine is developed to investigate the dynamic characteristics. According to the composition characteristics, the cutting mechanism is divided into cam-roller and linkage two substructures. And the dynamic models of the two substructures are established using the lumped parameter method and finite element method(FEM), respectively. In the model, the compliances of the camshaft and the links are taken into consideration. The elastic displacement of the links, angular error of the cutter and the dynamic stress of the links are analyzed based on the KED model. The results provide important information for structure optimization and vibration control of the mechanism. 展开更多

The heat treatable aluminum-copper alloy AA2014 finds wide application in the aerospace and defence industry due to its high strength-toweight ratio and good ductility. Friction stir welding(FSW) process, an emerging solid state joining process, is suitable for joining this alloy compared to fusion welding processes. This work presents the formulation of a mathematical model with process parameters and tool geometry to predict the responses of friction stir welds of AA 2014-T6 aluminum alloy, viz yield strength, tensile strength and ductility. The most influential process parameters considered are spindle speed, welding speed, tilt angle and tool pin profile. A four-factor, five-level central composite design was used and a response surface methodology(RSM) was employed to develop the regression models to predict the responses.The mechanical properties, such as yield strength(YS), ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and percentage elongation(%El), are considered as responses. Method of analysis of variance was used to determine the important process parameters that affect the responses. Validation trials were carried out to validate these results. These results indicate that the friction stir welds of AA 2014-T6 aluminum alloy welded with hexagonal tool pin profile have the highest tensile strength and elongation, whereas the joints fabricated with conical tool pin profile have the lowest tensile strength and elongation. 展开更多

To improve the efficiency of fetching and transplanting seedlings for the mechanization of strawberry planting,an integrated transplanting mechanism was designed with protruding,fetching and planting performance to achieve rapid fetching and pushing bowl movements.According to the working principle of the slewing mechanism,a kinematics model and the optimization goal were established,respectively.Based on visual auxiliary analysis software,optimal parameters were obtained.A three-dimensional model was established to obtain a simulation trajectory by means of a virtual simulation design analysis.Three-dimensional printing technology was used to manufacture the test prototype,and the actual working trajectories of the test prototype were extracted using high-speed photography technology,which verified the consistency of the actual trajectory with the theoretical and simulated trajectories.A prototype transplanting experiment was performed with the success rate of seedling extraction of 91.2%and excellent planting rate of 82.8%,which met the requirements for integrated strawberry harvesting,planting and transplanting.The experimental results verified the correctness and feasibility of the design of integrated transplanting mechanism. 展开更多

武汉市碳酸盐岩天兴洲条带,发育一套巨厚层砂化白云岩,其岩体力学参数取值,目前尚无相关经验或建议。基于Hoek-Brown(简称H-B)准则及其Mohr-Coulomb(简称M-C)线性转换理论,归纳总结前人研究成果,在试验数据的基础上,研究了砂化白云岩的... 武汉市碳酸盐岩天兴洲条带,发育一套巨厚层砂化白云岩,其岩体力学参数取值,目前尚无相关经验或建议。基于Hoek-Brown(简称H-B)准则及其Mohr-Coulomb(简称M-C)线性转换理论,归纳总结前人研究成果,在试验数据的基础上,研究了砂化白云岩的H-B准则参数,提出一种基于静止侧压力系数k_(1)的最大围压上限σ_(3max)简化取值方法,估算其岩体力学参数并给出了取值建议。结果表明:基于k_(1)的σ_(3m)_(ax)简化取值方法,合理缩减了围压σ_(3)的取值区间,提高了计算精度;砂化白云岩的地质强度指数GSI与无侧限抗压强度σ_(ci)呈良好的线性关系,结合其砂化程度在岩体块度上的贴切表现,制作了针对砂化白云岩的改进GSI建议值表;岩体材料参数m_(i)的大小主要受控于岩石种类及细观颗粒的粗糙程度,其取值区间跨度小且对岩体力学参数影响较小,取用m_(i)=9;通过H-B准则与M-C准则的线性转换,建立了σ_(ci)与岩体抗剪强度之间的计算关系;各试验值、拟合值及理论计算值之间关系自洽、结果合理,有效解决了极破碎白云岩岩体力学参数的取值问题。上述基础性工作对H-B准则的应用起到了有益的补充,对武汉市类似岩层的岩体力学参数取值方法研究及运用具有重要借鉴意义。 展开更多

通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟压入试验并结合控制单一变量法,在Hollomon本构模型的基础上,分析了不同材料力学性能参数(屈服应力和应变硬化指数)与载荷-位移曲线加载段压入响应参数(加载曲率和加载指数)的关系,建立由加载段压入响应参... 通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟压入试验并结合控制单一变量法,在Hollomon本构模型的基础上,分析了不同材料力学性能参数(屈服应力和应变硬化指数)与载荷-位移曲线加载段压入响应参数(加载曲率和加载指数)的关系,建立由加载段压入响应参数反求材料力学性能参数的预测公式,以有限元分析时输入的屈服应力和应变硬化指数作为约定真值,验证预测方法的准确性;通过该预测方法获得SA508钢/52M合金堆焊层/52M合金对接焊缝/316L钢异种金属焊接接头的材料力学性能参数分布。结果表明:预测公式计算得到屈服应力和应变硬化指数的最大相对误差绝对值分别为10.5%,6.29%,所建立的公式可以较为准确地预测异种金属焊接接头局部区域的材料力学性能参数。计算得到异种金属焊接接头两侧热影响区的屈服应力和应变硬化指数变化明显,随着距熔合线距离的增加,屈服应力减小,而应变硬化指数增大;母材以及52M合金堆焊层和对接焊缝的屈服应力和应变硬化指数分布相对稳定。 展开更多

出水氨氮作为衡量污水处理厂水质处理工艺的重要指标之一,准确预测污水处理厂出水水质中的氨氮含量对于及时调整处理工艺,保障水环境安全有着重要的作用。提出了一种基于联合多空间维度(Multi-spatial Dimensional Cooperative Attenti... 出水氨氮作为衡量污水处理厂水质处理工艺的重要指标之一,准确预测污水处理厂出水水质中的氨氮含量对于及时调整处理工艺,保障水环境安全有着重要的作用。提出了一种基于联合多空间维度(Multi-spatial Dimensional Cooperative Attention)改进的双向长短期记忆网络(Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory,BiLSTM)的水质预测模型,首先通过皮尔逊(Pearson)系数法筛选出与出水氨氮相关性较强的总氮、污泥沉降比和温度3个指标作为模型输入,联合3个维度的强相关信息对未来6 h的出水氨氮进行预测。结果表明,MDCA-BiLSTM模型在融合残差序列后对出水氨氮的预测准确率R2为0.979,并在太平污水处理厂和文昌污水处理厂两个站点收集到的数据集上总氮、总磷和溶解氧的均方根误差分别为0.002、0.003、0.001和0.004、0.003、0.002;预测精度分别为0.959、0.947、0.971和0.962、0.951、0.983;与BiLSTM相比,均方根误差分别降低了0.007、0.007、0.007和0.017、0.006、0.005;预测精度分别提高了0.176、0.183、0.258和0.098、0.109、0.11。同时,该模型在面对未来6、12和24 h的预测步长时,仍能够达到0.956、0.933和0.917的预测精度,说明改进后的模型在预测准确性和鲁棒性方面表现出显著优势。该方法能够有效提高污水处理厂出水氨氮的及其他指标的预测准确性,可作为水资源循环和管理决策的一种有效参考手段,具有较强的实际应用价值。 展开更多

沙生灌木削片机进料机构设计与试验分析

沙生灌木作为我国防风固沙、人造板生产的优质资源,在内蒙古自治区大面积种植。随着产业化的进一步发展,高效加工利用成为近些年的重点问题之一。针对现行沙生灌木削片过程中进料压紧困难、切削功率不匹配、灌木切断困难、生产效率低等... 沙生灌木作为我国防风固沙、人造板生产的优质资源,在内蒙古自治区大面积种植。随着产业化的进一步发展,高效加工利用成为近些年的重点问题之一。针对现行沙生灌木削片过程中进料压紧困难、切削功率不匹配、灌木切断困难、生产效率低等问题,设计了一种沙生灌木试验削片机进料机构,与切削机构共同使用组成沙生灌木试验削片机,旨在提升削片效率和切削质量。该削片机的进料机构与切削机构紧密配合,采用机械结构设计、仿真和试验相结合的方法,确定了设备主要技术参数。详细阐述了设备设计思路和工作原理,对关键部件进料辊筒进行有限元分析,最后通过试验验证对设备工作参数进行优化。通过现场试验,明确了影响削片机工作效率和质量的主要因素依次为切削角度、沙柳质量和进料速度。确定了沙生灌木削片机的最佳切削参数,结果表明,当切削角为48°、进料速度为35.0 m/min、沙柳质量为49 kg时,削片合格率最大,可达80.5%。该研究不仅为沙生灌木的高效利用与加工提供了理论依据和实践指导,也为进一步推动沙产业的发展打下了基础。结合实际生产的需要,为后续沙生灌木高效利用与加工提供了条件,为提升生产效率、降低能耗和保障工作安全提供了新的思路,具有广泛的应用前景和重要的经济价值。 展开更多

基于放射性实时测量判据的机械分选是海量放射性污染土减容的一种高效方法,但分选过程中的放射性粉尘控制需要重点关注。探究关键起尘环节,掌握其起尘规律是开展粉尘控制的前提。本文设计搭建了可模拟污染土机械分选中散料关键运动过程... 基于放射性实时测量判据的机械分选是海量放射性污染土减容的一种高效方法,但分选过程中的放射性粉尘控制需要重点关注。探究关键起尘环节,掌握其起尘规律是开展粉尘控制的前提。本文设计搭建了可模拟污染土机械分选中散料关键运动过程的实验台,以某放射性污染场地中的典型级配砂土为例开展了模拟分选实验,旨在确定机械结构参数和机械运动参数变化对粉尘浓度的影响规律,并初步建立了定量化关系。研究结果表明:系统开机后经过约60 s~80 s,整体粉尘浓度达到最大值;停机后约130 s,系统整体粉尘浓度下降到与环境持平;砂土运动各阶段按对整体起尘特性影响权重从大到小为:脱离分料漏斗冲击进入料箱过程、从振动筛下料自由落体至传送带上的过程、从传送带末端平抛至分料漏斗内的过程、在传送带上水平输运过程;粉尘浓度随下料高度、平抛速度、平抛高度的增大而线性增大,随进料速度的增大而增长趋于平缓,随分料漏斗摆动速度的增大而线性减小。该研究结果可为抑尘系统结构及参数设计提供数据支撑。 展开更多

准确预测质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)未来老化状态有助于实际策略的部署。在动态工况下,传统的数据驱动方法未考虑PEMFC外部参数对性能老化的影响,为此提出一种动态工况下的PEMFC老化预测方法,以应... 准确预测质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)未来老化状态有助于实际策略的部署。在动态工况下,传统的数据驱动方法未考虑PEMFC外部参数对性能老化的影响,为此提出一种动态工况下的PEMFC老化预测方法,以应对动态工况下的老化预测问题。使用随机森林算法分析外部参数对电压的重要性,确定模型的输入参数;建立双向时间卷积神经网络模型(bi-directional tempol convolutional neural network,BiTCN),使用牛顿拉夫逊算法(Newton-Raphson-based optimizer,NRBO)进行参数优化,构建了NRBO-BiTCN算法。在PEMFC动态工况的全电流和单一电流数据集上的实验表明,考虑外部参数可有效捕获燃料电池老化信息,提升预测精度。对于全电流数据集,在训练集比例为50%时,考虑外部参数的NRBO-BiTCN比未考虑的算法平均绝对误差减少79.14%。 展开更多

BFRP/AA5052胶粘接头力学性能及工艺参数影响研究

本文研究了胶粘剂、基材和尺寸等重要参数对玄武岩纤维增强塑料(BFRP)-铝合金(AA5052)和BFRP-BFRP单搭接胶粘接头力学性能的影响。基于响应面分析法(RSM)建立了工艺参数(AA5052基板厚度、搭接区长度、加载方向与玄武岩纤维主方向的夹角... 本文研究了胶粘剂、基材和尺寸等重要参数对玄武岩纤维增强塑料(BFRP)-铝合金(AA5052)和BFRP-BFRP单搭接胶粘接头力学性能的影响。基于响应面分析法(RSM)建立了工艺参数(AA5052基板厚度、搭接区长度、加载方向与玄武岩纤维主方向的夹角)对接头机械性能影响的预测模型。结果表明胶粘接头的强度和刚度受到被粘基材的屈服强度和刚度影响,BFRP-BFRP胶粘接头具有更高的峰值载荷,而BFRP-AA5052胶粘接头的整体刚度更大。使用脆性结构胶可以显著提升胶粘接头的强度和断裂吸收能,最高分别达到了57.4%与1 128.5%。引入了剪切强度Y作为评估胶粘剂强度利用率的评价指标,基于RSM建立了Y的强度预测模型,得到了具有良好显著性的回归方程,并对最佳工艺参数的区间进行了预测。根据强度预测模型分析了工艺参数的耦合作用,发现纤维方向与接头强度呈负相关,而搭接区长度和铝合金基板厚度与接头强度呈正相关。综合考虑接头强度、胶粘剂使用成本和轻量化效果,应使加载方向和纤维主方向一致,并控制搭接区长度在20-25 mm区间内,AA5052基板的厚度在2-2.5 mm区间内。本文为BFRP-AA5052胶粘结构在载运装备中的应用提供了理论和数据支持。 展开更多

咸水层CO_(2)地质封存储层岩石化学损伤及力学性质劣化试验研究

为了探究超临界二氧化碳注入咸水层后储层岩石的化学损伤规律,利用自制的恒温恒压超临界CO_(2)-水-岩石热流固化耦合试验系统,测试反应前后储层岩心矿物组分、微观结构、矿物元素及氧化物的变化,分析反应溶液pH值和钙、钾、镁离子浓度... 为了探究超临界二氧化碳注入咸水层后储层岩石的化学损伤规律,利用自制的恒温恒压超临界CO_(2)-水-岩石热流固化耦合试验系统,测试反应前后储层岩心矿物组分、微观结构、矿物元素及氧化物的变化,分析反应溶液pH值和钙、钾、镁离子浓度的变化规律,研究反应前后储层岩心试样质量、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比等物理力学参数演化规律,揭示超临界二氧化碳注入咸水层后储层岩石的化学损伤特征和力学性质劣化规律。研究结果表明:随着反应时间延长,方解石和钾长石的质量分数逐渐减少,钙元素、钾元素及其氧化物的质量分数也随之减少,试样表面粗糙度增大,产生了溶蚀孔;反应溶液的pH值从7.19降至5.68,方解石溶解速率最快,其次是钾长石,最后是伊利石;反应时间内,试样的质量溶蚀率、泊松比逐渐增大,单轴抗压强度和弹性模量逐渐减小。此外,试样的单轴抗压强度与化学作用时间呈指数函数关系,弹性模量、泊松比与化学作用时间呈三次多项式函数关系,据此建立了化学损伤作用下储层岩石的强度预测模型。以弹性模量为损伤变量,得到了岩心的单轴抗压强度和损伤变量之间的关系,揭示了储层岩石的化学损伤机制。 展开更多

不同应变率下松软煤体动态压缩力学特征

深部冲击荷载扰动极易诱发松软煤层围岩失稳事故。为研究不同应变率下松软煤体动态力学特征,针对淮南矿区潘一矿11518工作面松软煤体,压制ø50 mm×25 mm的圆柱形型煤试样,运用分离式霍普金森压杆试验系统,开展5组冲击速度下(0... 深部冲击荷载扰动极易诱发松软煤层围岩失稳事故。为研究不同应变率下松软煤体动态力学特征,针对淮南矿区潘一矿11518工作面松软煤体,压制ø50 mm×25 mm的圆柱形型煤试样,运用分离式霍普金森压杆试验系统,开展5组冲击速度下(0.30、0.35、0.40、0.45、0.50 MPa)煤体的动态压缩试验,获取煤体动态应力−应变曲线,计算破碎耗能及耗能密度,筛分不同粒径区间破碎煤体质量,分析煤体力学特征参数、能量耗散及破碎特征随应变率的变化规律,揭示煤体冲击破坏的应变率效应。结果表明:在试验应变率范围内,煤体初始压密阶段均不明显,且随应变率的增高,弹性变形阶段曲线斜率缓慢增大,屈服阶段有所增长,软化阶段应力降幅增大。煤体峰值应力、峰值应变、割线模量随应变率的增高均具有线性增大的变化特点,增幅分别为130.998%、111.335%、52.026%。随应变率的增高,煤体破碎耗能及破碎耗能密度均呈指数增长,破碎耗能占比逐渐增大。应变率越大,破坏后煤体小体积碎块越多,应变率由66.778 s^(−1)变化到259.154 s^(−1)过程中,碎块平均粒径由3.34 mm逐渐降低至2.49 mm,碎块分形维数由2.37缓慢增大到2.61,型煤与原煤(应变率为57.433~240.100 s^(−1))破碎特征随应变率变化趋势具有一致性。研究结果可为厘清松软煤体冲击动态力学响应过程、防控失稳灾害提供试验依据。 展开更多
