Reusable and flexible capturing of space debris is highly required in future aerospace technologies.A tendon-actuated flexible robotic arm is therefore proposed for capturing floating targets in this paper.Firstly,an accurate dynamic model of the flexible robotic arm is established by using the absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ANCF)in the framework of the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)description and the natural coordinate formulation(NCF).The contact and self-contact dynamics of the flexible robotic arm when bending and grasping an object are considered via a fast contact detection approach.Then,the dynamic simulations of the flexible robotic arm for capturing floating targets are carried out to study the influence of the position,size,and mass of the target object on the grasping performance.Finally,a principle prototype of the tendon-actuated flexible robotic arm is manufactured to validate the dynamic model.The corresponding grasping experiments for objects of various shapes are also conducted to illustrate the excellent performance of the flexible robotic arm. 展开更多

To determine the ultimate bearing capacity of foundations on sloping ground surface in practice, energy dissipation method was used to formulate the beating capacity as programming problem, and full-scale model experiments were investigated to analyze the performance of the soil slopes loaded by a strip footing in laboratory. The soil failure is governed by a linear Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion, and soil deformation follows an associated flow rule. Based on the energy dissipation method of plastic mechanics, a multi-wedge translational failure mechanism was employed to obtain the three bearing capacity factors related to cohesion, equivalent surcharge load and the unit gravity for various slope inclination angles. Numerical results were compared with those of the published solutions using finite element method and those of model experiments. The bearing capacity factors were presented in the form of design charts for practical use in engineering. The results show that limit analysis solutions approximate to those of model tests, and that the energy dissipation method is effective to estimate bearing capacity of soil slope. 展开更多

Equipment systems-of-systems (SOS) effectiveness evaluation can provide important reference for construction and optimization of the equipment SoS. After discussing the basic theory and methods of parallel experiments, we depict an SoS effectiveness analysis and evaluation method using parallel expe- riments theory in detail. A case study is carried out which takes the missile defense system as an example. An artificial system of the missile defense system is constructed with the multi-agent modeling method. Then, single factor, multiple factors and defense position deployment computational experiments are carried out and evaluated with the statistical analysis method. Experiment re- sults show that the altitude of the secondary interception missile is not the key factor which affects SoS effectiveness and putting the defense position ahead will increase defense effectiveness. The case study demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed method. 展开更多

A mobile robot developed by Wuhan University for full-path hotline inspection on 220 kV transmission lines was presented. With 4 rotating joints and 2 translational ones, such robot is capable of traveling along non- obstaclestraight-line segment and surmounting straight-line segment obstacles as well as transferring between two spans automatically. Lagrange’s equations were utilized to derive dynamic equations of all the links, including items of inertia, coupling inertia, Coriolis acceleration, centripetal acceleration and gravity. And a dynamic response experiment on elemental motions of robot prototype’s travelling along non-obstacle straight-line segment and surmounting obstacles was performed on 220 kV 1∶1 simulative overhanging transmission-line in laboratory. In addition, dynamic numerical simulation was conducted in the corresponding condition. Comparison and analysis on results of experiment and numerical simulation have validated theoretical model and simulation resolution. In the process of thin-wall parts assembly for an antenna,the parts assembly deformation deviation is occurring due to the riveting assembly.In view of the riveting assembly deformation problems,it can be analyzed through transient and static simulation.In this work,the theoretical deformation model for riveting assembly is established with round head rivet.The simulation analysis for riveting deformation is carried out with the riveting assembly piece including four rivets,which comparing with the measuring points experiment results of riveting test piece through dealing with the experimental data using the point coordinate transform method and the space line fitting method.Simultaneously,the deformation deviation of the overall thin-wall parts assembly structure is analyzed through finite element simulation;and its results are verified by the measuring experiment for riveting assembly with the deformation deviation of some key points on the thin-wall parts.Through the comparison analysis,it is shown that the simulation results agree well with the experimental results,which proves the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis,simulation results and the given experiment data processing method.Through the study on the riveting assembly for thin-wall parts,it will provide a theoretical foundation for improving thin-wall parts assembly quality of large antenna in future. 展开更多

In order to study the dynamic response of the rail embankment under different speeds and moving load of following vehicles,a model experiment with a ratio of 1:10 is established to test the time history of acceleration and the earth pressure of the embankment at various train speeds.Using the ABAQUS finite element calculation software,a train load is applied through the FORTRAN subroutine,thereby establishing a three-dimensional finite element model with the same size as the model experiment.The data and conclusions of the finite element method model are verified by the model experiment.The model also makes some supplements to the model experiment.The experimental results show that with the increase of speed,the peak acceleration and earth pressure of the embankment also increase.By analyzing the experimental data,it can also be found that the vertical acceleration of the embankment is much greater than the axial acceleration and the lateral acceleration.In addition,the elastic modulus of the soil and the sleeper pitch also have some influence on the acceleration. 展开更多

This article investigates the characteristics of shock wave overpressure generated by multi-layer composite charge under different detonation modes.Combining dimensional analysis and the explosion mechanism of the charge,a peak overpressure prediction model for the composite charge under singlepoint detonation and simultaneous detonation was established.The effects of the charge structure and initiation method on the overpressure field characteristics were investigated in AUTODYN simulation.The accuracy of the prediction model and the reliability of the numerical simulation method were subsequently verified in a series of static explosion experiments.The results reveal that the mass of the inner charge was the key factor determining the peak overpressure of the composite charge under single-point detonation.The peak overpressure in the radial direction improved apparently with an increase in the aspect ratio of the charge.The overpressure curves in the axial direction exhibited a multi-peak phenomenon,and the secondary peak overpressure even exceeded the primary peak at distances of 30D and 40D(where D is the charge diameter).The difference in peak overpressure among azimuth angles of 0-90°gradually decreased with an increase in the propagation distance of the shock wave.The coupled effect of the detonation energy of the inner and outer charge under simultaneous detonation improved the overpressure in both radial and axial directions.The difference in peak overpressure obtained from model prediction and experimental measurements was less than 16.4%. 展开更多

Taking CL-20(Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane)-based aluminized explosives with high gurney energy as the research object, this research experimentally investigates the work capability of different aluminized explosive formulations when driving metal flyer plates in the denotation wave propagation direction.The research results showed that the formulations with 43 μm aluminum(Al) powder particles(The particle sizes of Al powder were in the range of 2~43 μm) exhibited the optimal performance in driving flyer plates along the denotation wave propagation direction. Compared to the formulations with Al powder 13 μm, the formulations with Al powder 2 μm delivered better performance in accelerating metal flyer plates in the early stage, which, however, turned to be poor in the later stage. The CL-20-based explosives containing 25% Al far under-performed those containing 15% Al. Based on the proposed quasi-isentropic hypothesis, relevant isentropy theories, and the functional relationship between detonation parameters and entropy as well as Al reaction degree, the characteristic lines of aluminized explosives in accelerating flyer plates were theoretically studied, a quasi-isentropic theoretical model for the aluminized explosive driving the flyer plate was built and the calculation methods for the variations of flyer plate velocity, Al reaction degree, and detonation product parameters with time and axial positions were developed. The theoretical model built is verified by the experimental results of the CL-20-based aluminized explosive driving flyer plate. It was found that the model built could accurately calculate the variations of flyer plate velocity and Al reaction degree over time. In addition, how physical parameters including detonation product pressure and temperature varied with time and axial positions was identified. The action time of the positive pressure after the detonation of aluminized explosives was found prolonged and the downtrend of the temperature was slowed down and even reversed to a slight rise due to the aftereffect reaction between the Al powder and the detonation products. 展开更多

综观全球,职普融通是各国教育改革与发展中的普遍趋势。为了全面深入理解和分析各国职普融通做法,需立足各国国情,通过构建多维分析框架,梳理、总结、凝练各国职普融通的基本模式及其背后的内外部影响因素。研究得出,职普融通大致可以... 综观全球,职普融通是各国教育改革与发展中的普遍趋势。为了全面深入理解和分析各国职普融通做法,需立足各国国情,通过构建多维分析框架,梳理、总结、凝练各国职普融通的基本模式及其背后的内外部影响因素。研究得出,职普融通大致可以归纳为三种典型模式:德国和日本的职普互“通”、美国的职普互“融”和丹麦的职普互“通”互“融”兼顾。通过比较分析,发现职业启蒙教育是职普融通有效开展的前提,职普互“通”需要明确的路径设计与制度支持,职普互“融”需要在教育过程中实现两类教育的有机融合与循序渐进。基于此,立足中国特定的经济、社会、教育因素,从内外部因素出发分析了中国职普融通的背景以及面临的两大矛盾:专深型人才培养需求与晚分流的冲突;社会性功能和个体性功能难以兼顾。面向未来,中国的职普融通之路包括:一是需要理顺职普关系,立足协调发展,系统推进职普融通;二是搭建双向立交,完善纵横体系,服务个体生涯发展;三是打破部门利益,出台综合制度,健全落地运行保障。 展开更多

再生骨料混凝土抗压强度影响因素分析的正交试验与数值模拟 被引量:2

随着我国建筑垃圾的逐渐增加,再生混凝土得到了广泛应用。大多研究从宏观和细观层面探究再生骨料质量对再生混凝土的影响规律,而对再生骨料本身细观结构和再生骨料对再生混凝土的影响机理的研究较少。为此,将宏观试验与细观模拟相结合,... 随着我国建筑垃圾的逐渐增加,再生混凝土得到了广泛应用。大多研究从宏观和细观层面探究再生骨料质量对再生混凝土的影响规律,而对再生骨料本身细观结构和再生骨料对再生混凝土的影响机理的研究较少。为此,将宏观试验与细观模拟相结合,首先制备不同再生骨料取代率和含水率的再生混凝土试件进行立方体抗压和轴心抗压试验;然后基于经典DP模型和EDP线性屈服模型建立再生混凝土仿真分析数值模型,对不同再生骨料取代率的再生混凝土进行立方体抗压和轴心抗压仿真计算,通过对比模拟值和试验值来验证结果的准确性;最后基于细观模型进行四因素三水平正交试验,并分别通过单指标分析法和多指标分析法研究影响再生混凝土抗压性能的主要因素。结果表明,再生混凝土的抗压性能随着骨料含水率增加呈先增后降的趋势,再生骨料含水率在5.0%-7.5%的范围内时,再生混凝土能展现出较好的力学性能。再生混凝土轴心抗压的模拟效果优于立方体抗压模拟效果。各影响因素对再生混凝土抗压性能影响的主次顺序依次为再生骨料取代率、旧水泥砂浆厚度、再生骨料最大粒径、再生骨料原生强度。研究结果能够为再生骨料生产制备过程的统一标准提供理论依据。 展开更多

目前,国际地缘政治局势复杂多变,能源供应链面临诸多不确定性。储气库作为国家能源储备体系的重要组成部分,可有效地缓冲国际天然气市场价格波动与供应中断风险,保障民生和工业生产等领域稳定用气,成为守护国家能源安全的坚实屏障。对... 目前,国际地缘政治局势复杂多变,能源供应链面临诸多不确定性。储气库作为国家能源储备体系的重要组成部分,可有效地缓冲国际天然气市场价格波动与供应中断风险,保障民生和工业生产等领域稳定用气,成为守护国家能源安全的坚实屏障。对于储气库多组分、多周期注采的高效安全运行,准确掌握储气库中工作气与垫层气的混合气扩散流动规律至关重要。然而,现有的气体扩散实验多聚焦于页岩、煤和致密岩石,对碳酸盐岩中多组分气体扩散规律认识尚不清晰。该研究选用卧龙河气田石炭系黄龙组上统的碳酸盐岩岩样,通过核磁共振和高压压汞实验测定碳酸盐岩孔喉半径分布特征,开展了CH4与CO_(2)、N_(2)、O_(2)多组分体系的扩散实验,并通过拟合结果对比分析优选了适用于多尺度碳酸盐岩储层的气体扩散系数数学模型。研究表明:碳酸盐岩岩样具有明显的多尺度孔隙分布特征。在相同温度和压力下,岩石孔隙度和渗透率越大,各组分气体的扩散系数越大,CH4与CO_(2)的二元扩散系数高于N_(2)与CO_(2)的二元扩散系数。在多组分体系扩散中,O_(2)扩散系数最大,CH4扩散系数次之,而N_(2)与CO_(2)扩散系数最小。O_(2)的存在影响了CH4与N_(2)扩散系数对CO_(2)和N_(2)体积分数变化的响应。通过结合实验数据优选的气体扩散系数数学模型可推广应用于不同温度和压力条件下的扩散系数预测。研究成果可为储气库运行规律准确预测和运行制度合理设计提供实验和计算方法。 展开更多

基底均匀膨胀作用下黄土-泥岩复合地层隧道衬砌力学响应研究

黄土地区的地层结构大多具有上部黄土、下部泥岩的二元结构特点。隧道穿越泥岩和黄土−泥岩复合地层时,地下水重分布并易于富集于仰拱底部,泥岩遇水膨胀则会产生仰拱底鼓,而不同的地层组合及其差异性对衬砌变形及受力特性影响显著。尝试... 黄土地区的地层结构大多具有上部黄土、下部泥岩的二元结构特点。隧道穿越泥岩和黄土−泥岩复合地层时,地下水重分布并易于富集于仰拱底部,泥岩遇水膨胀则会产生仰拱底鼓,而不同的地层组合及其差异性对衬砌变形及受力特性影响显著。尝试采用在仰拱底部施加位移的方式模拟泥岩膨胀作用,依托甘肃天水某隧道,开展了纯泥岩地层与交界面位于拱腰处的黄土−泥岩复合地层隧道基底均匀膨胀作用下的底鼓模型试验。分析了两种工况下衬砌内力、变形及破坏特征的差异性,并将模型试验与数值模拟结果进行了对比。结果表明:(1)模型底部加载强制位移引起的膨胀变形可分为基底土体压密阶段和基底位移等效传递阶段两个阶段。(2)由于泥岩与黄土弹性模量比值约为2:1,相较之下,交界地层中上覆黄土刚度较小,对衬砌变形约束效果弱,仰拱隆起位移更大;交界面处拱腰更易向外扩张,扩张变形达9.2 mm,约为纯泥岩地层的3倍;交界面附近衬砌截面处易产生应力集中现象。(3)在两种地层中,仰拱及拱脚位置均表现出易于产生裂缝和损坏的特性。此外,在交界地层中,衬砌拱肩部位同样显示出较高的开裂风险,并且拱脚处的裂缝有向拱腰部位扩展的趋势。(4)相较于纯泥岩地层,交界地层中交界面附近黄土对仰拱底鼓作用具有荷载释放效应,交界面处黄土压缩吸收部分底鼓作用力,因此,上覆黄土地层可延后填充层发生受拉临界破坏的时间。其研究结果可为类似交界地层隧道的理论分析、设计与施工提供参考。 展开更多

应用KANO模型优化门诊护理服务的效果研究

目的:分析KANO模型在门诊护理服务中的应用效果,为提升门诊护理服务质量提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,从2022年10月至2023年4月来我院门诊就诊的患者中,筛选1200例患者作为研究对象,按就诊顺序,以优化前600例患者作为对照组,给予常规... 目的:分析KANO模型在门诊护理服务中的应用效果,为提升门诊护理服务质量提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,从2022年10月至2023年4月来我院门诊就诊的患者中,筛选1200例患者作为研究对象,按就诊顺序,以优化前600例患者作为对照组,给予常规门诊护理服务,优化后600例患者作为实验组,以KANO模型为指导优化门诊护理服务,比较两组护理服务效果。结果:实验组患者预约到院后平均等待时间明显短于对照组,疾病知识普及率、预检分诊正确率和对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以KANO模型为指导开展门诊护理服务,可以显著缩短患者的等待时间,提高预检分诊正确率,赢得更多患者的满意,极大提升护理服务水平。 展开更多
