The results show that the emission spectra have a sharp peak at 400 nm and a broad shoulder with the maximum centered at 460 nm. The excitation spectra have two peaks and exhibit red shift (shift to longer wavelengths) at 470 nm. The synchronous scan spectra present a number of peaks and shoulders, and the peaks at shorter wavelengths disappear gradually and form a shoulder. At the final stage of composting, the fluorescence spectra have similar shapes, but the fluorescence intensities decrease. P. chrysosporium increases the degree of aromatization and polymerization of HA when it is inoculated during the second fermentation phase, while it does not produce an obvious change on the humification degree of HA when it is inoculated during the first fermentation phase. Compared with the fluorescence spectroscopy characteristics of HA from soil, the structure of HA from compost is simpler and the activity is higher.展开更多

The citrate-stabilized CdSe/CdS (QDs) were synthesized by using Se powder and Na2S as precursors instead of any pyrophoric organometallic precursors. The modified CdSe/CdS QDs are brighter and more stable against photobleaching in comparison with organic fluorophores. At pH 7.0, the fluorescence signal of CdSe/CdS is enhanced by increasing the concentration of BSA in the range of 0.1-10 μg/mL, and the low detection limit is 0.06 μg/mL. A linear relationship between the enhanced fluorescence peak intensity (△F) and BSA concentration (c) is established using equation △F=50.7c+16.4 (R=0.996 36). Results of determination for BSA in three synthetic samples are identical with the true values, and the recovery (98.9%-102.4%) and relative standard deviation (RSD, 1.8%-2.5%) are satisfactory.展开更多

Traditional macro-humidity monitoring equipment in civil engineering cannot capture the microscale humidity inside cement-based materials in situ. In this paper, a method of using rhodamine 6G fluorescence to characterize the change in relative humidity in cement-based materials is proposed. Two kinds of moulding processes are designed, which are premixed and smeared after moulding, and the optimal preparation concentration is explored. The results showed that rhodamine 6G can reflect the relative humidity of cement-based materials in situ by its fluorescence intensity and had little effect on the hydration heat release and hydration products of cement-based materials;the fluorescence intensity was much higher when the internal relative humidity was 63% and 75%. The research results lead the application of polymer materials in the field of traditional building materials, help to explore the performance evolution law of cement-based materials in micro scale, and have important significance for the evolution from single discipline to interdisciplinary.展开更多

文摘A coordination polymer{[Cd(H_(2)dpa)(bpy)]·3H_(2)O}_(n)(Cd-CP)was designed and hydrothermal synthesized based on 4-(2,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phthalic acid(H_(4)dpa),2,2'-bipyridine(bpy)and Cd(NO_(3))_(2)·4H_(2)O.The structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, and infrared spectroscopy.Cd-CP belongs to the monoclinic crystal system with the P2_1/c space group and performs in a 1D double-chain structure. The adjacent double chains further form a 3D supramolecular network structure through hydrogen bonding.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that Cd-CP has good thermal stability.Fluorescence analysis showed that Cd-CP had good choosing selectively and was sensitive to metal ions(Fe^(3+)and Zn^(2+)),2,4,6-trinitrophenylhydrazine(TRI),and pyrimethanil(Pth).Interestingly, when Cd-CP was used for fluorescence detection of metal ions,it was found to have a fluorescence quenching effect on Fe^(3+)but had an obvious enhancement effect on Zn^(2+).Therefore,we designed an“on-off-on”logic gate.In addition, the mechanism of fluorescence sensing has been deeply explored.CCDC:2258625.

文摘In order to achieve a wider range of ionizing radiations detection, novel fluorescence sensing materials have been developed that utilize the fluorescence enhancement phenomenon caused by the intramolecular photoinduced electron transfer(PET)effect. Two perylene diimide isomers PDI-P and PDI-B were designed and synthesized, and their molecular structures were characterized by high-resolution Fourier transform mass spectrometry(HRMS),nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen and carbon spectroscopy(~1H and~(13)C NMR).The interaction between ionizing radiation and fluorescent molecules was simulated by HCl titration. The results show that combining PDIs and HCl can improve fluorescence through the retro-PET process.Despite the similarities in chemical structures, the fluorescent enhancement multiple of PDI-B with aromatic amine as electron donor is much higher than that of PDI-P with alkyl amine. In the direct irradiation experiments of ionizing radiation, the emission enhancement multiples of PDI-P and PDI-B are 2.01 and 45.4,respectively.Furthermore,density functional theory(DFT)and time-dependent density functional theory(TDDFT)calculations indicate that the HOMO and HOMO-1 energy ranges of PDI-P and PDI-B are 0.54 e V and 1.13 e V,respectively.A wider energy range has a stronger driving force on electrons, which is conducive to fluorescence quenching. Both femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy(fs-TAS)and transient fluorescence spectroscopy(TFS)tests show that PDI-B has shorter charge separation lifetime and higher electron transfer rate constant.Although both isomers can significantly reduce LOD during PET process,PDI-B with aromatic amine has a wider detection range of 0.118—240 Gy due to its larger emission enhancement, which is a leap of three orders of magnitude. It breaks through the detection range of gamma radiation reported in existing studies, and provides theoretical support for the further study of sensitive and effective new materials for ionizing radiation detection.
文摘In this study,a self-calibrating near-infrared fluorescence probe was designed and synthesized based on the dual-fluorophore strategy utilizing methylene blue and coumarin. The probe utilized methylene blue(emission spectrum range:640-740 nm)and coumarin fluorophore(emission spectrum range:440-600 nm)as signal output units, thereby achieving effective spectral separation and highly selective detection of HClO.Under physiological pH conditions,HClO triggers an oxidation-cleavage reaction, releasing methylene blue and coumarin, which emit distinct red and green fluorescence, respectively. This dual-emission feature enabled rapid HClO detection with two-channel detection limits of 25.13 nmol·L^(-1)(green channel)and 31.55 nmol·L^(-1)(red channel).Furthermore,in cell imaging experiments, this probe demonstrated excellent cell membrane permeability and low cytotoxicity, successfully enabling the monitoring of both endogenous and exogenous HClO in living cells.By incorporating a twochannel self-calibration system, the probe effectively mitigated signal variations caused by instrumental or environmental interference, substantially improving detection sensitivity and reliability.
文摘The abnormal metabolic activity of the tumor can increase the oxygen consumption in tumor cells, and the poor blood perfusion often happens in tumor regions as well, which are the main reasons that result in a hypoxic situation in the tumor.A fluorescence probe,AQD,with selective response toward hypoxia was designed for the detection of hypoxic tumor cells, which was obtained by the covalent connection of a large planar conjugated fluorophore with good fluorescence stability and a N,N-dimethylaniline moiety via the azo bond. The introduction of the azo bond in AQD caused significant fluorescence emission quenching, and the probe was reduced under hypoxic conditions to release the fluorophore via breaking the azo bond, resulting in the gradual recovery of fluorescence emission.Probe AQD exhibited a remarkable fluorescence response in hypoxic conditions, high selectivity, and good biocompatibility, which was successfully used for the imaging of hypoxic tumor cells and realized the detection of hypoxic A549 cells.

文摘Six coordination polymers based on 9,10-di(pyridine-4-yl)-anthracene(DPA)and 1,6-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyrene(DIP)were obtained by solvothermal reactions.{[Zn(DPA)Cl_(2)]·DMF·2H_(2)O}n(1)and{[Zn_(1.5)(DPA)_(1.5)Cl_(3)]·5H_(2)O}n(2)are framework isomers, which both contain zigzag chains formed by DPA,Zn^(2+),and Cl-.The zigzag chains in 1 are further assembled by C—H…Cl interactions into layers, and these layers exhibit two different orientations, displaying a rare 2D to 3D interpenetration mode. The zigzag chains in 2 are parallelly arranged.{[Zn_(3)(DPA)_(3)Br_(6)]·2DMF·_(1.5)H_(2)O}n(3)is isostructural to 2.3 was obtained using ZnBr_(2)instead of ZnCl_(2).[M(DPA)(formate)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]n[M=Co(4),Cu(5)]are isostructural, contain chain structures formed by DPA,Cu^(2+)/Co^(2+),and for-mate ions, which were formed in situ in the solvothermal reaction.{[Zn(DIP)_(2)Cl]ClO_(4)}n(6)contains a layer structure formed by DIP and Zn^(2+).Free DPA and DIP ligands exhibited high fluorescence at room temperature, and coordina-tion polymers 3 and 6 displayed enhanced fluorescent emissions.
文摘To address the lack of systematic studies on heavy metal fluorescent probes in typical buffer solutions, this study developed a Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+)fluorescent probe,DHU‑NP‑4,based on a naphthalimide fluorophore.Comparative analysis of the probe's performance in various buffer systems revealed that buffers with high organic content are unsuitable for evaluating such probes.Furthermore, the pH of the solvent system was found to significantly influence the probe's behavior.Under highly acidic conditions(pH≤2),DHU‑NP‑4 exhibited exceptional specificity for Fe^(3+),while in alkaline conditions,it demonstrated high specificity for Cu^(2+).Leveraging these properties, the probe enabled the quantitative detection of Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+)in solution.
文摘Light conversion agents Eul-xLx(TTA)3Phen (L denotes (La3+, Gd3+, Y3+)) complexes were prepared, and the influence of doping ions on fluorescence properties was investigated by elementary analysis, FTIR and fluorescent spectra. The results show that FTIR spectra of Eul-xLx(TTA)3Phen complex system are identical with that of EuTTA3Phen, which indicates that the complexes (Eul-xLx(TTA)3Phen) are similar in structure to (Eu (TTA)3Phen.) For the above doping elements, co-fluorescence enhancement has the following order: Gd3+>Y3+>La3+, and the optimum mole fractions of doping elements are 0.4, 0.2 and 0.5 respectively for Gd3+, Y3+, La3+. Among all the complexes, Eu0.6Gd0.4(TTA)3Phen complex has the strongest fluorescent intensity. Applying Eu0.6Gd0.4(TTA)3Phen complex to plastic and printing inks, bright red fluorescence plastic and printing inks are obtained when the content of europium reaches 0.1%(mass fraction).

文摘Starch-nanoparticles were synthesized in water-in-oil microemusion at room temperature, and the starch-nanoparticles were coated with poly-L-lysine. The surface of the starch-nanoparticles was combined with fluorescence material Ru(bpy)32+·6H2O, and then the particles were characterized via transmission electron microscope. The fluorescence nanoparticles were conjugated with plasmid DNA to form complexes, and then treated with ultrasound and DNase I. pEGAD plasmid DNA-nanoparticle complexes were co-cultured with plant suspension cells of Dioscrea Zigiberensis G H Wright, and treated with ultrasound. The results show that the diameter of the fluorescence starch-nanoparticles is 50-100 nm. DNA-nanoparticle complexes can protect DNA from ultrasound damage as well as from DNase I cleavage. Mediated by ultrasound, pEGAD plasmid DNA-nanoparticle complexes can pierce into the cell wall, cell membrane and nucleus membrane of plant suspension cells. The green fluorescence protein(GFP) gene at a high frequency exceeds 5%. This nano-biomaterial can efficiently solve the problem that exterior genes cannot traverse the plant cell wall easily.

文摘The white-rot fungus, Phanerochaete chrysosporium (P. chrysosporium), was inoculated during different phases of agricultural waste composting, and its effect on the fluorescence spectroscopy characteristics of humic acid (HA) was studied. Compared with the fluorescence spectroscopy characteristics of HA from soil, the structure of HA from compost is simpler and the activity is higher.

文摘A rapid, ultrasensitive and convenient fluorescence measurement technology based on the enhancement of the fluorescence intensity resulting from the interaction of functionalized CdSe/CdS quantum dots (QDs) with bov/ne serum albumin (BSA) was proposed. Results of determination for BSA in three synthetic samples are identical with the true values, and the recovery (98.9%-102.4%) and relative standard deviation (RSD, 1.8%-2.5%) are satisfactory.

文摘The transmission and distribution of moisture in cement-based materials are of great significance to the properties and durability of materials. The research results lead the application of polymer materials in the field of traditional building materials, help to explore the performance evolution law of cement-based materials in micro scale, and have important significance for the evolution from single discipline to interdisciplinary.

文摘Two novel ligands named 4-styrylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (4-SPDA) and 4-(4-(2-(2, 6-dicarboxypyridin-4-yl)- vinyl)styryl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid(DSPDA) and their complexes with Tb(Ⅲ) were synthesized and characterized by infrared spectrometry, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, elemental analysis and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry. The ligand synthetic route was optimized. The fluorescence properties of the complex in solid state, in different kind of solvents and in solutions with different pH values were investigated in detail. The results show that the yields of DSPDA and 4-SPDA reach over 78% by Wittig-Horner reaction and other eight pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid derivatives with different substituents on pyridine ring, and their complexes with Tb(Ⅲ) are also obtained. The fluorescence intensities of the complexes with electron-donating groups are more intense than those of the complexes with electron-withdrawing groups on pyridine ring; fluorescence intensities of the complexes are the strongest in neutral solution (pH=7), and the less the dipole moment of solvent molecule is, the stronger the fluorescence intensity is. It is found that the two ligands (4-APDA and DSPDA) are the good sensitizers for Tb(Ⅲ) ion.
