Traditional centrality measures often fall short in capturing the multifaceted roles of nodes within these networks. The Page Rank algorithm, widely recognized for ranking web pages, offers a more nuanced approach by considering the importance of connected nodes. However, existing methods generally overlook the geometric properties of networks, which can provide additional insights into their structure and functionality. In this paper, we propose a novel method named Curv-Page Rank(C-PR), which integrates network curvature and Page Rank to identify influential nodes in complex networks. By leveraging the geometric insights provided by curvature alongside structural properties, C-PR offers a more comprehensive measure of a node's influence. Our approach is particularly effective in networks with community structures, where it excels at pinpointing bridge nodes critical for maintaining connectivity and facilitating information flow. We validate the effectiveness of C-PR through extensive experiments. The results demonstrate that C-PR outperforms traditional centrality-based and Page Rank methods in identifying critical nodes. Our findings offer fresh insights into the structural importance of nodes across diverse network configurations, highlighting the potential of incorporating geometric properties into network analysis.展开更多

However, fast charging exacerbates battery degradation and shortens battery lifespan. In addition, there is still a lack of tailored health estimations for fast-charging batteries;most existing methods are applicable at lower charging rates. This paper proposes a novel method for estimating the health of lithium-ion batteries, which is tailored for multi-stage constant current-constant voltage fast-charging policies. Initially, short charging segments are extracted by monitoring current switches, followed by deriving voltage sequences using interpolation techniques. Subsequently, a graph generation layer is used to transform the voltage sequence into graphical data. Furthermore, the integration of a graph convolution network with a long short-term memory network enables the extraction of information related to inter-node message transmission, capturing the key local and temporal features during the battery degradation process. Finally, this method is confirmed by utilizing aging data from 185 cells and 81 distinct fast-charging policies. The 4-minute charging duration achieves a balance between high accuracy in estimating battery state of health and low data requirements, with mean absolute errors and root mean square errors of 0.34% and 0.66%, respectively.展开更多

文摘With the development of unmanned driving technology, intelligent robots and drones,high-precision localization, navigation and state estimation technologies have also made great progress.Traditional global navigation satellite system/inertial navigation system(GNSS/INS)integrated navigation systems can provide high-precision navigation information continuously. However, when this system is applied to indoor or GNSS-denied environments, such as outdoor substations with strong electromagnetic interference and complex dense spaces,it is often unable to obtain high-precision GNSS positioning data. The positioning and orientation errors will diverge and accumulate rapidly, which cannot meet the high-precision localization requirements in large-scale and long-distance navigation scenarios. This paper proposes a method of high-precision state estimation with fusion of GNSS/INS/Vision using a nonlinear optimizer factor graph optimization as the basis for multi-source optimization.Through the collected experimental data and simulation results, this system shows good performance in the indoor environment and the environment with partial GNSS signal loss.

文摘The telecommunications industry is becoming increasingly aware of potential subscriber churn as a result of the growing popularity of smartphones in the mobile Internet era,the quick development of telecommunications services, the implementation of the number portability policy, and the intensifying competition among operators. At the same time, users'consumption preferences and choices are evolving.Excellent churn prediction models must be created in order to accurately predict the churn tendency, since keeping existing customers is far less expensive than acquiring new ones. But conventional or learning-based algorithms can only go so far into a single subscriber's data;they cannot take into consideration changes in a subscriber's subscription and ignore the coupling and correlation between various features.Additionally, the current churn prediction models have a high computational burden,a fuzzy weight distribution, and significant resource economic costs. The prediction algorithms involving network models currently in use primarily take into account the private information shared between users with text and pictures, ignoring the reference value supplied by other users with the same package. This work suggests a user churn prediction model based on Graph Attention Convolutional Neural Network(GAT-CNN)to address the aforementioned issues. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,we present a three-tiered hierarchical cloud-edge cooperative framework that increases the volume of user feature input by means of two aggregations at the device, edge, and cloud layers.Second,we extend the use of users'own data by introducing self-attention and graph convolution models to track the relative changes of both users and packages simultaneously.Lastly,we build an integrated offline-online system for churn prediction based on the strengths of the two models, and we experimentally validate the efficacy of cloudside collaborative training and inference. In summary, the churn prediction model based on Graph Attention Convolutional Neural Network presented in this paper can effectively address the drawbacks of conventional algorithms and offer telecom operators crucial decision support in developing subscriber retention strategies and cutting operational expenses.

文摘A{(3,4),4}-fullerene graph S is a 4-regular map on the sphere whose faces are of length 3 or 4.It follows from Euler s formula that the number of triangular faces is eight.A set H of disjoint quadrangular faces of S is called resonant pattern if S has a perfect matching M such that every quadrangular face in H is M-alternating.Let k be a positive integer,S is k-resonant if any i≤k disjoint quadrangular faces of S form a resonant pattern. Moreover,if graph S is k-resonant for any integer k,then S is called maximally resonant. In this paper,we show that the maximally resonant{(3,4),4}-fullerene graphs are S_6,S_8,S_(10)^(2),S_(12)^(2),S_(12)^(4),S_(12)^(5),S_(14)^(3),S_(14)^(5),S_(16)^(3),S_(18)^(5),S_(24)as shown in Fig.1.As a corollary,it is shown that if a{(3,4),4}-fullerene graph is 4-resonant,then it is also maximally resonant.

文摘Research on the independence polynomial of graphs has been very active. However, the computational complexity of determining independence polynomials for general graphs remains NP-hard.Letα(G)be the independence number of G and i(G;k)be the number of independent sets of order k in G,then the independence polynomial is defined as I(G;x)=∑_(k=0)^(α(G))i(G;k)x^(k),i(G;0)=1.In this paper,by utilizing the transfer matrix,we obtain an analytical expression for I(CGn;x)of mono-cylindrical grid graphs CGn and present a crucial proof of it.Moreover,we also explore the Merrifield-Simmons index and other properties of CGn.

文摘A fast-charging policy is widely employed to alleviate the inconvenience caused by the extended charging time of electric vehicles. The 4-minute charging duration achieves a balance between high accuracy in estimating battery state of health and low data requirements, with mean absolute errors and root mean square errors of 0.34% and 0.66%, respectively.
