Field test data has been used to compare model results for each case. The numerical modelling has been, carried out using the suitable code LS-DYNA. This code integrates blast load routine(CONWEP) for the explosive description and four different material models for the concrete including: Karagozian & Case Concrete, Winfrith, Continuous Surface Cap Model and Riedel-Hiermaier-Thoma models, with concrete meshing based on 10, 15, and 20 mm. Six full-scale beams were tested: four of them used for the initial calibration of the numerical model and two more tests at lower scaled distances. For calibration, field data obtained employing pressure and accelerometers transducers were compared with the results derived from the numerical simulation. Damage surfaces and the shape of rupture in the beams have been used as references for comparison. Influence of the meshing on accelerations has been put in evidence and for some models the shape and size of the damage in the beams produced maximum differences around 15%. In all cases, the variations between material and mesh models are shown and discussed.展开更多

文摘Blades are one of the important components on aircraft engines. If they break due to vibration failure, the normal operation of the entire engine will be offected. Therefore,it is necessary to measure their natural frequency before installing them on the engine to avoid resonance. At present, most blade vibration testing systems require manual operation by operators, which has high requirements for operators and the testing process is also very cumbersome. Therefore, the testing efficiency is low and cannot meet the needs of efficient testing. To solve the current problems of low testing efficiency and high operational requirements,a high-precision and high-efficiency automatic test system is designed. The testing accuracy of this system can reach ±1%,and the testing efficiency is improved by 37% compared to manual testing.Firstly, the influence of compression force and vibration exciter position on natural frequency test is analyzed by amplitude-frequency curve,so as to calibrate servo cylinder and fourdimensional motion platform.Secondly, the sine wave signal is used as the excitation to sweep the blade linearly, and the natural frequency is determined by the amplitude peak in the frequency domain. Finally, the accuracy experiment and efficiency experiment are carried out on the developed test system, whose results verify its high efficiency and high precision.

文摘Dear Editor,The tuberculin skin test(TST)reagents have continuously improved, with the ESAT6-CFP10(EC)test having recently been introduced, but are seldom based on the direction of the delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH)mechanism.Previous studies only partially showed the infiltration and activation of immune cells and the production of cytokines of the skin induration[1,2],and lack the detailed measurements of cell proportions and gene expression in the DTH response. Therefore,in this study,we revealed the comprehensive characteristics of DTH by single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)in the guinea pig tuberculosis(TB)model[Experimental Animal Welfare Ethics Committee,Beijing Tuberculosis and Thoracic Tumor Research Institute(2021-064)].

文摘Group testing is a method that can be used to estimate the prevalence of rare infectious diseases, which can effectively save time and reduce costs compared to the method of random sampling. However, previous literature only demonstrated the optimality of group testing strategy while estimating prevalence under some strong assumptions. This article weakens the assumption of misclassification rate in the previous literature, considers the misclassification rate of the infected samples as a differentiable function of the pool size, and explores some optimal properties of group testing for estimating prevalence in the presence of differential misclassification conforming to this assumption. This article theoretically demonstrates that the group testing strategy performs better than the sample by sample procedure in estimating disease prevalence when the total number of sample pools is given or the size of the test population is determined.Numerical simulation experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of group tests in estimating prevalence in the presence of dilution effect.

文摘Recent advancements in satellite technologies and the declining cost of access to space have led to the emergence of large satellite constellations in Low Earth Orbit(LEO).However, these constellations often rely on bent-pipe architecture, resulting in high communication costs.Existing onboard inference architectures suffer from limitations in terms of low accuracy and inflexibility in the deployment and management of in-orbit applications. To address these challenges,we propose a cloud-native-based satellite design specifically tailored for Earth Observation tasks, enabling diverse computing paradigms. In this work,we present a case study of a satellite-ground collaborative inference system deployed in the Tiansuan constellation, demonstrating a remarkable 50%accuracy improvement and a substantial 90%data reduction. Our work sheds light on in-orbit energy, where in-orbit computing accounts for 17%of the total onboard energy consumption. Our approach represents a significant advancement of cloud-native satellite, aiming to enhance the accuracy of in-orbit computing while simultaneously reducing communication cost.

文摘This paper explores the performances of a finite element simulation including four concrete models applied to a full-scale reinforced concrete beam subjected to blast loading. In all cases, the variations between material and mesh models are shown and discussed.

文摘The sPHENIX experiment is a new generation of large acceptance detectors at the relativistic heavy ion collider at Brookhaven National Laboratory, with scientific goals focusing on probing the strongly interacting Quark–Gluon plasma with hard probes of jets, open heavy flavor particles, andγproduction. The EMCal detector, which covers the pseudo-rapidity region of|η|≤1.1,is an essential subsystem of sPHENIX.In this study,we focused on producing and testing EMCal blocks covering a pseudo-rapidity of|η|∈[0.8,1.1].These,in conjunction with the central pseudo-rapidity EMCal blocks, significantly enhance the sPHENIX physics capability of the jet andγparticle measurements. In this paper, the detector module production and testing of sPHENIX W-powder/scintillating fiber(W/ScFi)electromagnetic calorimeter blocks are presented. The selection of the tungsten powder, mold fabrication,QA procedures, and cosmic ray test results are discussed.
