Rail vehicles generate huge longitudinal impact loads in collisions.If unreasonable matching exists between the compressive strength of the intermediate coupler and the structural strength of the car body,the risk of car body structure damage and train derailment will increase.Herein,a four-stage rigid-flexible coupling finite element model of the coupler is established considering the coupler buckling load.The influence of the coupler buckling load on the train longitudinal-vertical-hori-zontal buckling behavior was studied,and the mechanism of the train horizontal buckling instability in train collisions was revealed.Analysis results show that an intermediate coupler should be designed to ensure that the actual buckling load is less than the compressive load when the car body structure begins to deform plastically.The actual buckling load of the coupler and the asymmetry of the structural strength of the car body in the lateral direction are two important influencing factors for the lateral buckling of a train collision.If the strength of the two sides of the car body structure in the lateral direction is asymmetrical,the deformation on the weaker side will be larger,and the end of the car body will begin to deflect under the action of the coupler force,which in turn causes the train to undergo sawtooth buckling. 展开更多

Recent advancements in additive manufacturing(AM)have revolutionized the design and production of complex engineering microstructures.Despite these advancements,their mathematical modeling and computational analysis remain significant challenges.This research aims to develop an effective computational method for analyzing the free vibration of functionally graded(FG)microplates under high temperatures while resting on a Pasternak foundation(PF).This formulation leverages a new thirdorder shear deformation theory(new TSDT)for improved accuracy without requiring shear correction factors.Additionally,the modified couple stress theory(MCST)is incorporated to account for sizedependent effects in microplates.The PF is characterized by two parameters including spring stiffness(k_(w))and shear layer stiffness(k_(s)).To validate the proposed method,the results obtained are compared with those of the existing literature.Furthermore,numerical examples explore the influence of various factors on the high-temperature free vibration of FG microplates.These factors include the length scale parameter(l),geometric dimensions,material properties,and the presence of the elastic foundation.The findings significantly enhance our comprehension of the free vibration of FG microplates in high thermal environments.In addition,the findings significantly enhance our comprehension of the free vibration of FG microplates in high thermal environments.In addition,the results of this research will have great potential in military and defense applications such as components of submarines,fighter aircraft,and missiles. 展开更多

This paper presents an analytical method for electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMATs) under voltage excitation and considers the non-uniform distribution of the biased magnetic field. A complete model of EMATs including the non-uniform biased magnetic field, a pulsed eddy current field and the acoustic field is built up. The pulsed voltage excitation is transformed to the frequency domain by fast Fourier transformation (FFT). In terms of the time harmonic field equations of the EMAT system, the impedances of the coils under different frequencies are calculated according to the circuit-field coupling method and Poynting's theorem. Then the currents under different frequencies are calculated according to Ohm's law and the pulsed current excitation is obtained by inverse fast Fourier transformation (IFFT). Lastly, the sequentially coupled finite element method (FEM) is used to calculate the Lorentz force in the EMATs under the current excitation. An actual EMAT with a two-layer two-bundle printed circuit board (PCB) coil, a rectangular permanent magnet and an aluminium specimen is analysed. The coil impedances and the pulsed current are calculated and compared with the experimental results. Their agreement verified the validity of the proposed method. Furthermore, the influences of lift-off distances and the non-uniform static magnetic field on the Lorentz force under pulsed voltage excitation are studied. 展开更多

The transient finite element technique is applied, and a transient heat conduction model of wet brake friction disk is established. For obtaining the accurate heat flow density mathematic model and avoiding possibly instable thermoelastic stress produced by the non uniform contact pressure of friction pair, a test method is applied to collect accurate contact pressure between the dual sheet steel and friction disk in the combining process. And then the heat-flow density and transient ther mo mechanical coupling simulation are analyzed. At the same time all possible boundary conditions are considered, such as the heat generation, heat conduction problem, relation between friction and contact, variation in load and heat change problem etc. The simulation results show that the me chanical model of thermo mechanical coupling can express well the dynamic characteristics of fric tion disk, and gives perfect reference for more study on thermoelastic distortion of brake friction pairs. 展开更多

The coupled heat and moisture transfer in a freezing process of wood particle material was mathematically modeled in the paper. The models were interactively solved by using the numerical method(the finite element method and the finite difference method). By matching the theoretical calculation to an experiment, the nonlinear problem was analyzed and the variable thermophysical parameters concerned was evaluated. The analysis procedure and the evaluation of the parameters were presented in detail. The result of the study showed that by using the method as described in the paper, it was possible to determine the variable (with respect to temperature, moisture content and freezing state) thermophysical parameters which were unknown or difficult to measure as long as the governing equations for a considered process were available. The method can significantly reduces the experiment efforts for determining thermophysical parameters which arc very complicated to measure. The determined variable of the effective heat conductivity of wood particle material was given in the paper. The error of the numerical calculation was also estimated by the comparison with a matched experiment. 展开更多

The present paper deals with the numerical solution of the coupled Schrodinger-KdV equations using the elementfree Galerkin (EFG) method which is based on the moving least-square approximation. Instead of traditional mesh oriented methods such as the finite difference method (FDM) and the finite element method (FEM), this method needs only scattered nodes in the domain. For this scheme, a variational method is used to obtain discrete equations and the essential boundary conditions are enforced by the penalty method. In numerical experiments, the results are presented and compared with the findings of the finite element method, the radial basis functions method, and an analytical solution to confirm the good accuracy of the presented scheme. 展开更多

车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学精细化模型常常需要耗费更多的机时,如何解决分析精度与计算效率的矛盾,是车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学数值分析中的难点。首先,建立了精细化的车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学模型,构建了在用迹线法搜... 车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学精细化模型常常需要耗费更多的机时,如何解决分析精度与计算效率的矛盾,是车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学数值分析中的难点。首先,建立了精细化的车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学模型,构建了在用迹线法搜索轮轨空间接触点中引入轮轨准弹性修正的、更为精细的轮轨接触几何关系,并将迹线法融入到交叉迭代中求解车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学方程,实现了同步进行轮轨接触点搜索与车辆-轨道非线性空间耦合动力学方程求解,提高了模型分析精度和数值计算效率;然后,为验证理论模型的正确性,与相关文献结果进行了对比计算,验证了模型和算法的有效性;最后,分析了模型的四类简化形式对系统响应的影响。研究表明:采用集中支撑的弹性元件模拟钢轨扣件,无法真实反映两侧扣件对钢轨侧滚振动的协同约束作用,将导致计算结果失真,采用分离支撑的弹性元件模拟钢轨扣件更为合理;轨道结构底座板参振对系统响应的影响显著,在模型中应给予考虑;底座板超出轨道板的部分对系统响应的影响较小,所产生的误差在可接受范围内;轨道子系统模型A能兼顾仿真效率和计算精度,适合用作车辆-三层轨道非线性空间耦合系统振动精细化分析模型。 展开更多

为了探究盾构施工引起的不同桩-隧间距下的单桩动力响应规律,依托济南地铁4号线某工区,采用离散元与有限差分耦合法(DEM-FDM),结合现场实测数据,建立隧道结构-土体-桩二维动力耦合模型。利用DEM模拟岩土材料的特性,结合FDM对混凝土结构... 为了探究盾构施工引起的不同桩-隧间距下的单桩动力响应规律,依托济南地铁4号线某工区,采用离散元与有限差分耦合法(DEM-FDM),结合现场实测数据,建立隧道结构-土体-桩二维动力耦合模型。利用DEM模拟岩土材料的特性,结合FDM对混凝土结构的高效动力计算,模拟距隧道18 m范围内不同桩-隧间距下的单桩动力响应工况,并对盾构施工振动时程数据和频谱特征进行监测与分析。研究结果表明:1)盾构隧道施工引起的邻近桩振动响应随桩-隧间距的增加呈现出幂函数或指数型衰减规律,其中,桩顶的衰减较不显著,桩底及与隧道同埋深的部位衰减较为显著;2)基于桩-隧间距的不同,影响范围可分为强影响范围(<3 m)、中强影响范围(3~9 m)、中弱影响范围(9~12 m)、弱影响范围(>12 m)4部分;3)随着桩-隧距离的增加,振动信号中的高频成分逐渐消失,而低频成分则能够传播较远距离,仍会引起桩的伴随振动;4)盾构施工振动产生的能量90%以上集中在0~64 Hz,低频段振动对结构的影响更加显著。 展开更多

超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法测定滨海白首乌制品中23种元素及其质量评价

通过优化消解体系、消解温度、消解时间,采用题示方法测定滨海白首乌制品中Li、Be、V、Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd、Sn、Sb、Tl、Co、Mo、Al、Mn、Cu、Ba、Zn、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Na等23种元素的含量。取粉碎后的样品约0.3 g置于石英消解管中,加入... 通过优化消解体系、消解温度、消解时间,采用题示方法测定滨海白首乌制品中Li、Be、V、Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd、Sn、Sb、Tl、Co、Mo、Al、Mn、Cu、Ba、Zn、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Na等23种元素的含量。取粉碎后的样品约0.3 g置于石英消解管中,加入1 mL水和2 mL硝酸,混匀后加盖升温至200℃并消解10 min,冷却后,用水将消解液稀释至25 mL,采用电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)在氦气碰撞模式下测定30份样品中23种元素的含量,并采用SPSS18.0软件对30份样品中均有检出的16种元素进行相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明,23种元素的质量浓度均在一定范围内和对应的响应强度与内标响应强度之比呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.0003~0.900 mg·kg^(−1),利用内标法和气体稀释降低基质效应引起的信号漂移;按照标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为81.2%~115%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.53%~5.0%。样品分析结果表明,滨海白首乌制品中不同元素的含量差异明显,K、Ca、Mg、Na等常量元素含量较高,Mn、Al、Fe、Zn、Ba、Cu含量次之,Li、Be、V、Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd、Sn、Sb、Tl、Co、Mo含量较低或未检出。相关性分析结果表明,30份滨海白首乌制品中均含有的16种元素之间存在着协同或拮抗的作用。主成分分析结果表明,Ni、Co、Mo、Mn、Cu、Zn、K、Ca、Mg、V、Al、Cr为滨海白首乌制品中的特征元素。 展开更多

The aeromechanical st ability for the coupled rotor/fuselage system of helicopters in forward flight i s investigated. The periodic time-varying equations of motion are developed thr ough building a new 24DOF coupled rigid/elastic blended element based on the fle xible multibody system theory in this paper. It accounts for the effects of prec one, sweep, and the moderately large elastic deflections on the blade and elasti city of shaft and fuselage of the helicopter. The dynamic coupling between the r igid motion of blades about the flap, lag and pitch hinges of articulated rotor and moderately large elastic deflections are included. There is no restriction o n the rotation amplitudes of flap, lag and pitch in the formulation. The stabili ty of periodic solution is studied using the Floquet theory. The transition matr ix is calculated by the Newmark integration method. The aeromechanical stability of a new helicopter is studied. The results show that it is stable in the given forward flight. But the instability arises with the decrease of the bending and torsion stiffness of the shaft. 展开更多

煤粉界面厚度影响下结合面接触刚度分析

为研究煤粉界面厚度对结合面接触刚度的影响,对接触表面的微观形貌进行了刻画,试验测量了煤粉颗粒间及其与接触面间的接触参数,并基于颗粒液桥与颗粒破碎理论,采用有限元-离散元耦合方法,建立了含有煤粉界面的结合面三体接触模型,分析... 为研究煤粉界面厚度对结合面接触刚度的影响,对接触表面的微观形貌进行了刻画,试验测量了煤粉颗粒间及其与接触面间的接触参数,并基于颗粒液桥与颗粒破碎理论,采用有限元-离散元耦合方法,建立了含有煤粉界面的结合面三体接触模型,分析了不同煤粉界面厚度对结合面接触刚度的影响。研究结果表明:随着煤粉界面厚度增加,煤粉颗粒破碎数量先增加后降低,当界面厚度为0.5 mm时发生破碎的颗粒数量最多,其中中大粒径颗粒主要起到承载作用;随着界面厚度的增加,煤粉颗粒力链数量和长度随之增加,煤粉颗粒间的液桥力随之减小,随着大粒径颗粒的破碎,液桥力会发生骤降;当界面厚度为0.3 mm、0.5 mm、0.7 mm时,结合面三体接触刚度分别为1.792×10^(8) Pa/m、1.659×10^(8) Pa/m、1.600×10^(8) Pa/m,最后采用试验方法进行了验证。研究结果为煤矿装备动态特性与寿命预测研究提供依据。 展开更多

三轴试验离散元模拟是探究砂土等岩土材料变形破坏机制的一种重要手段,合理地模拟侧向边界是三轴试验离散元模拟的一个重要环节。基于有限差分法(finite difference method,简称FDM)-离散元法(discrete element method,简称DEM)FDM-DEM... 三轴试验离散元模拟是探究砂土等岩土材料变形破坏机制的一种重要手段,合理地模拟侧向边界是三轴试验离散元模拟的一个重要环节。基于有限差分法(finite difference method,简称FDM)-离散元法(discrete element method,简称DEM)FDM-DEM耦合开展了柔性侧向边界条件下砂土三轴固结排水和不排水试验的数值模拟,并与相应的刚性侧向边界三轴数值试验进行了对比分析。结果表明:相比刚性侧向边界,基于FDM-DEM耦合的柔性侧向边界三轴试验能更好地再现室内砂土三轴试样的宏观力学响应和微观颗粒运动学特征;对于所模拟的砂土三轴固结排水试验,柔性侧向边界试样峰值强度后的应变软化和剪胀性明显弱于刚性侧向边界试样;对于所模拟的砂土三轴固结不排水试验,当轴向应变较大时,柔性侧向边界试样的偏应力小于刚性侧向边界试样,且产生绝对值较小的负孔压;三轴固结不排水试验中,当轴向应变较大时,柔性侧向边界对试样的约束和支撑作用弱于刚性侧向边界,其力链的稳定性较低,力链屈曲数较多,剪切带形成较早,故其各向异性和偏应力均较低。 展开更多

为揭示多跨连续跨越式输油气管道随油气介质输送状态变化而产生振动的时变机理,以某跨越式输油气管道及斜拉管桥为研究对象,开展油气介质与输油气管道的流固耦合振动效应理论研究和仿真模拟。结合水弹性相似模型的流体试验,提出油气介... 为揭示多跨连续跨越式输油气管道随油气介质输送状态变化而产生振动的时变机理,以某跨越式输油气管道及斜拉管桥为研究对象,开展油气介质与输油气管道的流固耦合振动效应理论研究和仿真模拟。结合水弹性相似模型的流体试验,提出油气介质流体场与管道相互作用的动力学参数和流固耦合边界条件,改进湍流理论k-ε标准模型。结果表明:油气介质流速不同、管径不同的输油气管道同一截面处流固耦合振动效应最大差别达49.5%;在同一管径条件下,流固耦合振动效应随油气介质在管道内的流动速度增大而增大;考虑流固耦合振动效应的油气管道-斜拉管桥结构系统的动力特性变化较大。改进后模型能准确描述多跨连续跨越式输油气管道的流固耦合振动效应和动力特性,可为油气管道-斜拉管桥的抗震设计提供理论依据。 展开更多

提出了标准加入法-微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定人体血液中铬、钴、镍、镉、锑、铊、铅、锰等8种重金属元素和砷元素含量的方法。取1 mL血液样品置于消解罐中,加入6.25 mg·L^(-1)的^(115)In内标溶液10μL和70%(体... 提出了标准加入法-微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定人体血液中铬、钴、镍、镉、锑、铊、铅、锰等8种重金属元素和砷元素含量的方法。取1 mL血液样品置于消解罐中,加入6.25 mg·L^(-1)的^(115)In内标溶液10μL和70%(体积分数)硝酸溶液8 mL,封闭消解罐,置于微波消解仪中消解,冷却后,置于赶酸仪中赶酸2 h,将消解液置于25 mL容量瓶中,用水清洗消解罐3次,清洗液置于同一容量瓶中,用水定容,以ICP-MS测定,使用标准加入法定量。结果表明,9种元素的质量浓度的倒数在一定范围内与所对应的响应强度与内标元素响应强度比呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.0063~0.0684μg·L^(-1)。回收试验中,回收率为84.4%~117%,日内(n=11)、日间(n=3)精密度试验所得测定值的相对标准偏差均小于4.0%。方法用于3份健康人体血液样品的分析,其中在人体中含量水平较低的元素,如砷、镉、锑,与文献报道较吻合。 展开更多
