Integrating lower-level data, such as data drawn from the subsystem or component pass/fail testing,the Bayesian analysis can improve the precision of the system reliability assessment. If the multi-level pass/fail data are overlapping,one challenging problem for the Bayesian analysis is to develop a likelihood function. Since the computation burden of the existing methods makes them infeasible for multi-component systems, this paper proposes an improved Bayesian approach for the system reliability assessment in light of overlapping data. This approach includes three steps: fristly searching for feasible paths based on the binary decision diagram, then screening feasible points based on space partition and constraint decomposition, and finally simplifying the likelihood function. An example of a satellite rolling control system demonstrates the feasibility and the efficiency of the proposed approach.展开更多

In this system, randomness of the parameters and the fuzziness of the risk were considered simultaneously, and the exceeding standard probability of contamination and human health risk due to the contamination were integrated. The contamination risk was defined as a combination of "vulnerability" and "hazard". To calculate the value of "vulnerability", pollutant concentration was simulated by MODFLOW with random input variables and a new modified health risk assessment(MRA) model was established to analyze the level of "hazard". The limit concentration based on environmental-guideline and health risk due to manganese were systematically examined to obtain the general risk levels through a fuzzy rule base. The "vulnerability" and "hazard" were divided into five categories of "high", "medium-high", "medium", "low-medium" and "low", respectively. Then, "vulnerability" and "hazard" were firstly combined by integrated evaluation. Compared with the other two scenarios under deterministic methods, the risk obtained in the proposed system is higher. This research illustrated that ignoring of uncertainties in evaluation process might underestimate the risk level.展开更多
Running safety assessment and tracking irregularity parametric sensitivity analysis of high-speed maglev train-bridge system are of great concern,especially need perfect refinement models in which all properties can b...Running safety assessment and tracking irregularity parametric sensitivity analysis of high-speed maglev train-bridge system are of great concern,especially need perfect refinement models in which all properties can be well characterized based on various stochastic excitations.A three-dimensional refined spatial random vibration analysis model of high-speed maglev train-bridge coupled system is established in this paper,in which multi-source uncertainty excitation can be considered simultaneously,and the probability density evolution method(PDEM)is adopted to reveal the system-specific uncertainty dynamic characteristic.The motion equation of the maglev vehicle model is composed of multi-rigid bodies with a total 210-degrees of freedom for each vehicle,and a refined electromagnetic force-air gap model is used to account for the interaction and coupling effect between the moving train and track beam bridges,which are directly established by using finite element method.The model is proven to be applicable by comparing with Monte Carlo simulation.By applying the proposed stochastic framework to the high maglev line,the random dynamic responses of maglev vehicles running on the bridges are studied for running safety and stability assessment.Moreover,the effects of track irregularity wavelength range under different amplitude and running speeds on the coupled system are investigated.The results show that the augmentation of train speed will move backward the sensitive wavelength interval,and track irregularity amplitude influences the response remarkably in the sensitive interval.展开更多

The assessment process of the GIS based map overlay method was presented, which includes deciding the system structure and weights of assessment factors, making environmental vulnerability grade maps, and evaluating the alternative alignments comprehensively to obtain the best one. With the GIS functions of spatial analysis, such as overlay analysis and buffer analysis, and functions of handling attribute data, the GIS based map overlay method overcomes the shortcomings of the existing map overlay method and the conclusion is more reasonable. In the end, a detailed case study was illustrated to verify the efficiency of the method.展开更多

In the assessments of the Ga-Hg and Mg-Hg binary systems, solutions including liquid and hcp (Mg) were treated as substitution solutions, of which the excess Gibbs energies were formulated with the Relich-Kister polynomial. The intermetallic phases in the Mg-Hg binary system, Mg3Hg, Mg5Hg2, Mg2Hg, Mg5Hg3, MgHg, and MgHg2, were described as stoichiometric compounds. Based on the reported experimental data and thermodynamic properties of the phase diagram, sets of self-consistent parameters describing all phases in the Ga-Hg and the Mg-Hg binary systems were obtained.展开更多

But it is difficult to evaluate it reasonably and comprehensively due to its complexity. A "holistic" approach was discussed to evaluate the energy performance of central air-conditioning system for an extra-large commercial building in a subtropical city. All procedures were described in detail, including field investigation method, field measurement instruments, data processing and data analyzing. The main factors affecting energy consumption of air-conditioning system were analyzed and the annual cooling-energy use intensity of this building was calculated and also compared with other shopping malls and other types of buildings in Guangzhou. And COP(coefficient of performance) of chiller, water transfer factor of chilled water system and cooling water system were taken into consideration. At last, the thermal comfort and indoor air quality issues were addressed. The results show that the chilled water pumps are over-sized and the indoor environmental quality should be improved. The purpose of this work is to provide reference for energy performance assessment method for air-conditioning system.展开更多
Currently,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has approved and implemented the assessment requirement for Minimum Propulsion Power(MPP)of ships in adverse sea conditions.The assessment method and relevant infl...Currently,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has approved and implemented the assessment requirement for Minimum Propulsion Power(MPP)of ships in adverse sea conditions.The assessment method and relevant influence factors will have a vital impact on ship's design and operation.On the other hand,MPP is essentially a criterion for manoeuvring safety at actual seas.However,the practical assessment methods adopted in IMO guidelines do not directly and accurately account for ship's coursekeeping ability in severe seas.A time-domain comprehensive method with supplementary course-keeping ability criteria has been proposed in the authors'preliminary research.Based on an updated mathematical model and criteria,this paper presents more detailed elaborations,results and discussions on the time-domain method,including the comparative analyses with a power line method and two steady-state equilibrium methods based on IMO guidelines and draft.Discussions on the influences of key factors,involving criterion conditions and calculation parameters,are also presented.The results indicate that different methods exhibit varying advantages and complexity in MPP assessment,thus constituting a multi-level assessment framework for MPP.In particular,the time-domain comprehensive assessment has a higher accuracy with more realistic description of manoeuvre behaviors,capable of offering a solution for the ships that cannot meet other assessments,or for the assessment requiring additional course-keeping ability.Furthermore,an expanded range of wave direction sets a stricter but potentially necessary requirement,while using the self-propulsion factors at low speeds can eliminate the unnecessary conservation of assessment result caused by those at design speed.展开更多
Beyond-visual-range(BVR)air combat threat assessment has attracted wide attention as the support of situation awareness and autonomous decision-making.However,the traditional threat assessment method is flawed in its ...Beyond-visual-range(BVR)air combat threat assessment has attracted wide attention as the support of situation awareness and autonomous decision-making.However,the traditional threat assessment method is flawed in its failure to consider the intention and event of the target,resulting in inaccurate assessment results.In view of this,an integrated threat assessment method is proposed to address the existing problems,such as overly subjective determination of index weight and imbalance of situation.The process and characteristics of BVR air combat are analyzed to establish a threat assessment model in terms of target intention,event,situation,and capability.On this basis,a distributed weight-solving algorithm is proposed to determine index and attribute weight respectively.Then,variable weight and game theory are introduced to effectively deal with the situation imbalance and achieve the combination of subjective and objective.The performance of the model and algorithm is evaluated through multiple simulation experiments.The assessment results demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method in BVR air combat,indicating its potential practical significance in real air combat scenarios.展开更多
This study presents a fragility curve to assess explosively induced damage to military vehicle tires based on shock tube experiments.To replicate lateral damage scenarios that may occur in real battlefield environment...This study presents a fragility curve to assess explosively induced damage to military vehicle tires based on shock tube experiments.To replicate lateral damage scenarios that may occur in real battlefield environments involving missile or bomb detonations,extreme overpressure conditions were generated using a shock tube.The influence of explosive charge mass on tire damage was quantitatively evaluated.Experimental results identified two critical failure thresholds:for loss of pressure,the threshold was 354 kPa peak overpressure and 3052 kPa·ms impulse;for rupture,the values were 485 kPa and 4237 kPa-ms,respectively.The same damage profile was reproduced through finite element analysis(FEA),verifying the reliability of the simulation.A Single Degree of Freedom(SDOF)model and Kingery-Bulmash(K-B)chart were employed to generate pressure-impulse data as a function of standoff distance.These data were applied to a finite element tire model using the BLAST ENHANCED keyword in LS-DYNA.The applied peak overpressures were identical to the experimental values with a 24%-27%difference in impulse.The simulation also captured recurring bead rim separation phenomenon,leading to internal pressure loss consistent with high-speed camera observations from the experiments.The resulting fragility curve clearly defines the threshold conditions for tire damage and provides a standardized damage assessment model applicable to various explosive charge masses and stand-off distances.The proposed model offers a quantitative basis for evaluating tire vulnerability,providing foundational reference data for defense applications.Specifically,the findings are expected to serve as a reliable source for weapon effects analysis and target vulnerability assessments involving wheeled military vehicles.展开更多
Using solid waste as a substitute for conventional cement has become an important way to reduce carbon emissions.This paper attempted to utilize steel slag(SS)and fly ash(FA)as supplementary cementitious material by u...Using solid waste as a substitute for conventional cement has become an important way to reduce carbon emissions.This paper attempted to utilize steel slag(SS)and fly ash(FA)as supplementary cementitious material by utilizing CO_(2)mineralization curing technology.This study examined the dominant and interactive influences of the residual water/cement ratio,CO_(2)pressure,curing time,and SS content on the mechanical properties and CO_(2)uptake rate of CO_(2)mineralization curing SS-FA-Portland cement ternary paste specimens.Additionally,microstructural development was analyzed.The findings demonstrated that each factor significantly affected compressive strength and CO_(2)uptake rate,with factor interactions becoming more pronounced at higher SS dosages(>30%),lower residual water/cement ratios(0.1-0.15),and CO_(2)pressures of 0.1-0.3 MPa.Microscopic examinations revealed that mineralization primarily yielded CaCO_(3)and silica gel.The residual w/c ratio and SS content significantly influenced the CaCO_(3)content and crystallinity of the mineralization products.Post-mineralization curing,the percentage of pores larger than 50 nm significantly decreased,the proportion of harmless pores smaller than 20 nm increased,and pore structure improved.This study also found that using CO_(2)mineralization curing SS-FA-Portland cement solid waste concrete can significantly reduce the negative impact on the environment.展开更多
Aiming at addressing the issues of unclear dynamic response mechanisms and insufficient quantification of temperature coupling effects in building structures under long-duration blast loads,this study investigates typ...Aiming at addressing the issues of unclear dynamic response mechanisms and insufficient quantification of temperature coupling effects in building structures under long-duration blast loads,this study investigates typical composite beam-slab structures through integrated blast shock tube experiments and multiscale numerical simulations using Voronoi-coupled Finite-Discrete Element Method(VoroFDEM).The research systematically reveals the dynamic response mechanisms and damage evolution patterns of composite beam-slab structures subjected to prolonged blast loading.An environmenttemperature-coupled P-I curve damage assessment system is established,and a rapid evaluation method based on image crack characteristics is proposed,achieving innovative transition from traditional mechanical indicators to intelligent recognition paradigms.Results demonstrate that composite beam-slab structures exhibit three-phase failure modes:elastic vibration,plastic hinge formation,and global collapse.Numerical simulations identify the brittle-to-ductile transition temperature threshold at-10℃,and establish a temperature-dependent piecewise function-based P-I curve prediction model,whose overpressure asymptote displays nonlinear temperature sensitivity within-50-30℃.A novel dual-mode evaluation methodology integrating Voro-FDEM numerical simulations with image-based damage feature recognition is developed,enabling quantitative mapping between crack area and destruction levels.These findings provide theoretical foundations and technical pathways for rapid blast damage assessment and protective engineering design.展开更多

In order to describe bearing performance degradation(BPD) process effectively, an assessment approach combining extension and ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) was proposed. First, the extension was utilized to construct the matter-element of bearing operating state, and the energy moment of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs) was used as characteristic parameter of the matter-element. Then, to determine classical domains of characteristic parameters, the mathematical statistics method was adopted. Finally, the BPD was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the comprehensive correlation degree of bearing current operating state related to its healthy state. The analytic results of bearing test-rig show that the proposed method indicates the incipient fault approximately occurring in the 81 st hour, and the method also quantitatively presents the degree of BPD. By contrast, the BPD assessment based on time-domain features extraction method could not achieve the above two results effectively.展开更多

Serviceability and running safety of the high-speed train on/through a bridge are of major concern in China.Due to the uncertainty chain of the train dynamic analysis in crosswinds originating mainly from the aerodyna...Serviceability and running safety of the high-speed train on/through a bridge are of major concern in China.Due to the uncertainty chain of the train dynamic analysis in crosswinds originating mainly from the aerodynamic assessment,this paper primarily reviews five meaningful progresses on the aerodynamics of the train-bridge system done by Wind Tunnel Laboratory of Central South University in the past several years.Firstly,the flow around the train and the uncertainty origin of the aerodynamic assessment are described from the fluid mechanism point of view.After a brief introduction of the current aerodynamic assessment methods with their strengths and weaknesses,a new-developed TRAIN-INFRASTRUCTURE rig with the maximum launch speed of 35 m/s is introduced.Then,several benchmark studies are presented,including the statistic results of the characterized geometry parameters of the currently utilized bridge-decks,the aerodynamics of the train,and the aerodynamics of the flat box/truss bridge-decks.Upon compared with the foregoing mentioned benchmarks,this paper highlights the aerodynamic interference of the train-bridge system associated with its physical natures.Finally,a porosity-and orientation-adjustable novel wind barrier with its effects on the aerodynamics of the train-bridge system is discussed.展开更多
Under the background of vigorously developing facilities of island/reef in the world,the economic value and strategic significance of the island/reef have become increasingly important.Unfortunately,they may easily be...Under the background of vigorously developing facilities of island/reef in the world,the economic value and strategic significance of the island/reef have become increasingly important.Unfortunately,they may easily become the attacking target of missiles in the war time.Therefore,aiming at the damage quantification of the targets in the island/reef under the missile attacking,a macroscopic damage assessment model for the target area is proposed in this paper.The model focuses on the construction of the assessment model framework.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process and the grey relational analysis are applied to measure the importance of each target in the region through four indicators of the target hazard,striking urgency,damage advantage and mission relevance,respectively.Secondly,based on the damage mechanism of shock wave and fragments to target,the corresponding damage model is established,and the damage grade of each target in the evaluated area is obtained according to the damage criteria and grading standard.Finally,the model obtains the overall damage grade of the target area by employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,with synthesizing the importance and the damage grade of each target.Through the verification of an example,it demonstrates the certain feasibility of the model and provides a certain basis and reference for the subsequent research.展开更多

The assessment process of the GIS based map overlay method was presented, which includes deciding the system structure and weights of assessment factors, making environmental vulnerability grade maps, and evaluating the alternative alignments comprehensively to obtain the best one. With the GIS functions of spatial analysis, such as overlay analysis and buffer analysis, and functions of handling attribute data, the GIS based map overlay method overcomes the shortcomings of the existing map overlay method and the conclusion is more reasonable. In the end, a detailed case study was illustrated to verify the efficiency of the method.
文摘The Ga-Hg binary system was thermodynamically assessed by the CALPHAD method, but only configuration contributions were considered to the entropy of the liquid. The Mg-Hg binary system has not been assessed yet. In the assessments of the Ga-Hg and Mg-Hg binary systems, solutions including liquid and hcp (Mg) were treated as substitution solutions, of which the excess Gibbs energies were formulated with the Relich-Kister polynomial. The intermetallic phases in the Mg-Hg binary system, Mg3Hg, Mg5Hg2, Mg2Hg, Mg5Hg3, MgHg, and MgHg2, were described as stoichiometric compounds. Based on the reported experimental data and thermodynamic properties of the phase diagram, sets of self-consistent parameters describing all phases in the Ga-Hg and the Mg-Hg binary systems were obtained.

文摘Energy performance assessment on central air-conditioning system is essential to optimize operating, reduce operating costs, improve indoor environmental quality, and determine whether the retrofitting of the equipment is necessary. But it is difficult to evaluate it reasonably and comprehensively due to its complexity. A "holistic" approach was discussed to evaluate the energy performance of central air-conditioning system for an extra-large commercial building in a subtropical city. All procedures were described in detail, including field investigation method, field measurement instruments, data processing and data analyzing. The main factors affecting energy consumption of air-conditioning system were analyzed and the annual cooling-energy use intensity of this building was calculated and also compared with other shopping malls and other types of buildings in Guangzhou. And COP(coefficient of performance) of chiller, water transfer factor of chilled water system and cooling water system were taken into consideration. At last, the thermal comfort and indoor air quality issues were addressed. The results show that the chilled water pumps are over-sized and the indoor environmental quality should be improved. The purpose of this work is to provide reference for energy performance assessment method for air-conditioning system.
文摘Currently,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has approved and implemented the assessment requirement for Minimum Propulsion Power(MPP)of ships in adverse sea conditions.The assessment method and relevant influence factors will have a vital impact on ship's design and operation.On the other hand,MPP is essentially a criterion for manoeuvring safety at actual seas.However,the practical assessment methods adopted in IMO guidelines do not directly and accurately account for ship's coursekeeping ability in severe seas.A time-domain comprehensive method with supplementary course-keeping ability criteria has been proposed in the authors'preliminary research.Based on an updated mathematical model and criteria,this paper presents more detailed elaborations,results and discussions on the time-domain method,including the comparative analyses with a power line method and two steady-state equilibrium methods based on IMO guidelines and draft.Discussions on the influences of key factors,involving criterion conditions and calculation parameters,are also presented.The results indicate that different methods exhibit varying advantages and complexity in MPP assessment,thus constituting a multi-level assessment framework for MPP.In particular,the time-domain comprehensive assessment has a higher accuracy with more realistic description of manoeuvre behaviors,capable of offering a solution for the ships that cannot meet other assessments,or for the assessment requiring additional course-keeping ability.Furthermore,an expanded range of wave direction sets a stricter but potentially necessary requirement,while using the self-propulsion factors at low speeds can eliminate the unnecessary conservation of assessment result caused by those at design speed.

文摘Beyond-visual-range(BVR)air combat threat assessment has attracted wide attention as the support of situation awareness and autonomous decision-making.However,the traditional threat assessment method is flawed in its failure to consider the intention and event of the target,resulting in inaccurate assessment results.In view of this,an integrated threat assessment method is proposed to address the existing problems,such as overly subjective determination of index weight and imbalance of situation.The process and characteristics of BVR air combat are analyzed to establish a threat assessment model in terms of target intention,event,situation,and capability.On this basis,a distributed weight-solving algorithm is proposed to determine index and attribute weight respectively.Then,variable weight and game theory are introduced to effectively deal with the situation imbalance and achieve the combination of subjective and objective.The performance of the model and algorithm is evaluated through multiple simulation experiments.The assessment results demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method in BVR air combat,indicating its potential practical significance in real air combat scenarios.

文摘This study presents a fragility curve to assess explosively induced damage to military vehicle tires based on shock tube experiments.To replicate lateral damage scenarios that may occur in real battlefield environments involving missile or bomb detonations,extreme overpressure conditions were generated using a shock tube.The influence of explosive charge mass on tire damage was quantitatively evaluated.Experimental results identified two critical failure thresholds:for loss of pressure,the threshold was 354 kPa peak overpressure and 3052 kPa·ms impulse;for rupture,the values were 485 kPa and 4237 kPa-ms,respectively.The same damage profile was reproduced through finite element analysis(FEA),verifying the reliability of the simulation.A Single Degree of Freedom(SDOF)model and Kingery-Bulmash(K-B)chart were employed to generate pressure-impulse data as a function of standoff distance.These data were applied to a finite element tire model using the BLAST ENHANCED keyword in LS-DYNA.The applied peak overpressures were identical to the experimental values with a 24%-27%difference in impulse.The simulation also captured recurring bead rim separation phenomenon,leading to internal pressure loss consistent with high-speed camera observations from the experiments.The resulting fragility curve clearly defines the threshold conditions for tire damage and provides a standardized damage assessment model applicable to various explosive charge masses and stand-off distances.The proposed model offers a quantitative basis for evaluating tire vulnerability,providing foundational reference data for defense applications.Specifically,the findings are expected to serve as a reliable source for weapon effects analysis and target vulnerability assessments involving wheeled military vehicles.

文摘Using solid waste as a substitute for conventional cement has become an important way to reduce carbon emissions.This paper attempted to utilize steel slag(SS)and fly ash(FA)as supplementary cementitious material by utilizing CO_(2)mineralization curing technology.This study examined the dominant and interactive influences of the residual water/cement ratio,CO_(2)pressure,curing time,and SS content on the mechanical properties and CO_(2)uptake rate of CO_(2)mineralization curing SS-FA-Portland cement ternary paste specimens.Additionally,microstructural development was analyzed.The findings demonstrated that each factor significantly affected compressive strength and CO_(2)uptake rate,with factor interactions becoming more pronounced at higher SS dosages(>30%),lower residual water/cement ratios(0.1-0.15),and CO_(2)pressures of 0.1-0.3 MPa.Microscopic examinations revealed that mineralization primarily yielded CaCO_(3)and silica gel.The residual w/c ratio and SS content significantly influenced the CaCO_(3)content and crystallinity of the mineralization products.Post-mineralization curing,the percentage of pores larger than 50 nm significantly decreased,the proportion of harmless pores smaller than 20 nm increased,and pore structure improved.This study also found that using CO_(2)mineralization curing SS-FA-Portland cement solid waste concrete can significantly reduce the negative impact on the environment.

文摘Aiming at addressing the issues of unclear dynamic response mechanisms and insufficient quantification of temperature coupling effects in building structures under long-duration blast loads,this study investigates typical composite beam-slab structures through integrated blast shock tube experiments and multiscale numerical simulations using Voronoi-coupled Finite-Discrete Element Method(VoroFDEM).The research systematically reveals the dynamic response mechanisms and damage evolution patterns of composite beam-slab structures subjected to prolonged blast loading.An environmenttemperature-coupled P-I curve damage assessment system is established,and a rapid evaluation method based on image crack characteristics is proposed,achieving innovative transition from traditional mechanical indicators to intelligent recognition paradigms.Results demonstrate that composite beam-slab structures exhibit three-phase failure modes:elastic vibration,plastic hinge formation,and global collapse.Numerical simulations identify the brittle-to-ductile transition temperature threshold at-10℃,and establish a temperature-dependent piecewise function-based P-I curve prediction model,whose overpressure asymptote displays nonlinear temperature sensitivity within-50-30℃.A novel dual-mode evaluation methodology integrating Voro-FDEM numerical simulations with image-based damage feature recognition is developed,enabling quantitative mapping between crack area and destruction levels.These findings provide theoretical foundations and technical pathways for rapid blast damage assessment and protective engineering design.

文摘As a key component in rotating machinery, the operating reliability of bearing influences the performance and service life of the equipment directly. In order to describe bearing performance degradation(BPD) process effectively, an assessment approach combining extension and ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) was proposed. First, the extension was utilized to construct the matter-element of bearing operating state, and the energy moment of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs) was used as characteristic parameter of the matter-element. Then, to determine classical domains of characteristic parameters, the mathematical statistics method was adopted. Finally, the BPD was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively according to the comprehensive correlation degree of bearing current operating state related to its healthy state. The analytic results of bearing test-rig show that the proposed method indicates the incipient fault approximately occurring in the 81 st hour, and the method also quantitatively presents the degree of BPD. By contrast, the BPD assessment based on time-domain features extraction method could not achieve the above two results effectively.

文摘Serviceability and running safety of the high-speed train on/through a bridge are of major concern in China.Due to the uncertainty chain of the train dynamic analysis in crosswinds originating mainly from the aerodynamic assessment,this paper primarily reviews five meaningful progresses on the aerodynamics of the train-bridge system done by Wind Tunnel Laboratory of Central South University in the past several years.Firstly,the flow around the train and the uncertainty origin of the aerodynamic assessment are described from the fluid mechanism point of view.After a brief introduction of the current aerodynamic assessment methods with their strengths and weaknesses,a new-developed TRAIN-INFRASTRUCTURE rig with the maximum launch speed of 35 m/s is introduced.Then,several benchmark studies are presented,including the statistic results of the characterized geometry parameters of the currently utilized bridge-decks,the aerodynamics of the train,and the aerodynamics of the flat box/truss bridge-decks.Upon compared with the foregoing mentioned benchmarks,this paper highlights the aerodynamic interference of the train-bridge system associated with its physical natures.Finally,a porosity-and orientation-adjustable novel wind barrier with its effects on the aerodynamics of the train-bridge system is discussed.
文摘Under the background of vigorously developing facilities of island/reef in the world,the economic value and strategic significance of the island/reef have become increasingly important.Unfortunately,they may easily become the attacking target of missiles in the war time.Therefore,aiming at the damage quantification of the targets in the island/reef under the missile attacking,a macroscopic damage assessment model for the target area is proposed in this paper.The model focuses on the construction of the assessment model framework.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process and the grey relational analysis are applied to measure the importance of each target in the region through four indicators of the target hazard,striking urgency,damage advantage and mission relevance,respectively.Secondly,based on the damage mechanism of shock wave and fragments to target,the corresponding damage model is established,and the damage grade of each target in the evaluated area is obtained according to the damage criteria and grading standard.Finally,the model obtains the overall damage grade of the target area by employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,with synthesizing the importance and the damage grade of each target.Through the verification of an example,it demonstrates the certain feasibility of the model and provides a certain basis and reference for the subsequent research.

文摘In view of the fact that traditional air target threat assessment methods are difficult to reflect the combat characteristics of uncertain, dynamic and hybrid formation, an algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-target threat assessment problems. The target attribute weight is calculated by the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy(IFE) algorithm and the time series weight is gained by the Poisson distribution method based on multi-times data. Finally,assessment and sequencing of the air multi-target threat model based on IFE and dynamic Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR) is established with an example which indicates that the method is reasonable and effective.
