A robust adaptive trajectory linearization control (RATLC) algorithm for a class of nonlinear systems with uncertainty and disturbance based on the T-S fuzzy system is presented. The unknown disturbance and uncertainty are estimated by the T-S fuzzy system, and a robust adaptive control law is designed by the Lyapunov theory. Irrespective of whether the dimensions of the system and the rules of the fuzzy system are large or small, there is only one parameter adjusting on line. Uniformly ultimately boundedness of all signals of the composite closed-loop system are proved by theory analysis. Finally, a numerical example is studied based on the proposed method. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the control scheme. 展开更多

An input-output signal selection based on Phillips-Heffron model of a parallel high voltage alternative current/high voltage direct current(HVAC/HVDC) power system is presented to study power system stability. It is well known that appropriate coupling of inputs-outputs signals in the multivariable HVDC-HVAC system can improve the performance of designed supplemetary controller. In this work, different analysis techniques are used to measure controllability and observability of electromechanical oscillation mode. Also inputs–outputs interactions are considered and suggestions are drawn to select the best signal pair through the system inputs-outputs. In addition, a supplementary online adaptive controller for nonlinear HVDC to damp low frequency oscillations in a weakly connected system is proposed. The results obtained using MATLAB software show that the best output-input for damping controller design is rotor speed deviation as out put and phase angle of rectifier as in put. Also response of system equipped with adaptive damping controller based on HVDC system has appropriate performance when it is faced with faults and disturbance. 展开更多

First, to maintain t-axis secondary component flux constant with consideration of the specially dynamic eddy-effect(DEE) of the SLIM, a instantaneously tracing compensation of m-axis current component was analyzed. Second,adaptive current compensation based on Taylor-discretization algorithm was proposed. Third, an effective kind of nonlinear disturbance observer(NDOB) was employed to estimate and compensate the undesired load vibrations, then the robustness of the control system could be guaranteed. Experimental verification of the feasibility of the proposed method for an SLIM control system was performed, and it showed that the proposed adaptive compensation scheme with NDOB could significantly promote speed dynamical response and minimize speed ripple under the conditions of external load coupled vibrations and unavoidable feedback control variables measured errors, i.e., current and speed. 展开更多

An adaptive repetitive control scheme is presented for a class of nonlinearly parameterized systems based on the fuzzy basis function network (FBFN). The parameters of the fuzzy rules are tuned with adaptive schemes. To attenuate chattering effectively, the discontinuous control term is approximated by an adaptive PI control structure. The bound of the discontinuous control term is assumed to be unknown and estimated by an adaptive mechanism. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive repetitive control law is proposed to guarantee the closed-loop stability and the tracking performance. By means of FBFNs, which avoid the nonlinear parameterization from entering into the adaptive repetitive control, the controller singularity problem is solved. The proposed approach does not require an exact structure of the system dynamics, and the proposed controller is utilized to control a model of permanent-magnet linear synchronous motor subject to significant disturbances and parameter uncertainties. An enhanced trajectory linearization control (TLC) structure based on radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) and its application on an aerospace vehicle (ASV) flight control system are presensted. The influence of unknown disturbances and uncertainties is reduced by RBFNN thanks to its approaching ability, and a robustifying itera is used to overcome the approximate error of RBFNN. The parameters adaptive adjusting laws are designed on the Lyapunov theory. The uniform ultimate boundedness of all signals of the composite closed-loop system is proved based on Lyapunov theory. Finally, the flight control system of an ASV is designed based on the proposed method. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the designed approach. 展开更多

Systems without model uncertainty are initially considered, followed by a discussion of a general situation where the system is subjected to either model uncertainty or external disturbance. An adaptive diagnostic algorithm is developed to diagnose the fault, and a modified version is proposed for general system to improve robustness. The distributed time-delay under consideration is assumed to be a constant time-delay, but not known exactly. A design method is proposed for a memory proportional and integral (PI) feedback controller with adaptation to distributed time-delay. The feedback controller with memory simultaneously contains the current state and the past distributed information of the addressed systems. The design for adaptation law to distributed delay is very concise. The controller can be derived by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Adaptive digital self-interference cancellation(ADSIC)is a significant method to suppress self-interference and improve the performance of the linear frequency modulated continuous wave(LFMCW)radar.Due to efficient implementation structure,the conventional method based on least mean square(LMS)is widely used,but its performance is not sufficient for LFMCW radar.To achieve a better self-interference cancellation(SIC)result and more optimal radar performance,we present an ADSIC method based on fractional order LMS(FOLMS),which utilizes the multi-path cancellation structure and adaptively updates the weight coefficients of the cancellation system.First,we derive the iterative expression of the weight coefficients by using the fractional order derivative and short-term memory principle.Then,to solve the problem that it is difficult to select the parameters of the proposed method due to the non-stationary characteristics of radar transmitted signals,we construct the performance evaluation model of LFMCW radar,and analyze the relationship between the mean square deviation and the parameters of FOLMS.Finally,the theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method has a better SIC performance than the conventional methods. 展开更多

一种自适应残差卷积自编码网络及其故障诊断应用

针对传统卷积自编码器(CAE)会将不同故障产生的相似信号进行相同的非线性变换,导致故障诊断准确率下降的问题,提出了一种自适应残差卷积自编码网络(ARCAE),并将其应用于滚动轴承故障诊断中。首先,在残差模块的基础上,引入了自适应参数... 针对传统卷积自编码器(CAE)会将不同故障产生的相似信号进行相同的非线性变换,导致故障诊断准确率下降的问题,提出了一种自适应残差卷积自编码网络(ARCAE),并将其应用于滚动轴承故障诊断中。首先,在残差模块的基础上,引入了自适应参数化修正线性单元(APReLU),建立了自适应残差模块(ARM),ARM可以对相似的输入特征进行自适应非线性变换,避免了特征的错误识别;其次,在CAE中嵌入多级ARM,构建了ARCAE,增加了CAE的深度,提取了更具鉴别性的深层次特征,同时有效防止了网络加深而造成的性能退化;最后,基于ARCAE建立了针对一维信号的故障诊断新方法,将其应用于无监督滚动轴承故障诊断中,并通过两个不同类型的实验,对上述方法的有效性进行了验证。研究结果表明:在恒定转速工况下,ARCAE的诊断准确率最高,平均准确率达到了97.05%,且标准差仅为0.007,远低于其他几种传统CAE网络;在变转速工况下,ARCAE模型诊断准确率仍然是最高的,平均准确率达到了93.25%,由此说明ARCAE具有较高的特征提取能力和分类准确率;此外,变转速工况下,由于转速变化导致不同状态的振动信号特征差异变大,诊断难度加大,但与其他几种传统CAE网络相比,ARCAE诊断准确率下降最少,仅为5.37%,说明ARCAE具有更强的鲁棒性和稳定性。 展开更多

基于BLUP和GGE双标图的谷子区域试验分析

为准确筛选丰产性、稳产性好和适应性广的谷子品种,利用最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)数据代替产量原始数据对2023—2024年全国谷子品种区域适应性联合鉴定(华北夏谷区组)试验的9个谷子品种和14个试点进行GGE双标图分析。通过对比热图和方差... 为准确筛选丰产性、稳产性好和适应性广的谷子品种,利用最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)数据代替产量原始数据对2023—2024年全国谷子品种区域适应性联合鉴定(华北夏谷区组)试验的9个谷子品种和14个试点进行GGE双标图分析。通过对比热图和方差分析结果发现,BLUP数据降低了产量变异系数,能够更真实地反映品种的遗传潜力;同时,对产量总变异的解释(94.95%)明显高于原始数据(72.51%),提高了分析的准确性。利用BLUP数据进行GGE双标图分析发现,豫谷101、郑谷678和中谷855丰产性较好,邯谷6号、中谷855和沧471稳产性较好,豫谷101、中谷855丰产性和稳产性综合表现较好;豫谷101适应性最广,其次是中谷855。辽宁省的锦州、山东省的泰安和河南省的安阳3个试点是具有较强区分力和较好代表性的理想试点。综上,豫谷101、中谷855是丰产性、稳产性、适应性均较好的理想谷子品种,适合在华北夏谷区推广种植。 展开更多

针对直线磁力驱动系统的位置跟踪精度易受外部扰动等不确定因素影响以及滑模控制中的抖振问题,提出一种基于模糊变增益的超螺旋滑模控制策略.首先,介绍直线磁力驱动系统的工作原理,建立含扰动的直线磁力驱动系统数学模型;其次,使用超螺... 针对直线磁力驱动系统的位置跟踪精度易受外部扰动等不确定因素影响以及滑模控制中的抖振问题,提出一种基于模糊变增益的超螺旋滑模控制策略.首先,介绍直线磁力驱动系统的工作原理,建立含扰动的直线磁力驱动系统数学模型;其次,使用超螺旋滑模算法设计速度控制器,实现系统精确、快速的收敛,并通过Lyapunov函数证明系统稳定性,进一步地,使用模糊算法对超螺旋滑模增益进行自适应调节;最后,对所提复合控制方法进行实验验证.结果表明:基于模糊变增益的超螺旋滑模控制位置跟踪精度高,响应速度快;相对于超螺旋滑模控制,阶跃位置跟踪响应时间缩短28%,稳态误差从3μm减小到1μm,并且没有抖振现象;正弦位置跟踪相位差减小13%,位置跟踪精度提升14%;方波位置跟踪有更好的动态性能;施加扰动后,系统到达稳态时间减小13%,受到负载之后的延迟时间减小80%,抗扰性能大幅提升. 展开更多

基于Koopman滤波的双条状抗温光学电流传感器设计及实验研究

光学电流传感器符合新型电力系统智能化,数字化的发展需求,但目前光学电流传感器在电力系统宽温域测量中没有同时满足实时性和长期运行稳定性的抗温方案。为此,提出了一种基于Koopman自适应滤波的双条状抗温磁光式光学电流传感器(DS-MO... 光学电流传感器符合新型电力系统智能化,数字化的发展需求,但目前光学电流传感器在电力系统宽温域测量中没有同时满足实时性和长期运行稳定性的抗温方案。为此,提出了一种基于Koopman自适应滤波的双条状抗温磁光式光学电流传感器(DS-MOCT)。首先介绍了磁光传感原理以及磁光传感温度扰动机理,应用琼斯矩阵构建了直通光路式光学电流传感器起检偏器任意角度光学电流传感偏振解析模型;然后分析起检偏器不同角度对传感器输出结果的影响并提出了起检偏器特殊角度温度补偿方法,构建了DS-MOCT抗温结构,包括测量臂和温度补偿臂,测量臂输出待测电流信号,温度补偿臂输出温度补偿信号,使用温度补偿信号对待测电流信号实时抗温补偿,DS-MOCT输出抗温扰动测量电流值;分析了DS-MOCT的误差来源并提出了基于Koopman理论的降噪方法;接着,在有限元仿真软件中模拟了实验系统中DS-MOCT多物理场耦合环境,可视化了DS-MOCT光波抗温过程,验证了DS-MOCT的抗温性能;最后搭建了软硬件协同设计的DS-MOCT实测系统。实验结果表明,在-40℃~40℃宽温域内,DS-MOCT测量误差<0.2%,满足GB/T 20840.8—2007对电子式互感器的0.2级测量标准;动态响应时间<14 ms,满足电力系统实时监控需求。所提基于Koopman自适应滤波的DS-MOCT,解决了新型电力系统中光学电流传感器的抗温性、实时性与长期运行稳定性之间的三重矛盾。 展开更多

针对无铁心管状永磁同步直线(IT-PMSL)电机电流谐波和变摩擦力等扰动引起的推力和速度脉动问题,提出一种多分辨率鲁棒性模型预测推力控制策略。首先,考虑可变摩擦力影响,推导IT-PMSL电机的数学模型,分析该电机位置-速度-反电动势畸变影... 针对无铁心管状永磁同步直线(IT-PMSL)电机电流谐波和变摩擦力等扰动引起的推力和速度脉动问题,提出一种多分辨率鲁棒性模型预测推力控制策略。首先,考虑可变摩擦力影响,推导IT-PMSL电机的数学模型,分析该电机位置-速度-反电动势畸变影响规律。在此基础上,引入超螺旋滑模自适应律,搭建一种多分辨率磁链预测模型,在不同速度和位置下对IT-PMSL电机永磁磁链值进行计算,提高磁链计算速度和准确性的同时有效减小控制系统的计算负担,进而实现磁链和推力的在线预测。接着,利用载荷角构造无权重系数的价值函数,避免价值函数的影响,有效提高模型预测推力控制的鲁棒性。最后,搭建IT-PMSL电机驱动控制系统,通过仿真和实验验证所提多分辨率模型预测推力控制的有效性。 展开更多

针对双馈风电机组参与电力系统调频时疲劳载荷会显著增加的问题,提出了考虑疲劳载荷的双馈风电机组自适应线性二次型高斯(LQG)一次调频控制策略。采用小信号法构建了在额定风速以下和额定风速以上两种线性化双馈风电机组调频模型,通过... 针对双馈风电机组参与电力系统调频时疲劳载荷会显著增加的问题,提出了考虑疲劳载荷的双馈风电机组自适应线性二次型高斯(LQG)一次调频控制策略。采用小信号法构建了在额定风速以下和额定风速以上两种线性化双馈风电机组调频模型,通过等效同步发电机组的惯量响应以及静态调差特性确定双馈风电机组的期望输出功率,构造了以双馈风电机组期望输出功率与实际输出功率之差和载荷最小为目标的性能指标函数,并通过快速迭代Riccati方程实时求解该性能指标函数,获得双馈风电机组最优调频功率,在实现一次调频控制的同时减少双馈风电机组载荷。此外,提出了根据剩余转子动能及频率偏差自适应调整性能指标函数权重的方法,进一步优化了双馈风电机组的调频能力。仿真结果表明,所提策略在有效提升双馈风电机组调频能力的同时减少了机组疲劳载荷。 展开更多
