Based on the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),the optimal allocation model of water resources in sewage irrigation areas was established,which provided new ideas and application value for the rational utilizatio...Based on the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),the optimal allocation model of water resources in sewage irrigation areas was established,which provided new ideas and application value for the rational utilization of agricultural production and waste water resources.The results demonstrated that the difference of crop energy capture mainly depended on the development stage.Waste water with a certain concentration was able to promote crop growth,while excessive concentration inhibited crop growth.The correlation between water absorption rate and leaf area index was close(R=0.9498,p<0.01).The amount of bad seeds increased at a speed of 34.7·d^-1,when system irrigated randomly in the seedling stage,while it tended to remain stable at a speed of 0.3·d^-1 after plants entering the mature stage which impacted the total yields of crops.展开更多
The effect of consumption of water resources oneconomic growth is considered from the aspects of waterconsumption and structure.The magnitude of damping of waterresources on the economic growth of five provinces in No...The effect of consumption of water resources oneconomic growth is considered from the aspects of waterconsumption and structure.The magnitude of damping of waterresources on the economic growth of five provinces in NorthwestChina is measured by using the improved C-D productionfunction and the Romer damping analysis model from the aspectof the third industry,and the coefficient of structural deviation isused to measure the dynamic changes of consumption structure ofwater resources and industrial structure.From the consumptionof water resources,the output elasticity of capital and technologyof the third industry of five provinces in Northwest Chinaisgreater than that oflabor and water resources,indicating that theeconomic development in the northwestern areas is stronglydependent on thecapital and technology.And there are more areas with growth damping for the second industry,which means the second industry is more dependent on water resources.From the perspective of structure of water consumption,the allocation of water resources basically reaches the optimal efficiency between the second and third industries,but the distribution between the first and second and that between the first and third industries are uneven.The structural changes in waterconsumption lags behind those in industrial structure,and the consumption structure of water resources and industrial structure are not coordinated.Based on these results,some policy proposals are put forward as follows:increase of water use efficiency in various areas,decrease of water consumption,improvement of water use structure,and promotion of water resources towards the second and third industries.展开更多

This model determined weights of indicators by GEM, and assessed the allocation schemes by MAUE. Compared with DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) or ANN (Artificial Neural Networks), the mode was more applicable in some cases where decision-makers had preference for certain indicators展开更多
On the basis of the analysis about present water resource situation in China,the disadvantage of the for- mula of flow loss and water using coefficient on anti-seep channel which have been applying in channel de- sign...On the basis of the analysis about present water resource situation in China,the disadvantage of the for- mula of flow loss and water using coefficient on anti-seep channel which have been applying in channel de- sign and water saving irrigation administration will be indicated in the paper. The characteristics of that the loss of conveying water is changeable with the now changing have been take into account in the new formula. The formula is validated by the example of middle permeable channel (A=1.90,m=0.40). The calculate re- sult is more precision. Also some formula has been given,they can be referred to the worker of the irrigation administration.展开更多
This paper presents a dependent-chance goal programming (DCGP) and gives a successive factoring method to solve DCGP. We also discuss the application of DCGP in Qinhuangdao region for water supply and allocation.
