In order to study the distribution of shale gas reservoir in the Babaoshan Basin of Eastern Kunlun,the wide-field electromagnetic(WFEM)survey was carried out to obtain the spatial distribution characteristics of the u...In order to study the distribution of shale gas reservoir in the Babaoshan Basin of Eastern Kunlun,the wide-field electromagnetic(WFEM)survey was carried out to obtain the spatial distribution characteristics of the underground electrical volume resistivity based on the delineation of the scope of the Babaoshan Basin by regional gravity data.The basic characteristics of the basement,basin framework,and extension,vertical change,burial depth of dark mud shale in this area were identified,and the electrical distribution of the Babaoshan mud shale horizon was revealed,which has been proved to be a good geological effect by drilling.The exploration results show that the WFEM has significant effects on the exploration of shale gas occurrence strata,which meets the needs of investigation and evaluation of multi-layered and large-scale shale gas,and plays a good demonstration role in the follow-up shale gas exploration.展开更多
A vehicle stopping method using an electric brake until a traction motor is stopped is studied. At the moment of vehicle stop, electric brake is changed to control mode where torque is reduced at a low speed. Gradient...A vehicle stopping method using an electric brake until a traction motor is stopped is studied. At the moment of vehicle stop, electric brake is changed to control mode where torque is reduced at a low speed. Gradient is controlled by estimating the load torque of motor, thereby traction motor is not rotated after stop. In addition, coasting operation and brake test are performed from normal-opposite operation and start using a small-scale model comprising the inertial load equipment and the power converter. Further, traction motor is made to be equipped with a suspension torque. Pure electric braking that makes traction motor stop by an air brake at the time of stop is also implemented. Constant torque range and constant power range are expanded during braking so that braking force is secured with the electric brakes even in high speed region. Therefore, vehicle reduction effect can be expected by reducing parts related with an air brake which is not used frequently by using a pure electric brake in the M car in wide speed region. Further, maintenance of brake system can be reduced. Besides, ride comfort of passenger in the electric rail car, energy efficiency improvement, and noise reduction effect can be additionally expected. Further, an improved brake method that uses only an electric brake till motor stop is proposed by comparing those in the blending brake that uses an air brake while reducing brake torque at vehicle stop.展开更多

However, conventional WADC design method neglects the influence of signal transmission delay and damping performance of WADC designed by the conventional method may deteriorate or even has no effect when signal transmission delay is beyond delay margin, an index that denotes delay endurance degree of power system. Therefore, a new design method for WADC under the condition of expected damping factor and required signal transmission delay is presented in this work. An improved delay margin with less conservatism is derived by adopting a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and more compact bounding technique on the derivative of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The improved delay margin, which constructs the correlation of damping factor and signal transmission delay, can be used to design WADC. WADC designed by the proposed method can ensure that power system satisfies expected damping factor when WADC input signal is delayed within delay margin. Satisfactory test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

The new algorithm is designed according to the con...Based on a uniform linear array, a new widely linear unscented Kalman filter-based constant modulus algorithm (WL-UKF-CMA) for blind adaptive beamforming is proposed. The new algorithm is designed according to the constant modulus criterion and takes full advantage of the noncircular property of the signal of interest (SOI), significantly increasing the output signal-to interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), enhancing the convergence speed and decreasing the steady-state misadjustment. Since it requires no known training data, the proposed algorithm saves a large amount of the available spectrum. Theoretical analysis and simulation results are presented to demonstrate its superiority over the conventional linear least mean square-based CMA (L-LMS-CMA), the conventional linear recursive least square-based CMA (L-RLS-CMA), WL-LMS-CMA, WL-RLS-CMA and L-UKF-CMA.展开更多

The transmitting antennas are configured as the single phase center multiple azimuth beams (SPC MAB). The formed two beams point to two different directions to obtain two images of the observed scenario. The receiving antennas are configured as displaced phase center multiple azimuth beams (DPC MAB) to decrease the required pulse repetition frequency (PRF). The de- creased PRF can ensure the high resolution wide swath imaging. Based on the analysis of the character of the return signal, a pro- cessing method named multiple beam multiple channel algorithm (MBMCA) is proposed to separate the aliased sub-beams' echoes. The separated echoes are focused respectively to get the revisit imaging to the observed scenario. The simulation experiments ve- rify the validity and correctness of the proposed imaging mode and processing algorithm.展开更多
Laser-assisted simulation technique has played a crucial role in the investigation of dose rate effects of silicon-based devices and integrated circuits,due to its exceptional advantages in terms of flexibility,safety...Laser-assisted simulation technique has played a crucial role in the investigation of dose rate effects of silicon-based devices and integrated circuits,due to its exceptional advantages in terms of flexibility,safety,convenience,and precision.In recent years,wide band gap materials,known for their strong bonding and high ionization energy,have gained increasing attention from researchers and hold significant promise for extensive applications in specialized environments.Consequently,there is a growing need for comprehensive research on the dose rate effects of wide band gap materials.In response to this need,the use of laser-assisted simulation technology has emerged as a promising approach,offering an effective means to assess the efficacy of investigating these materials and devices.This paper focused on investigating the feasibility of laser-assisted simulation to study the dose rate effects of wide band gap semiconductor devices.Theoretical conversion factors for laser-assisted simulation of dose rate effects of GaN-based and SiC-based devices were been provided.Moreover,to validate the accuracy of the conversion factors,pulsed laser and dose rate experiments were conducted on GaN-based and SiC-based PIN diodes.The results demonstrate that pulsed laser radiation andγ-ray radiation can produce highly similar photocurrent responses in GaN-based and SiC-based PIN diodes,with correlation coefficients of 0.98 and 0.974,respectively.This finding reaffirms the effectiveness of laser-assisted simulation technology,making it a valuable complement in studying the dose rate effects of wide band gap semiconductor devices.展开更多
OBJECTIVE Genetic variants in the pharmacokinetic(PK)mechanism are the main underlying factors that modify the antiplatelet efficacy of clopidogrel.Hence,joint analysis of genetic variants that modify pharmacodynamic(...OBJECTIVE Genetic variants in the pharmacokinetic(PK)mechanism are the main underlying factors that modify the antiplatelet efficacy of clopidogrel.Hence,joint analysis of genetic variants that modify pharmacodynamic(PD)and PK responses to clopidogrel should be effective for identifying the genetic variants affecting the antiplatelet response to the drug.METHODS A genome-wide association study was conducted to identify new genetic loci that modify PD responses to clopidogrel and its active metabolite H4 in 115 Chinese patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).RESULTS We identified novel variants in two transporter genes(rs12456693 in SLC14A2 and rs2487032 in ABCA1)and in N6AMT1(rs2254638)associated with clopidogrel-treated P2Y12reaction unit(PRU)and plasma H4 concentration.The associations between these single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and PK parameters of clopidogrel and H4 were observed in 31 additional CHD patients(P<0.05).The new variants,together with CYP2C19*2 and clinical factors,dramatically improved the predictability of PRU variability to 37.7%compared with the published value of approximately 20%.The function of these SNPs on the activation of clopidogrel was validated in 32 liver S9 fractions,and the N6AMT1 rs2254638 T variant was found to be associated with decreased formation of H4(P=0.0386).Meanwhile,N6AMT1 rs2254638 was further identified to exert a marginal risk effect for MACE in an independent CHD patient cohort(OR:1.428,95%CI:0.978-2.086,P=0.0653,FDR=0.4726).In conclusion,we systematically identified new genetic variants as risk factors for the reduced efficacy of clopidogrel.CONCLUSION Our study findings enhanced the understanding of the absorption and metabolic mechanisms that influence PD responses to clopidogrel treatment.展开更多

This paper generalizes narrow-band deterministic maximum likelihood direction finding algorithm to the wideband case, and so constructions an object function, then utilizes genetic algorithm for nonlinear global optimization. Direction of arrival is estimated without preprocessing of array data and so the algorithm eliminates the effect of pre-estimate on the final estimation. The algorithm is applied on uniform linear array and extensive simulation results prove the efficacy of the algorithm. In the process of simulation, we obtain the relation between estimation error and parameters of genetic algorithm.展开更多
