All of the primers produced 64 bands, of which 59 were polymorphic. The average of polymorphic bands was 6.6 for each primer. The percentage of polymorphism ranged from 57.1% to 100%, with an average of 92.3%. An UPGMA dendrogram showed five groups. The primer numbered with PI9 and PI11 had relatively high resolution in identifying the F1 offspring in this research.展开更多
