Design and optimization of the RGB beam combiner in micro display using entropy weight-TOPSIS method

Red-green-blue(RGB)beam combiners are widely used in scenarios such as augmented reality/virtual reality(AR/VR),laser projection,biochemical detection,and other fields.Optical waveguide combiners have attracted extensive attention due to their advantages of small size,high multiplexing efficiency,convenient mass production,and low cost.An RGB beam combiner based on directional couplers is designed,with a core-cladding relative refractive index difference of 0.75%.The RGB beam combiner is optimized from the perspective of parameter optimization.Using the beam propagation method(BPM),the relationship between the performance of the RGB beam combiner and individual parameters is studied,achieving preliminary optimization of the device’s performance.The key parameters of the RGB beam combiner are optimized using the entropy weight-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution TOPSIS method,establishing the optimal parameter scheme and further improving the device’s performance indicators.The results show that after optimization,the multiplexing efficiencies for red,green,and blue lights,as well as the average multiplexing efficiency,reached 99.17%,99.76%,96.63%and 98.52%,respectively.The size of the RGB beam combiner is 4.768 mm×0.062 mm. 展开更多

This study designs four types of liquid-filled cylindrical shell structures to investigate their protection characteristics against explosive shock waves and high-speed fragments.Bare charge and charge-driven prefabricated fragments are employed to examine the damage under blast shock waves and combined blast and fragments loading on various liquid-filled cylindrical shell structures.The test results are compared to numerical calculations and theoretical analysis for the structure's deformation,the liquid medium's movement,and the pressure waves'propagation characteristics under different liquid-filling methods.The results showed that the filling method influences the blast protection and the struc-ture's energy absorption performance.The external filling method reduces the structural deformation,and the internal filling method increases the damage effect.The gapped internal filling method improves the structure's energy absorption efficiency.The pressure wave loading on the liquid-filled cylindrical shell structure differs depending on filling methods.Explosive shock waves and high-speed fragments show a damage enhancement effect on the liquid-filled cylindrical shell structure,depending on the thickness of the internal liquid container layer.The specific impulse on the inner surface of the cylindrical shell positively correlates to the radial deformation of the cylindrical shell structure,and the external liquid layer limits the radial structural deformation. 展开更多

To investigate the mechanical response during failure and the impact tendency characteristics of gangue-coal combined structure,uniaxial compression tests were conducted on nine groups of combined structures,each with varying gangue thicknesses and positions.The response patterns of compressive strength,elastic modulus,pre-peak accumulated energy,elastic energy index,and impact energy index were systematically analyzed.Furthermore,a new index for evaluating the impact tendency of gangue-containing coal was proposed,and its effectiveness was verified.The findings are as follows:(1)As the gangue thickness increases,both the compressive strength and the pre-peak energy of the combined structure decrease,whereas the elastic modulus increases accordingly.When the gangue is located in the lower middle position,the combined structure exhibits the lowest compressive strength and elastic modulus but the highest pre peak energy.(2)As the gangue shifts toward the middle position of the combined structure,the failure mode gradually transitions from comple te“crushing”failure to an incomplete“point-type”failure.As gangue thickness further increases,the failure region evolves from overall failure to localized failure,with the degree of failure shifting from complete to incomplete.The K_(crc)value corresponding to“crushing”complete failure is higher and has a stronger impact tendency compared to“point-type”incomplete failure.(3)The proposed comprehensive impact instability evaluation index K_(crc)for the gangue-coal combined structure has shown a significant positive correlation with compressive strength(R_(c))and impact energy index(K_(E)),further verifyi ng its rationality in comprehensively assessing the impact tendency of gangue-containing coal bodies.Applying this index to the evaluation of gangue-containing coal seams provides a more accurate reflection of their impact tendency compared with the residual energy index,which has a wide range of potential applications and practical significance. 展开更多

Effects of water intrusion and loading rate on mechanical properties of and crack propagation in coal–rock combinations 被引量:12

Tackling the problems of underground water storage in collieries in arid regions requires knowledge of the effect of water intrusion and loading rate on the mechanical properties of and crack development in coal–rock combinations. Fifty-four coal–rock combinations were prepared and split equally into groups containing different moisture contents(dry, natural moisture and saturated) to conduct acoustic emission testing under uniaxial compression with loading rates ranging from 0.1 mm/min to 0.6 mm/min. The results show that the peak stress and strength-softening modulus, elastic modulus, strain-softening modulus, and post-peak modulus partly decrease with increasing moisture content and loading rate. In contrast, peak strain increases with increasing moisture content and fluctuates with rising loading rate. More significantly, the relationship between stiffness and stress, combined with accumulated counts of acoustic emission, can be used to precisely predict all phases of crack propagation. This is helpful in studying the impact of moisture content and loading rate on crack propagation and accurately calculating mechanical properties. We also determined that the stress thresholds of crack closure, crack initiation, and crack damage do not vary with changes of moisture content and loading rate, constituting 15.22%, 32.20%, and 80.98% of peak stress, respectively. These outcomes assist in developing approaches to water storage in coal mines, determining the necessary width of waterproof coal–rock pillars, and methods of supporting water-enriched roadways, while also advances understanding the mechanical properties of coal–rock combinations and laws of crack propagation. 展开更多

Background As the most widely cultivated fiber crop,cotton production depends on hybridization to unlock the yield potential of current varieties.A deep understanding of genetic dissection is crucial for the cultivation of enhanced hybrid plants with desired traits,such as high yield and fine fiber quality.In this study,the general combining ability(GCA)and specific combining ability(SCA)of yield and fiber quality of nine cotton parents(six lines and three testers)and eighteen F1 crosses produced using a line×tester mating design were analyzed.Results The results revealed significant effects of genotypes,parents,crosses,and interactions between parents and crosses for most of the studied traits.Moreover,the effects of both additive and non-additive gene actions played a notably significant role in the inheritance of most of the yield and fiber quality attributes.The F1 hybrids of(Giza 90×Aust)×Giza 86,Uzbekistan 1×Giza 97,and Giza 96×Giza 97 demonstrated superior performance due to their favorable integration of high yield attributes and premium fiber quality characteristics.Path analysis revealed that lint yield has the highest positive direct effect on seed cotton yield,while lint percentage showed the highest negative direct effect on seed cotton yield.Principal component analysis identified specific parents and hybrids associated with higher cotton yield,fiber quality,and other agronomic traits.Conclusion This study provides insights into identifying potential single-and three-way cross hybrids with superior cotton yield and fiber quality characteristics,laying a foundation for future research on improving fiber quality in cotton. 展开更多

Background Studies on genetic variation and combining ability are essential tools to employ the suitable breeding programme,particularly for hybrid production,to exploit the heterosis in cross-pollinated crops like cotton.Thus,combining ability studies in desi cotton(Gossypium arboreum L.)was carried out using 13 diverse parents through diallel mating design,evaluating 78 F,hybrids along with their parents,without reciprocals using Griffing's and Hayman's approaches.Results Genotypes H 509,AC 3265,AKH 496,and PBN 565 exhibited superior per se performance,indicating their potential use as parents in future breeding programs to develop superior hybrids.The general combining ability(GCA)effect of the genotypes revealed that AC 3097 and AKA 13-SP1 were good general combiners for most traits in this study.Genotypes PBS 1127-SP1,AKH 496,H 509,N11-54-31-32,and AKA 13-SP1 exhibited strong combining ability,contributing to a significant specific combining ability(SCA)effect in seven selected crosses(AC 3265×PBS1127-SP1,AKH 496×H 509,AKH 496×AC 3097,PBS 1127-SP1×N11-54-31-32,AC 3216×AKA 13-SP1,H 503×N11-54-31-32,and H 509×AKA 13-SP1)for yield improvement.These crosses showed positive heterosis in a positive direction.Conclusion From the present study,five genotypes(AC 3097,AKA 13-SP1,N11-54-31-32,AC 3265,and H 509)were identified as good general combiners for producing hybrids,and seven combinations showed a promising hybrid for future breeding programs. 展开更多

It is the key to carry out scale model test to establish a distortion model similar to the real ship structure under combined load. A similarity criterion for ship distortion model under the combined action of bending moment and surface pressure was proposed, and the scale effect for the criterion was verified by a se ries of numerical analysis and model tests. The results show that the similarity criterion for ship distor tion model under combined loads has a certain scale effect. For the model tests of ship cabin struc tures, it is suggested that the scale range between the plate thickness scale and the main dimension scale should be controlled within 2:1, which can be used as a reference for distortion model design and ultimate strength test of large-scale ship structures. 展开更多

灾害监测与预测是岩土工程领域至关重要的任务之一,但工程监测数据中的非平稳性和非线性一直是预测的难点。为应对此挑战,引入数据驱动算法极限学习机(ELM)、长短时记忆神经网络模型(LSTM),结合自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN... 灾害监测与预测是岩土工程领域至关重要的任务之一,但工程监测数据中的非平稳性和非线性一直是预测的难点。为应对此挑战,引入数据驱动算法极限学习机(ELM)、长短时记忆神经网络模型(LSTM),结合自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)和麻雀搜索算法(SSA),提出了一种改进的地铁车站深基坑变形组合预测模型。首先,通过CEEMDAN将支护桩水平位移序列分解为趋势项和波动项,降低数据的非平稳性。其次,为充分考虑分解序列差异的非线性特征,分别采用SSA优化后的ELM和LSTM模型对低频趋势项与高频波动项进行预测,并将结果叠加重构为最终预测值。最后,以郑州市某地铁车站深基坑为例,通过设置消融实验、对比实验和泛化性验证实验,系统评估了模型的准确性与实用性。结果表明:该模型在精度和稳定性方面显著优于其他模型,其中R2提升了2.88%~23.62%,RMSE和MAPE分别降低了6.63%~41.13%、8.08%~64.79%。这充分说明模型在应对数据非平稳性和捕捉非线性特征方面表现出色,具备良好的可靠性和广泛的应用前景,可为岩土工程中的灾害防治提供新的思路和技术支持。 展开更多

文章基于2013-2022年中国沪深A股制造业上市公司数据,实证考察财政补贴和税收优惠两种财税政策对制造业企业新质生产力的影响、作用机制以及企业数字化在其中的调节作用。研究表明:财税政策能够有效激励制造业企业新质生产力发展,但其... 文章基于2013-2022年中国沪深A股制造业上市公司数据,实证考察财政补贴和税收优惠两种财税政策对制造业企业新质生产力的影响、作用机制以及企业数字化在其中的调节作用。研究表明:财税政策能够有效激励制造业企业新质生产力发展,但其激励效应因企业所属地理区位、生命周期不同而存在显著差异。中介机制分析发现,财政补贴和税收优惠均通过激励企业增加创新资本投入和提高人力资本水平促进企业新质生产力发展。调节机制检验发现,企业数字化正向调节财税政策与新质生产力之间的关系,且数字化程度越高,财税政策对制造业企业新质生产力的激励效应越强。进一步研究发现,税收优惠对企业新质生产力的激励效应优于财政补贴,财政补贴与税收优惠政策的组合实施表现出负向交互效应,且财税政策的激励效应并非呈线性关系,而是呈倒“U”型关系。 展开更多

为构建适用于东北地区的河流健康评价体系,针对东北河流特殊的季节性冰封水文特征,以及传统评价体系的应用局限性,如未给予水文指标合理的权重和解释,评价结果难以体现河流健康发展趋势等问题。基于《河湖健康评估技术导则(SL/T793-2020... 为构建适用于东北地区的河流健康评价体系,针对东北河流特殊的季节性冰封水文特征,以及传统评价体系的应用局限性,如未给予水文指标合理的权重和解释,评价结果难以体现河流健康发展趋势等问题。基于《河湖健康评估技术导则(SL/T793-2020)》,结合东北河流的水文、生态和社会服务功能等多维特征进行评价体系及方法改进,并以拉林河、第二松花江、伊通河、饮马河、东辽河等东北典型河流作为研究对象,通过采用组合赋权和物元可拓模型的方法,对各河流的健康等级进行量化评价,并利用综合关联度距离预测了河流健康水平的未来发展趋势。结果显示,改进后的东北河流健康评价体系共包含水文、水环境、河岸物理结构、水生生物以及社会服务功能5个状态层16项评价指标,能够基本适应东北河流的健康评价需求;健康评价结果得到伊通河最大综合关联度为0.014 6,健康等级为IV级,处于“不健康”状态,其余河流均处于“亚健康”状态(III级),且健康状态呈好转趋势。这一结论在综合指数法和模糊评价模型中得到了验证,能够为东北河流的持续健康管理提供科学依据,同时,也为类似寒冷地区的河流健康评估和管理提供了参考。 展开更多

目的应用代谢组学观察针刺单穴与腧穴配伍干预胃轻瘫大鼠相关的效应差异。方法构建原发性胃轻瘫大鼠动物模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、单穴组和配穴组,单穴组造模后针刺中脘穴,配穴组造模后针刺内关穴、中脘穴、足三里穴,检测... 目的应用代谢组学观察针刺单穴与腧穴配伍干预胃轻瘫大鼠相关的效应差异。方法构建原发性胃轻瘫大鼠动物模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、单穴组和配穴组,单穴组造模后针刺中脘穴,配穴组造模后针刺内关穴、中脘穴、足三里穴,检测大鼠脂肪酸等代谢物,应用代谢组学观察各组大鼠效应差异。结果针刺治疗之后单穴组和配穴组花生组四烯酸表达量均高于空白对照组(P<0.05),模型对照组表达量低于空白对照组(P<0.05);在γ-亚麻酸的调节上,配穴组治疗效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗效果可能是通过调节机体代谢产物的炎症反应达到的治疗效果。 展开更多

近代以来,中华文明受到外部震荡冲击并谋求新发展,基于自身的文明特性和时代境遇,中华民族的自觉具有突出的集体性,表现为中华民族于文化转型、关系重建、集体重塑、使命维新等范畴展开的理性反思与文明自觉。新文化运动伊始,中国共产... 近代以来,中华文明受到外部震荡冲击并谋求新发展,基于自身的文明特性和时代境遇,中华民族的自觉具有突出的集体性,表现为中华民族于文化转型、关系重建、集体重塑、使命维新等范畴展开的理性反思与文明自觉。新文化运动伊始,中国共产党早期领导人积极引进马克思主义思想。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党明确指出,要致力于建立“民族的、科学的、大众的中华民族的新文化”,以及“被新文化统治因而文明先进的中国”,其特点是“政治上自由和经济上繁荣”,突破性推动中华民族的文明新觉。中华人民共和国成立后,经过社会主义建设和改革开放,各族人民共同建设现代性、创新性、人民性、民主性、民族性的社会主义现代化国家。“两个结合”下的中华民族新文化赋予现代性以中华文明智慧,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想建立中华民族当代的文明新觉,不断铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推动中华民族共同体建设,推进建立中华民族新文化的征程,推进了中华文明的新发展。 展开更多
