Its design combines the differential geometry theory and the variable structure controlling theory. The mathematical model in the form of "an affme nonlinear system" is set up for the control of a large-scale power system. The static and dynamic performances of the nonlinear variable structure controller are simulated. The response of system with the controller proposed is compared to that of the nonlinear optimal controller when the system is subjected to a variety of disturbances. Simulation results show that the nonlinear variable structure excitation controller gives more satisfactorily static and dynamic performance and better robustness. 展开更多

A flight control system is designed for a reusable launch vehicle with aerodynamic control surfaces and reaction control system based on a variable-structure control and neural network theory.The control problems of coupling among the channels and the uncertainty of model parameters are solved by using the method.High precise and robust tracking of required attitude angles can be achieved in complicated air space.A mathematical model of reusable launch vehicle is presented first,and then a controller of flight system is presented.Base on the mathematical model,the controller is divided into two parts:variable-structure controller and neural network module which is used to modify the parameters of controller.This control system decouples the lateraldirectional tunnels well with a neural network sliding mode controller and provides a robust and de-coupled tracking for mission angle profiles.After this a control allocation algorithm is employed to allocate the torque moments to aerodynamic control surfaces and thrusters.The final simulation shows that the control system has a good accurate,robust and de-coupled tracking performance.The stable state error is less than 1°,and the overshoot is less than 5%. 展开更多

In this paper, structure identification of an uncertain network coupled with complex-variable chaotic systems is in- vestigated. Both the topological structure and the system parameters can be unknown and need to be identified. Based on impulsive stability theory and the Lyapunov function method, an impulsive control scheme combined with an adaptive strategy is adopted to design effective and universal network estimators. The restriction on the impulsive interval is relaxed by adopting an adaptive strategy. Further, the proposed method can monitor the online switching topology effectively. Several numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results. 展开更多

The increasing demand on robotic system performance leads to the use of advanced control strategies. A variable structure model-following adaptive control design is presented for the nonlinear robot manipulator systems, when subjected to fast and wide ranges of unknown-but-bounded parameter variations and disturbances. The design does not require any knowledge of a nonlinear robotic system. The system is robust and insensitive to the parameter variation, disturbances, as well as to the unmodeled dynamics. This insensitive property enables the elimination of interactions among the various joints of the robotic manipulator. In the closed loop, the robotic system asymptotically converges to the reference trajectory with a Prescribed transient resPOnse. The problem of chattering is discussed with the introduction of the special approaches: boundary layer, smoothing law, and nonlinear compensation. 展开更多

First, according to the relative degree concept of th nonlinear control system an error equation between the outputs of the reference model and the controlled plant is derived. Then, by using the variable structrue control method, an algorithm of variable structure model reference adaptive control is deduced on the basis of a new concept of reaching law. The definition of the SISO system is introduced into the MIMO nonlinear system. Finally, as an example, a pendulum nonlinear control system is simulated to demonstrated the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the method has some advantages: the design is simple, intuitive and easy to be realized in engineering. The adaptive fuzzy control system consists of a scaling factor self-tuning fuzzy-PI throttle controller, and a hybrid fuzzy-PID CVT ratio and brake controller. The presented adaptive fuzzy control strategy is vehicle model independent, which depends only on the instantaneous vehicle states, but does not depend on vehicle parameters. So it has good robustness against uncertain vehicle parameters and exogenous load disturbance. The proposed controller eliminates the unknown nonlinear function by using a fuzzy system, whose inputs are not the state variables but feedback error signals. The underlying stability analysis as well as parameter update law design are carried out by using the Lyapunov-based technique. The proposed method indicates that the nonlinear inversion-based control approach can also be applied to uncertain chaotic systems. A fuzzy controller is designed with continuous fuzzy variables and the simulation module of the aft power chain is proved by test. The fuzzy controller controls the process of continuously variable transmission steadily and the acceleration of vehicle is quick according to simulation results. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of automobile with a CVT system, a bond graph analysis model of continuously variable transmission is established. On the base of the simulation state space equations that are established with bond graph theory, a fuzzy control strategy with an expert system of starting process has been introduced. Considering uncertain system parameters and exterior resistance disturbing , the effect of the profile of membership function and the defuzzification algorithm on the capacity of the fuzzy controller has been studied. The result of simulation proves that the proposed fuzzy controller is effective and feasible. Such controller has been employed in the actual control and has proved practicable. An attitude control algorithm for reusable launch vehicle(RLV) in reentry phase is proposed based on sliding mode variable structure control technique.The aerodynamic characteristics of RLV vary rapidly,and the serious uncertainties and nonlinearities exist in the reentry flight phase.As an example,American X-34 technology demonstrator is investigated.The chattering brought by the variable structure control technique is eliminated efficiently by choosing a suitable reaching law and a sign function.A control mode of reaction control system is presented based on the RCS scheme of X-34 vehicle.As two different attitude control effectors,aerosurfaces and RCS,are employed in the reentry flight phase,a composite control strategy based on the dynamic pressure variety is presented.Also,an actuator model and a RCS thruster model are built.Analysis and nonlinear simulation results show that the sliding mode variable structure controller achieves better performance,the overshoot and steady-state error are only 0.7% and 0.04° respectively. 展开更多

The higher control efficiency,faster response,better stability and compactness of the nose control are shown by comparing the deflectable nose control with the normal tail fin control. A mathematical model of the missile,which is time-varying,nonlinear and strong coupling,is establihsed by multi-body dynamics to be used for designing the controller. A robust controller of deflectable nose control is designed by variable structure control theory,selecting sliding mode surfaces with tracking error and its integral function,and considering parameter disturbance of the model. The simulation results show the controller can response quickly and track precisely. The deflectable nose control is proper for the bank-to-turn missile. 展开更多

为减小流固耦合的斜拉管桥结构的地震响应,基于压电陶瓷的逆压电效应等特点,设计了一种新型压电摩擦阻尼器,并以某单塔双跨多索双管道斜拉管桥为例,建立考虑流固耦合的斜拉管桥结构有限元模型,探讨阻尼器在斜拉管桥结构中的最优安装位... 为减小流固耦合的斜拉管桥结构的地震响应,基于压电陶瓷的逆压电效应等特点,设计了一种新型压电摩擦阻尼器,并以某单塔双跨多索双管道斜拉管桥为例,建立考虑流固耦合的斜拉管桥结构有限元模型,探讨阻尼器在斜拉管桥结构中的最优安装位置及减震控制效果。结果表明:设计的新型压电变摩擦阻尼器具有良好的工作性能,阻尼力与驱动电压之间呈现较好的线性关系,建立的阻尼力-驱动电压本构模型可以用于管桥结构的压电减震控制;阻尼索在算例斜拉管桥上的最佳减震效果安装位置L为42.875 m,对应的阻尼器最佳倾斜角为41.4°;压电阻尼器在最佳安装位置,阻尼系数为50 kN·s/m时,管桥结构的位移控制效果为13.5%,加速度控制效果为33.9%。随着阻尼系数的增大,明显提高了减震效果。 展开更多

为改善传统车辆悬架的性能,借鉴自然进化而来的袋鼠腿部结构,提出一种双菱形仿袋鼠腿悬架。为研究该悬架的行为特性,采用Lagrange方程法推导其动力学模型;基于动力学模型分别设计其PID和Fuzzy-PID控制器;在MATLAB/simulink环境下,建立... 为改善传统车辆悬架的性能,借鉴自然进化而来的袋鼠腿部结构,提出一种双菱形仿袋鼠腿悬架。为研究该悬架的行为特性,采用Lagrange方程法推导其动力学模型;基于动力学模型分别设计其PID和Fuzzy-PID控制器;在MATLAB/simulink环境下,建立其被、主动仿真模型并开展特性仿真与分析。研究发现:①被、主动模式下,车身垂向加速度、悬架动挠度及轮胎动位移均方根,随着车速和路面等级的增加均有所增加且在允许范围内。②不同路面等级下,随着车速的增加,被、主动模式的车身垂向加速度传递率数值基本相同,均呈单调递减趋势,(如,被动模式的车身垂向加速度传递率在1.64%~0.80%之间变化),但主动模式优于被动模式,Fuzzy-PID控制优于PID控制(约下降0.5%~0.6%);③不同路面等级下,随着车速的增加,被、主动模式的轮胎动位移传递率数值均增加,但其增加率呈下降趋势。从传递率数值上看,主动模式明显优于被动模式(约减少15%~25%,高车速时下降明显),但Fuzzy-PID控制与PID控制效果基本相同;④由车身加速度、悬架动挠度和轮胎动位移传递率频响特性可知双菱形仿袋鼠腿悬架有两个峰值,第一个峰值在0.8 Hz附近,第二个峰值在15 Hz附近;主动控制下悬架的舒适性和稳定性均优于被动悬架,Fuzzy-PID较PID控制效果更佳。研究结果表明:所提悬架的结构设计合理、方案可行。该悬架具有良好的路面适应性、高速舒适性和稳定性,这些特性与袋鼠腿的运动特性相吻合,验证了该研究思路的正确性和控制方法的有效性。 展开更多

基于ASM-VSA的纤维增强软体手力控制研究

软体手抓取安全性和适应性强,在工业柔性抓取、人机交互等领域有广泛的应用前景,针对软体手因非线性与强耦合性造成的力控制精准度低、误差大等难题,提出一种自适应滑模变刚度导纳(ASM-VSA)力控制算法,并研制软体手实验装备验证。首先,... 软体手抓取安全性和适应性强,在工业柔性抓取、人机交互等领域有广泛的应用前景,针对软体手因非线性与强耦合性造成的力控制精准度低、误差大等难题,提出一种自适应滑模变刚度导纳(ASM-VSA)力控制算法,并研制软体手实验装备验证。首先,分析并建立基于Neo-Hookean材料模型、力矩平衡与欧拉—伯努利梁理论的软体手力-位置模型;然后,提出一种ASM-VSA力控制算法,该算法主要包括自适应滑模增益、动态刚度调节、卡尔曼滤波,引入期望力模糊调整策略,能自适应环境匹配期望力;最后,研制一款新颖的气动双螺旋纤维增强软体手及其控制系统,该软体手包括形变腔室、底层应变限制层、外围纤维增强层。通过Matlab仿真实验得ASM-VSA相比自适应滑模均方误差降低22%,最大误差降低43%。实物实验结果表明在抓取柔性物体时,能自适应调整期望力,均方误差为0.0048、均绝对误差为0.0402,实现柔顺抓取。该算法具有良好的力控制性能,能有效提升双螺旋纤维增强软体手抓取的平顺性与精准度。 展开更多

双层准零刚度隔振系统吸引子迁移控制特性

非线性隔振系统普遍存在多稳态吸引子共存现象,运行在不同吸引子上时则具有不同的隔振效果.为保证非线性隔振系统处于最优的隔振状态,以双层准零刚度隔振(two-stage quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation,TQZS VI)系统为对象,对其... 非线性隔振系统普遍存在多稳态吸引子共存现象,运行在不同吸引子上时则具有不同的隔振效果.为保证非线性隔振系统处于最优的隔振状态,以双层准零刚度隔振(two-stage quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation,TQZS VI)系统为对象,对其吸引子迁移控制特性展开分析.首先,建立了TQZS VI系统动力学模型,采用参数延拓跟踪方法和并行胞映射方法分别揭示了TQZS VI系统全局分岔特性和吸引子共存特性,在不同激励力幅值作用下TQZS VI系统具有显著的分岔特性,包括周期运动(周期1,2和3等)以及混沌运动.然后,基于吸引子迁移控制理论,采用经典指数趋近律提出了一种基于滑模变结构的吸引子迁移控制方法,其无需建立非线性控制项且目标轨道函数传输域具备全局性.最后,采用所提出的吸引子迁移控制方法构建了TQZS VI系统迁移控制项,并揭示了TQZS VI系统在不同目标轨道以及吸引子之间的迁移控制特性.结果表明,基于滑模变结构的吸引子迁移控制方法能够有效控制TQZS VI系统的运动状态,可为非线性隔振系统状态控制和减振降噪提供一种新思路. 展开更多
