Time-frequency analysis is a successfully used tool for analyzing the local features of seismic data. However,it suffers from several inevitable limitations, such as the restricted time-frequency resolution, the difficulty in selecting parameters, and the low computational efficiency.Inspired by deep learning,we suggest a deep learning-based workflow for seismic time-frequency analysis. The sparse S transform network(SSTNet)is first built to map the relationship between synthetic traces and sparse S transform spectra, which can be easily pre-trained by using synthetic traces and training labels.Next,we introduce knowledge distillation(KD)based transfer learning to re-train SSTNet by using a field data set without training labels, which is named the sparse S transform network with knowledge distillation(KD-SSTNet).In this way,we can effectively calculate the sparse time-frequency spectra of field data and avoid the use of field training labels. To test the availability of the suggested KD-SSTNet,we apply it to field data to estimate seismic attenuation for reservoir characterization and make detailed comparisons with the traditional time-frequency analysis methods. 展开更多

To identify interactions among evaluation criteria and describe their importance,a new identification method making use of a fuzzy measure is presented. The relative weight and interaction degree of every evaluation criteria pair are obtained by using the diamond pairwise comparison method.Based on comparison results, the maximum eigenvector method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the hierarchical clustering method, and the phi(s) transformation are utilized to generate values of the fuzzy measure for each subset of the evaluation criterion set.Overall evaluation on each supplier is aggregated by Choquet integral with respect to the fuzzy measure. Finally,an illustrative example demonstrates the practical feasibility and validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

The solution of water wave scattering problem involving small deformation on a porous bed in a channel, where the upper surface is bounded above by an infinitely extent rigid horizontal surface, is studied here within the framework of linearized water wave theory. In such a situation, there exists only one mode of waves propagating on the porous surface. A simplified perturbation analysis, involving a small parameter ε (≤1) , which measures the smallness of the deformation, is employed to reduce the governing Boundary Value Problem (BVP) to a simpler BVP for the first-order correction of the potential function. The first-order potential function and, hence, the first-order reflection and transmission coefficients are obtained by the method based on Fourier transform technique as well as Green's integral theorem with the introduction of appropriate Green's function. Two special examples of bottom deformation: the exponentially damped deformation and the sinusoidal ripple bed, are considered to validate the results. For the particular example of a patch of sinusoidal ripples, the resonant interaction between the bed and the upper surface of the fluid is attained in the neighborhood of a singularity, when the ripples wavenumbers of the bottom deformation become approximately twice the components of the incident field wavenumber along the positive x -direction. Also, the main advantage of the present study is that the results for the values of reflection and transmission coefficients are found to satisfy the energy-balance relation almost accurately. 展开更多
