A variation pixels identification method based on kernel spatial attraction model and local entropy for robust endmember extraction

A variation pixels identification method was proposed aiming at depressing the effect of variation pixels, which dilates the theoretical hyperspectral data simplex and misguides volume evaluation of the simplex. With integration of both spatial and spectral information, this method quantitatively defines a variation index for every pixel. The variation index is proportional to pixels local entropy but inversely proportional to pixels kernel spatial attraction. The number of pixels removed was modulated by an artificial threshold factor α. Two real hyperspectral data sets were employed to examine the endmember extraction results. The reconstruction errors of preprocessing data as opposed to the result of original data were compared. The experimental results show that the number of distinct endmembers extracted has increased and the reconstruction error is greatly reduced. 100% is an optional value for the threshold factor α when dealing with no prior knowledge hyperspectral data. 展开更多

年龄转化在刑侦、人脸识别等领域有着重要作用。常见的年龄转化方法需要使用成对带有年龄注释的数据集进行训练,并且存在生成图像质量低、年龄语义信息不够解耦等问题。针对上述问题,在Pix2style2Pix的训练框架中,引入年龄识别、context... 年龄转化在刑侦、人脸识别等领域有着重要作用。常见的年龄转化方法需要使用成对带有年龄注释的数据集进行训练,并且存在生成图像质量低、年龄语义信息不够解耦等问题。针对上述问题,在Pix2style2Pix的训练框架中,引入年龄识别、contextual损失函数,对整体损失函数做出符合年龄转化的改进,提取年龄信息并保证图像质量。改进编码网络配合损失函数对潜在空间的图像进行编辑,提出一种基于Pixel2style2Pixel的年龄转化方法。通过FFHQ、CelebA数据集,对所提方法进行验证,实验结果表明,在不采用成对年龄注释的训练集下,改进后的损失函数能生成更符合期望年龄的转化图像,人脸相似度距离为0.346、FID为45.69、SSIM为0.593 6、PSNR为19.64 dB,均优于对比方法,证明所提方法能够生成高质量、年龄语义高度解耦的转化结果。 展开更多

目的:观察低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮安全性和疗效。方法:选取某三甲医院门诊收治的玫瑰痤疮患者100例,按照随机数字法分为药物治疗组(32例)、激光治疗组(34例)与联合组(34例),药物治疗组采用单独盐酸米诺环... 目的:观察低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮安全性和疗效。方法:选取某三甲医院门诊收治的玫瑰痤疮患者100例,按照随机数字法分为药物治疗组(32例)、激光治疗组(34例)与联合组(34例),药物治疗组采用单独盐酸米诺环素治疗,每晚1次,100 mg口服,连续治疗6周;激光治疗组采用低能量Pixel调Q像束激光治疗,2周1次,连续6周;联合组采用低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合盐酸米诺环素100 mg口服每晚1次,连续6周治疗。治疗结束后比较3组患者整体病情的评估(investigator’s global assessment,IGA)。结果:治疗前3组患者IGA评分差异无统计学意义,治疗结束后,联合组患者整体病情评估IGA评分、症状积分均较2个对照组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:低能量Pixel调Q像束激光联合米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮效果良好,不良反应少。 展开更多

A novel synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image de-noising method based on the local pixel grouping(LPG)principal component analysis(PCA)and guided filter is proposed.This method contains two steps.In the first step,we process the noisy image by coarse filters,which can suppress the speckle effectively.The original SAR image is transformed into the additive noise model by logarithmic transform with deviation correction.Then,we use the pixel and its nearest neighbors as a vector to select training samples from the local window by LPG based on the block similar matching.The LPG method ensures that only the similar sample patches are used in the local statistical calculation of PCA transform estimation,so that the local features of the image can be well preserved after coefficients shrinkage in the PCA domain.In the second step,we do the guided filtering which can effectively eliminate small artifacts left over from the coarse filtering.Experimental results of simulated and real SAR images show that the proposed method outstrips the state-of-the-art image de-noising methods in the peak signalto-noise ratio(PSNR),the structural similarity(SSIM)index and the equivalent number of looks(ENLs),and is of perceived image quality. 展开更多

A novel pixel circuit was proposed to meet the special requirement of OLED-on-silicon. The novel pixel consists of three transistors and one capacitor (3T 1C). It has simple structure and can effectively reduce the current glitch generated during the AC driving from 55 pA to 7.5 pA, so that it can improve the precision of grayscale of display as well as extend the lifetime of (])LED material. Except for the pixel array, low power row driver, column driver and other functional modules were also integrated on the chip. Several techniques were adopted to reduce the power consumption and frequency requirement of the chip. Finally, a 16×3×12 resolution chip was fabricated with standard 0.35 μm CMOS process of CSM and the chip can operate correctly. 展开更多

In order to improve the video quality of transmission with data loss,a spatial and temporal error concealment method was proposed,which considered both the state information of the network and the perceptual weight of the video content.The proposed method dynamically changed the reliability weight of the neighboring macroblock,which was used to conceal the lost macroblocks according to the packet loss rate of the current channel state.The perceptual weight map was utilized as side information to do weighted pixel interpolation and side-match based motion compensation for spatial and temporal error concealment,respectively.And the perceptual weight of the neighboring macroblocks was adaptively modified according to the perceptual weight of the lost macroblocks.Compared with the method used in H.264 joint model,experiment results show that the proposed method performs well both in subjective video quality and objective video quality,and increases the average peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) of the whole frame by about 0.4 dB when the video bitstreams are transmitted with packets loss. 展开更多

In this paper,we first propose a memristive chaotic system and implement it by circuit simulation.The chaotic dynamics and various attractors are analysed by using phase portrait,bifurcation diagram,and Lyapunov exponents.In particular,the system has robust chaos in a wide parameter range and the initial value space,which is favourable to the security communication application.Consequently,we further explore its application in image encryption and present a new scheme.Before image processing,the external key is protected by the Grain-128a algorithm and the initial values of the memristive system are updated with the plain image.We not only perform random pixel extraction and masking with the chaotic cipher,but also use them as control parameters for Brownian motion to obtain the permutation matrix.In addition,multiplication on the finite field GF(2^(8))is added to further enhance the cryptography.Finally,the simulation results verify that the proposed image encryption scheme has better performance and higher security,which can effectively resist various attacks. 展开更多
