SO_(2)沉积速率对6061-T4铝合金在模拟海洋大气环境中腐蚀行为的影响

为考察铝合金在含SO_(2)环境中的腐蚀行为规律,通过干/湿交替循环腐蚀试验,结合电化学分析、EDS能谱分析、FTIR分析等方法,研究了SO_(2)沉积速率对6061-T4铝合金在模拟海洋大气环境中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,较低的SO_(2... 为考察铝合金在含SO_(2)环境中的腐蚀行为规律,通过干/湿交替循环腐蚀试验,结合电化学分析、EDS能谱分析、FTIR分析等方法,研究了SO_(2)沉积速率对6061-T4铝合金在模拟海洋大气环境中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,较低的SO_(2)沉积速率可显著促进腐蚀反应的进行,提高腐蚀速率。但是,随着沉积速率逐渐增大,SO_(2)对腐蚀反应的促进作用逐渐减弱,并在腐蚀后期出现抑制作用。当SO_(2)沉积速率增大至2000 mg/(m^(2)·d)时,SO_(2)对腐蚀反应只呈现抑制作用。SO_(2)发生氧化、水解反应,生成SO_4^(2-)与H^(+),导致基体表面液膜酸化,是SO_(2)促进铝合金腐蚀的主要原因。SO_(2)沉积量增大,导致基体与液膜界面处溶解氧的浓度梯度迅速降低,以及由Al_2(SO_4)_3与AlCl_3组成的腐蚀产物层阻碍腐蚀性介质接触基体表面,是SO_(2)对铝合金的腐蚀反应产生抑制作用的主要原因。 展开更多

不同暗管间距与生物有机肥施用对盐碱地N_(2)O排放的影响研究

为揭示不同暗管间距与生物有机肥施用下盐碱地N_(2)O排放过程及机制,以苜蓿为植物材料,设计了4种暗管间距[不设暗管(CK)、6 m(S1)、12 m(S2)和18 m(S3)],结合3种有机肥施肥量[3000 kg/hm^(2)(N1)、4500 kg/hm^(2)(N2)、6000 kg/hm^(2)(N... 为揭示不同暗管间距与生物有机肥施用下盐碱地N_(2)O排放过程及机制,以苜蓿为植物材料,设计了4种暗管间距[不设暗管(CK)、6 m(S1)、12 m(S2)和18 m(S3)],结合3种有机肥施肥量[3000 kg/hm^(2)(N1)、4500 kg/hm^(2)(N2)、6000 kg/hm^(2)(N3)],观测了土壤N_(2)O排放通量、累计排放量、盐分、有机质、有机碳、总碳、C/N等指标,分析N_(2)O排放通量与可能影响因子之间的相关关系。结果表明:暗管排水过程有利于降低盐碱地N_(2)O排放通量,且暗管间距越小、施肥量越低,N_(2)O排放通量越低。各处理累计N_(2)O排放量为1.68~2.40 kg/hm^(2),占施氮量的0.70%~1.52%,不同处理以CKN3最高、S1N1最低,CKN3处理N_(2)O累计排放量比S1N1高43.5%。暗管排水降低了0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层土壤盐分,且暗管间距越小,盐分降低越明显;相同暗管间距下,增施有机肥使得耕层土壤盐分提升7.5%~19.3%。N_(2)O排放通量与0~20、20~40 cm土层盐分呈正相关,R^(2)分别为0.81和0.72;与C/N呈负相关,R^(2)为0.63;与其他因子之间的关系并不明显。研究结果说明暗管排水和有机肥施用主要通过影响浅层土壤盐分、C/N等指标进而调控N_(2)O排放,科学的暗管布局结合有机肥施用有利于降低盐碱地N_(2)O输出。 展开更多

以氧化铟、氧化锑和氯化铯为基本原料,浓盐酸作为溶剂,采用低温水热法合成Sb^(3+)掺杂全无机Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O(Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O∶Sb^(3+))钙钛矿。研究了Sb^(3+)的掺杂量(0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、20%)对Cs_(2)InC... 以氧化铟、氧化锑和氯化铯为基本原料,浓盐酸作为溶剂,采用低温水热法合成Sb^(3+)掺杂全无机Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O(Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O∶Sb^(3+))钙钛矿。研究了Sb^(3+)的掺杂量(0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、20%)对Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O钙钛矿发光性能的影响。采用紫外-可见分光光谱、荧光光谱和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等表征该样品的吸收光谱、发光性能和晶体结构。结果表明,少量Sb^(3+)掺杂Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O钙钛矿不会改变其结构。当Sb^(3+)的掺杂量为10%时,达到最强荧光发射,发射峰波长约为620nm,荧光寿命为8.13μs。采用荧光转换法,将实验合成的Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O∶Sb^(3+)钙钛矿纳米晶与商用蓝色发光的BaMgAl_(10)O_(17)∶Eu和绿色发光的(Sr,Ba)_(2)SiO_(4)∶Eu荧光粉混合涂于365nm的紫外芯片上,封装得到显色指数(CRI)为91.8,CIE色坐标为(0.326,0.316),色温为5843K的白光LED。说明Cs_(2)InCl_(5)·H_(2)O∶Sb^(3+)钙钛矿纳米晶在白光LED领域具有很好的应用前景。 展开更多

旱地农田土壤N_(2)O排放:从路径、微生物作用机制到靶向调控

农田土壤是陆地生态系统N_(2)O的重要排放源,其中旱地农田土壤N_(2)O排放约占全球农田N_(2)O排放的50%。旱地农田土壤N_(2)O的排放模式具有独特性,呈现“湿润或施氮脉冲”现象。结合多年研究结果,本文系统综述了旱地农田土壤N_(2)O产生... 农田土壤是陆地生态系统N_(2)O的重要排放源,其中旱地农田土壤N_(2)O排放约占全球农田N_(2)O排放的50%。旱地农田土壤N_(2)O的排放模式具有独特性,呈现“湿润或施氮脉冲”现象。结合多年研究结果,本文系统综述了旱地农田土壤N_(2)O产生的主要路径及微生物作用机制、抑制N_(2)O产生的调控途径,并评价了硝化抑制剂在减少农田土壤N_(2)O排放中的效果以及包含硝化抑制剂氮肥产业化生产的前景。综述表明:以铵态氮为底物的氨氧化路径(包括自养硝化、硝化细菌反硝化、硝化耦合反硝化)是N_(2)O排放+的主要途径,完全氨氧化微生物对自养硝化过程N_(2)O排放的贡献亦不可忽视,抑制以NH_(4)^(+)为底物的氨氧化路径可能是旱地农田调控N_(2)O排放的主要靶向途径,并探讨了今后旱地农田N_(2)O排放研究的重点。未来研究应将多方法(同位素示踪和分子生物学技术)、多尺度(多点田间定位试验、区分根际与非根际)和多因素(不同农田管理措施)相结合,可靠揭示旱地农田土壤N_(2)O排放路径、机制以及根际和非根际N_(2)O排放的异质性,筛选适宜于旱地N_(2)O减排的靶向硝化抑制剂,构建旱地农田N_(2)O排放的理论框架,提出减排的关键靶向调控途径。 展开更多

Structural reconstruction of electrocatalysts plays a pivotal role in catalytic performances for CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR),whereas the behavior is by far superficially understood.Here,we report that CO_(2)accessibility results in a universal self-adaptive structural reconstruction from Cu_(2)O to Cu@CuxO composites,ending with feeding gas-dependent microstructures and catalytic performances.The CO_(2)-rich atmosphere favors reconstruction for CO_(2)RR,whereas the CO_(2)-deficient one prefers that for hydrogen evolution reaction.With the assistance of spectroscopic analysis and theoretical calculations,we uncover a CO_(2)-induced passivation behavior by identifying a reductionresistant but catalytic active Cu(I)-rich amorphous layer stabilized by*CO intermediates.Additionally,we find extra CO production is indispensable for the robust production of C2H4.An inverse correlation between durability and FECO/FEC2H4 is disclosed,suggesting that the selfstabilization process involving the absorption of*CO intermediates on Cu(I)sites is essential for durable electrolysis.Guided by this insight,we design hollow Cu_(2)O nanospheres for durable and selective CO_(2)RR electrolysis in producing C2H4.Our work recognizes the previously overlooked passivation reconstruction and self-stabilizing behavior and highlights the critical role of the local atmosphere in modulating reconstruction and catalytic processes. 展开更多

为了探究工艺参数对NiCoCrAlYTa-Cr_(2)O_(3)-Cu-Mo高温耐磨涂层性能的影响规律,基于正交实验,采用大气等离子喷涂(atmospheric plasma spray,APS)工艺制备NiCoCrAlYTa-Cr_(2)O_(3)-Cu-Mo涂层,应用极差分析法研究工艺参数对NiCoCrAlYTa-... 为了探究工艺参数对NiCoCrAlYTa-Cr_(2)O_(3)-Cu-Mo高温耐磨涂层性能的影响规律,基于正交实验,采用大气等离子喷涂(atmospheric plasma spray,APS)工艺制备NiCoCrAlYTa-Cr_(2)O_(3)-Cu-Mo涂层,应用极差分析法研究工艺参数对NiCoCrAlYTa-Cr_(2)O_(3)-Cu-Mo涂层显微组织、硬度和结合强度性能影响的主次关系,完成喷涂工艺参数优化。优化后的工艺参数为氩气流量为50 L/min,氢气流量为12 L/min,电流为500 A,喷涂距离为100 mm。结果表明:采用优化后的工艺参数喷涂的NiCoCrAlYTa-Cr_(2)O_(3)-Cu-Mo涂层显微组织均匀致密,涂层孔隙率小于1%,结合强度平均值为70.7 MPa,硬度平均值为543.7HV,900℃温度下50~100 h平均氧化速率为0.07302 g/(m^(2)·h),达到完全抗氧化级别,在800℃表现出良好的摩擦磨损性能,平均摩擦因数为0.248,磨损率为2.12×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N·m)。 展开更多

缺陷介孔TiO_(2)的制备及其吸波性能研究

目前,电子通信设备产生的电磁辐射问题日益突出。为了应对电磁污染,迫切需要开发一种厚度薄、重量轻、吸收频率宽和吸收能力强的微波吸收材料。TiO_(2)因具有密度低和稳定性高的特点,成为一种有潜力的微波吸收材料。然而,纯TiO_(2)材料... 目前,电子通信设备产生的电磁辐射问题日益突出。为了应对电磁污染,迫切需要开发一种厚度薄、重量轻、吸收频率宽和吸收能力强的微波吸收材料。TiO_(2)因具有密度低和稳定性高的特点,成为一种有潜力的微波吸收材料。然而,纯TiO_(2)材料因电磁响应性差、介电常数低及电磁波衰减能力不足,从而限制了其实际应用。为了提升TiO_(2)的微波吸收性能,采用无溶剂自组装策略,在不同温度下合成了介孔TiO_(2),并通过N2气氛还原处理引入缺陷,成功制备了富缺陷介孔TiO_(2)。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对试样的晶体结构和微观形貌进行表征,借助X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对介孔TiO_(2)还原前后元素价态的变化进行分析,利用N2吸附-脱附等温曲线对试样的比表面积和孔结构特征进行探讨,并通过矢量网络分析仪测量试样的电磁参数。同时,系统地研究了合成温度和还原处理对试样电磁吸波性能的影响。结果表明:随着合成温度的提高,介孔TiO_(2)晶相从单一锐钛矿相转变为锐钛矿与金红石的混合相;尽管N2气氛还原处理保持了介孔结构,但比表面积有所下降,并在表面生成大量氧空位缺陷;合成温度对试样的电磁参数影响较小,而还原处理显著提升了其介电常数。值得一提的是,在500℃下合成并还原处理的介孔TiO_(2),其表现出优异的吸波性能,当厚度为5.05 mm时最小反射损耗值达到-30.5 dB、有效吸收带宽为2.32 GHz,该优异性能得益于介孔结构提供的大比表面积、第二相引入的界面极化损耗及缺陷诱导的偶极子极化。本研究为高性能TiO_(2)基微波吸波材料的制备提供了有效途径。 展开更多

The results showed that doubling CO2 concentration was benefit tb seedling growth of the species (500 μL- L1 was better than 700 μLL’ L-1 ) and the biomass production was increased in both aboveground and underground parts of seedlings. The oxidation kinetics,surface morphology and phase structure of oxide films grown on 25Cr20Ni alloy in air-H2O and H2-H2O atmospheres at 900 ℃ for 20 h were investigated.The anti-coking performance and resistance to carburization of the two oxide films were compared using 25Cr20Ni alloy tubes with an inner diameter of 10 mm and a length of 850 mm in a bench scale naphtha steam pyrolysis unit.The oxidation kinetics followed a parabolic law in an air-H2O atmosphere and a logarithm law in a H2-H2O atmosphere in the steady-state stage.The oxide film grown in the air-H2O atmosphere had cracks where the elements Fe and Ni were enriched and the un-cracked area was covered with octahedral-shaped MnCr2O4 spinels and Cr1.3Fe0.7O3 oxide clusters,while the oxide film grown in the H2-H2O atmosphere was intact and completely covered with dense standing blade MnCr2O4 spinels.In the pyrolysis tests,the anti-coking performance and resistance to carburization of the oxide film grown in the H2-H2O atmosphere were far better than that in the air-H2O atmosphere.The mass of coke formed in the oxide film grown in the H2-H2O atmosphere was less than 10% of that in the air-H2O atmosphere.The Cr1.3Fe0.7O3 oxide clusters converted into Cr23C6 carbides and the cracks were filled with carbon in the oxide film grown in the air-H2O atmosphere after repeated coking and decoking tests,while the dense standing blade MnCr2O4 spinels remained unchanged in the oxide film grown in the H2-H2O atmosphere.The ethylene,propylene and butadiene yields in the pyrolysis tests were almost the same for the two oxide films. 展开更多

One of the techniques which show a great deal of promise for several applications is Raman scattering. The detecting capability, including maximum operation range and minimum detectable gas concentration is one of the most significant parameters for lidar remote sensing of pollutants. In this paper, based on the new method for evaluating the capabilities of a Raman lidar system, we present an evaluation of detecting capability of Raman lidar for monitoring atmospheric CO2 in Hefei. Numerical simulations about the influence of atmospheric conditions on lidar detecting capability were carried out, and a conclusion can be drawn that the maximum difference of the operation ranges caused by the weather conditions alone can reach about 0.4 to 0.5km with a measuring precision within 30ppmv. The range of minimum detectable concentration caused by the weather conditions alone can reach about 20 to 35 ppmv in vertical direction for 20000 shots at a distance of 1 km on the assumption that other parameters are kept constant. The other corresponding parameters under different conditions are also given. The capability of Raman lidar operated in vertical direction was found to be superior to that operated in horizontal direction. During practical measurement with the Raman lidar whose hardware components were fixed, aerosol scattering extinction effect would be a significant factor that influenced the capability of Raman lidar. This work may be a valuable reference for lidar system designing, measurement accuracy improving and data processing. 展开更多

Lidar (Light detection and ranging) system monitoring of the atmosphere is a novel and powerful technique tool. The Raman lidar is well established today as a leading research tool in the study of numerous important areas in the atmospheric sciences. In this paper, the principle of Raman lidar technique measurement CO2 concentration profile is presented and the errors caused by molecular and aerosol extinction for CO2 concentration profile measurement with Raman lidar are also presented. The standard atmosphere extinction profile and 'real-time' Hefei area extinction profile are used to conduct correction and the corresponding results are yielded. Simulation results with standard atmosphere mode correction indicate that the errors caused by molecule and aerosol extinction should be counted for the reason that they could reach about 8 ppm and 5 ppm respectively. The relative error caused by Hefei area extinction correction could reach about 6%. The errors caused by the two components extinction influence could produce significant changes for CO2 concentration profile and need to be counted in data processing which could improve the measurement accuracies. 展开更多

To reduce the error from measurement and retrieval process, a new technology of spatial heterodyne spectroscopy is proposed. The principle of this technology and the instrument spatial het- erodyne spectrometer (SHS) are introduced. The first application of this technology will be for CO2 measurements from space on a high spectral observation satellite. The outstanding measurement principle and the priority of combination of retrieval algorithm and three channels ( O2 A-band, CO2 1.58 μm and 2.06 μm bands) are theoretically analyzed and numerically simulated. Experiments u- sing SHS prototype with low spectral resolution of 0. 4 cm -1are carried out for preliminary valida- tion. The measurements show clear CO2 absorption lines and follow the expected signature with the- ory spectrum, and the retrievals agreed well with GOSAT CO2 products, except a small bias of about 4 × 10 ^-6. The results show that the ability of spatial heterodyne spectroscopy for CO2 detecting is ob- vious, and SHS is a competent sensor. 展开更多
