Surface engineering plays a crucial role in improving the performance of high energy materials,and polydopamine(PDA)is widely used in the field of energetic materials for surface modification and functionalization.In order to obtain high-quality HMX@PDA-based PBX explosives with high sphericity and a narrow particle size distribution,composite microspheres were prepared using co-axial droplet microfluidic technology.The formation mechanism,thermal behavior,mechanical sensitivity,electrostatic spark sensitivity,compressive strength,and combustion performance of the microspheres were investigated.The results show that PDA can effectively enhance the interfacial interaction between the explosive particles and the binder under the synergistic effect of chemical bonds and the physical"mechanical interlocking"structure.Interface reinforcement causes the thermal decomposition temperature of the sample microspheres to move to a higher temperature,with the sensitivity to impact,friction,and electrostatic sparks(for S-1)increasing by 12.5%,31.3%,and 81.5%respectively,and the compressive strength also increased by 30.7%,effectively enhancing the safety performance of the microspheres.Therefore,this study provides an effective and universal strategy for preparing high-quality functional explosives,and also provides some reference for the safe use of energetic materials in practical applications. 展开更多

Taoren and Xingren are commonly used herbs in East Asian medicine with different medication functions but huge economic differences,and there are cases of adulterated sales in market transactions.An effective adulteration recognition based on hyperspectral technology and machine learning was designed as a non-destructive testing method in this paper.A hyperspectral dataset comprising 500 Taoren and 500 Xingren samples was established;six feature selection methods were considered in the modeling of radial basis function-support vector machine(RBF-SVM),whose interaction between the two optimization methods was further researched.Two mixed metaheuristics modeling methods,Mixed-PSO and Mixed-SA,were designed,which fused both band selection and hyperparameter optimization from two-stage into one with detailed process analysis.The metrics of this mixed model were improved by comparing with traditional two-stage method.The accuracy of Mixed-PSO was 89.2%in five-floods crossvalidation that increased 4.818%than vanilla RBF-SVM;the accuracy of Mixed-SA was 88.7%which could reach the same as the traditional two-stage method,but it only relied on 48 crux bands in full 100 bands in RBF-SVM model fitting. 展开更多

Intercepting high-maneuverability hypersonic targets in near-space environments poses significant challenges due to their extreme speeds and evasive capabilities.To address these challenges,this study presents an integrated approach that combines a Three-Dimensional Finite-Time Optimal Cooperative Guidance Law(FTOC)with an Information Fusion Anti-saturation Predefined-time Observer(IFAPO).The proposed FTOC guidance law employs a nonlinear,non-quadratic finite-time optimal control strategy designed for rapid convergence within the limited timeframes of near-space interceptions,avoiding the need for remaining flight time estimation or linear decoupling inherent in traditional methods.To complement the guidance strategy,the IFAPO leverages multi-source information fusion theory and incorporates anti-saturation mechanisms to enhance target maneuver estimation.This method ensures accurate and real-time prediction of target acceleration while maintaining predefined convergence performance,even under complex interception conditions.By integrating the FTOC guidance law and IFAPO,the approach optimizes cooperative missile positioning,improves interception success rates,and minimizes fuel consumption,addressing practical constraints in military applications.Simulation results and comparative analyses confirm the effectiveness of the integrated approach,demonstrating its capability to achieve cooperative interception of highly maneuvering targets with enhanced efficiency and reduced economic costs,aligning with realistic combat scenarios. 展开更多

Target intention prediction of air combat based on Mog-GRU-D network under incomplete information

High complexity and uncertainty of air combat pose significant challenges to target intention prediction.Current interpolation methods for data pre-processing and wrangling have limitations in capturing interrelationships among intricate variable patterns.Accordingly,this study proposes a Mogrifier gate recurrent unit-D(Mog-GRU-D)model to address the com-bat target intention prediction issue under the incomplete infor-mation condition.The proposed model directly processes miss-ing data while reducing the independence between inputs and output states.A total of 1200 samples from twelve continuous moments are captured through the combat simulation system,each of which consists of seven dimensional features.To bench-mark the experiment,a missing valued dataset has been gener-ated by randomly removing 20%of the original data.Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed model obtains the state-of-the-art performance with an accuracy of 73.25%when dealing with incomplete information.This study provides possi-ble interpretations for the principle of target interactive mecha-nism,highlighting the model’s effectiveness in potential air war-fare implementation. 展开更多

In order to forecast promising technologies in the field of next generation mobile communication, various patent indicators were analyzed such as citation per patent, patent family information, patent share, increase rate, and patent activity. These indicators were quantified into several indexes and then integrated into an evaluation score to provide promising technologies. As a result of the suggested patent analysis, four technologies out of twenty two in details classification were selected, which showed outstanding technology competitiveness, high patent share and increasing rates as well as high recent-patent-ratios and triad-patent-family-ratios. Each of the selected technologies scored more than 10 points in total, and the following four technologies were suggested as promising ones in the field of next generation mobile communication: 1) 3GPP based mobile communication, 2) beyond 4G mobile communication, 3) IEEE 802.16 based mobile communication, which are in medium classification of broadband mobile communication system, and 4) testing/certification system of mobile communication, which is in medium classification of mobile communication testing/certification system. 展开更多

Prediction has become more and more difficult in mineral exploration, especially in the mature exploration environment such as Tongling copper district. For enhancing predictive discovery of hidden ore deposits in such mature environment, the key strategies which should be adopted include the innovation of the exploration models, application of the advanced exploration techniques and integration of multiple sets of information. The innovation of the exploration models should incorporate the new metallogenic concepts that are based on the geodynamic anatomization. The advanced techniques applied in the mature exploration environment should aim at the speciality and complexity of the geological setting and working environments. The information synthesis is to integrate multiple sets of data for giving a more credible and visual prospectivity map by using the geographic imformation system(GIS) and several mathematical methods, such as weight of evidence and fuzzy logic, which can extract useful information from every set of data as much as possible. Guided by these strategies, a predictive exploration in Fenghuangshan ore field of Tongling copper district was implemented, and a hidden ore deposit was discovered. 展开更多

In consideration of the characteristics of national R&D information, weight values have been selected. Then, expertise points were calculated by applying weighted values. Manufacturing of a product is constituted of the va ri ous attributes such as quality, cost, performance, and time to market. Manufactu ring can also be understood as the entire product realization process, from spec ification through design and production to marketing and distribution. The induc tion of Information Technology (IT) in manufacturing includes the hardware that computes and communicates, the software that provides data, knowledge, and infor mation while at the same time controlling the hardware, and the interfaces betwe en computers and the tools and machines on the shop floor. The manufacturing pro cess utilizes IT in the design of products and processes, production, and manufa cturing-related business practices. IT applications applied to manufacturing helps in rapid shifts in production fro m one product to another, faster implementation of new concepts in products, fas ter delivery of products to customers, full utilization of capital and human res ources, streamlining of operations to focus on essential business needs, and eli mination of unnecessary or wasteful activities. IT can be used to meet a range of needs of manufacturing decision makers. It can be said that IT is an enabler and facilitator of radical change to culture of manufacturing which is highly co nservative for many good reasons. With increasing global competition, applications of global information technolog y is giving manufacturing unit an opportunity to increase control and enhance co ordination, while opening doors to new global markets and businesses. In some st udies conducted it ahs been shown that how information technology can produce pr oductivity gains and job losses in specific areas, whereas dynamic stability was also achieved through IT in some cases. In a study of an industry the IT has cu t manufacturers cost from eProcurement to web based supply chain management and after sales service. IT has certainly revolutionized the manufacturing and the i ndustries have completely redefined their business by switching over to World Wi de Web. Informed RRT^(*)算法对初始解不敏感,规划出的路径太接近障碍物,导致路径不平滑。提出一种改进的Informed RRT^(*)路径规划算法,该算法改进了约束采样空间和引导策略。在采样初期,将采样区域限制在一个圆形区域,加快初始解收敛,在算法规划的过程中引入人工势场中引力场和斥力场的思想,使机器人与障碍物保持安全距离,并向目标位置行进。对Informed RRT^(*)算法和基于目标偏置的Informed RRT^(*)算法(Goal-bias-Informed RRT^(*))以及改进后的Informed RRT^(*)算法进行比较实验,实验结果验证了改进后Informed RRT^(*)算法的有效性和优越性及稳定性。该算法较Informed RRT^(*)算法和Goal-bias-Informed RRT^(*)效率更高、更容易得到初始解、更安全、更平滑、更稳定。 展开更多
