Previous studies have confirmed that an active suspension system with high speed ON/OFF solenoid valves could provide the same vibration isolation efficiency as that of system with pressure proportional valve. In this study, by using Linear-quadratic optimization technique and Kalman filter method, an optimal regulator controller with a state observer was designed for the proposed system. Simulation and experimental research was conducted on a quarter car model. The simulation analysis of the system frequency characteristic suggested that the peak value of magnitude response curve in the case of system with an optimal controller would be lowered significantly, and the experiment results also showed that an improvement in the vibration isolation effect was obtained in using the designed optimal controller over the sky hook damper controller. 展开更多

Cavitation is a destructive phenomenon in control valves.In order to delay cavitation,a multi-series of perforated cylindrical plates,called trims,are used.Previously,the effects of orifice diameter and different types of trims have been investigated.In this study,by numerical analysis,a globe control valve was investigated by employing four different cases(without trim,with one trim,with two and three trims)and the impact of the number of these trims on the intensity,formation region and the initiation point of cavitation was analyzed.It was found that the addition of one stage or two stages of trims reduces the intensity and delays the onset of cavitation,relative to the valve without trim.However,no significant differences in terms of intensity and initiation point of cavitation were observed in the cases where two or three trims were used.Therefore,due to the high cost of producing the trims,and the severe drop in flow coefficient,it is not economically and technically justified to increase the number of trims to more than three. 展开更多

The risk of failure of the control loop can occur when a high-speed maglev train runs on viaduct.Meanwhile,the failure of the levitation magnets which balances the gravity of the maglev train could cause the train collision with track.To study the dynamic response of the train and the viaduct when the levitation magnet control loop failure occurs,a high-speed maglev train-viaduct coupling model,which includes a maglev controller fitted by measured force-gap data and considers the actual structure of train and viaduct,is established.Then the accuracy and effectiveness of the established approach are validated by comparing the computed dynamic responses and frequencies with the measurement results.After that,the dynamic responses of maglev train and viaduct are discussed under normal operation and control loop failures,and the most disadvantageous combination of control loop failures is obtained.The results show that when a single control loop fails,it only has a great influence on the failed electromagnet,and the maglev response of adjacent electromagnets has no obvious change and no collision occurs.But there is a risk of rail collisions when the dual control loop fails. 展开更多

A hydraulic position system was designed employing two high speed On/Off solenoid valves with PWM(Pulse width modulation) technique and using LQ(Linear Quadratic) optimization principle. Based on the system, the parts of system can be formulated with equations. According to equations, the mathematical model of the system was established. By simulation, the corresponding LQ optimal controller was designed and the PWM signals were generated. The comparison of the simulation and experiment results show that LQ optimal control method with PWM technique employing high speed On/Off solenoid valve can provide better system performance and a high position precision is obtained. 展开更多

The natural frequency of the electrohydraulic system in mobile machinery is always very low,which brings difficulties to the controller design.To improve the tracking performance of the hydraulic system,mathematical modeling of the electrohydraulic lifting system and the rubber hose was accomplished according to an electrohydraulic lifting test rig built in the laboratory.Then,valve compensation strategy,including spool opening compensation (SOC) and dead zone compensation (DZC),was designed based on the flow-pressure characteristic of a closed-centered proportional valve.Comparative experiments on point-to-point trajectory tracking between a proportional controller with the proposed compensations and a traditional PI controller were conducted.Experiment results show that the maximal absolute values of the tracking error are reduced from 0.039 m to 0.019 m for the slow point-to-point motion trajectory and from 0.085 m to 0.054 m for the fast point-to-point motion trajectory with the proposed compensations.Moreover,tracking error of the proposed controller was analyzed and corresponding suggestions to reduce the tracking error were put forward. 展开更多

A new type of piezoelectric electro-hydraulic servo valve system was proposed. And then multilayer piezoelectric actuator based on new piezoelectric ceramic material was used as the electricity-machine converter of the proposed piezoelectric electro-hydraulic servo valve. The proposed piezoelectric electro-hydraulic servo valve has ascendant performance compared with conventional ones. But the system is of high nonlinearity and uncertainty, it cannot achieve favorable control performance by conventional control method. To develop an efficient way to control piezoelectric electro-hydraulic servo valve system, a high-precise fuzzy control method with hysteresis nonlinear model in feedforward loop was proposed. The control method is separated into two parts: a feedforward loop with Preisach hysteresis nonlinear model and a feedback loop with high-precise fuzzy control. Experimental results show that the hysteresis loop and the maximum output hysteresis by the PID control method are 4.22% and 2.11 μm, respectively; the hysteresis loop and the maximum output hysteresis by the proposed control method respectively are 0.74% and 0.37 μm, respectively; the maximum tracking error by the PID control method for sine wave reference signal is about 5.02%, the maximum tracking error by the proposed control method for sine wave reference signal is about 0.85%. 展开更多

However, to sustain ... The efficient manufacture technique involves a high-speed control of platform mobile system. A linear acutor is presented in this paper. The linear acutor is constructed as a linear stepper motor. However, to sustain both high accuracy and high speed for the position and speed control, A single-stack computer system is constructed and a special control algorithm is prescribed to controled the linear actuator continuously. In this paper, the nonlinear errors resulted from the magnetic saturation and the hysteresis is anaysis and discussed. In the view of electromagnetic propotional control, the actuator is a stage proportional magnet, because the driving current to the linear acuator changes for a number of cycles and a series of reset points will occur as the current undergoes cyclic changes. At each reset point the original starting characteristics of the system are re-established. A large number of reset points across the full stroke of the platform results in a significant reduction in the nonlinear behavior. The stage control is first discussed. Experiments carried out to obtain the characteristics of the mobile platform control system. It is demonstrated that with the introduction of stage control, nonlinearities, such as saturation and hysteresis, are greatly reduced, system stiffness is increased, and the positioning accuracy and resolution are improved. The effect of dither due to a "digital fragment" signal is also examined and found to be crucial in reducing the hysteresis and in improving the resolution accuracy. 展开更多

A schematic to make the spectra of the exterior noise of high speed railway was put forward. The exterior noise spectrum was defined based on the characteristics of the high-speed train exterior noise. Its characteristics considered here include identifying the exterior main sources and their locations, their frequency components including the Doppler effect due to the noise sources moving at high speed, the sound field intensity around the train in high-speed operation, the sound radiation path out of the train, and the pressure level and frequency components of the noise at the measuring points specified by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO). The characteristics of the high-speed train exterior noise of the high speed railways in operation were introduced. The advanced measuring systems and their principles for clearly indentifying the exterior noise sources were discussed in detail. Based on the concerned noise results measured at sites, a prediction model was developed to calculate the sound level and the characteristics of the exterior noise at any point where it is difficult to measure and to help to make the exterior noise spectrums. This model was also verified with the test results. The verification shows that there is a good agreement between the theoretical and experimental results. 展开更多

Its working principle,structure and external characteristic are studied. Its mathematical model is presented and its damping characteristic is investigated on the basis of fluid continuity equation,differential equations of motion and Bernoulli equation. The influence of the valve parameters on the damping characteristic is studied numerically. The effects of outboard inductive damping valve and common damping valve on ride and tire load are compared also. The external characteristic of the valve is verified in bench test. The results show that the valve’s mathematical model is quite accurate and the developed valve can be adjust in two stages,which can also meet the requirements of the dynamic characteristic of the vehicle suspension system. 展开更多

在交通车辆和特种工程车辆中,经常采用液压系统进行传动和动作控制,而液压调压阀广泛地应用在液压系统中,当系统中某一个支路的工作压力与系统压力不同时,通过液压调压阀能够降低系统压力,从而保证该支路的工作压力稳定,并且避免对液压... 在交通车辆和特种工程车辆中,经常采用液压系统进行传动和动作控制,而液压调压阀广泛地应用在液压系统中,当系统中某一个支路的工作压力与系统压力不同时,通过液压调压阀能够降低系统压力,从而保证该支路的工作压力稳定,并且避免对液压系统压力产生影响。然而,当调压过程中降低的压力差值较大时,经过阀口的压降变大,因此,液压阀此处的流体流动较为紊乱,容易产生流体噪声及压力波动。文中提出了一种新型的双边控制式的调压阀,详细分析了该新型调压阀的工作原理,通过在调压阀的阀芯结构上设计两个控制边,从而减小了通过每个控制边的压降,保证了调压阀工作稳定性,详细分析了传统调压阀的结构特点,设计了新型调压阀的基本结构,搭建了AMESim仿真分析模型,并通过仿真分析模型验证了新型的双边控制液压阀的工作原理的正确性。 展开更多

针对起重机落幅负载压力变化和油温干扰因素引起的落幅速度不均衡与操控困难问题,提出一种具有温度自补偿机制的恒速落幅控制方案,实现宽温域工况下的恒速落幅控制。通过分析起重机恒速落幅原理及变幅平衡阀流量特性,确定了变幅平衡阀... 针对起重机落幅负载压力变化和油温干扰因素引起的落幅速度不均衡与操控困难问题,提出一种具有温度自补偿机制的恒速落幅控制方案,实现宽温域工况下的恒速落幅控制。通过分析起重机恒速落幅原理及变幅平衡阀流量特性,确定了变幅平衡阀流量与落幅角度相匹配的控制方法;利用AMESim软件获取的变幅平衡阀先导-流量-压差特性数据,构建了落幅控制器模型;在此基础上进行25、45、65℃三种油温的恒速落幅系统仿真,并结合实验进行验证。结果表明,该方案在宽温域工况下的恒速落幅角速度与设定信号的平均误差小于5%,可有效克服油温干扰,实现起重机的自动恒速落幅控制,为起重机控制系统优化提供一定参考。 展开更多

井下流量控制系统作为智能完井系统的核心部件,对井下智能开采至关重要,而井下高温电磁阀作为电控液驱流量控制系统的重要元件,对控制系统性能起到关键作用。介绍了电磁阀结构及工作原理,利用有限元仿真建立电磁铁模型,分析了电磁铁静... 井下流量控制系统作为智能完井系统的核心部件,对井下智能开采至关重要,而井下高温电磁阀作为电控液驱流量控制系统的重要元件,对控制系统性能起到关键作用。介绍了电磁阀结构及工作原理,利用有限元仿真建立电磁铁模型,分析了电磁铁静铁芯锥角、静铁芯凸台、线圈位置、隔磁环倾角、隔磁环长度对电磁力特性影响,并进行了电磁-热耦合仿真分析。采用正交试验设计研究影响电磁力结构参数之间的主次关系,并基于响应面法与改进粒子群算法结合的优化思路,对电磁铁结构参数进行优化设计。优化后0 mm处的电磁力提高了16.68%,0.5 mm处电磁力提高了29.62%,1 mm处电磁力提高了31.06%,为电控液驱型流量控制系统设计奠定了理论基础。 展开更多

现役运载火箭多采用伺服阀控电液伺服机构完成火箭发动机的推力矢量控制,阀控伺服机构能够在毫秒级的时间内响应控制指令,确保火箭飞行过程中的姿态稳定和轨道调整的准确性。然而,某些高加速与机动能力强的过载环境会导致伺服阀出现工... 现役运载火箭多采用伺服阀控电液伺服机构完成火箭发动机的推力矢量控制,阀控伺服机构能够在毫秒级的时间内响应控制指令,确保火箭飞行过程中的姿态稳定和轨道调整的准确性。然而,某些高加速与机动能力强的过载环境会导致伺服阀出现工作零位漂移或零偏电流增大的故障,影响火箭飞行控制的精度和稳定性。基于此,对某火箭电液伺服机构配套伺服阀在过载环境下进行零偏特性分析。对伺服阀前置级和功率级的受力开展理论分析,得到过载大小和方向对伺服阀零偏电流的影响规律;然后设计伺服阀的过载试验方案,采集伺服阀在不同过载条件下的零偏电流并进行对比,通过试验验证了理论分析的正确性。结果表明:仅当过载方向与伺服阀阀芯轴向一致时,伺服阀零偏电流受到的干扰最大,此时来自伺服阀挡板的转动力矩在过载力的作用下增加,并且其增加量与过载加速度成正比,阀芯所受过载力对伺服阀零偏电流的影响很小;当过载方向位于伺服阀阀芯轴向的垂直方向(即纵向或法向)时,能够有效避免过载环境对伺服阀零偏电流的影响,可以合理设置伺服机构的安装方向,避免过载方向与伺服阀阀芯轴向一致,以保障火箭伺服的控制精度。 展开更多

针对目前我国套筒调节阀设计中存在的需要依靠经验、设计周期较长且设计精度较低等问题,基于流量方程、流量特性方程及开孔几何形状方程,推导满足等百分比流量特性的调节阀套筒开孔布局数学模型,随后选用遗传算法进行模型求解。以某一... 针对目前我国套筒调节阀设计中存在的需要依靠经验、设计周期较长且设计精度较低等问题,基于流量方程、流量特性方程及开孔几何形状方程,推导满足等百分比流量特性的调节阀套筒开孔布局数学模型,随后选用遗传算法进行模型求解。以某一水下采油树用等百分比套筒调节阀为例,采用建立的设计方法完成了其套筒开孔布局设计。对比分析结果表明:所设计的调节阀过流面积和满足等百分比要求的理想调节阀过流面积之间的误差不超过4.63%;采用Fluent仿真软件建立调节阀数值模型,对不同开度下套筒阀流体域模型进行仿真,其相对出口流量和相对过流面积的最大相对误差为3.45%。研究成果可为等百分比节流套筒的设计提供一种快速准确的方法和理论支撑。 展开更多

阀控缸系统数字孪生建模中存在部分模型参数难以通过理论计算获得,以及由于各参数间相互影响导致参数辨识准确度不高的问题。针对此问题,提出一种基于参数分级辨识的阀控缸数字孪生建模方法,实现对阀控缸系统的状态映射和数字孪生。根... 阀控缸系统数字孪生建模中存在部分模型参数难以通过理论计算获得,以及由于各参数间相互影响导致参数辨识准确度不高的问题。针对此问题,提出一种基于参数分级辨识的阀控缸数字孪生建模方法,实现对阀控缸系统的状态映射和数字孪生。根据所提建模方法,基于阀控缸系统的工作原理,建立了阀控缸系统的数学模型和MATLAB/Simscape环境下的物理仿真模型;利用采集的测试数据,通过遗传算法对阀控缸数学模型中比例换向阀和液压缸的关键元件级参数进行辨识,再利用MATLAB软件的Paramenter Estimation工具对物理仿真模型中重要的系统级参数进行校正;最后,搭建阀控缸实验平台对所建数字孪生模型的准确度进行验证。结果显示:在7.5 V与9.5 V阶跃控制信号作用下,基于参数分级辨识的数字孪生模型的活塞位移仿真值与实验值的拟合度分别为95.76%和98.07%,验证了所辨识模型参数的准确性和所建数字孪生模型的正确性。 展开更多

液粘调速离合器泵阀串联滑膜控制器设计及实验

通过分析液粘调速离合器需达到的低压条件,设计了一种通过泵阀串联方式进行联合控制策略,在低压运行状态下通过滑模控制方法实现液压泵的压力调控,在高压运行状态下则通过PID方式调控电液比例阀压力。通过液粘调速离合器控制变频电机转... 通过分析液粘调速离合器需达到的低压条件,设计了一种通过泵阀串联方式进行联合控制策略,在低压运行状态下通过滑模控制方法实现液压泵的压力调控,在高压运行状态下则通过PID方式调控电液比例阀压力。通过液粘调速离合器控制变频电机转速,使泵达到不同的输出流量,从而在控制油腔中形成相应的压力。根据Lyapunov稳定性理论构建了滑模控制器方案。实验研究结果表明:采用传统滑模控制方式能够获得理想的压力跟踪效果,但会形成明显波动的输入信号。对滑模控制进行平滑处理后获得了优异控制性能,确保控制输入不发生大幅波动的情况。通过测试整体泵阀联合控制性能可知,能够实现预期压力扩大的调节目标,同时控制精度也明显提升。该研究对提高汽车的控制精度以及效率具有一定的理论指导意义。 展开更多

针对2023年8月19日鲁西背靠背常规直流工程因区外交流故障引起直流电流长期断流导致双极闭锁事件,分析了背靠背常规直流工程的电流建立机理,阐述了鲁西背靠背常规直流工程直流电流建立不成功的原因,提出了低电流场景下阀控补发脉冲优化... 针对2023年8月19日鲁西背靠背常规直流工程因区外交流故障引起直流电流长期断流导致双极闭锁事件,分析了背靠背常规直流工程的电流建立机理,阐述了鲁西背靠背常规直流工程直流电流建立不成功的原因,提出了低电流场景下阀控补发脉冲优化策略,实时数字仿真(RTDS)平台的仿真结果验证了其有效性,并已成功在现场实施应用。实际应用结果表明,所提优化策略有效消除了由区外交流故障引发的鲁西背靠背常规直流工程直流电流长时间断流和双极闭锁风险,显著提升了背靠背常规直流工程运行的可靠性和稳定性。 展开更多
