Fuzzy logic controller adopting unevenly-distributed membership function was presented with the purpose of enhancing performance of the temperature control precision and robustness for the chamber cooling system.Histogram equalization and noise detection were performed to modify the evenly-distributed membership functions of error and error change rate into unevenly-distributed membership functions.Then,the experimental results with evenly and unevenly distributed membership functions were compared under the same outside environment conditions.The experimental results show that the steady-state error is reduced around 40% and the noise disturbance is rejected successfully even though noise range is 60% of the control precision range.The control precision is improved by reducing the steady-state error and the robustness is enhanced by rejecting noise disturbance through the fuzzy logic controller with unevenly-distributed membership function.Moreover,the system energy efficiency and lifetime of electronic expansion valve(EEV) installed in chamber cooling system are improved by adopting the unevenly-distributed membership function. 展开更多

The problem of track control is studied for a class of strict-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems in which unknown virtual control gain function is the main feature. First, the so-called stochastic LaSalle theory is extended to some extent, and accordingly, the results of global ultimate boundedness for stochastic nonlinear systems are developed. Next, a new design scheme of fuzzy adaptive control is proposed. The advantage of it is that it does not require priori knowledge of virtual control gain function sign, which is usually demanded in many designs. At the same time, the track performance of closed-loop systems is improved by adaptive modifying the estimated error upper bound. By theoretical analysis, the signals of closed-loop systems are globally ultimately bounded in probability and the track error converges to a small residual set around the origin in 4th-power expectation. 展开更多

In order to obtain accurate prediction model and compensate for the influence of model mismatch on the control performance of the system and avoid solving nonlinear programming problem,an adaptive fuzzy predictive functional control(AFPFC) scheme for multivariable nonlinear systems was proposed.Firstly,multivariable nonlinear systems were described based on Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy models;assuming that the antecedent parameters of T-S models were kept,the consequent parameters were identified on-line by using the weighted recursive least square(WRLS) method.Secondly,the identified T-S models were linearized to be time-varying state space model at each sampling instant.Finally,by using linear predictive control technique the analysis solution of the optimal control law of AFPFC was established.The application results for pH neutralization process show that the absolute error between the identified T-S model output and the process output is smaller than 0.015;the tracking ability of the proposed AFPFC is superior to that of non-AFPFC(NAFPFC) for pH process without disturbances,the overshoot of the effluent pH value of AFPFC with disturbances is decreased by 50% compared with that of NAFPFC;when the process parameters of AFPFC vary with time the integrated absolute error(IAE) performance index still retains to be less than 200 compared with that of NAFPFC. 展开更多

First, by constructing an appropriate basis-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, a new delay-dependent sufficient condition on robust H∞-disturbance attenuation is presented, in which both robust stability and prescribed H∞ performance are guaranteed to be achieved. Then based on the condition, a delay-dependent robust Hoo controller design scheme is developed in term of a convex algorithm. The algorithm can keep good balance between accelerating convergence and averting precocity and stagnation. The results of function optimization show that the algorithm has good searching ability and high convergence speed. The algorithm is employed to design a neuro-fuzzy controller for real-time control of an inverted pendulum. In order to avoid the combinatorial explosion of fuzzy rules due tσ multivariable inputs, a state variable synthesis scheme is employed to reduce the number of fuzzy rules greatly. The simulation results show that the designed controller can control the inverted pendulum successfully. 展开更多

大豆分离蛋白(Soy Protein Isolate,SPI)功能特性决定应用领域,加工过程中NaOH添加量影响SPI功能特性。文章究利用Matlab模拟,采用传统比例积分微分(proportional integral derivative,PID)和模糊自适应控制(Adaptive Fuzzy Control,AFC... 大豆分离蛋白(Soy Protein Isolate,SPI)功能特性决定应用领域,加工过程中NaOH添加量影响SPI功能特性。文章究利用Matlab模拟,采用传统比例积分微分(proportional integral derivative,PID)和模糊自适应控制(Adaptive Fuzzy Control,AFC)方法调控NaOH,中和大豆凝乳,并分析其对SPI结构和功能特性的影响。结果表明,pH值为7时,常规PID控制方法NaOH超调量为1.86%,调节时间为47.1 s;模糊自适应控制方法无超调量,调节时间为35.8 s。模糊自适应控制下,SPI傅里叶红外光谱吸收峰更稳定,紫外吸收特性更佳,二级结构向有序转变,表面疏水性较高,且溶解性、起泡性、泡沫稳定性、乳化性和乳化稳定性均优于常规PID控制方法。 展开更多

滑模变结构控制因其良好的鲁棒性与响应速度,被广泛地应用于永磁电机控制系统中。但传统滑模控制仍存在着收敛速度、抖振等问题,为进一步提升控制性能,本文以传统滑模变结构控制为基础,设计了一种改进型模糊积分终端滑模变结构控制器。... 滑模变结构控制因其良好的鲁棒性与响应速度,被广泛地应用于永磁电机控制系统中。但传统滑模控制仍存在着收敛速度、抖振等问题,为进一步提升控制性能,本文以传统滑模变结构控制为基础,设计了一种改进型模糊积分终端滑模变结构控制器。通过线性函数与非线性函数相结合设计快速积分终端滑模面,使误差能够更快速地收敛,输出转速更快的响应且稳态误差更小。通过引入模糊控制并采用连续的饱和函数sat(s)代替符号函数sgn(s),对系统的趋近速度动态调节,且在零点附近平滑切换,提高了系统整体的抗干扰能力并削弱了系统输出抖振。仿真与实物实验结果表明,模糊积分终端滑模变结构控制在提高系统响应速度的同时也有效地削弱了抖振。验证了所设计的控制策略具备能够有效地提高系统的鲁棒性、削弱系统抖振的优点。 展开更多

An adaptive repetitive control scheme is presented for a class of nonlinearly parameterized systems based on the fuzzy basis function network (FBFN). The parameters of the fuzzy rules are tuned with adaptive schemes. To attenuate chattering effectively, the discontinuous control term is approximated by an adaptive PI control structure. The bound of the discontinuous control term is assumed to be unknown and estimated by an adaptive mechanism. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive repetitive control law is proposed to guarantee the closed-loop stability and the tracking performance. By means of FBFNs, which avoid the nonlinear parameterization from entering into the adaptive repetitive control, the controller singularity problem is solved. The proposed approach does not require an exact structure of the system dynamics, and the proposed controller is utilized to control a model of permanent-magnet linear synchronous motor subject to significant disturbances and parameter uncertainties.
