Improved performance of plasma in raw engine exhaust treatment is reported. A new type of reactor referred to as of cross-flow dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) was used, in which the gas flow is perpendicular to the corona electrode. In raw exhaust environment, the cross-flow (radial-flow) reactor exhibits a superior performance with regard to NOx removal when compared to that with axial flow of gas. Experiments were conducted at different flow rates ranging from 2 L/min to 25 L/min. The plasma assisted barrier discharge reactor has shown encouraging results in NOx removal at high flow rates. 展开更多

Based on the analysis for the constant power work mode and constant bus voltage work mode of engine-generator, a third work mode was put forward which combined the advantages of constant power and constant bus voltage work modes. The new work mode is reasonable to keep the battery in good working conditions and to extend its life. Therefore, its control is one of the key technologies of electric vehicles. Based on the discussion about the demands to the engine-generator set in tracked vehicles, the detailed function of engine-generator and the control strategy are determined. The hardware and software of the control system are also developed and tested in a prototype vehicle. The experiment results show that the control system has good reliability and can satisfy the power requirements of vehicles under all operating conditions. 展开更多

The dynanaic model of a novel electric power steering(EPS) system integrated with active front steer- ing function and the three-freedom steering model are built. Based on these models, the concepts and the quanti- tative expressions of road feel, sensitivity, and operation stability of the steering are introduced. Then, according to constrained optimization features of multi-variable function, a genetic algorithm is designed. Making the road feel of the steering as optimization objective, and operation stability and sensitivity of the steering as constraints, the system parameters are optimized by the genetic and the coordinate rotation algorithms. Simulation results show that the optimization of the novel EPS system by the genetic algorithm can effectively improve the road feel, thus providing a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the novel EPS system. 展开更多

To overcome the serious technological issues affecting lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries,such as sluggish sulfur redox kinetics and the detrimental shuttle effect,heterostructure engineering has been investigated as a strategy to effectively capture soluble lithium polysulfide intermediates and promote their conversion reaction by integrating highly polar metal oxides with catalytically active metals sulfides.However,to fully exploit the outstanding properties of heterostructure-based composites,their detailed structure and interfacial contacts should be designed rationally.Herein,optimally arranged TiO_(2)and MoS_(2)-based heterostructures(TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)) are fabricated on carbon cloth as a multifunctional interlayer to efficiently trap polysulfide intermediates and accelerate their redox kinetics.Owing to the synergistic effects between TiO_(2)and MoS_(2)and the uniform heterointerface distribution that induces the ideally oriented built-in electric field,Li-S batteries with TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)interlayers exhibit high rate capability(601 mA h g^(-1)at 5 C),good cycling stability(capacity-fade rate of 0.067% per cycle over 500 cycles at2 C),and satisfactory areal capacity(5.2 mA h cm^(-2)) under an increased sulfur loading of 5.2 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,by comparing with a MoS_(2)@TiO_(2)interlayer composed of reversely arranged heterostructures,the effect of the built-in electric field’s direction on the electrocatalytic reactions of polysulfide intermediates is thoroughly investigated for the first time.The superior electrocatalytic activities of the rationally arranged TiO_(2)@MoS_(2)interlayer demonstrate the importance of optimizing the built-in electric field of heterostructures for producing high-performance Li-S batteries. 展开更多

In the case of three-layered(air-seawater-seabed)model,the analytical expressions of the static electric and static magnetic field produced by the static electric dipole located in seawater were derived by using the mirror image theory.Combined with the distribution of the underwater electric potential measured in laboratory,an electric dipole model for physical scale of ship was established and the distribution characteristics of an actual ship' s corrosion related magnetic field were obtained.Based on established models,theoretical analysis and calculation were made to catch out the distribution characteristics of static magnetic field related with corrosion and anticorrosion,which can not be measured directly in seawater.The results show that the static magnetic field related with corrosion and anticorrosion is a kind of noteworthy obstacle signal for degaussed ships. 展开更多

The principle of rotor flux-orientation vector control on 100/150 kW three-phase AC induction motor for electric drive tracked vehicles is analyzed, and the mathematic model is deduced. The drive system of induction motor is modeled and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The characteristics of motor and drive system are analyzed and evaluated by practical bench test. The simulation and bench test results show that the model is valid, and the driving control system has constant torque under rated speed, constant torque above rated speed, widely variable speed range and better dynamic characteristics. In order to evaluate the practical applications of high power induction motor driving system in electric drive tracked vehicles, a collaborative simulation based on interface technology of Matlab/Simulink and multi-body dynamic analysis software known as RecurDyn is done, the vehicle performances are predicted in the acceleration time (0-32 km/h) and turning characteristic (v=10 km/h, R=B). 展开更多

为应对我国北方地区漫长冬季路面积雪带来的挑战,鉴于传统除冰雪方式会消耗大量人力、物力和财力,针对“主动型”融冰雪技术,即预置石墨烯纤维网加热路面展开研究。首先,利用有限元仿真软件构建石墨烯纤维网热力学模型,分析纤维网尺寸... 为应对我国北方地区漫长冬季路面积雪带来的挑战,鉴于传统除冰雪方式会消耗大量人力、物力和财力,针对“主动型”融冰雪技术,即预置石墨烯纤维网加热路面展开研究。首先,利用有限元仿真软件构建石墨烯纤维网热力学模型,分析纤维网尺寸参数和布设间距,通过仿真实验确定最佳铺设尺寸参数;其次,制作室外路面板,将石墨烯纤维网预埋于路面上面层和中面层之间;最后,利用电能将石墨烯纤维网通电加热,验证预置石墨烯纤维网发热路面的融冰雪效果。实验结果表明,有限元模拟分析结果与室外路面板融冰雪实验结果契合度较高,在外界环境温度为-20℃、压实雪层厚度为20 cm左右的情况下,自然融化耗时55 h,能够实现路面冰雪的有效清理。 展开更多

针对阵列静电传感器在航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测中存在灵敏度不高、敏感场分布不均匀等问题,通过理论与仿真相结合的方式,综合优化传感器结构单元,以提高传感器的灵敏特性。设计了一种新型双平面32极板阵列静电传感器,基于点电荷思想... 针对阵列静电传感器在航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测中存在灵敏度不高、敏感场分布不均匀等问题,通过理论与仿真相结合的方式,综合优化传感器结构单元,以提高传感器的灵敏特性。设计了一种新型双平面32极板阵列静电传感器,基于点电荷思想建立了该传感器的理论模型;探究了极板厚度、覆盖角、长度和双平面间距对传感器灵敏特性的影响。在此基础上,优化传感器构型并制备相应的实验样品,搭建实验测试平台开展实验。结果表明:双平面间距L和极板长度H是提高传感器灵敏特性的关键,优化后的传感器灵敏度增加75.80%,均匀性提高了56.05%。实验结果与有限元仿真变化趋势一致,当L由1 cm增至2 cm、H由2 cm增至4 cm时,有效电压幅值增大176.08%。 展开更多

为解决二冲程航空活塞发动机在高空环境下功率损失过大的问题,开展了某二冲程航空活塞发动机电动增压匹配及实验研究。建立了原机一维仿真模型并进行了试验校核;以此为基础计算了增压参数并选取了电动增压器,通过建立增压发动机模型进... 为解决二冲程航空活塞发动机在高空环境下功率损失过大的问题,开展了某二冲程航空活塞发动机电动增压匹配及实验研究。建立了原机一维仿真模型并进行了试验校核;以此为基础计算了增压参数并选取了电动增压器,通过建立增压发动机模型进行了增压匹配;搭建了地面模拟高空试验台,进行了发动机不同海拔下增压匹配试验。试验结果表明:额定工况下该二冲程航空活塞发动机匹配电动增压系统后,在7 km海拔高度下,发动机转速提升到海平面发动机转速的88.9%,功率恢复到海平面功率的76%,较7 km功率恢复指标提升了8.5%。通过电动增压匹配,能够很好地提升无人机高空动力性。 展开更多

电阻率法能通过表面电导率对岩土体等多孔介质内部结构及特性进行探测与表征,被广泛应用于原位测试中。土石混合料是由多相介质组成的极端不均匀松散岩土介质系统,其整体导电性受各相介质的空间分布、导电能力及组合方式的影响。众多学... 电阻率法能通过表面电导率对岩土体等多孔介质内部结构及特性进行探测与表征,被广泛应用于原位测试中。土石混合料是由多相介质组成的极端不均匀松散岩土介质系统,其整体导电性受各相介质的空间分布、导电能力及组合方式的影响。众多学者对土体电阻率进行了试验与理论研究,总结得到了多种土体电阻率理论模型。由于土石混合料的电阻率特性及相关理论研究起步较晚,笔者在土体电阻率模型的基础上,分析了土石混合料的导电机理,对已有的土石混合料电阻率模型及其局限性进行总结。结果表明:混合介质的导电原理,为土石混合料电学传导模型的研究奠定基础;基于电化学理论,单相介质的电导性已有成熟的理论,而多相介质体的导电模型还处于不断完善与改进中;已有土石混合料电阻率模型可分为串-并联模型与区域统计模型,区域统计模型多为经验公式,应用方便,但模型的普适性仍需提高,串-并联模型有较好的理论基础,模型中参数的物理意义明确,但将导电介质简化为串并联排列仍有别于土石混合料复杂的内部结构组成,模型仍需进一步完善。 展开更多
