An efficient design-for-testability (DFT) technique is proposed to achieve low overhead for scan-based delay fault testing. Existing techniques for delay test such as skewed-load or broadside make the test generation process complex and produce lower coverage for scan-based designs as compared with non-scan designs, whereas techniques such as enhanced-scan test can make the test easy but need an extra holding latch to add substantial hardware overhead. A new tri-state holding logic is presented to replace the common holding latch in enhanced-scan test to get a substantial low hardware overhead. This scheme can achieve low delay overhead by avoiding the holding latch on the critical timing scan path. What's more, this method can also keep the state and signal activity in the combinational circuit from the scan during data scan-in operation to reduce the power dissipation. Experiment results on a set of ISCAS89 benchmarks show the efficiency of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

Test pattern generators are placed only on primary ... This paper presents a new BIST method for RTL data paths based on single-control testability, a new concept of testability. The BIST method adopts hierarchical test. Test pattern generators are placed only on primary inputs and test patterns are propagated to and fed into each module. Test responses are similarly propagated to response analyzers placed only on primary outputs. For the propagation of test patterns and test responses paths existing in the data path are utilized. The DFT method for the single-control testability is also proposed. The advantages of the proposed method are high fault coverage (for single Stuck-at faults), low hardware overhead and capability of at-speed test. Moreover, test patterns generated by test pattern generators can be fed into each module at consecutive system clocks, and thus, the BIST can also detect some faults of other fault models (e.g., transition faults and delay faults) that require consecutive application of test patterns at speed of system clock. 展开更多

This study presents a Bayesian methodology for de- signing step stress accelerated degradation testing (SSADT) and its application to batteries. First, the simulation-based Bayesian de- sign framework for SSADT is presented. Then, by considering his- torical data, specific optimal objectives oriented Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence is established. A numerical example is discussed to illustrate the design approach. It is assumed that the degrada- tion model (or process) follows a drift Brownian motion; the accele- ration model follows Arrhenius equation; and the corresponding parameters follow normal and Gamma prior distributions. Using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and WinBUGS software, the comparison shows that KL divergence is better than quadratic loss for optimal criteria. Further, the effect of simulation outiiers on the optimization plan is analyzed and the preferred sur- face fitting algorithm is chosen. At the end of the paper, a NASA lithium-ion battery dataset is used as historical information and the KL divergence oriented Bayesian design is compared with maxi- mum likelihood theory oriented locally optimal design. The results show that the proposed method can provide a much better testing plan for this engineering application. 展开更多

China’s high-speed railways are always facing the potential damage risk induced by strong earthquakes.And the route design concept of“using bridge instead of embankment”has also greatly increased the probability of high speed trains moving on bridges when a strong earthquake happens.In the past decades,a bunch of theoretical and numerical studies have been conducted in the seismic dynamic field of high-speed railway.However,the effective dynamic test system for verifying the given method and theoretical results is still lacking.Therefore,a novel dynamic test system(DTS)consisting of a shaking table array and a train-pass-bridge reduced-scale model is proposed in this paper.Through some crucial technical problems discussion,the effectiveness of similar design scheme and the feasibility of reduced-scale DTS are elaborated,and then the detailed DTS structures are given and displayed as part-by-part.On this basis,the demonstration tests are conducted and compared with the numerical simulation.The results show that the proposed DTS is accurate and effective.Therefore,the DTS can provide a new physical simulation approach to study the high-speed train’s running safety on bridges under earthquakes and can also provide a reference for the construction of related systems. 展开更多

In order to provide relay communication supports for future Chinese lunar exploration program,Queqiao-2 relay communication satellite was developed.Queqiao-2 can perform scientific observations with three kinds of scientific instruments on board.The system design of Queqiao-2,including mission orbit and transfer orbit design,configuration and layout design,housekeeping and information flow design,power supply and distribution design,GNC and propulsion system design,communication links design,etc.,was accomplished through comprehensive tradeoff and evaluation on technical maturity,availability,schedule,cost,and so on.With a view to reducing development risk,both the platform and relay communication payloads were developed based on significant heritage from previous Queqiao relay satellite and other relevant spacecraft.Queqiao-2 features flexible system architecture to support multiple frequencies,modulations,data rates and software reconfigurations to meet new user requirements.Subsequent to a successful launch on March 20,2024,by means of 5 orbit maneuvers,Queqiao-2 was inserted into a highly elliptical frozen mission orbit around the moon with a 24h period on schedule.Following on-orbit tests and calibrations,Queqiao-2 has possessed the capacity to provide reliable relay communication services to multiple lunar exploration missions,as well as the capacity to perform scientific observations.Under the support of Queqiao-2,Chang′e-6 achieved its ambitious mission goal to collect and return samples from the moon′s mysterious far side.In the meanwhile,Queqiao-2 has also paved the way for the following Chinese lunar exploration missions including Chang′e-7 and Chang′e-8.The design life time of Queqiao-2 is more than 8 years.Benefit from flexibility and extensibility of relay communication system design,it is convenient to provide relay communication services for future lunar exploration missions of both China and other countries.In addition,innovative scientific observations would be performed during the period that no relay communication task is arranged.The system design of Queqiao-2 reflects the development philosophy of technical innovations and inheritance integration.Based on highly flexible and extensible system architecture,multiple and concurrent relay communication mission requirements can be met.It can provide strong supports for future lunar exploration missions.Successful launching,orbit entering and on-orbit tests of Queqiao-2 verified the correct design principle and versatility.By means of Queqiao-2,more innovative scientific outcomes are anticipated and lunar exploration activities can be facilitated. 展开更多

The test scheme of static postponing time given in our actual national military test standard on shrapnels used to control riot is a nine-point test scheme on the combined action of three kinds of temperatures and three kinds of pressures, the consumed ammunitions are more excessive. Statistic analysis and tentative checkout about a lot of test data are done, feasibility gists are put forward for optimizing of the test design scheme. The optimizing design and data analysis of test scheme of the item are done by managing uniformity design theory, two scientific and reasonable six-point test schemes are confirmed. The feasibility and reliability of the optimizing design schemes put forward above are proved ulteriorly by test validating. The gained schemes not only have good design uniformity and little ammunition wastage and meet the test demand, but also have better forecast ability for the result data of other points using the mathematic models from the actual test points. 展开更多

基于组合DFT方法的ECSP配比设计策略研究

为提高电控固体推进剂(ECSP)配比设计中能量特性参数计算效率以及解决传统配比设计策略未考虑组分含量同步变化的问题,提出了一种基于revDSD-PBEP86-D3(BJ)泛函的组合密度泛函理论(DFT)方法(co-revDSD),将几何优化、振动分析、单点能计... 为提高电控固体推进剂(ECSP)配比设计中能量特性参数计算效率以及解决传统配比设计策略未考虑组分含量同步变化的问题,提出了一种基于revDSD-PBEP86-D3(BJ)泛函的组合密度泛函理论(DFT)方法(co-revDSD),将几何优化、振动分析、单点能计算、单点能外推等步骤组合,并结合非迭代三激发电子相关耦合簇(CCSD(T))方法进行了校正,对比了部分有机物生成焓的实验值和co-revDSD方法的计算值;建立了基于评价指数的配比设计策略,基于co-revDSD方法计算了ECSP组分生成焓,绘制了考虑ECSP不同组分含量同步变化时的能量特性参数云图。结果表明,co-revDSD方法可以高效地计算生成焓,部分有机物的实验值和co-revDSD方法的计算值误差在-5%~5%之间;硝酸羟胺(HAN)的生成焓-250.031 kJ·mol^(-1),聚乙烯醇(PVA)的生成焓与重复单元数成正比,比例系数为-219.117;氧化剂/燃料(O/F)比和Al含量的增大在一定范围内均会造成ECSP的能量特性参数的增大,增大Al含量和O/F比可在比冲合适的条件下尽可能降低燃烧温度及燃气平均相对分子质量。 展开更多

NOx and soot emissions from diesel engines can be greatly reduced by pressure wave supercharging(PWS).The diesel engine matched with PWS needs redesigning its exhaust pipes.Except for meeting the installation requirements,the exhaust gas must be stable in pressure before rushing into PWS.In this paper the lateral and center ported divergent exhaust pipes are designed,modeled geometrically and analyzed structurally based on a 3-D design software-CATIA to determine the structure of two exhaust pipes having the required inner volume.Then flow analysis for two exhaust pipes is done using a flow analysis software-ANASYS.Moreover,the optimal exhaust pipes are determined comprehensively and cast for engine test.Engine test results show that PWS is superior to turbocharging at low engine speeds and inferior to turbocharging in power and emissions at medium-to-high engine speeds.The performance of PWS engine under high speed operating conditions can be improved by contriving larger surge volume intake and exhaust pipes. 展开更多

采用Moldflow软件对食品保鲜盒盖的注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,目的是通过优化注塑工艺参数,最大限度地减小产品的体积收缩率,从而提高产品质量。采用筛选试验设计的方法,确定对注塑成型过程影响较显著的参数。然后,构建多个近似模型,并... 采用Moldflow软件对食品保鲜盒盖的注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,目的是通过优化注塑工艺参数,最大限度地减小产品的体积收缩率,从而提高产品质量。采用筛选试验设计的方法,确定对注塑成型过程影响较显著的参数。然后,构建多个近似模型,并对这些模型进行细致的比较分析,筛选出性能最佳的模型。最后,利用灰狼优化算法对最优模型进行参数优化,得到最优注塑工艺参数组合,并进行模拟验证和实际验证。结果表明,采用优化后的注塑工艺参数组合制备的产品的体积收缩率显著减小,由初始的5.837%下降至4.01%,下降了31.3%,证明了结合计算机模拟、更优的模型和智能优化算法在注塑工艺优化中具有有效性及较好的应用潜力。 展开更多

为了提高土槽试验台运行的可靠性、安全性和稳定性,设计了一种耕作机械性能参数测试土槽试验台。同时,对土槽试验台的车体定位部件、电路保护系统和抗干扰能力进行了优化。试验台采用无级调速45 kW变频电机驱动台车行进,能够实现空载运... 为了提高土槽试验台运行的可靠性、安全性和稳定性,设计了一种耕作机械性能参数测试土槽试验台。同时,对土槽试验台的车体定位部件、电路保护系统和抗干扰能力进行了优化。试验台采用无级调速45 kW变频电机驱动台车行进,能够实现空载运行速度0.3~12 km/h可调,被测耕作部件和整机横向与深度方向调整,测控软件可对土槽试验台的行进速度、动力输出轴扭矩、转速、功率等试验数据实时采集与处理。结果表明:样机试验所设计的理论速度与实际平均速度有差异,平均速度绝对误差在0.2 km/h以内,平均测速相对误差小于2%,误差产生的主要原因是驱动轮打滑和导向轮摩擦等。试验过程中,土槽试验台的各项功能正常运转,各项性能参数能够稳定、快速采集。改进后的土槽试验台进一步提高了试验操作人员和设备的安全性,保证了试验设备运行的稳定性和测试数据采集的准确性,能够达到设计优化目标,满足试验需求。 展开更多

为了提高激光侦毒雷达探测距离和环境适应性,采用被动消热差法设计折衍型长波接收光学系统,利用二元衍射面特有的色差特性,实现了光学系统消色差及2级光谱校正。在光学系统工作波长9μm~11μm、焦距270 mm、F数2.27、光学透过率不小于86... 为了提高激光侦毒雷达探测距离和环境适应性,采用被动消热差法设计折衍型长波接收光学系统,利用二元衍射面特有的色差特性,实现了光学系统消色差及2级光谱校正。在光学系统工作波长9μm~11μm、焦距270 mm、F数2.27、光学透过率不小于86.6%条件下,采用蒙特卡罗统计法进行公差分析,开展了高低温环境及系统挂飞试验,并测量关键技术指标,验证了仿真结果及设计合理性。结果表明,光学系统波前像差均方根为0.03λ,在-40℃~60℃温度范围内调制传递函数均大于0.47,像质优良;飞行试验中,应用该光学系统的激光侦毒雷达最大探测距离达到4.05 km,优于系统技术要求,所设计光学系统合格。此研究对推动生化环境激光主动遥测雷达的发展具有积极作用。 展开更多

机电产品高加速剖面制定方法存在剖面关键要素与激励失效机制关联性不明确、故障激发效率低、试验成本高等问题。为打通累积损伤与振动试验剖面关键要素之间的关联机制,提出基于反馈近似损伤的振动加速激励设计方法,通过动态控制损伤增... 机电产品高加速剖面制定方法存在剖面关键要素与激励失效机制关联性不明确、故障激发效率低、试验成本高等问题。为打通累积损伤与振动试验剖面关键要素之间的关联机制,提出基于反馈近似损伤的振动加速激励设计方法,通过动态控制损伤增量,实现对振动试验剖面的精细化设计。结合振动损伤机制分析与功率谱密度频域解析技术,量化振动激励与累积损伤之间的映射关系,建立振动激励-损伤对应模型(Vibration Excitation-Damage Corresponding Model,CM-VED),以某型引信振动高加速步进试验为例验证所提方法的有效性。研究结果表明:获得的振动高加速试验剖面较标准固步法破坏极限激发精度提高60%,在保证高激发精度的基础上时间较均分法缩短33.33%;所提CM-VED可为建立激励-损伤对应关系提供理论依据;所提基于反馈近似损伤的振动加速激励设计方法可在保证激发精度的前提下降低试验成本,为机电产品振动高加速试验剖面设计提供技术支撑。 展开更多

针对番茄采摘末端执行器自动化需求,设计了一种基于气-电协同控制的末端执行器系统。该装置采用模块化架构构建气动控制系统,集成空气压缩机、电磁阀、真空吸附装置及柔性薄膜压力传感器,通过STM32微控制器实现闭环控制。系统融合Wi-Fi... 针对番茄采摘末端执行器自动化需求,设计了一种基于气-电协同控制的末端执行器系统。该装置采用模块化架构构建气动控制系统,集成空气压缩机、电磁阀、真空吸附装置及柔性薄膜压力传感器,通过STM32微控制器实现闭环控制。系统融合Wi-Fi/蓝牙双模通信协议,在采摘阶段通过真空吸盘与气动夹爪协同作用,配合压力传感器实时监测接触力,当压力值进入预设阈值范围时触发稳压锁定机制,可以有效降低采摘过程中的果实损伤率。硬件电路采用四路光耦隔离继电器实现电磁阀精准控制,定制的多功能工控板有集成信号调理模块和双阈值检测系统,试验通过三色LED状态指示模拟采摘过程中随着输入气压压力的变化,系统的预警反馈状态。为后续实现系统控制比例压力阀达到自适应调节系统压力的功能奠定基础。 展开更多
