Cement hydration process ca...Cemented tailings backfill(CTB) is made by mixing cement, tailings and water together, thus cement hydration and water seepage flow are the two crucial factors affecting the quality of CTB. Cement hydration process can release significant amount of heat to raise the temperature of CTB and in turn increase the rate of cement hydration. Meanwhile, the progress of cement hydration consumes water and produces hydration products to change the pore structures within CTB, which further influences the hydraulic behavior of CTB. In order to understand the hydraulic behavior of CTB, a numerical model was developed by coupling the hydraulic,thermal and hydration equations. This model was then implemented into COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the evolutions of temperature and water seepage flow within CTB versus curing time. The predicted outcomes were compared with correspondent experimental results, proving the validity and availability of this model. By taking advantage of the validated model, effects of various initial CTB and curing temperatures, cement content, and CTB's geometric shapes on the hydraulic behavior of CTB were demonstrated numerically. The presented conclusions can contribute to preparing more environmentally friendly CTB structures.展开更多
Within the multi-barrier system for high-level waste disposal,the technological gap formed by combined buffer material block becomes the weak part of buffer layer.In this paper,Gaomiaozi bentonite buffer material with...Within the multi-barrier system for high-level waste disposal,the technological gap formed by combined buffer material block becomes the weak part of buffer layer.In this paper,Gaomiaozi bentonite buffer material with technological gap was studied,the heat transfer induced by liquid water flow and water vapor was embedded into the energy conservation equation.Based on the Barcelona basic model,the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical model of unsaturated bentonite was established by analyzing the swelling process of bentonite block and the compression process of joint material.The China-Mock-up test was adopted to compare the numerical calculation results with the test results so as to verify the rationality of the proposed model.On this basis,the effect of joint self-healing on dry density,thermal conductivity and permeability coefficient of buffer material was further analyzed.The results show that,with bentonite hydrating and swelling,the joint material gradually increases in dry density,and exhibits comparatively uniform hydraulic and thermal conductivity properties as compacted bentonite block.As a result,the buffer material gradually shifts to homogenization due to the coordinated deformation.展开更多
In a wind-vehicle-bridge(WVB) system,there are various interactions among wind,vehicle and bridge.The mechanism for coupling vibration of wind-vehicle-bridge systems is explored to demonstrate the effects of fundament...In a wind-vehicle-bridge(WVB) system,there are various interactions among wind,vehicle and bridge.The mechanism for coupling vibration of wind-vehicle-bridge systems is explored to demonstrate the effects of fundamental factors,such as mean wind,fluctuating wind,buffeting,rail irregularities,light rail vehicle vibration and bridge stiffness.A long cable-stayed bridge which carries light rail traffic is regarded as a numerical example.Firstly,a finite element model is built for the long cable-stayed bridge.The deck can generally be idealized as three-dimensional spine beam while cables are modeled as truss elements.Vehicles are modeled as mass-spring-damper systems.Rail irregularities and wind fluctuation are simulated in time domain by spectrum representation method.Then,aerodynamic loads on vehicle and bridge deck are measured by section model wind tunnel tests.Eight vertical and torsional flutter derivatives of bridge deck are identified by weighting ensemble least-square method.Finally,dynamic responses of the WVB system are analyzed in a series of cases.The results show that the accelerations of the vehicle are excited by the fluctuating wind and the track irregularity to a great extent.The transverse forces of wheel axles mainly depend on the track irregularity.The displacements of the bridge are predominantly determined by the mean wind and restricted by its stiffness.And the accelerations of the bridge are enlarged after adding the fluctuating wind.展开更多

During the propagation of high-power lasers within internal channels,the laser beam heats the propagation medium,causing the thermal blooming effect that degrades the beam quality at the output.The intricate configura...During the propagation of high-power lasers within internal channels,the laser beam heats the propagation medium,causing the thermal blooming effect that degrades the beam quality at the output.The intricate configuration of the optical path within the internal channel necessitates complex and time-consuming efforts to assess the impact of thermal blooming effect on the optical path.To meet the engineering need for rapid evaluation of thermal blooming effect in optical paths,this study proposed a rapid simulation method for the thermal blooming effect in internal optical paths based on the finite element method.This method discretized the fluid region into infinitesimal elements and employed finite element method for flow field analysis.A simplified analytical model of the flow field region in complex internal channels was established,and regions with similar thermal blooming effect were divided within this model.Based on the calculated optical path differences within these regions,numerical simulations of phase distortion caused by thermal blooming were conducted.The calculated result were compared with those obtained using the existing methods.The findings reveal that for complex optical paths,the discrepancy between the two approaches is less than 3.6%,with similar phase distortion patterns observed.For L-type units,this method and the existing methods identify the same primary factors influencing aberrations and exhibit consistent trends in their variation.This method was used to analyze the impact of thermal blooming effect in a straight channel under different gravity directions.The results show that phase distortion varies with changes in the direction of gravity,and the magnitude of the phase difference is strongly correlated with the component of gravity perpendicular to the optical axis.Compared to the existing methods,this approach offers greater flexibility,obviates the need for complex custom analysis programming.The analytical results of this method enable a rapid assessment of the thermal blooming effect in optical paths within the internal channel.This is especially useful during the engineering design.These results also provide crucial references for developing strategies to suppress thermal blooming effect.展开更多
OBJECTIVE Cerebral ischemia or ischemic stroke is due to insufficient blood supply to the brain,which causes hypoxia or ischemia in some areas.This work aimed to quantify the minerals and heavy metals in Qishiwei Zhen...OBJECTIVE Cerebral ischemia or ischemic stroke is due to insufficient blood supply to the brain,which causes hypoxia or ischemia in some areas.This work aimed to quantify the minerals and heavy metals in Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in vivo and in vitro,analyze its effect on the types and abundance of intestinal flora,and study its mechanism on inflammation and apoptosis pathways as a treatment for cerebral ischemia.METHODS Microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were used to determine the minerals and heavy metals in 10 batches of Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in vitro.With the use of the middle cerebral artery obstruction(MCAO)model,ICP-MS was applied to determine the content of minerals and heavy metals in hepatic portal vein blood,abdominal aortic blood,brain,liver,kidney,hair,urine and feces at different time periods.On this model,the ileum,cecum,and colon tissues were tested for intestinal pathology,and 16S rRNA was used for sequencing.Species taxonomy,αdiversity,and species microbial composition and structure analysis were also performed.Polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting were employed to determine the mRNA and protein expression of p38 MAPK,caspase-3,IL^(-1)βand TNF-αin the ischemic brain tissues of rats.RESULTS The average content of heavy metals in the 10 batches of Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill samples is in the descending order Hg>Cu>Pb.Significant differences in the metal elements are found among Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill from different manufacturers but not among the different batches of the same manufacturer.An extremely low content of heavy metals are absorbed into the blood or accumulated in the brain,liver,kidney,and other tissues.Stool is the main excretion route of minerals and heavy metals from Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill.This medicine helps repair the intestinal mucosa in MCAO rats.At the phylum level,it can regulate the abundance of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria in the intestinal flora of rats with cerebral ischemia.At the genus level,it can adjust the abundance of Escherichia Shigella.At the species level,it can adjust the abundance of Lactobacillus yoelii and Lactobacillus reuteri.Cluster classification results show that Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill can improve the intestinal flora of rats with cerebral ischemia,reduce the mRNA and protein expression of caspase-3 and IL^(-1)βin rat brain tissues,and have a tendency to decrease the mRNA expression of p38 MAPK and TNF-α.CONCLUSION Quantifying the minerals and heavy metals in Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in vivo and in vitro will help improve their quality standards.Minerals and heavy metals are mainly excreted in feces,accumulate in extremely low levels in various tissues,and do not damage the intestinal mucosa.The effective material basis of Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in treating cerebral ischemia may be related to their Li,Cr,and Cd elements.These pills can improve the environment of intestinal flora,and their mechanism of treatment for cerebral ischemia may be related to the down-regulation of IL^(-1)βinflammatory factor and inhibition of cell apoptosis.展开更多

Traffic engineering such as tunnels in various altitudinal gradient zone are at risk of accidental explosion,which can damage personnel and equipment.Accurate prediction of the distribution pattern of explosive loads ...Traffic engineering such as tunnels in various altitudinal gradient zone are at risk of accidental explosion,which can damage personnel and equipment.Accurate prediction of the distribution pattern of explosive loads and shock wave propagation process in semi-enclosed structures at various altitude environment is key research focus in the fields of explosion shock and fluid dynamics.The effect of altitude on the propagation of shock waves in tunnels was investigated by conducting explosion test and numerical simulation.Based on the experimental and numerical simulation results,a prediction model for the attenuation of the peak overpressure of tunnel shock waves at different altitudes was established.The results showed that the peak overpressure decreased at the same measurement points in the tunnel entrance under the high altitude condition.In contrast,an increase in altitude accelerated the propagation speed of the shock wave in the tunnel.The average error between the peak shock wave overpressure obtained using the overpressure prediction formula and the measured test data was less than15%,the average error between the propagation velocity of shock waves predicted values and the test data is less than 10%.The method can effectively predict the overpressure attenuation of blast wave in tunnel at various altitudes.展开更多

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)molecules have outstanding potential for applications in organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).Due to the lack of systematic studies on the correlation between molecular st...Thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)molecules have outstanding potential for applications in organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).Due to the lack of systematic studies on the correlation between molecular structure and luminescence properties,TADF molecules are far from meeting the needs of practical applications in terms of variety and number.In this paper,three twisted TADF molecules are studied and their photophysical properties are theoretically predicted based on the thermal vibrational correlation function method combined with multiscale calculations.The results show that all the molecules exhibit fast reverse intersystem crossing(RISC)rates(kRISC),predicting their TADF luminescence properties.In addition,the binding of DHPAzSi as the donor unit with different acceptors can change the dihedral angle between the ground and excited states,and the planarity of the acceptors is positively correlated with the reorganization energy,a property that has a strong influence on the non-radiative process.Furthermore,a decrease in the energy of the molecular charge transfer state and an increase in the kRISC were observed in the films.This study not only provides a reliable explanation for the observed experimental results,but also offers valuable insights that can guide the design of future TADF molecules.展开更多
To know about the radiation effects on the super large array 9 k×9 k CCDs used in a space telescope induced by energetic protons,the experiments of the super large array 9 k×9 k charge coupled devices(CCDs)u...To know about the radiation effects on the super large array 9 k×9 k CCDs used in a space telescope induced by energetic protons,the experiments of the super large array 9 k×9 k charge coupled devices(CCDs)used in the space telescope irradiated by 60 MeV and 100 MeV protons are presented.The samples were exposed by 60 MeV and 100 MeV protons at fluences of 5×10^(9)/cm^(2) and 1×10^(10)/cm^(2),respectively.The degradations of the main performance parameters of the super large array CCDs which are paid special attention to the space telescope are investigated.The full well capacity,mean dark current,and the charge transfer inefficiency(CTI)versus proton fluence are presented,which are tested at very low temperature of-85℃.The annealing tests of 168 h were carried out after proton irradiation.The dark images before and after proton irradiation are also presented to compare the image degradation.The degradation mechanisms of the super large array CCDs irradiated by protons are analyzed.The experimental results show that the main performance parameters of the CCDs are degraded after 60 MeV and 100 MeV protons and the degradations induced by 60 MeV protons are larger than that induced by 100 MeV protons.The experimental results of the super large array CCDs irradiated by protons will provide the basic test data support for orbit life assessment of the space telescope.展开更多
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of pulsed current on the mechanical properties and size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils,nanocrystalline Ni foils with different grain thickness-to-grain size ra...In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of pulsed current on the mechanical properties and size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils,nanocrystalline Ni foils with different grain thickness-to-grain size ratios(λ)were prepared using pulsed electrodeposition in this paper and unidirectional tensile experiments were carried out at room temperature with different currents and their applied directions.The experimental results show that the nanocrystalline Ni foil produces an obvious electroplasticity effect after applying the current field,and when 300<λ<1100,the current weakens the size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils to a certain extent,and the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction also affects the mechanical response of nanocrystalline Ni foils,and when the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction is 0°,electroplasticity effect is the best,and the current has the most significant effect of abating the size effect of the material.The mechanism of unidirectional tensile deformation of nanocrystalline Ni foils under the effect of pulsed current was analyzed using TEM and TKD.It was found that the applied pulse current increased the activity of the nanocrystalline boundaries,promoted the movement of dislocations,and reduced the tendency of dislocation entanglement.The higher the peak current density and the smaller the angle between the direction of the current and the direction of deformation,the smaller the grain boundary orientation difference,the more dispersed the grain orientation,and the lower the density of geometrically necessary dislocations(GND)in the deformed nanocrystalline foil,the more significant the effect on material plasticity improvement.展开更多
In order to meet the urgent need of infrared search and track applications for accurate identification and positioning of infrared guidance aircraft,an active-detection mid-wave infrared search and track system(ADMWIR...In order to meet the urgent need of infrared search and track applications for accurate identification and positioning of infrared guidance aircraft,an active-detection mid-wave infrared search and track system(ADMWIRSTS)based on"cat-eye effect"was developed.The ADMWIRSTS mainly consists of both a light beam control subsystem and an infrared search and track subsystem.The light beam control subsystem uses an integrated opto-mechanical two-dimensional pointing mirror to realize the control function of the azimuth and pitch directions of the system,which can cover the whole airspace range of 360°×90°.The infrared search and track subsystem uses two mid-wave infrared cooled 640×512 focal plane detectors for co-aperture beam expanding,infrared and illumination laser beam combining,infrared search,and two-stage track opto-mechanical design.In this work,the system integration design and structural finite-element analysis were conducted,the search imaging and two-stage track imaging for external scenes were performed,and the active-detection technologies were experimentally verified in the laboratory.The experimental investigation results show that the system can realize the infrared search and track imaging,and the accurate identification and positioning of the mid-wave infrared guidance,or infrared detection system through the echo of the illumination laser.The aforementioned work has important technical significance and practical application value for the development of compactly-integrated high-precision infrared search and track,and laser suppression system,and has broad application prospects in the protection of equipment,assets and infrastructures.展开更多

In this study,a series of triaxial tests are conducted on sandstone specimens to investigate the evolution of their mechanics and permeability characteristics under the combined action of immersion corrosion and seepa...In this study,a series of triaxial tests are conducted on sandstone specimens to investigate the evolution of their mechanics and permeability characteristics under the combined action of immersion corrosion and seepage of different chemical solutions.It is observed that with the increase of confining pressure,the peak stress,dilatancy stress,dilatancy stress ratio,peak strain,and elastic modulus of the sandstone increase while the Poisson ratio decreases and less secondary cracks are produced when the samples are broken.The pore pressure and confining pressure have opposite influences on the mechanical properties.With the increase of the applied axial stress,three stages are clearly identified in the permeability evolution curves:initial compaction stage,linear elasticity stage and plastic deformation stage.The permeability reaches the maximum value when the highest volumetric dilatancy is obtained.In addition,the hydrochemical action of salt solution with pH=7 and 4 has an obvious deteriorating effect on the mechanical properties and induces the increase of permeability.The obtained results will be useful in engineering to understand the mechanical and seepage properties of sandstone under the coupled chemical-seepage-stress multiple fields.展开更多
To investigate the effect of rail pad viscoelasticity on vehicle-track-bridge coupled vibration,the fractional Voigt and Maxwell model in parallel(FVMP)was used to characterize the viscoelastic properties of the rail ...To investigate the effect of rail pad viscoelasticity on vehicle-track-bridge coupled vibration,the fractional Voigt and Maxwell model in parallel(FVMP)was used to characterize the viscoelastic properties of the rail pad based on dynamic performance test results.The FVMP model was then incorporated into the vehicle-track-bridge nonlinear coupled model,and its dynamic response was solved using a cross-iteration algorithm with a relaxation factor.Results indicate that the nonlinear coupled model achieves good convergence when the time step is less than 0.001 s,with the cross-iteration algorithm adjusting the wheel-rail force.In particular,the best convergence is achieved when the relaxation factor is within the range of 0.3-0.5.The FVMP model effectively characterizes the viscoelasticity of rail pads across a temperature range of±20℃and a frequency range of 1-1000 Hz.The viscoelasticity of rail pads significantly affects high-frequency vibrations in the coupled system,particularly around 50 Hz,corresponding to the wheel-rail coupled resonance range.Considering rail pad viscoelasticity is essential for accurately predicting track structure vibrations.展开更多
Understanding the evolution mechanisms of water-exit cavities and flow fields evolve during highintensity interactions between vehicles and floating ice is critical for advancing the application of submarine-launched ...Understanding the evolution mechanisms of water-exit cavities and flow fields evolve during highintensity interactions between vehicles and floating ice is critical for advancing the application of submarine-launched marine equipment in low-temperature ice-prone waters.A computational fluid dynamics-finite element method(CFD-FEM) coupled framework was established to simulate bidirectional fluid-structure interactions during the water-exit process of a ventilated vehicle impacting ice in brash environments.Distinct evolution characteristics were revealed by comparatively analyzing the cavity,flow fields,hydrodynamic loading,structural deformation,and trajectory stability across three scenarios:ice-free,single-ice,and multi-ice.Furthermore,the position-dependent impact effects were characterized.The findings reveal that the impact,friction,and compression effects of ice induce bending and wrinkling of the shoulder cavity,aggravating its collapse and increasing the wetting of the vehicle,resulting in a substantial expansion of the high-velocity and vortex-dominated regions within the flow field,accompanied by more obvious water splashes.The impact of ice notably increases the kinetic energy dissipation of the vehicle during the cross-water stage and diminishes its motion stability.In the center-symmetric layout,the vehicle collides with ice only once,with high stress confined to the head.Conversely,the radial-offset layout causes secondary or even multiple collisions,resulting in high-stress areas on the shoulder of the vehicle,making it deflect and ultimately causing the tail cavity to tilt and become destabilized.The design of new vehicles suitable for ice-prone environments should focus on enhancing the impact toughness of the head structure and optimizing the surface shape design to improve the adaptability to low-temperature complex environments.展开更多
This study calculates the combustion characteristics of various gas-generating and micro gas pyrotechnic charges,including aluminium/potassium perchlorate,boron/potassium nitrate,carbon black/potassium nitrate,and sil...This study calculates the combustion characteristics of various gas-generating and micro gas pyrotechnic charges,including aluminium/potassium perchlorate,boron/potassium nitrate,carbon black/potassium nitrate,and silicon-based delay compositions,using thermodynamic software.A multiphase flowthermal-solid coupling model was established,and the combustion process of the pyrotechnic charges within a closed bomb was simulated.The pyrotechnic shock generated by combustion was predicted.The combustion pressures and pyrotechnic shocks were measured.The simulation results demonstrated good agreement with experimental results.Additionally,the mechanism of shock generation by the combustion of pyrotechnic charges in the closed bomb was analyzed.The effects of the combustion characteristics of the pyrotechnic charges on the resulting pyrotechnic shocks were systematically investigated.Notably,the shock response spectrum of the gas-generating pyrotechnic charges is greater than that of the micro gas compositions at most frequencies,particularly in the mid-field pyrotechnic shocks(3-10 kHz).Furthermore,the pyrotechnic shocks increase approximately linearly with the impulse of the gas-generating pyrotechnic charges.展开更多

文摘Cemented tailings backfill(CTB) is made by mixing cement, tailings and water together, thus cement hydration and water seepage flow are the two crucial factors affecting the quality of CTB. Cement hydration process can release significant amount of heat to raise the temperature of CTB and in turn increase the rate of cement hydration. Meanwhile, the progress of cement hydration consumes water and produces hydration products to change the pore structures within CTB, which further influences the hydraulic behavior of CTB. In order to understand the hydraulic behavior of CTB, a numerical model was developed by coupling the hydraulic,thermal and hydration equations. This model was then implemented into COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the evolutions of temperature and water seepage flow within CTB versus curing time. The predicted outcomes were compared with correspondent experimental results, proving the validity and availability of this model. By taking advantage of the validated model, effects of various initial CTB and curing temperatures, cement content, and CTB's geometric shapes on the hydraulic behavior of CTB were demonstrated numerically. The presented conclusions can contribute to preparing more environmentally friendly CTB structures.

文摘Within the multi-barrier system for high-level waste disposal,the technological gap formed by combined buffer material block becomes the weak part of buffer layer.In this paper,Gaomiaozi bentonite buffer material with technological gap was studied,the heat transfer induced by liquid water flow and water vapor was embedded into the energy conservation equation.Based on the Barcelona basic model,the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical model of unsaturated bentonite was established by analyzing the swelling process of bentonite block and the compression process of joint material.The China-Mock-up test was adopted to compare the numerical calculation results with the test results so as to verify the rationality of the proposed model.On this basis,the effect of joint self-healing on dry density,thermal conductivity and permeability coefficient of buffer material was further analyzed.The results show that,with bentonite hydrating and swelling,the joint material gradually increases in dry density,and exhibits comparatively uniform hydraulic and thermal conductivity properties as compacted bentonite block.As a result,the buffer material gradually shifts to homogenization due to the coordinated deformation.

文摘In a wind-vehicle-bridge(WVB) system,there are various interactions among wind,vehicle and bridge.The mechanism for coupling vibration of wind-vehicle-bridge systems is explored to demonstrate the effects of fundamental factors,such as mean wind,fluctuating wind,buffeting,rail irregularities,light rail vehicle vibration and bridge stiffness.A long cable-stayed bridge which carries light rail traffic is regarded as a numerical example.Firstly,a finite element model is built for the long cable-stayed bridge.The deck can generally be idealized as three-dimensional spine beam while cables are modeled as truss elements.Vehicles are modeled as mass-spring-damper systems.Rail irregularities and wind fluctuation are simulated in time domain by spectrum representation method.Then,aerodynamic loads on vehicle and bridge deck are measured by section model wind tunnel tests.Eight vertical and torsional flutter derivatives of bridge deck are identified by weighting ensemble least-square method.Finally,dynamic responses of the WVB system are analyzed in a series of cases.The results show that the accelerations of the vehicle are excited by the fluctuating wind and the track irregularity to a great extent.The transverse forces of wheel axles mainly depend on the track irregularity.The displacements of the bridge are predominantly determined by the mean wind and restricted by its stiffness.And the accelerations of the bridge are enlarged after adding the fluctuating wind.

文摘During well drilling process,original stress state of hard brittle shale will be changed due to stress redistribution and concentration,which leads to stress damage phenomenon around the borehole.Consequently,drilling fluid will invade into formation along the tiny cracks induced by stress damage,and then weaken the strength of hard brittle shale.Based on this problem,a theoretical model was set up to discuss damage level of shale under uniaxial compression tests using acoustic velocity data.And specifically,considering the coupled effect of stress damage and drilling fluid,the relationship between hard brittle shale strength and elapsed time was analyzed.
文摘During the propagation of high-power lasers within internal channels,the laser beam heats the propagation medium,causing the thermal blooming effect that degrades the beam quality at the output.The intricate configuration of the optical path within the internal channel necessitates complex and time-consuming efforts to assess the impact of thermal blooming effect on the optical path.To meet the engineering need for rapid evaluation of thermal blooming effect in optical paths,this study proposed a rapid simulation method for the thermal blooming effect in internal optical paths based on the finite element method.This method discretized the fluid region into infinitesimal elements and employed finite element method for flow field analysis.A simplified analytical model of the flow field region in complex internal channels was established,and regions with similar thermal blooming effect were divided within this model.Based on the calculated optical path differences within these regions,numerical simulations of phase distortion caused by thermal blooming were conducted.The calculated result were compared with those obtained using the existing methods.The findings reveal that for complex optical paths,the discrepancy between the two approaches is less than 3.6%,with similar phase distortion patterns observed.For L-type units,this method and the existing methods identify the same primary factors influencing aberrations and exhibit consistent trends in their variation.This method was used to analyze the impact of thermal blooming effect in a straight channel under different gravity directions.The results show that phase distortion varies with changes in the direction of gravity,and the magnitude of the phase difference is strongly correlated with the component of gravity perpendicular to the optical axis.Compared to the existing methods,this approach offers greater flexibility,obviates the need for complex custom analysis programming.The analytical results of this method enable a rapid assessment of the thermal blooming effect in optical paths within the internal channel.This is especially useful during the engineering design.These results also provide crucial references for developing strategies to suppress thermal blooming effect.
文摘OBJECTIVE Cerebral ischemia or ischemic stroke is due to insufficient blood supply to the brain,which causes hypoxia or ischemia in some areas.This work aimed to quantify the minerals and heavy metals in Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in vivo and in vitro,analyze its effect on the types and abundance of intestinal flora,and study its mechanism on inflammation and apoptosis pathways as a treatment for cerebral ischemia.METHODS Microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were used to determine the minerals and heavy metals in 10 batches of Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in vitro.With the use of the middle cerebral artery obstruction(MCAO)model,ICP-MS was applied to determine the content of minerals and heavy metals in hepatic portal vein blood,abdominal aortic blood,brain,liver,kidney,hair,urine and feces at different time periods.On this model,the ileum,cecum,and colon tissues were tested for intestinal pathology,and 16S rRNA was used for sequencing.Species taxonomy,αdiversity,and species microbial composition and structure analysis were also performed.Polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting were employed to determine the mRNA and protein expression of p38 MAPK,caspase-3,IL^(-1)βand TNF-αin the ischemic brain tissues of rats.RESULTS The average content of heavy metals in the 10 batches of Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill samples is in the descending order Hg>Cu>Pb.Significant differences in the metal elements are found among Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill from different manufacturers but not among the different batches of the same manufacturer.An extremely low content of heavy metals are absorbed into the blood or accumulated in the brain,liver,kidney,and other tissues.Stool is the main excretion route of minerals and heavy metals from Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill.This medicine helps repair the intestinal mucosa in MCAO rats.At the phylum level,it can regulate the abundance of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria in the intestinal flora of rats with cerebral ischemia.At the genus level,it can adjust the abundance of Escherichia Shigella.At the species level,it can adjust the abundance of Lactobacillus yoelii and Lactobacillus reuteri.Cluster classification results show that Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill can improve the intestinal flora of rats with cerebral ischemia,reduce the mRNA and protein expression of caspase-3 and IL^(-1)βin rat brain tissues,and have a tendency to decrease the mRNA expression of p38 MAPK and TNF-α.CONCLUSION Quantifying the minerals and heavy metals in Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in vivo and in vitro will help improve their quality standards.Minerals and heavy metals are mainly excreted in feces,accumulate in extremely low levels in various tissues,and do not damage the intestinal mucosa.The effective material basis of Qishiwei Zhenzhu pill in treating cerebral ischemia may be related to their Li,Cr,and Cd elements.These pills can improve the environment of intestinal flora,and their mechanism of treatment for cerebral ischemia may be related to the down-regulation of IL^(-1)βinflammatory factor and inhibition of cell apoptosis.

文摘In this paper we use Böcklund transformation to construct soliton solutions for a coupled KdV system.This system was first proposed by Wang in 2010.First we generalize the well-known Bäcklund transformation for the KdV equation to such coupled KdV system.Then from a trivial seed solution,we construct soliton solutions.We also give a nonlinear superposition formula,which allows us to generate multi-soliton solutions.

文摘Traffic engineering such as tunnels in various altitudinal gradient zone are at risk of accidental explosion,which can damage personnel and equipment.Accurate prediction of the distribution pattern of explosive loads and shock wave propagation process in semi-enclosed structures at various altitude environment is key research focus in the fields of explosion shock and fluid dynamics.The effect of altitude on the propagation of shock waves in tunnels was investigated by conducting explosion test and numerical simulation.Based on the experimental and numerical simulation results,a prediction model for the attenuation of the peak overpressure of tunnel shock waves at different altitudes was established.The results showed that the peak overpressure decreased at the same measurement points in the tunnel entrance under the high altitude condition.In contrast,an increase in altitude accelerated the propagation speed of the shock wave in the tunnel.The average error between the peak shock wave overpressure obtained using the overpressure prediction formula and the measured test data was less than15%,the average error between the propagation velocity of shock waves predicted values and the test data is less than 10%.The method can effectively predict the overpressure attenuation of blast wave in tunnel at various altitudes.
文摘The highly selective catalytic hydrogenation of halogenated nitroaromatics was achieved by employing Pd‑based catalysts that were co‑modified with organic and inorganic ligands.It was demonstrated that the catalysts contained Pd species in mixed valence states,with high valence Pd at the metal‑support interface and zero valence Pd at the metal surface.While the strong coordination of triphenylphosphine(PPh3)to Pd0 on the Pd surface prevents the adsorption of halogenated nitroaromatics and thus dehalogenation,the coordination of sodium metavanadate(NaVO3)to high‑valence Pd sites at the interface helps to activate H2 in a heterolytic pathway for the selective hydrogenation of nitro‑groups.The excellent catalytic performance of the interfacial active sites enables the selective hydrogenation of a wide range of halogenated nitroaromatics.
文摘A functional interlayer based on two-dimensional(2D)porous modified vermiculite nanosheets(PVS)was obtained by acid-etching vermiculite nanosheets.The as-obtained 2D porous nanosheets exhibited a high specific surface area of 427 m^(2)·g^(-1)and rich surface active sites,which help restrain polysulfides(LiPSs)through good physi-cal and chemical adsorption,while simultaneously accelerating the nucleation and dissolution kinetics of Li_(2)S,effec-tively suppressing the shuttle effect.The assembled lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)employing the PVS-based inter-layer delivered a high initial discharge capacity of 1386 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1C(167.5 mAh·g^(-1)),long-term cycling stabil-ity,and good rate property.
文摘The improved cross-correlation algorithm for the strain demodulation of Vernier-effect-based optical fiber sensor(VE-OFS)is proposed in this article.The algorithm identifies the most similar spectrum to the measured one from the database of the collected spectra by employing the cross-correlation operation,subsequently deriving the predicted value via weighted calculation.As the algorithm uses the complete information in the measured raw spectrum,more accurate results and larger measurement range can be obtained.Additionally,the improved cross-correlation algorithm also has the potential to improve the measurement speed compared to current standards due to the possibility for the collection using low sampling rate.This work presents an important algorithm towards a simpler,faster way to improve the demodulation performance of VE-OFS.
文摘Thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)molecules have outstanding potential for applications in organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).Due to the lack of systematic studies on the correlation between molecular structure and luminescence properties,TADF molecules are far from meeting the needs of practical applications in terms of variety and number.In this paper,three twisted TADF molecules are studied and their photophysical properties are theoretically predicted based on the thermal vibrational correlation function method combined with multiscale calculations.The results show that all the molecules exhibit fast reverse intersystem crossing(RISC)rates(kRISC),predicting their TADF luminescence properties.In addition,the binding of DHPAzSi as the donor unit with different acceptors can change the dihedral angle between the ground and excited states,and the planarity of the acceptors is positively correlated with the reorganization energy,a property that has a strong influence on the non-radiative process.Furthermore,a decrease in the energy of the molecular charge transfer state and an increase in the kRISC were observed in the films.This study not only provides a reliable explanation for the observed experimental results,but also offers valuable insights that can guide the design of future TADF molecules.

文摘To know about the radiation effects on the super large array 9 k×9 k CCDs used in a space telescope induced by energetic protons,the experiments of the super large array 9 k×9 k charge coupled devices(CCDs)used in the space telescope irradiated by 60 MeV and 100 MeV protons are presented.The samples were exposed by 60 MeV and 100 MeV protons at fluences of 5×10^(9)/cm^(2) and 1×10^(10)/cm^(2),respectively.The degradations of the main performance parameters of the super large array CCDs which are paid special attention to the space telescope are investigated.The full well capacity,mean dark current,and the charge transfer inefficiency(CTI)versus proton fluence are presented,which are tested at very low temperature of-85℃.The annealing tests of 168 h were carried out after proton irradiation.The dark images before and after proton irradiation are also presented to compare the image degradation.The degradation mechanisms of the super large array CCDs irradiated by protons are analyzed.The experimental results show that the main performance parameters of the CCDs are degraded after 60 MeV and 100 MeV protons and the degradations induced by 60 MeV protons are larger than that induced by 100 MeV protons.The experimental results of the super large array CCDs irradiated by protons will provide the basic test data support for orbit life assessment of the space telescope.

文摘In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of pulsed current on the mechanical properties and size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils,nanocrystalline Ni foils with different grain thickness-to-grain size ratios(λ)were prepared using pulsed electrodeposition in this paper and unidirectional tensile experiments were carried out at room temperature with different currents and their applied directions.The experimental results show that the nanocrystalline Ni foil produces an obvious electroplasticity effect after applying the current field,and when 300<λ<1100,the current weakens the size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils to a certain extent,and the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction also affects the mechanical response of nanocrystalline Ni foils,and when the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction is 0°,electroplasticity effect is the best,and the current has the most significant effect of abating the size effect of the material.The mechanism of unidirectional tensile deformation of nanocrystalline Ni foils under the effect of pulsed current was analyzed using TEM and TKD.It was found that the applied pulse current increased the activity of the nanocrystalline boundaries,promoted the movement of dislocations,and reduced the tendency of dislocation entanglement.The higher the peak current density and the smaller the angle between the direction of the current and the direction of deformation,the smaller the grain boundary orientation difference,the more dispersed the grain orientation,and the lower the density of geometrically necessary dislocations(GND)in the deformed nanocrystalline foil,the more significant the effect on material plasticity improvement.

文摘In order to meet the urgent need of infrared search and track applications for accurate identification and positioning of infrared guidance aircraft,an active-detection mid-wave infrared search and track system(ADMWIRSTS)based on"cat-eye effect"was developed.The ADMWIRSTS mainly consists of both a light beam control subsystem and an infrared search and track subsystem.The light beam control subsystem uses an integrated opto-mechanical two-dimensional pointing mirror to realize the control function of the azimuth and pitch directions of the system,which can cover the whole airspace range of 360°×90°.The infrared search and track subsystem uses two mid-wave infrared cooled 640×512 focal plane detectors for co-aperture beam expanding,infrared and illumination laser beam combining,infrared search,and two-stage track opto-mechanical design.In this work,the system integration design and structural finite-element analysis were conducted,the search imaging and two-stage track imaging for external scenes were performed,and the active-detection technologies were experimentally verified in the laboratory.The experimental investigation results show that the system can realize the infrared search and track imaging,and the accurate identification and positioning of the mid-wave infrared guidance,or infrared detection system through the echo of the illumination laser.The aforementioned work has important technical significance and practical application value for the development of compactly-integrated high-precision infrared search and track,and laser suppression system,and has broad application prospects in the protection of equipment,assets and infrastructures.

文摘Evolution of geometric forms of antenna coils for radiofrequency(RF)inductively coupled plasma(ICP)sources is analyzed.Top effectiveness of flat ICPSs generating plasma"tablet"is shown.Especially effective are ICPSs using antenna coils enhanced with ferromagnetic cores(FMICPS).It is found that the design of flat ICPSs is simpler and more convenient for the arrangement of plasma diagnostics in comparison with ICPSs of other geometries.Effective flat FMICPS models of different diameters ranging from 10 cm to 100cm are considered.Recommendations are given for development engineers dealing with ICPS devices in general and with radio frequency ion thrusters(RITs)in particular.

文摘In this study,a series of triaxial tests are conducted on sandstone specimens to investigate the evolution of their mechanics and permeability characteristics under the combined action of immersion corrosion and seepage of different chemical solutions.It is observed that with the increase of confining pressure,the peak stress,dilatancy stress,dilatancy stress ratio,peak strain,and elastic modulus of the sandstone increase while the Poisson ratio decreases and less secondary cracks are produced when the samples are broken.The pore pressure and confining pressure have opposite influences on the mechanical properties.With the increase of the applied axial stress,three stages are clearly identified in the permeability evolution curves:initial compaction stage,linear elasticity stage and plastic deformation stage.The permeability reaches the maximum value when the highest volumetric dilatancy is obtained.In addition,the hydrochemical action of salt solution with pH=7 and 4 has an obvious deteriorating effect on the mechanical properties and induces the increase of permeability.The obtained results will be useful in engineering to understand the mechanical and seepage properties of sandstone under the coupled chemical-seepage-stress multiple fields.

文摘To investigate the effect of rail pad viscoelasticity on vehicle-track-bridge coupled vibration,the fractional Voigt and Maxwell model in parallel(FVMP)was used to characterize the viscoelastic properties of the rail pad based on dynamic performance test results.The FVMP model was then incorporated into the vehicle-track-bridge nonlinear coupled model,and its dynamic response was solved using a cross-iteration algorithm with a relaxation factor.Results indicate that the nonlinear coupled model achieves good convergence when the time step is less than 0.001 s,with the cross-iteration algorithm adjusting the wheel-rail force.In particular,the best convergence is achieved when the relaxation factor is within the range of 0.3-0.5.The FVMP model effectively characterizes the viscoelasticity of rail pads across a temperature range of±20℃and a frequency range of 1-1000 Hz.The viscoelasticity of rail pads significantly affects high-frequency vibrations in the coupled system,particularly around 50 Hz,corresponding to the wheel-rail coupled resonance range.Considering rail pad viscoelasticity is essential for accurately predicting track structure vibrations.
文摘Understanding the evolution mechanisms of water-exit cavities and flow fields evolve during highintensity interactions between vehicles and floating ice is critical for advancing the application of submarine-launched marine equipment in low-temperature ice-prone waters.A computational fluid dynamics-finite element method(CFD-FEM) coupled framework was established to simulate bidirectional fluid-structure interactions during the water-exit process of a ventilated vehicle impacting ice in brash environments.Distinct evolution characteristics were revealed by comparatively analyzing the cavity,flow fields,hydrodynamic loading,structural deformation,and trajectory stability across three scenarios:ice-free,single-ice,and multi-ice.Furthermore,the position-dependent impact effects were characterized.The findings reveal that the impact,friction,and compression effects of ice induce bending and wrinkling of the shoulder cavity,aggravating its collapse and increasing the wetting of the vehicle,resulting in a substantial expansion of the high-velocity and vortex-dominated regions within the flow field,accompanied by more obvious water splashes.The impact of ice notably increases the kinetic energy dissipation of the vehicle during the cross-water stage and diminishes its motion stability.In the center-symmetric layout,the vehicle collides with ice only once,with high stress confined to the head.Conversely,the radial-offset layout causes secondary or even multiple collisions,resulting in high-stress areas on the shoulder of the vehicle,making it deflect and ultimately causing the tail cavity to tilt and become destabilized.The design of new vehicles suitable for ice-prone environments should focus on enhancing the impact toughness of the head structure and optimizing the surface shape design to improve the adaptability to low-temperature complex environments.
文摘This study calculates the combustion characteristics of various gas-generating and micro gas pyrotechnic charges,including aluminium/potassium perchlorate,boron/potassium nitrate,carbon black/potassium nitrate,and silicon-based delay compositions,using thermodynamic software.A multiphase flowthermal-solid coupling model was established,and the combustion process of the pyrotechnic charges within a closed bomb was simulated.The pyrotechnic shock generated by combustion was predicted.The combustion pressures and pyrotechnic shocks were measured.The simulation results demonstrated good agreement with experimental results.Additionally,the mechanism of shock generation by the combustion of pyrotechnic charges in the closed bomb was analyzed.The effects of the combustion characteristics of the pyrotechnic charges on the resulting pyrotechnic shocks were systematically investigated.Notably,the shock response spectrum of the gas-generating pyrotechnic charges is greater than that of the micro gas compositions at most frequencies,particularly in the mid-field pyrotechnic shocks(3-10 kHz).Furthermore,the pyrotechnic shocks increase approximately linearly with the impulse of the gas-generating pyrotechnic charges.
