In order to get rid of the dependence on high-precision centrifuges in accelerometer nonlinear coefficients calibration,this paper proposes a system-level calibration method for field condition.Firstly,a 42-dimension Kalman filter is constructed to reduce impact brought by turntable.Then,a biaxial rotation path is designed based on the accelerometer output model,including orthogonal 22 positions and tilt 12 positions,which enhances gravity excitation on nonlinear coefficients of accelerometer.Finally,sampling is carried out for calibration and further experiments.The results of static inertial navigation experiments lasting 4000 s show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method reduces the position error by about 390 m. 展开更多

Research on multi-scale simulation and dynamic verification of high dynamic MEMS components in additive manufacturing

Metal Additive Manufacturing(MAM) technology has become an important means of rapid prototyping precision manufacturing of special high dynamic heterogeneous complex parts. In response to the micromechanical defects such as porosity issues, significant deformation, surface cracks, and challenging control of surface morphology encountered during the selective laser melting(SLM) additive manufacturing(AM) process of specialized Micro Electromechanical System(MEMS) components, multiparameter optimization and micro powder melt pool/macro-scale mechanical properties control simulation of specialized components are conducted. The optimal parameters obtained through highprecision preparation and machining of components and static/high dynamic verification are: laser power of 110 W, laser speed of 600 mm/s, laser diameter of 75 μm, and scanning spacing of 50 μm. The density of the subordinate components under this reference can reach 99.15%, the surface hardness can reach 51.9 HRA, the yield strength can reach 550 MPa, the maximum machining error of the components is 4.73%, and the average surface roughness is 0.45 μm. Through dynamic hammering and high dynamic firing verification, SLM components meet the requirements for overload resistance. The results have proven that MEM technology can provide a new means for the processing of MEMS components applied in high dynamic environments. The parameters obtained in the conclusion can provide a design basis for the additive preparation of MEMS components. 展开更多

This study presents a kinematic calibration method for exoskeletal inertial motion capture (EI-MoCap) system with considering the random colored noise such as gyroscopic drift.In this method, the geometric parameters are calibrated by the traditional calibration method at first. Then, in order to calibrate the parameters affected by the random colored noise, the expectation maximization (EM) algorithm is introduced. Through the use of geometric parameters calibrated by the traditional calibration method, the iterations under the EM framework are decreased and the efficiency of the proposed method on embedded system is improved. The performance of the proposed kinematic calibration method is compared to the traditional calibration method. Furthermore, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified on the EI-MoCap system. The simulation and experiment demonstrate that the motion capture precision is significantly improved by 16.79%and 7.16%respectively in comparison to the traditional calibration method. 展开更多

There are many motors in operation or on standby in nuclear power plants,and the startup of group motors will have a great impact on the voltage of the emergency bus.At present,there is no special or inexpensive software to solve this problem,and the experience of engineers is not accurate enough.Therefore,this paper developed a method and system for the startup calculation of group motors in nuclear power plants and proposed an automatic generation method of circuit topology in nuclear power plants.Each component in the topology was given its unique number,and the component class could be constructed according to its type and upper and lower connections.The subordination and topology relationship of switches,buses,and motors could be quickly generated by the program according to the component class,and the simplified direct power flow algorithm was used to calculate the power flow for the startup of group motors according to the above relationship.Then,whether the bus voltage is in the safe range and whether the voltage exceeds the limit during the startup of the group motor could be judged.The practical example was used to verify the effectiveness of the method.Compared with other professional software,the method has high efficiency and low cost. 展开更多

印章在文书认证、合同签署等场景中具有重要的法律效力,是确保文件真实性和合法性的重要标志。然而,随着数字技术的快速发展,印章伪造手段日益精进,对现有的印章核验技术提出了新的挑战,尤其是在图像质量不佳或存在模糊的情况下,核验难... 印章在文书认证、合同签署等场景中具有重要的法律效力,是确保文件真实性和合法性的重要标志。然而,随着数字技术的快速发展,印章伪造手段日益精进,对现有的印章核验技术提出了新的挑战,尤其是在图像质量不佳或存在模糊的情况下,核验难度显著增加。为应对此问题,该文提出一种基于双流模型的印章自动核验系统SealVerifier。该系统结合了EfficientNet与高效视觉Transformer(SViT),SViT在Transformer编码器中引入高维多层感知器和去归一化机制,以增强特征表示能力和泛化能力。此外,该文引入数据分布适配器以应对实际场景中多样化的印章,并采用双重损失函数提升模型的精度和泛化能力。在包含30699对图像的自建中文印章数据集上,SealVerifier的精确率、召回率和F1值分别达到了91.34%,96.83%和93.57%,显著优于现有的印章核验技术。 展开更多

The mathematical model used to describe the detonation multi-physics phenomenon is usually given by highly coupled nonlinear partial differential equations. Numerical simulation and the computer aided engineering (CAE) technique has become the third pillar of detonation research, along with theory and experiment, due to the detonation phenomenon is difficult to explain by the theoretical analysis, and the cost required to accredit the reliability of detonation products is very high, even some physical experiments of detonation are impossible. The numerical simulation technique can solve these complex problems in the real situation repeatedly and reduce the design cost and time stunningly. But the reliability of numerical simulation software and the serviceability of the computational result seriously hinders the extension, application and the self-restoration of the simulation software, restricts its independently innovational ability. This article deals with the physical modeling, numerical simulation, and software development of detonation in a unified way. Verification and validation and uncertainty quantification (V&V&UQ) is an important approach in ensuring the credibility of the modeling and simulation of detonation. V&V of detonation is based on our independently developed detonation multiphysics software-LAD2D. We propose the verification method based on mathematical theory and program function as well as availability of its program execution. Validation is executed by comparing with the experiment data. At last, we propose the future prospect of numerical simulation software and the CAE technique, and we also pay attention to the research direction of V&V&UQ. 展开更多

As a powerful distributed data processing mechanism,MapReduce supports abundant parallel applications that process massive data on computer clusters.To process the massive data efficiently and correctly,a rational design for the MapReduce procedure is desired.An irrational MapReduce procedure can cause great waste of computing resources and even paralyze the execution system.With the wide application of MapReduce,the unavoidable drawback of irrational MapReduce procedures becomes increasingly serious.To solve this problem,a method for verifying the rationality of a MapReduce procedure before executing it on a computer cluster is proposed.This method constructs the rationality criteria for MapReduce,and then studies an automatic approach for modelling MapReduce with an executable model object Petri net(OPN).Finally,the approaches for automatically identifying the rationality criteria by analyzing the consequence of model execution is developed.The results from extensive case studies demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and effective. 展开更多

A stitching method of large scalecalibration targets is deduced, and a fundamental of multi-cameracalibration based on the large scale calibration target is provided.To avoid the shortcomings of the method, the vector differencesof reprojection error with the presence of the constraint conditionof the constant rigid body transformation is modelled, and mini-mized by the Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) method. Results of thesimulation and observation data calibration experiment show thatthe accuracy of the system calibrated by the proposed methodreaches 2 mm when measuring distance section of 20 000 mmand scale section of 7 000 mm × 7 000 mm. Consequently, theproposed method of multi-camera calibration performs better thanthe fundamental in stability. This technique offers a more uniformerror distribution for measuring large scale space. 展开更多

In order to deal with the limitations during the register transfer level verification, a new functional verification method based on the random testing for the system-level of system-on-chip is proposed.The validity of this method is proven theoretically.Specifically, testcases are generated according to many approaches of randomization.Moreover, the testbench for the system-level verification according to the proposed method is designed by using advanced modeling language.Therefore, under the circumstances that the testbench generates testcases quickly, the hardware/software co-simulation and co-verification can be implemented and the hardware/software partitioning planning can be evaluated easily.The comparison method is put to use in the evaluation approach of the testing validity.The evaluation result indicates that the efficiency of the partition testing is better than that of the random testing only when one or more subdomains are covered over with the area of errors, although the efficiency of the random testing is generally better than that of the partition testing.The experimental result indicates that this method has a good performance in the functional coverage and the cost of testing and can discover the functional errors as soon as possible. 展开更多

Ful polarimetric cali-bration is one technique that offers the potential for improving the accuracy of RCS measurements. There are numerous polarimetric calibration algorithms. Some complex expressions in these algo-rithms cannot be easily used in an engineering practice. A radar polarimetric coefficients matrix (RPCM) with a simpler expression is presented for the monostatic radar polarization scattering matrix (PSM) measurement. Using a rhombic dihedral corner reflector and a metal ic sphere, the RPCM can be obtained by solving a set of equations, which can be used to find the true PSM for any target. An example for the PSM of a metal ic dish shows that the proposed method obviously improves the accuracy of cross-polarized RCS measurements. 展开更多

Two dynamic grey models DGM (1, 1) for the verification cycle and the lifecycle of measuring instrument based on time sequence and frequency sequence were set up, according to the statistical feature of examination data and weighting method. By a specific case, i.e. vernier caliper, it is proved that the fit precision and forecast precision of the models are much higher, the cycles are obviously different under different working conditions, and the forecast result of the frequency sequence model is better than that of the time sequence model. Combining dynamic grey model and auto-manufacturing case the controlling and information subsystems of verification cycle and the lifecycle based on information integration, multi-sensor controlling and management controlling were given. The models can be used in production process to help enterprise reduce error, cost and flaw. 展开更多

Its applica- tion in the real radar system is also discussed. The analysis indicates that instantaneous polarization radar ([PR) has inherent cross-polarization measurement error. The proposed method can effectively eliminate this error, and thus enhance the polarization scattering matrix (PSM) measurement precision. The phase error caused by digital receiver's direct IF sampling and mixing of two orthogonal polarization channels can be removed. Consequently, the inherent error of target polarization scattering measurement of the instantaneous polarization radar system is well revised. 目的:运用verification phase对男大学生递增负荷运动测试(GXT)测定的最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))进行判定,探讨verification phase应用的可行性。方法:招募13名健康男大学生作为受试者,完成跑台GXT,休息20 min,进行verification phase,使受... 目的:运用verification phase对男大学生递增负荷运动测试(GXT)测定的最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))进行判定,探讨verification phase应用的可行性。方法:招募13名健康男大学生作为受试者,完成跑台GXT,休息20 min,进行verification phase,使受试者再次力竭。在GXT和verification phase过程中采用便携式心肺功能仪Cosmed k5进行实时呼吸气体分析,运用verification phase判定指标(△VO_(2),即两次力竭测试的VO_(2max)差异)和现行判定指标(VO_(2)平台、HR_(max)、RER_(max)、BLA_(max)、RPE)对受试者的VO_(2max)进行判定。结果:(1)在GXT、verification phase两次力竭测试中,VO_(2max)的绝对值和相对值均无显著性差异(P>0.05),HR_(max)、RER_(max)、BLA_(max)及RPE均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。GXT力竭时间显著长于verification phase(P<0.05)。(2)在GXT中,13名(100%)受试者均出现VO_(2)平台;9名(69.2%)受试者的HR_(max)>(220-年龄)bpm;8名(61.5%)受试者的RER_(max)>1.10;12名(92.3%)受试者的BLA_(max)>8 mmol·L-1;7名(53.8%)受试者的RPE≥18,达到各自判定标准。(3)11名(84.6%)受试者的△VO_(2)在±3.0%内,符合verification phase判定标准;另2名受试者的△VO_(2)分别为3.1%、3.4%,超过verification phase判定标准。(4)达标的11名受试者的VO_(2max)可取值为两次力竭测试VO_(2max)的均值或任一测试的VO_(2max)值;另2名受试者的VO_(2max)可取值为verification phase测试的VO_(2max)值或两次力竭测试VO_(2max)的均值。结论:运用verification phase可判定男大学生在GXT中测出的VO_(2max)的真实性。 展开更多

Based on the method of emissivity optimization with radar cross section (RCS) simulation and the method of subgrid finite difference time domain (FDTD), the following design rules are summarized: that the round wedge is better than the square one, the best ratio from height to bottom radius is 4:1, for wide band calibration, the multilayer absorbing material coating is efficient to increase the emissivity, and the gradual thickness absorbing material coating is helpful to guarantee the uniform distribution of surface temperature even as it keeps a higher emissivity. Finally following the above conclusions, a new type of blackbody calibration target with the cellular array is preferred to improve the uniformity of polarization, which will increase the performance of the calibration targets further. 展开更多

A new method for array calibration of array gain and phase uncertainties, which severely degrade the performance of spatial spectrum estimation, is presented. The method is based on the idea of the instrumental sensors method (ISM), two well-calibrated sensors are added into the original array. By applying the principle of estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques (ESPRIT), the direction-of-arrivals (DOAs) and uncertainties can be estimated simultaneously through eigen-decomposition. Compared with the conventional ones, this new method has less computational complexity while has higher estimation precision, what's more, it can overcome the problem of ambiguity. Both theoretical analysis and computer simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Driving safety field(DSF) model has been proposed to represent comprehensive driving risk formed by interactions of driver-vehicle-road in mixed traffic environment. In this work, we establish an optimization model based on grey relation degree analysis to calibrate risk coefficients of DSF model. To solve the optimum solution, a genetic algorithm is employed. Finally, the DSF model is verified through a real-world driving experiment. Results show that the DSF model is consistent with driver's hazard perception and more sensitive than TTC. Moreover, the proposed DSF model offers a novel way for criticality assessment and decision-making of advanced driver assistance systems and intelligent connected vehicles. 展开更多

An optimal measurement pose number searching method was designed to improve the pose selection method.Several optimal robot measurement configurations were added to an initial pre-selected optimal configuration set to establish a new configuration set for robot calibration one by one.The root mean squares (RMS) of the errors of each end-effector poses after being calibrated by these configuration sets were calculated.The optimal number of the configuration set corresponding to the least RMS of pose error was then obtained.Calibration based on those poses selected by this algorithm can get higher end-effector accuracy,meanwhile consumes less time.An optimal pose set including optimal 25 measurement configurations is found during the simulation.Tracking errors after calibration by using these poses are 1.54,1.61 and 0.86 mm,and better than those before calibration which are 7.79,7.62 and 8.29 mm,even better than those calibrated by the random method which are 2.22,2.35 and 1.69 mm in directions X,Y and Z,respectively. 展开更多
